        항만물류서비스의 품질과 고객만족에 관한 연구 : 부산ㆍ광양항의 해운선사를 중심으로

        Recently the port logistics service has been recognized as a important function of the international logistics, therefore, a lot of papers have been issued concerning the measurement of the service quality of that. But in spite of variety of papers, we can not find out the papers concerning the model of the synthetic customer satisfaction. And also the most of papers concerning the customer satisfaction of service quality have been focused not by cognitive evaluation of the customer, but by affective response. In this thesis, the authors are postulating the model and hypothesis to achieve the research by using the Grӧnroos’s model. In order to research the relationship between the port logistics service quality and the customers satisfaction, we are selecting the shipping companies located in Busan and Kwangyang as purchaser and the loading and unloading companies as supplier, and the questionnaires was performed to them. In the result of the empirical study, the technical quality of the port logistics service are affecting directly on the customer satisfaction, but the functional quality are affecting not directly on the customer satisfaction. And also the customer response(affective response) has been proved that it has been exercised as a intermediate role between the port logistics service quality and the customer satisfaction. Therefore it is proved that the affective response of the customer has been exercised a crucial role in the course of supplying the port logistics service.

        우리나라 철도운송인의 책임체계에 관한 연구

        대한민국은 반도국가임에도 불구하고 철도를 통한 국제복합운송을 실현하지 못하고 있다. 이처럼 철도를 통한 국제운송이 불가능하기 때문에 향후 철도운송을 통한 국제복합운송이 가능할 때에 대비되어 있지 않다. 본 연구는 국제규칙에서의 철도운송인의 책임체계와 우리나라 법률에서의 철도운송인의 책임체계를 비교, 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 개선방향을 제시하였다. 책임체계는 일부 CIM과 일치하는 내용도 있으나 상당 부분이 상충하여 우리나라 철도를 이용하여 국제복합운송을 실현될 때에는 많은 문제점이 발생될 수밖에 없다. 따라서 CIM의 내용과 일치하도록 법률을 개정하고, 제정하는 것이 시급한 실정이다. 양 법률을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 3가지의 내용를 제안하고자 한다. 첫째, 우리나라 상법의 개정이다. 상법의 내용에 해상운송인의 책임뿐만 아니라 철도운송인을 포함한 다른 운송에 관해서도 규정되어야 한다. 둘째, 철도사업법의 개정이나 새로운 육상운송인법이 제정되어야 한다. 셋째, 상기 두 법률의 개정이 어렵다면 우선 약관을 개정하여 국제규칙과 조화를 이루는 것이 바람직하다. This study aims to compare and annalize the liability of railway transporter between the Korean laws and the international rules in order to understand the problematic aspects and to present the possible improvement of Korean law. The present Korean law conflicts with CIM in some important aspects resulting in various obstacles on the process of operating international combined transportation. Therefore it is urgent to revise the present Korean laws which accord with CIM. The author proposes the following three suggestions as a conclusion. First, the Korean Commercial Law is required to be revised in order to cover the liabilities of the broader areas of transporter including marine transporter. Second, it is necessary to revise the present Korean Railway Law and establish a new ground transporter law. Third, in case the mentioned revision is not possible, the related provisions of Korean railway transporter law is required to be revised in order to accord with the international rules.

        전자무역의 수용에 관한 연구

        This paper is to be focused to analyse the factors influencing the perception of the companies which are engaging e-Trade. And also to verify the growth of information infrastructure, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and the accepted attitude which are influencing the intention of use of e-Trade. With a view to achieving the purpose of this paper, First, I study theoretically on the accepted attitude of e-Trade, the growth of information infrastructure, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Second, internet research was carried out against the trading companies in Korea. Third, based on the data from internet research, the hypothesis was verified by using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis, and the results was presented on the table.         수입대행쇼핑몰의 물류서비스 품질과 구매 후 행동간의 관계 분석

