        퇴계학파는 퇴계의 성리학을 어떻게 이해하고 계승했는가?

        퇴계 이후 후계자들, 즉 영남학파에서는 스승의 설을 당연한 것으로 생각하여 더 이상 부연하지 않고 있다가 약 100여년 뒤 기호학파에서 퇴계설을 비판하자 갈암 이현일이 이에 대해 비로소 학파의식을 가지고 율곡설을 비판하기 시작하였다. 갈암은 율곡의 존재론적 리기설에서 그가 기의 속성으로서 '자체 운동성이 있다[機自爾(기자이)]'라고 한 것에 초점을 맞추어 그렇게 되면 우주의 생성과 변화에 리의 역할이 없다고 비판하였다. 그러나 이것은 주자 리기론에 대한 율곡의 형이상학적 해석을 잘못 이해한 결과로서 정당한 비판이 아니다. 한편 갈암은 퇴계의 리기호발설을 옹호하면서 '理氣互發(리기호발)'의 '理發(리발)'은 마음의 리의 발현이라 해석하고, 율곡의 도덕론에 대해서는 '四七配屬說(사칠배속설)'과 '人心道心說(인심도심설)'의 모순을 지적해 내었다. 갈암의 이러한 도덕론적 주장은 정당한 바가 있다. 그러나 갈암이 퇴계의 존재론에서의 '理動說(리동설)'(太極生兩儀說(태극생양의설)에 대한 해석)의 부적절한 표현이나 퇴계 도덕론에서의 입론상의 실수에 대해서는 언급하지 않았는데, 이것을 보면 그의 율곡설 비판이 옳은 것도 있지만, 당파의식에서 나온 것임을 알 수 있고, 퇴계설 옹호를 위해 부연 설명하는 과정에서 영남학파의 사상 확립에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. The successors of Toegye, i.e. the School of Youngnam, took his theory for granted and so did not consider it. But about 100 years later when the School of Giho began to criticize it, Lee Hyeon-Il(葛庵 李玄逸) responded to it by means of criticizing the theory of Yulgok. Lee focuses on and criticizes the ontological theory of li and ki by Yulgok in which he says that ki has the property of "moving itself." He claims that if that were the case there would be no role that can be attributed to li in the generation and change of the universe. However, this is not an appropriate criticism and results from the misunderstanding of Yulgok’s metaphysical interpretation of Chu Hsi’s theory of li and ki. At any rate, Lee supports Toegye’s theory of co-arousal of li and ki理氣互發說, and interprets the arousal of li理發 in the theory as referring to the arousal of li in the mind. At the same time, he points out the contradiction implied in the theory of sachilbaesok四七配屬 and that of insimdosim人心道心 in Yulgok’s moral philosophy. This criticism is right to a certain extent. However, he does not mention the wrong description made by Toegye concerning the theory of lidong理動 and his mistakes in the course of establishing the theory. This shows that Lee’s criticism derives mainly from his partisan feeling, not from the objective perspective. Nevertheless, his explanation of Toegye’s theory largely affects the future establishment of the School of Youngnam.

        인터넷의 발달로 해킹과 같은 각종 보안위협이 증가하고 있으며 이는 국가, 기업 그리고 개인에게 심각한 위협이 되고 있다. 해킹으로 인해 유/무형적인 손실을 받을 수 있기 때문에 보안 위협에 대한 적절한 보안 대책의 수립이 필요하며, 또한 수립된 보안 대책 및 대상의 보안 수준을 확인하기 위한 다양한 정보보호 체계 및 평가 지표들이 존재하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내/외에서 개발된 정보보호 평가 체계와 지표, 그리고 국제 표준과 진행 동향을 살펴보고, 각 체계간의 차이점을 도출한다.

