        4년제 간호교육기관의 기초간호학 4개 교과목(인체 구조와 기능, 병원미생물학, 병태생리학, 약물의 기전과 효과) 운영 현황

        기초간호학(biological nursing)은 간호 실무를 위한 기초적인 이론을 제공하는 생명과학(life science)으로(Arkinsanya, 1984), 간호사가 전문적 의사결정을 할 때 간호직무를 수행하는 근거를 제공하기 때문에(Casey, 1996) 매우 중요한 교과목이다. 간호과학은 대상자의 건강과 건강행위에 영향을 미치는 정신적이고 사회적인 측면을 포함하는 다차원적인 면이 중요하게 강조되고 있다. 그러나 임상에서 간호사가 직면하게 되는 문제해결을 위하여 질병의 위험과 진행을 사정하고, 질병과 치료로 인해 발생하는 증상을 관리하며, 항상성과 건강을 증진시키고자 하는 간호중재 수행과정에 가장 필수적이고 근간을 이루고 있는 것이 바로 신체적 측면의 지식인 기초간호학이다(Rudy & Grady, 2005). 왜냐하면 기초간호학은 질병의 병태생리적 변화를 이해하고 치료의 방향을 이해하도록 하여 간호학 교육 목표 달성을 위한 필수 교과목으로 기초가 되는 간호학 지식체이기 때문이다(Suh, 1995). 실제로 현재 임상에서 시행되고 있는 간호사를 위한 교육 내용을 분석하였을 때 기초간호학 내용을 포함하고 있는 과정은 전체 59과정 중 58% (34과정)를 차지하고 있음은(Chung, 2012) 기초간호학이 임상실무에서 꼭 필요하고 중요한 분야라는 사실을 말해주고 있다.

      • 中學校 學生들의 멘델유전에 관한 誤槪念 硏究

        Misconceptions of scientific concepts have been believed to be very persistent and difficult to be overcome through regular classroom activities. Therefore, it is important to find the misconceptions and cognitive structure of students. Mendelian genetics is an important and difficult topic for the student to learn. It is also difficult for the teacher to teach. Chromosome theory of inheritance and the concept of gene is the most important and difficult topics relate to mitosis/meiosis. The purpose of this research is a study of middle school students' understanding of the physical relationship of chromosome and genes. Particularly, this study is to establish new teaching strategy of the 3rd grade middle school students, by analyzing misconceptions of genetic continuity and to enhance their problem solving performance. Total 100 students were selected for this study from 2 different classes. They were all females. The test taken by students was open ended questionnaires. It was developed by Moll & Allen(1987) and it was modified for this study. Misconception was analyzed by personal interview. Each of the interviews was recorded and transcribed. Everything that students wrote and drew during the interviews, as well as the interview transcripts, were used to construct the data to be analyzed. The new instruction program "chromosome card game" used to reverse the misconceptions of Mendelian genetics, which were discovered in this study. The new instruction program was reviewed by having controlled experiment and treated additional study group. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Students have misconception on sister chromatids, the pairs of homologous chromosomes and gamete types. 2. According to the conceptual knowledge of chromosome and gene behavior, three types of chromosome model were suggested such as one-chromosome model, two-chromosome model and four-chromosome model. Many students can not construct the conceptual knowledge of genetics and meiosis. There is a tendency toward being mathematical rather than genetic in problem solving. 3. After the new instruction program was applied to the students, much enhanced study effect was discovered among experiment group. Based on above mentioned study, the classroom teachers must recognize the misconceptions some students have, and modify students' misconceptions, and increase the probability of meaningful learning.

