      • 沿近海 水産資源의 合理的 管理方案에 關한 硏究

李啓烈 여수대학교 1992 論文集 Vol.6 No.-

Korea's fisheries both in quantity and in quality haves seen a remarkable growth since 1960's. Korea's inshore fisheries. However, haves been very stagnat since 1980's, with the deep-sea fishery daunted by the 200 sea mile economic water zones declared by inshore nations and sea resources getting exhausted by over-fishing. Korea's fisheries, accordingly, is in urgent need of reconstruction towards the transition from fisheries as exploitation of resources in the the past of fisheries as control of resoursces. A plan for a rational control of fisheries as control of resources is suggested as follows: 1. Control of the number of fisher boats to arbitrate fishing efforts. 2. Control of resources through dropping artificial nests, and producting and planting seeds and small fish, and caring for them. 3. Minimization of sea pollution and damage of fishing grounds owing to reclamation or filling up of inshore land. 4. Fundamental measuress to eradicate illegal fishing. This plan should be supported by amendment of laws and regulations and more progressive adjustment of the budget, if the plan is to be put into practice.

      • 漁業賃金制度의 形成過程에 관한 硏究

        이계열 여수대학교 1997 論文集 Vol.11 No.1

The fishing industry cannot be performed through individual labor because it's labor field in on sea and the objects of fishing are continuously migration, which requires cooperative labor of a large number of crewmen. The fishing industry with fisherboats which needs fishing implements as well as fisher boats was, from the beginning, conducted by a manager who could afford enough fund and labor force and it was done through a mangerial type of guild. That guild type management led to a distribution type in which the product is divided among the participants according to their roles and results. The role distribution system lasted for a long time because the system stimulated the zeal for production of the crew and the risks from uncertainty of the industry could be shared between the boat-owner and the crew. As the size of the fishing-boats grew, the early pure role-distribution system developed into minimum wage guaranting role-distribution, into fixed wage plus role-distribution, and then into fixed wage system. Korea's fishing industry has been changing its wage system from minimum wage guaranteing role-distribution, to fixed wage plus role-distribution, and to fixed wage system, with the development of near-sea and far-sea fisheries in the late 1960's and the growth of fisher-boat size and the development of industrial structure.

      • 토끼의 심전도에 대하여

        이계열,유은학,박옥신,김창준,강석원,Lee, Kae-Yul,Yoo, Eun-Hak,Park, Ok-Shin,Kim, Chang-Zoon,Kang, Suk-Won 대한생리학회 1968 대한생리학회지 Vol.2 No.1

In order to study the electrocardiogram of small animals authors deviced a fixing apparatus in the ventral resting position of rabbit and an attaching electrodes. Normal electrocardiograms of 8 adult rabbits were studied with author's improved fixing apparatus and electrodes. Leads taken were the standard limb lead, augmented unipolar leads and the unipolar precordial leads. The total numbers of various leads were eleven altogether. Results obtained in this study may be summarized as follows: 1. The details of the methods used to record and measure the six standard frontal plane leads and the five precordial leads of the rabbit electrocardiogram in the ventral resting position were described. The fixing apparatus of rabbits in ventral position are shown in Figure 1 and the attaching electrodes are shown in Figure 2. 2. The electrocardiographic changes in ventral position were more stable than in dorsal position in each lead. 3. The analysis of the amplitude, duration and other values of various waves are shown in Table 1 and Figure 3. 4. The electrocardiogram of rabbits showed decreased heart rate in ventral position than dorsal one. 5. The mean electrical axis of QRS complex in ventral position were +44.12 degrees and in dorsal position were +25.5 degrees.

      • 산소분압 변동이 혈액 및 여러 장기에 미치는 영향 : Ⅰ.혈액성분, 조혈기능 및 심장에 대한 영향 1. The Effects on the Erythrocyte, Erythropoietin Activity and the Heart Metabolism

        이계열,홍승길,신영철,유총근,성양호 최신의학사 1972 最新醫學 Vol.15 No.9

To investigate the effects of hypoxic and hyperoxic conditions on the erythrocyte, erythropoietin activity and heart metabolism, this experiment was performed to the animals of 24 rabbits and about 300 mice. Hypoxic condition was induced by flowing the gas mixtures which contain 8% oxygen and 92% nitrogen into a closed hyperbaric chamber, and hyperoxic condition by flowing the gas mixture containing 40% oxygen and 60% nitrogen for 5 hours per day during the period of 15 days respectively. The flow rates of each gas mixtures were corrected by analyzing the oxygen content of outlet gases with micro-Scholander apparatus. Blood samples were obtained from the ear vein with heparinized syringes at the end of one-week and two-week exposure for the detemination of RBC, hemoglobin, hematocrit and RBC fragility and also arterial blood serum was collected and stored in freezer for the measurement of erythropoietin activity. This serum was injected subcutaneously to the plethoric mice and determined 59Fe incorporation rate. Oxygen consumption and lactic acid level of left ventricle excised from the heart of sacrificed rabbit were determined. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The increase of RBC count was more prominent in hypoxic group than in hyperoxic group. 2. Hemoglobin and hematocrit were increased significantly in hypoxic group and decreased in hyper Toxic group. 3. MCV, MCHC and MCH were increased in hypoxic group and decreased in hyperoxic group representing macrocytic shift in hypoxia and microcytic shift in hyperoxia. 4. Erythrocyte fragility was decreased in hypoxic group and increased in hyperoxic group. 5. Erythropoietin activity was increased in hypoxic group significantly, and decreased in hyperoxic group. 6. Oxygen consumption arid lactic acid level were elevated in hypoxia and depressed in hyperoxic group.

      • Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid가 고양이 적출 심장에 미치는 영향

이계열 고려대학교 의과대학 1966 고려대 의대 잡지 Vol.3 No.1

γ-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) occurs naturally in the brain and is formed by decarboxylation of glutamate by an enzyme more concentrated in the central nervous system than in other tissues. GABA has been identified by Florey as a component of inhibitory factor which can be extracted from mammalian brain, and which diminishes the discharge of impulse in the mechanically excited crayfish stretch receptors, the impulse generation in the cardiac ganglion and the neuromuscular transmission. The author and other investigators have been reported that GABA produced the initial inhibition of cardiac activity of the frog followed by the positive inotropic action. In this study, to investigate the role of GABA on the mammalian cardiac activity, the isolated heart of cat had been perfused with Ringer-Locke's solution according to Langendorff technique. The final concentration of drugs perfused with Ringer-Locke's solution were 3 mg/ml GABA-Ringer's, 12 ㎍/ml adrenaline-Ringer's, 2 ㎍/ml acetylcholine-Ringer's and 0.014 mg/ml atropine-Ringer's solution. Results obtained may be summarized as follows: 1. GABA inhibited the cardiac activities initially and soon being recovered, one minute later the heart produced more greater amplitudes of contractions as compared with those before GABA perfused. 2. GABA inhibited the cardio-tonic effect of adrenaline. 3. GABA potentiated the cardio-inhibitory effect of acetylcholine. 4. Initial negative inotropic action of GABA could not be identified after atropinization.

      • 이광수의『元曉大師』연구

이계열 숙명여자대학교 1999 숙명語文論集 Vol.- No.2

This study on Lee Kwang Soc's 『Saint. Wonhyo』(1942) examines Wonhyo's human feature and strategies of the novel. This book asks general questions about love, which is a basic human desire, or one's own identity through Wonhyo's life as a man. He wanders about the country to achieve piece of mind and shows his different figure continuously throughout this book. First. Wonhyo as a learning monk feels skepticism about studies and shame of transgressing the Buddhist commandments, after meeting and falling in love with Princess Yo Suck. That is a beginning of self-denial. Awakening is facing "self" directly, that is. "true self" as a reality of universal things can be found in a process of denying "self". a process of recognizing and erasing "false self". He displays complete self-denial because he cannot rescue anyone, including himself, even though he wrote many books for 10 years at Boon Whang Temple. and he regards falling in love with Princess Yo Suck as a greed. After the process of Wonhyo's self-denial, he unfolds a salvation for the public. He intends to develop human values and quality of life by joining people together with great devotion. He helps people with difficulty devotedly too. His endless great love to all living things regardless of their relation, is a state of great affirmation which is gained through the process of self-denial. This is an awakening as an "universal self' from a "personal self", and is a displacement from a physical body to a dharma. Next is about the strategies of the novel. Lee Kwang Soo uses not only a direct narrative(real truth), which expresses Buddha's doctrine literally through a man Wonhyo, but also a narrative for historical-literary imagination(worldly truth) to support it. Lee cites some sutra phrases from『Wha Um Sutra』, which expresses a spirit of an assist toward the salvation for public. On the other hand, in 『Saint. Wonhyo』, we can guess writer's point of view of affection through Agasa, a fictional character who is created to make women's confused mind and to justify the true meaning of love, Lee's point of view of thought through St. Dae-Ahn and Prist Bang-Wool, who are symmetrical characters with Wonhyo and expand public Buddhism, and his personal belief shown from story about enlightening beggars and robbers. that is, accordance of the defending the fatherland and the defending the dharma. There are three important points in Saint Wonhyo. First. Lee has written about Wonhyo into a huge novel with unlimited literary imagination on an old narrative even though there are no private documents about him. Second, he has written the novel accepting Wonhyo(ism) into Korean literature, based on an old Korean tradition (al Buddhism). Third, he restores and suggests a true human feature (ideal human harmonizing knowledge and behavior) in the confused era, going back the 7th century. On the other hand, there are two literary problems associated with 『Saint. Wonhyo』. One is that this book has a gap between historical fact and literary reality because of the lack of historical research and the writer's intention. The other is that Wonhyo is never dealt with in his great idea world because Lee emphasizes only traces of Wonhyo's human agonyt(or love).