      • 견관절 Superoinferior axial 검사 시 Tiltable standing detector의 유용성에 관한 고찰

        In this study, we compared the alteration of test positions according to various test equipments when testing shoulder joint superoinferior axial to estimate the clinical usefulness of tiltable standing detector. Our objectives were patients who visited our hospital. Among them we chose patients who were prescribed to get a shoulder axial test, again we selected 30 patients whose abduction is more than 90 degree.(2008. Nov.$\sim$2009 Jan.) With the patients cooperation, we used CR(Agfa, Belgium), fixed-detector(Canon, japan), Tiltable-detector(Philips, Netherlands). Tested with only one equipment(tiltable detector), and posed with the other two. We surveyed 5 inspectors and 30 patients, asking them to rate the convenience of test position. Also, we checked how long it takes to have the image appear on screen after testing with the equipment We provided a standard for an assessment of the image to an expert in bone radiology, an orthopedist and a radiologist with 5 years experience. When the patients were asked about the convenience of the equipments, 15 people(50%) answered CR is convenient and 14 people(46.7%) answered the Tilting detector is convenient, showing not much difference. However, when the inspectors were asked the same question, 4people(80%) out of 5 answered that the Tilting detector is more convenient The time test showed that CR takes 2 minutes and 50 seconds, the Fixed detector 1minute and 48 seconds andor had no distortion showing the shoulder joint space. However, even though the Fixed detector showed ac the Tilting detector takes 1 minute and 43 seconds to bring the image to the screen after the position. The results of the value of image taken by each equipment, CR and the Tilting detectromion, coracoid process, due to the unstable pose, they were quite distorted and scored poor in observing glenoid fossa. By this study, we can see that testing the shoulder joint superoinferior axial projection with a detector that has a tilting device would be more convenient than testing it with a CR.

        유한요소해석과 다구찌방법을 이용한 에너지 저장형 의족용골의 설계에 관한 연구

        In this study, new design method of prosthetic foot was suggested which can evaluate the performance of prosthetic foot by implementing amputee's gait simulation using the finite element analysis. The basic shape of ESPF(Energy Storing Prosthetic Foot) was designed which is suitable for the below-knee amputee considering mechanical properties and kinematic properties. And, the performance evaluations were performed using the Taguchi method with orthogonal array L25. As a result, average main effect of factors for the ESPF's performance were calculated and then optimum condition of given shape was selected. Essential particulars for the performance evaluation from the simulation result were the quantity of external work needed in stance phase, the quantity of transferred energy from the ESPF through the knee, and the vertical displacement of knee at toe-off. Reasonable optimum condition was obtained from the using performance index. From this study, it was found that it is necessary for the design of ESPF to consider the geometrical data related to the magnitude of load on elastic material.

        과도 응답 보상기를 가지는 동기발전기의 고성능 여자 제어시스템

        여자제어 시스템의 AVR(Automatic Voltage Regulator) 장치는 발전기의 출력 전압을 일정하게 유지시키기 위하여, 여자기의 전압 또는 전류를 발전기 부하 전류 및 전압 변동에 따라 제어하는 역할을 수행한다. 이러한 AVR 장치의 응답성과 제어 특성은 발전기의 부하 변동 또는 과도 응답 상태에서의 출력 특성을 결정하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 고성능 전동기 제어 시스템에 널리 사용되고 있는 PWM 제어 시스템과 부하 변동에 강인하게 동작할 수 있는 과도 응답 보상기를 적용한 고성능 여자 시스템을 제안한다. 과도 응답 보상기는 발전기의 부하 전류 변동에 따라, 여자기의 제어신호를 PID 제어기의 출력에 더하여 빠른 속응성과 안정성을 가지도록 함으로써, 발전기의 출력 전압을 안정적으로 공급할 수 있도록 제어한다. 제안된 고성능 여자 시스템은 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션과 소형 발전기 시스템에 적용된 실험을 통하여 그 성능을 검증하였다. AVR(Automatic Voltage Regulator) of exciter control system in AC generator controls voltage and current according to load and terminal voltage variations in order to remain at the bus voltage. The output characteristics of main generator is dependent on the control performance of AVR. This paper presents the PWM type exciter system with transient response compensator for robust control of load variations. Additional transient response compensator generates compensation signal for load variation. So the proposed excitation control system has fast dynamic response in transient period and can control terminal voltage constantly. The proposed method is verified by the computer simulation and experimental results in prototype generation system.