        스트레스 관리 프로그램이 정신질환자의 스트레스 지각, 대처에 미치는 효과

        In the 21st century, the number of population of the patient with psychotic disorder is increasing. They feel socially isolated, difficulty of social interaction. Besides, they can not appropriately control their stress. Therefore, it is very important to develop an effective therapeutic nursing intervention. In this study, We investigated the effect of group stress management program on decreasing stress -perceive and increasing coping. The treatments were conducted for 10months from May. 3, 2000 to Feb. 28, 2001. The patient having psychotic disorder was divided into an experimental group(10) and contol group(10). This study design was a nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design. The tool of this study (the book-stress management-, the chart, white board, the pen, card and the audio tape). The Program consisted 12 sessions(50minutes/session). In order to measure the stress and coping, Lazarus and Folkman's Global Assessment of Recent Stress Scale and The Ways of Coping Checklist were used. Analysis of this study was computerized by using SPSS/PC+ Windows(version7.5), and the homogeneity of two groups which may be affected by various variables was tested by Chi-square and t-test, and the comparision of pre and post-test score of the stress and coping were tested by paired t-test, and t-test. The results of this study can be summerized as follows; 1. The degree of stress measured by the Folkman's Global Assessment of Recent Stress Scale was 4.54. 2. The first hypothesis, 'the degree of stress of experimental group performed the relieve stress management program will be relieved more than that of contol group' was supported(t=1.246, p<.05). 3. The second hypothesis, 'the degree of coping of experimental group performed the relieve stress management program will be relieved more than that of contol group' was rejected(t=1.641, p=.054). In conclusion, the significance of this study through the above results shows that the Stress Management Program is an effective nursing intervention for the patient with psychotic disorder

        간호학은 인문과학, 자연과학, 사회과학을 기초로 하는 응용과학이며, 간호학의 교육 목표는 인간의 건강을 유지, 증진하기 위한 기본 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 전문직 간호사를 배양하는데 있다. 기초간호자연과학 교과목은 대상자의 병태생리적 변화와 치료의 방향을 이해시키는 것으로 간호학의 교육 목표를 달성하는데 있어 필수적인 교과이며 간호학의 지식체 중 가장 기본이 된다고 할 수있다(Suh, 1995). 이와 같이 중요한 교과목인 기초간호자연과학은 교과목의 내용이 의과대학의 축소판으로 진행되고 있어 교과목에 대한 내용과 깊이가 부족함은 물론 간호학 전공과목과의 연계가 적절하지 못하다. 뿐만 아니라 담당 교수의 잦은 변동으로 인하여 일관성 있는 교육이 이루어지지 않는 다는 것이 큰 문제 중 하나이다(Choe & Shin, 1997).

      • 임상기반 간호학 실험논문의 질 평가

        Purpose: This study was conducted in order to explore quality assessment tools applicable to research in the nursing area and to suggest the results of applying such tools in assessing the quality of experimental studies in nursing. Methods: We selected three experimental and 119 quasi-experimental studies with control groups in the Journal of Korean Clinical Nursing Research. We applied Cochran collaboration’s tool for assessing the quality of randomized controlled studies. Also, items developed by researchers were applied for assessing the quality of experimental studies in nursing. Results: Three studies (2.5%) used an adequate randomized sequence generation and two of them concealed the allocation sequence. The 63.1% of the studies applied blinding and 51% of the studies did not have missing values, or had insignificant missing values. In addition, 85.2% were not likely to report selectively, and 36.1% were assessed to have raised the risk of bias. Conclusion: Many studies had too a high risk of bias to be used as evidence-based data in the designs and methods of experimental studies. We found that it is necessary to inquire into research designs, methods, and quality assessment tools desirable for evidence-based practice in nursing.

        종합병원 임상간호사 실무교육에서의 기초간호학 교육현황

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the extent and the nature of biological nursing science education for clinical nurses in general hospital. Methods: Five advanced general hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggi province were conveniently sampled. Contents of education for nurses conducted by the hospital nursing department from January 1 to December 31 of 2015 were collected. Contents of education included biological nursing science and the scope of inclusion and time of assignment were analyzed. Results: A total of 271 cases of nursing education data were collected and 223 cases were analyzed after excluding 48 cases whose contents were not confirmed. Biological nursing science was included in the contents of education for 117 cases (52.5%), but not for 106 cases (47.5%). Regarding the frequency of the biological nursing science education contents, ‘pathophysiology’was the most frequently included (n=286), followed by ‘structure and function of the human body’ (n=191), ‘mechanisms and effects of drugs’ (n=114) and ‘clinical microbiology’ (n=43). Conclusion: Results of this study confirmed that the education for clinical nurses included a lot of biological nursing science related contents. These results can be used as basis for the development of curriculum and training course for nurses.
