The anti-inflammatory activity of fruit body of Phellinus pini was investigated by activity-guided fractionation. From the screening of each fraction for the inhibitory activity of NO production in lipopolysaccaride (LPS) activated RAW 264.7 cells, methanol extract and its hexane soluble fraction of Phellinus pini exhibited inhibition of NO production compared with LPS control without toxicity. The hexane soluble fraction showed dose-dependent inhibition of NO production. The active hexane fraction was repeatedly chromatographed over silica gel, ergosta-7,24(28)-dien-3-ol(1) and ergosterol peroxide (2) were isolated and identified. Ergosterol derivatives were inhibited NOS activation, $IC_{50}$ of them were $18.9{\pm}3.9{\mu}M$ (1) and $20.4{\pm}4.5{\mu}M$ (2).
철액수(鐵液水)의 효능(效能)에 관(關)한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(然究)

These studies were conducted about the effects of Ferric oxide in the aspect of the basic pharmacology through experimental animals with the investigation of its clinical effects on oriental medical literatures of Ferric oxide. The results were as follows: 1. The analgenic effects induced by acetic acid were significant. 2. The anticonvulsive effects induced by ECT unit were significant. 3. The sedative effects in Rotor rod method were significant. 4. The number of platelets was increased but not significantly. 5. Prothrombin time was decreased significantly. 6. Fibrinogen was increased but not significantly. 7. The degree of concentration of FDP was decreased significantly. According to the above results, it is considered that Ferric oxide retains effectiveness on the treatment of cerebral stroke.

Lee Je Ma (1837~1900) wrote the DongEuSuSeBoWon in 1894. Constitutional Medicine what is called Sasang Medicine has originated from him. In this book he refers to mild, serious, intractable, incurable and fatal disease. In the sight of his Medical theory each state of disease deserves to be researched. 1. In the case of Soumin exhaustion of Yang, Taeyang-Kwolum, noxious Yin, Yang is kept in the exterior by excessive Yin in the interior, middle diabetes and swelling belong to intractable disease and solid mass in the right epigastric zone belongs to fatal disease. 2. In the case of Soyangin exhaustion of Yin, lower diabetes, afternoon fever due to deficiency of Yin, spitting blood and swelling belong to intractable disease and distention of abdomen with gas or fluid belongs to fatal disease. 3. In the case of Taeumin syncope due to chills, dryness-heat, diabetes, pain of chest and abdomen and swelling belong to intractable disease and apoplexy with dosed eyes belongs to fatal disease. 4. In the case of Taeyangin vertebral disease makes flaccidity of lower limbs and dysphagia with vomiting of frothy fluid belongs to fatal disease.
일개 한방병원에서의 흉요추 압박골절 입원 환자에 대한 통계적 분석: 후향적 차트리뷰

Objectives: This study was designed to statistically analyze patients hospitalized for thoracolumbar compression fractures at Daejeon University Daejeon Korean Medicine Hospital from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2021. Methods: A total of 62 patients were analyzed through electronic medical records in this study. The extracted data was analyzed using IBM SPSS ver.27.0. Results: 1. Traffic accident patients were more likely to reduce pain by more than half compared to falls and other patients. Patients without spinal disease were more likely to reduce pain by more than half compared to those without. The shorter the absolute bed rest and the longer the hospital stay, the higher the probability of pain reduction by more than half. 2. The duration of pain half-reduction was longer in patients with diabetes than in patients without diabetes. 3. The longer the hospitalization period and the shorter the absolute bed rest period, the less pain was reported upon discharge. Males complained of less pain at discharge than females, and patients without spinal disease complained less than those without. Patients who did not receive absolute bed rest complained of less pain upon discharge than those who did not. Conclusions: This study included patients hospitalized for thoracolumbar compression fractures and showed that etiology, absolute bed rest period, hospitalization period, gender, spinal disease, diabetes statistically affected the degree of pain reduction.
Chlorella vulgaris의 흡광도, 클로로필 및 개체수 통합 영향에 근거한 중금속 및 나노입자 독성 조사