        The purpose of this study is to: i) investigate the impact of logistics quality in import agency shopping malls on perceived value and customer satisfaction; ii) analyze the influence of logistics quality on the ultimate goal of customer loyalty; iii) draw strategic implications of this study s findings in order to help improve logistics policy and quality for import agency shopping malls. This study uses the results of 138 survey questionnaires from consumers who have made purchases from import agency shopping malls over a one year period, Hypothesis testing was done using LISREL 8.50. Our results are as follows: First, in our test of the impact of between logistic quality on perceived value (H1), delivery price, delivery characteristics, and customer service were found to be statistically significant, while order characteristics was not. Second, in the test of customer satisfaction (H2), the exact same results were found. Third, we found the relationship between perceived value and customer satisfaction/loyalty (H3) to be statistically significant. Finally, we found a significant positive relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

      • 우리나라 企業의 제4자 物流 活用方案에 관한 硏究

        오늘날 제품을 생산하는 제조기업들은 더 이상 시장의 지배자가 아니다. 롤러코스터처럼 급변하는 최근 시장의 환경에서, 제조기업들이 여전히 시장의 지배자라고 한다면, 그들은 변함없이 시장 안에서 발생하는 상품의 공급이나 판매가격의 결정, 매출 등의 문제들을 주도적으로 통제하고 해결하여야 한다. 그러나 현실은 오히려 유통회사들이 상품을 직접 기획하고, 생산에 참여하는 등 상품의 수요창출과 공급을 결정하고 상품의 판매가격결정과 같은 문제들에 있어서 시장을 선도하고 있다. 따라서 제조기업들이 과거와 다른 시장환경 아래에서 경영수지를 개선하고 지속적으로 이익을 가능하게 하려면 과거보다 더 많은 노력을 기울여야 하는데 그 중 하나가 바로 특별한 물류전략이다. 특별한 물류전략이 제조자들로 하여금 경영수지의 개선을 가능하게하고 이익을 극대화할 것이라는 증거는 지금까지 제조자들이 물류분야만 제외하고 나머지 분야에서 즉, R&D와 마케팅활동, 생산원가를 절감하는 등 그 동안 기업이 할 수 있는 모든 노력들을 시도해 왔기 때문이다. 물류는 그 성격상 서비스영역이며 제조자의 사업분야에서 그 비중이 크므로 특별한 물류전략은 이제 제조기업의 부수적인 업무의 영역이 아니라 필수전략으로 오늘날과 같은 경기침체 상황에서 제조기업들의 생존에 절대적으로 필요한 비용절감과 매출증가라는 경쟁력 강화의 중요한 방법이다. 지금까지 제4자물류에 관한 연구로는 제4자물류도입의 필요성에 관한 논의수준의 연구가 몇몇 있었다. 그러나 제조기업이 제품을 생산하여 소비자에게 전달하는 과정까지 어느 한 부분도 물류를 통하지 않고서는 가능하지 않으므로 그 동안 3자물류가 안고 있었던 문제점을 해결하고 제조기업들이 글로벌 소싱(global sourcing), 공급사슬통합(supply chain integration), 원스톱솔루션(one stop solution)과 같은 욕구들을 충족하려면 4자물류가 바람직하다. Outsourcing is a viable option for companies. Businesses outsourcing owing to many reasons-increase shareholder value, reduce costs, business transformation, improve operations, overcome lack of internal capabilities, keep up with competitors, gain competitive advantage, improve capabilities, increase sales, improve service, reduce inventory, increase inventory velocity and turns, mitigate capital investment, improve cash flow, tum fixed costs into variable costs and other benefits, both tangible and intangible. To the maximum, and if done correctly, outsourcing and business process outsourcing can be used to create a viable virtual corporation. 3PLs have led the way in logistics outsourcing. Drawing on its core business, whether it be forwarding, trucking or warehousing, they moved into providing other services for customers. Creation of a 3PL presented a way for a commodity-service logistics provider to move into higher margin, bundled services. Customers, anxious to reduce costs, want what 3PLs have to offer. The potential market opportunity for outsourced logistics service providers, whether domestic, international and or global is huge. But something has happened on the yellow-brick road. The reasons are varied, but the bottom line is many have failed at their own business transformation. Some 3PLs have not moved past their core commodity service to become true multi-service providers. Or international 3PLs have not understood how to provide domestic services; or domestic ones have not succeeded at venturing into international logistics services. 4PLs. Into the service vacuum created by 3PLs, the 4PL has emerged. Using a 4PL, fourth party logistics service provider, is different than the traditional 3PL. Much on 4PLs discusses technology. Technology is not the answer; it is part of the answer. It is one element of success of process, people and technology. 4PLs see the process and what is required to make it succeed. A good 4PL will have the shipper perspective and experience in what he does and offers to prospective customers. That means a better understanding of the complexity of the customer's requirements, present viable solutions and to have customer satisfaction and retention. The firm sees the relationship, not a chunk of freight. Instead the BPO provider seeks incentives and metrics to define the relationship and collaborates with each customer as to goals and outcomes. A 4PL wants to position itself as an extension of and part of its customer. This BPO provider recognizes the role of and need for information technology in managing the process. Conclusion. Some 3PLs have not fully stepped up to meet the exact needs of customers. Some have become too focused on "managing" tasks, not processes and on serving the parent company's core business, and have missed opportunities to present value. The 4PL opportunity exists because 3PLs failed to meet the real logistics/supply chain requirements of customers. There will not be a "model" (or cookie cutter) for the 4PL. After all, he knows to customize to the needs of each customer. As a result, 4PLs have become alternatives for business process outsourcing. These new BPO logistics service providers enable firms to manage a critical part of their supply chain by providing visibility and integration across multiple enterprises. They manage with the three key elements of process, people and technology. Users of a 4PL can focus on core competencies and better manage and utilize company assets and resources, as to inventory and personnel.

