By the result of critical analysis based on the Multi-Regional IO Model for the whole country that divided into 8 boundaries of land, the whole national demand in tourism showed the 34.2% of increase by the impacts of tourism investment on regional economic growth. However it also analysed that the economical gap between the regions through these investment showed more broaden and wider than before. Accordingly in order to mollify the economical gap between the regions but with the encouragement of product increase, the policy scenario on the distribution of investment resource had designed effectively for the analysis per each scenario. In consequence of this policy analysis, all of the scenario showed that it had mollified the economical gap between the regions comparing to the tourism investment of 7 culture tourism belts.

The origin of Leprosy is lost in antiquity. Leprosy in Korea is not new, it was known eight centuries ago (1200 A. D. ). In the past, it has been described as a terrifying disease because of the disfigurement that developes as the disease progresses. Prejudices against this disease have become deeply rooted in the minds of people. They believed that Hansen' s disease. is incurable and also long standing chronic infectious; disease until modern anti-leprosy drugs which the greatest advance was the discovery that sulfone drugs were effective in leprosy and Sulfone therapy has greatly improved the disease. Even though bacteriological arrest is obtained in leprosy, the patient in whom the disease has become moderately advanced or advanced may be left with many permanent deformities which are functionally disabling and cosmetically disturbing. In general, there is a lack of knowledge and understanding about infectiousness of leprosy. leprosy. The patient should be returned to their home town when they had been treated and cured in the leprosarium. However, they are set down to the settle or resettlement villages because of most of community did not wish to give their permission for the exleprosy case to live alone or with relatives in their neighbourhood or ban. The authors studied why the leprosy are excluded from their community and what is the mechanism of mental defence process. It is obtained as follows: 1) Leprosy patients abandoned feeling from family which had had in early stage of childhood. 2) Fearful anxiety is caused in castration complex which had in the early childhood. 3) Leprosy patient are rejected from family becaese of economic collaps and ignorance of disease. 4) Leprosy patient attempted suicide several times but most of them did not commit suicide. 5) Most of leprosy patients believed God and they belong to presbyterian and catholic church.

이 논문에서는 해양사고 예보 시스템(MCFS)의 주요 부분 중 하나인 해양사고 예측 모델 개발에 관해서 기술했다. 셀분할 선형 파라미터 모델(CD-LIP)을 개발하여 Baltic 모델과 회귀 분산분석기법으로 비교하였다. 그 결과, CD-LIP 모델이 Baltic 모델과 비교하여 잔차가 작았으며, 연구대상지역의 해양사고 수량화 D/B에 최적 성능을 나타냈다. The paper describes on the implementation of marine casualty prediction model that is one of the main part of Marine Casualty Forecasting System (MCFS). In this work, Cell Distributed Linear-In-the-Parameter (CD-LIP) model is developed and compared with Baltic model using regression analysis of variance. As comparing results, it is known that the proposed CD-LIP model has less residual than the Baltic model and, it gives best performance to the marine casualty numeric D/B of target area.
HMD를 사용한 가상현실 선박 시뮬레이터 시스템의 프로토타입 개발

The paper deals with the implementation of prototype Ship Simulator system (VRSS) by Virtual Reality techniques with Head Mounted Display (HMD) device. The prototype VRSS was consists of PC-based human sensors, object oriented operating system. In addition, two kinds of databases arranged from Head Related Transfer Functions and 3D object models were used to create 3D sea sound, and to construct virtual world, respectively. Using the prototype system, we carried out some simulation tests for the overtaking situation to prevent collisions at sea, and discussed on the usability of the system. As results from simulations, the prototype VRSS can provide multisensory and interactive display environment. The results gave rise to the user interaction with 3D objects that give realistic reproduction of navigational environments under a given scenario. Thus, we found that the prototype VRSS should be one of the next-generation ship simulation system.

The concept of lean-premixed combustion in gas turbine combustor operation has become a standard<br/> in recent years as an effective means to meet stringent enviromental standards on NOx emissions. The<br/> combustion characteristics of 75 kW class lean premixed combustor were investigated at the conditions<br/> of high temperature and ambient pressure. The exit temperature and emissions of CO and NOx were<br/> measured at the center of exit plane. The high temperature air of 550K~650K was supplied through air<br/> preheater. As expected, experimental results indicate that NOx emission was increased and CO emission<br/> was decreased by increasing inlet air temperature. But CO emission measured at the center of exit<br/> plane was increased because of the non-uniform radial direction profiles. The Semi-Empirical<br/> Correlation method was applied to obtain the design point emissions of NOx and CO. Also the flame<br/> temperature, CO and NOx emissions were measured along the centerline of liner at 650K inlet air<br/> temperature to determine the position of dilution holes.