본 연구에서는 중금속 7종(Cu, Cd, Cr, As(III), As(V), Zn, Ni) 및 나노입자 5종(CuO, ZnO, NiO, TiO₂, Fe₂O₃)에 대한 독성을 수계 대표 생물종인 녹조류 Chlorella vulgaris를 이용한 생물검정법으로 평가하였다. 조류에 미치는 영향은 흡광도, 클로로필 및 개체수 측정에 대한 결과를 통합하여 평가하였다. 중금속의 통합결과독성(TEC50) 순서는 Cr (0.7 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) > Cu (1.7 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) > Cd (3.2 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) > Zn (3.9 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) > Ni (13.2 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) > As(III) (17.8 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) ≫ As(V) (> 1000 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>)로 나타났다. 중금속은 측정종말점에 따라 일부 상이한 민감도와 독성이 조사되었다. 나노입자의 독성(TEC50) 순서는 ZnO (2.4 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) > NiO (21.1 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) > CuO (36.6 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) > TiO2 (62.5 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) > Fe2O3 (82.7 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>)로 나타났다. 나노입자는 측정종말점간에 비슷한 민감도와 독성을 보였다. 따라서 오염물의 독성을 평가하기 위해서 단일 방법에 의한 결과보다는 다양한 측정종말점의 통합결과에 근거한 접근이 적절할 것이다. In this study, toxicities of seven metals (Cu, Cd, Cr, As(III), As(V), Zn, Ni) and five metal oxide nanoparticles (NPs: CuO, ZnO, NiO, TiO₂, Fe₂O₃) were evaluated based on the growth of Chlorella vulgaris. Effect on algae growth was evaluated by integrating the results of absorption, chlorophyll content, and cell count. The toxicity rankings of metals was observed as Cr (0.7 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) > Cu (1.7 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) > Cd (3.2 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) > Zn (3.9 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) > Ni (13.2 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) > As(III) (17.8 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) ≫ As(V) (> 1000 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>). Slightly different orders and sensitivities of metal toxicity were examined depending on endpoints of algal growth. In case of NPs, regardless of endpoints, similar toxicity rankings of NPs (TEC50) were observed, showing ZnO (2.4 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) > NiO (21.1 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) > CuO (36.6 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) > TiO2 (62.5 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>) > Fe2O3 (82.7 ㎎ L<SUP>-1</SUP>). These results indicate that an integrating results of endpoints might be an effective strategy for the assessment of contaminants.

이 연구는 진로진학상담교사 양성 표준교육과정 개정(안)을 마련하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 진로진학상담교사 양성 교육과정 관련 문헌 고찰, 심층그룹인터뷰(FGI), 국외사례 분석, 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 이 연구를 통해 재구성된 진로진학상담교사 양성 표준교육과정의 교과목은 교과교육 과목 4개, 교과내용 과목 14개, 교육실습 과목 1개로 구성하였다. 이는 진로진학상담교사로서 학교 진로교육 총괄․기획자, 교수자, 운영․연계자, 상담․지도자의 역할을 수행하기 위한 역량을 개발하는 데 필요한 과목들이다. 이 연구에서 도출한 표준교육과정 개정(안)을 토대로 진로진학상담교사 양성 표준교육과정을 부전공 자격 연수과정으로 편성할 경우 총 38학점 이상, 교육대학원 석사학위과정으로 편성할 경우 총 30학점 이상으로 하는 교육과정 편성 사례를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 바탕으로 도출된 표준교육과정은 정부의 진로진학상담교사 양성 계획과 법령의 진로진학상담 표시과목에 반영하여 양성기관에서의 교육과정 편성․운영에 활용되어야 함을 제언하였다. The purpose of this research is to develop revised standard pre-service training curriculum for the career education & guidance teachers. For the purpose of this study, we reviewed the existing standard pre-service training curriculum for the career education & guidance teachers from the perspectives of the present and the future, and collected opinions on necessary improvements of the pre-service training curriculum for career education teachers with full justification. The revised standard pre-service training curriculum for career education and guidance teachers consists of subjects in four categories; ‘basic subject’, ‘education subject’, ‘elective subject’ and ‘field practice.’ Basic subjects and education subjects are compulsory subjects, while training institutes may choose elective subjects at their own discretion. Compulsory subjects are designed to develop basic abilities required of career education & guidance teachers, and elective subjects are in-depth subjects related to compulsory subjects. It is necessary that ‘basic subjects’ required for career guidance training should be prescribed as compulsory subjects. Career education field practice is not compulsory but training institutes are recommended to include field practice in the curriculum in order to provide field-oriented training.
