본 연구는 군 책임운영기관 성과평가지표의 개선방향을 제시하는데 목표를 두고 지표 간의 적합성을 진단하기 위해 관리역량이 고유사업에 미치는 영향을 회귀분석을 이용해 실증연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 기관장리더십이 관리역량과 고유사업에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것이 확인되었다. 일부 관리역량 지표는 조직성 과와의 연계를 위해 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 기관장은 업무개선을 통해 기관의 효율성을 제고함으로서 예산절감에 기여하고 있음을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study is to suggest ways of improving the military executive agency performance evaluation indicators. To diagnose the relevance of the indicators, an empirical study was conducted using linear regression analysis to assess their impact on unique business performance by management capacity. For this study, data from the performance evaluation of an expert evaluation group in the last five years were collected and used. The research results showed that the directors of military executive agencies have positive effects on the agency’s management capacity and unique business performance—that is, on the effectiveness of its organizational performance. However, some of the management indicators need to be improved in terms of their relevance. On the other hand, the directors of the military executive agencies had no direct effect on the budget reduction: that is, on the efficiency of their organization’s performance. However, through process improvement according to the leadership, the director can enhance the organizational capacity and performance, which indirectly impact the budget reduction

The fundamental purpose of war history study is investigate the historical truth. For this, there must be a process to compare and analysis the friendly and enemy`s combat record. The purpose of this paper is to reinterpret the battle of Hoengsong at the operational level that had been recognized as a failed battle. The result of this study is as follows. First, the battle of Hoengsong was failed at the tactical level, but it was successful battle at the operational level. It was because that Communist Chinese Army(CCA) could not achieve there purpose of operation by the Korean Army. Second, in this process 23 rd regiment of 3rd Division of Korean Army delayed CCA`s advance with fierce fighting. Third, Also the 8 th Division of Korean Army did not retreat shiftlessly. They Delayed CCA`s advance so CCA could not achieve the totality of surrounding operation. And the withdrawal of8 th Division was not on the decision of the 8th Division Commander but on the order of US 10th Corps Commander, Lieutenant General Almond. There is meaning that this paper identify the decisive battle based on the friendly and enemy`s engagement record, and suggest the approach to assess whether the troops achieve the purpose of operations.

Mistletoe lectin I/D-galactose의 인식결합에 기초한 Mistletoe lecti I에 대한 용액상 효소결합분석법에 관한 연구

Mistletoe lectin I(ML I)에 대한 간단하고 빠른 용액상 효소결합 분석법을 렉틴의 당 특이성을 이용하여 개발하였다. ML I에 특이성을 가지고 있는 D-galactose를 사용하였으며, 용액상 분석법의 효소로는 malate dehydrogenase(MDH)를 사용하였다. 분석신호물질로 사용되는 MDH-galactose 접합체는 isothiocyanate 방법을 통해 합성하였으며, 이 접합제는 thiourea 결합을 하고 있다. ML I의 존재하에, ML I은 D-galactole와의 특이 인식결합을 통해 MDH-galartose 접합체의 활동도를 억제한다. 그러므로, 존재하는 ML I의 농도는 MDH-galactose 접합제의 촉매활동도의 억제도에 비례하게 된다. 따라서, 본 용액상 효소결합 분석법을 통하여 ${\mu}g/mL$ 수준의 ML I의 측정이 분석 시간 10분 이내에 가능하였다. A simple and rapid homogeneous enzyme-linked binding assay for mistletoe lectin I(ML I) was developed using a coupled enzyme system of malate dehydrogenase (MDH) and D-galactose. A highly substituted MDH-galactose conjugate was prepared by employing an isothiocyanate method for formation of thiourea bond. In the presence of ML I, ML I inhibits the activity of the conjugate based on the ML I/D-galactose specific interaction. Thus, the concentration of ML I can be related to the homogeneous inhibition of the MDH-galactose conjugate. Using this method. ML I can be measured at the level of microgram per milliliter within 10 minutes.

다문화청소년의 문화적응스트레스와 삶의 만족도 간의 관계

본 연구에서는 다문화청소년의 문화적응스트레스와 삶의 만족도 간의 경로에서 자아존중감과 학교생활적응의 매개효과를 살펴보고, 다문화청소년의 삶의 만족도 수준 향상 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위한 분석자료로 한국청소년 정책연구원의 다문화 청소년 4차, 5차, 6차 패널 데이터를 활용하였으며, 통계 프로그램 SPSS 23.0과 Amos 23.0 version을 이용한 다변량 잠재성장모형분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 팬텀변수를 이용하여 자아존중감과 학교생활적응의 개별 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석결과, 자아존중감과 학교생활 적응의 개별 매개효과를 확인할 수 있었으며, 이런 결과는 다문화 청소년의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 자아존중감과 학교생활 적응 수준 향상을 위해 다각적인 차원의 노력이 필요함을 시사한다. 이에 본 연구에서의 결과를 토대로 다문화청소년의 삶의 만족도 수준 향상을 위한 실천적인 방안을 구체적으로 제시하였다. In this paper, we intend to examine the mediating effects of self-esteem and school life adaptation in the path between cultural adaptation stress and life satisfaction of multicultural adolescents, and propose ways to improve the life satisfaction level of multicultural adolescents. As analysis data for this purpose, the 4th, 5th, and 6th panel data of multicultural youth of the Korea Youth Policy Research Institute were used, and multivariate potential growth model analysis was performed using the statistical programs SPSS 23.0 and Amos 23.0 version. In addition, the individual mediating effects of self-esteem and school life adaptation were verified using phantom variables. As a result of the analysis, it was possible to confirm the longitudinal mediating effects of self-esteem and school life adaptation, which suggests that multi-dimensional efforts are needed to improve self-esteem and school life adaptation level to improve the life satisfaction level of multicultural adolescents. Therefore, based on the results of this study, practical measures to improve the life satisfaction of multicultural adolescents were presented in detail.
