This study has been reviewed and analyzed in order to shorten the construction period and save the cost by preparing better construction environment and improving the effectiveness of workers with the application of the pre-accessory civil work method in the construction of an apartment building, which will have to be advanced by continuous study of joint efforts of academy, industry, and government.
가수가열가공 황토를 이용한 모르타르의 특성에 관한 연구

본 연구는 가수가열가공 황토를 사용한 모르타르의 기초적 특성에 대하여 연구하였다. 황토는 오랜기간 전통적 건축재료로서 사용되어 왔다. 현재에 황토는 새집증후근을 최소화하기 위하여 새로운 건축 미장재로 사용되고 있다. 그러나 황토의 반응성이 매우낮아 비소성한 황토의 대체율이 증가할수록 많은 균열이 발생한다. 따라서 건설 재료로서 사용하기는 매우어렵다. 이러한 이유로 본연구에서는 저온으로 가수소성한 황토에 대하여 분석하였다. 가수가열가공 황토의 대체율을 5~50%까지 다양하게 만들었다. 결과로서 모르타르에서 가수가열가공 황토의 대체율이 증가할수록 모르타르 플로우는 급격히 감소하였다. 그러나 가수가열가공 황토의 대체율이 40%까지 증가하였을 때, 압축강도와 휨강도가 증가하였다. 총균열 발생수를 확인한 결과 모든 공시체에서 가수가열가공 황토의 대체율이 증가할수록 균열 수는 증가하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop comfortable environment by pre-civil works methods, to reduce construction period by enhancing worker's efficiency, safety and quality, and to reduce building cost. In most construction field, accessory civil works methods begins and then civil work such as backfill is continued after structure construction is completed. Public nuisance of vibration and scattering dust from the construction field causes popular complaint. In case of rain, the problem of drainage also causes some difficulties on thoroughfare of vehicle and workers. Thus, work interruptions caused from those problems severely influence on field management and construction process. In addition, it is true that building cost such as pollution prevention system for air, water and noise, and construction machine for ecological construction is increased. After development of field environment, positive results such as efficient movement of construction machine, fixed material stockpile, efficient cite management, solution of 3D jobs evasion, increase of work performance and quality, safety are expected. Reduction of construction period and decrease of building cost can be other positive effects. Furthermore, through pre-civil work of apartment construction site and pavement and gardening works, temporary work cost can be deducted from the early use of field office by using parking lot and other facilities. Children's play ground, and residence park can be used as material stockpile, thus, low quality from the often material movement and lost material can be prevented. The purpose of this study is to apply pre-acivil works methods to apartment construction field because it has positive effects on comfortable work environment, worker's performance, building quality, construction period and building cost.