      • 급성 림프구성 백혈병 환자에서 이하선 비대로 나타난 골수외 재발 1례

        Acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL) is a malignant disease of the bone marrow in which early lymphoid precursors proliferate and replace the normal hematopoietic cells of the marrow. Currently, only $20-30\%$ of adults with ALL are cured with standard chemotherapy regimens. It is very important risk factor whether to failure to achieve complete remission within 4 weeks or not. The relapse of leukemia is usually classified as hematologic and extramedullary relapse, and extramedullary leukemic infiltration is rarely observed in patients with ALL. In October 2004, a 23-year-old man presented with painless enlargement of both parotid glands. He was diagnosed as ALL(L2 subtype) one month ago, and he gained complete remission with induction chemotherapy. Fine needle aspiration cytology and bone marrow biopsy revealed extramedullary and hemtologic remission. To our knowledge this is the first report of extramedullary relapse in the parotid in ALL.

        산양산삼 증류약침의 혈맥주입 후 나타나는 혈장의 Proteom 분석

        Objectives : To observe the changes in the serum proteins after intravenous injection of cultivated wild ginseng pharmacopuncture. Methods : Blood was collected before and after the administration of cultivated wild ginseng pharmacopuncture and only the serum was taken. Then differences in the spots on the scanned image after carrying out 2-Dimensional electrophoresis were located and conducted mass analysis and protein identification. Results : Following results were obtained from the comparative analysis of serum proteins before and after the administration of cultivated wild ginseng pharmacopuncture. 1. 28 spots were identified before and after the administration. 2. In confirming manifestation degree, spots with more than two-times increase were 204, 1302, 2205, 3105, 7104, 8006, spots with more than one-time increase were 1101, 1505, 2013, 2403, 3009, 3010, 4002, 4009, 6704, 8101, and spots with decrease were 205, 801, 803, 3205, 5202, 6105, 6106, 7103, 9001, 9003. 3. After conducting protein identification, proteins 205, 804, 1302, 4009, 6105, 6106 are unidentified yet, and 1l01 is unnamed protein. Protein 204 is identified as complement receptor CR2-C3d, 801 as YAPl protein, 803 as antitrypsin polymer, 1505 as PRO0684, 2013 and 3010 as proapolipoprotein, 2205 as USP48, 2403 as vitamin D binding protein, 3009 as complement component 4A preprotein, 3105 as immunoglobulin lambda chain, 3205 as transthyretin, 4002 as Ras-related protein Ral-A, 4204 as beta actin, 5202 and 7104 as apolipoprotein Ll, 6704 as alpha 2 macroglobulin precursor, 7103 as complement component 3 precursor, 8006 as testis-specific protein Y, 8101 as transferrin, 9001 as (Alpha-Oxy, Beta-(Cl12g)deoxy) T-State Human Hemoglobin, and 9003 as human hemoglobin. 4. Immune protein CR2-C3d(204), which acts against microbes and pathogenic organisms, was increased by more than two-times after the administration of pharmacopuncture. 5. Antitrypsin(803), which is secreted with inflammatory response in the lungs, was reduced after the administration of pharmacopuncture. 6. Proapolipoprotein(2013, 3010) and apolipoprotein(7104), key components of the HDL-cholesterol which plays an important role in preventing arteriosclerosis, were increased after the administration of pharmacopuncture. 7. Vitamin D binding protein(DBP, 2403), protecting the lung at the time of inflammatory response, was increased after the administration of pharmacopuncture. 8. Transthyretin(TTR, 3205), which is the main protein causing familial amyloid polyneuropathy(FAP), was decreased after the administration of pharmacopuncture. 9. Ras-related protein Ral-A(4002) that controls phospholipid metabolism, cytoskeletal formation, and membrane traffic, was increased after the administration of pharmacopuncture. 10. Testis-specific protein Y(8006), which takes part in determination of the gender, was increased by more than two-times after the administration of pharmacopuncture. 11. Transferrin(8101), which balances the iron level in the body, was increased after the administration of pharmacopuncture. Conclusion : Above results support the notion that intravenous injection of cultivated wild ginseng pharmacopuncture induce changes in serum proteins and this research can be a pioneer work in finding biomarkers.