      • 群山港의 現況 및 開發 方案에 관한 硏究

        군산항은 1899년 개항이래 110주년을 맞이하는 이때에 새로운 재도약의 기회를 맞고 있다. 외항의 개발과 함께 무역항으로서의 면모를 갖추었던 군산항은 1996년을 기점으로 취급 물동량이 1000만 톤을 돌파하였고 컨테이너선의 취항 등을 통해 한 단계 발전해 나가고 있다. 또한 서해안 고속도로의 개통과 장항 - 군산 인입철도 개설 등의 사회간접자본시설의 확충 사업이 완공ㆍ진행 중에 있으며 군산항을 중심으로 대단위 공유수면 매립에 의해 군장 국가단지 조성과 군장 신항만 개발사업이 완공ㆍ진행 중에 있고 군산국가산업단지, 군산지방산업단지, 군산농공단지, 군산자유무역지역, 전주산업단지, 익산산업단지, 정읍산업단지 등 넓은 배후시설을 자랑하고 있다. 이와 같은 제반 여건의 성숙과 함께 국내외적인 여건 변화는 군산항이 서해안 중남부권의 거점항만으로 뿐 만 아니라, 대 중국교역의 전진기지로서의 커다란 중요성을 가지고 있음을 시사해 주고 있다. Since the opening of Gunsan port in 1899, celebrating its 108th anniversary, the chance of facing a new leap is reintroduced. With development of outport, Gunsan port has had a phase of trading port. The cargo volume exceeded 10 million tons from the base year 1996. Through new sailing of container ships, Gunsan port is stepping forward to its next level. In addition, the opening of West Coast Highway, the inlet railway of Janghang and Gunsan, the opening of the expansion of facilities, and social overhead capital projects have been underway and completed. Kun-Jang national composition and Kun-Jang New Port development projects underway, completed with Mainly large-scale water reclamation around Gunsan port and it also boasts a large behind including Gunsan National Industrial Complex, Gunsan Regional Industrial Complex, Gunsan Agriculture Complex, Gunsan Free Trade Zone, Jeonju Industrial Complex, Iksan Industrial Complex, and Jeongeup Industrial Complex. Conditions such matters with the maturity of the domestic and international conditions change indicate that Gunsan port is the West Coast port in south-central base, as well as a outpost in a big importance of trade with China.

        전자무역에서 볼레로 서비스의 특징과 활성화 방안

        Bills of Lading has enabled the international trade to enhance the effectiveness. Because of using the B/L, the importer could receive the goods contracted in safe. Therefore both of importer and exporter enjoy getting their profits. With a view to developing the transaction in through using the B/L, a lot of alternative instead of the traditional B/L have been proposed, but it is impossible for the traders to use them because of having the defects. Therfore, Bolero Project had been made in base of CMI in 1998. This paper will provide the characteristics and limitation of Bolero Project, and also search alternatives of the Bolero Project.