        직접 순시전압 제어기법에 의한 동기발전기의 고성능 여자 제어시스템

        본 논문에서는 부하 변동에 강인하고, 제어기의 구성이 매우 간단한 순시전압제어기법을 적용한 여자제어 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 순시전압 제어기법은 제어기의 이득을 결정하기 위한 복잡한 설계가 요구되지 않으며, 제어기의 시정수 설정만으로, 전력 변환 장치의 최대 응답성을 유도 할 수 있으며 과도 응답 상태에서 오버슈트의 발생을 크게 억제할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 제안된 순시전압 제어기법에 의한 동기 발전기 여자 시스템은 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션과 소형 발전기 시스템에 적용된 실험을 통하여 그 성능을 검증하였다. This paper presents a simple, robust excitation control system for synchronous generator using direct instantaneous voltage control(DIVC) method DIVC method can operate as maximum dynamics of power conversion system without any control gains such as PID controller. And the transient overshoot of generator voltage can be suppressed with a simple time constant. The proposed control scheme is verified by the computer simulation and experimental results in prototype generation system.

      • 소아에서항문성기주위에 발생한 Condylomy acuminata의 치료

        Condyloma acuminata, an uncommon disease m the pediatric patients, is being reported with increasing frequency in both adults and children. During the last 10 years, we managed 11 children with condyloma acuminata of the anogenital area. The patients' age at presentation varied from 9 months to 11 years, and boys outnumbered girls by a ratio of 2 : 1. The lesions were found in the perianal area in 9 patients and the genital area in 2. No history of sexual contact or abuse could be elicited. Although the exact mode of transmission of human papillomavirus(HPV) couldn't be defined, maternal-infant transmission at birth and close nonsexual family contact were the main possible causes of HPV infection in our patients. Our experience suggest that fulguration of the warts and concomitant excision with scissors of the larger lesions are the most satisfactory method of treatment in children. However, condyloma acuminata have high recurrence rate despite these treatments. Viral typing and careful epidemiological investigation on a larger series of patients may clarify the causative factors and effective modalities of treatment in childhood anogenital condyloma acuminata.

        2× 배율 도트사이트 장치의 개발

        목적: 본 연구는 $2{\times}$ 배율을 가지는 도트사이트 장치의 개발에 관한 것이다. 방법: 무배율 도트사이트로 먼 거리를 주시할 때 목표물을 확대해서 볼 수 있도록 하기 위해 기존 무배율 도트사이트에 착탈식으로 장착할 수 있는 새로운 광학계를 개발한다. 이는 기존 무배율($1{\times}$) 도트사이트를 $2{\times}$ 배율 도트사이트로의 전환을 필요에 따라 쉽게 할 수 있도록 하기위한 것이다. 결과: 배율이 없는 도트사이트에 착탈할 수 있는, doublet 렌즈가 쌍으로 구성되는, $2{\times}$ 배율 어포칼 광학계를 설계 제작하였다. 이를 사용하였을 때 우리는 외부 목표점을 2배 확대하여 조준할 수 있어서 조준의 정확성을 더욱 높일 수 있었다. 결론: 배율이 없는 일반 도트사이트에 착탈할 수 있는 $2{\times}$ 배율 어포칼 광학계를 설계 제작할 수 있었다. 이것에 의해 외부 목표점을 2배 확대하여 조준할 수 있도록 함으로서 조준의 정확성을 더욱 높일 수 있게 되었다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is developing the dot sight with a $2{\times}$ magnification. Methods: To magnify the target when we see the far through the non-magnified dot sight, we develop the new optical device which is detachable to the non-magnified dot sight. A new optical device is designed to facilitate the transition of an existing non-magnification ($1{\times}$) dot sight to the $2{\times}$ magnification dot sight. Results: We could design and fabricate the $2{\times}$ afocal optical system which is detachable to the non-magnified dot sight and be composed by a pair of doublet. When the system developed in this study was used, we could aim the external target by twice magnification, so we could further improve the accuracy of aim. Conclusions: We could design and manufacture the $2{\times}$ afocal optical system which can be detachable to the non-magnified dot sight. With the results, we could aim the external target by twice magnification, so we could further improve the accuracy of aim.
