S 리더십 프로그램 개발과 효과분석에 관한 연구

본 연구는 숙명여자대학교의 S 리더십 프로그램의 효과를 측정, 분석하고 리더십 교과과정이 앞으로 글로벌 리더십교육으로 확산되기 위해 필요한 프로그램개발 방향을 설정하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 국내외 리더십교육 관련 문헌조사, 국내외 대학의 리더십 교육프로그램 사례조사, 숙명여자대학교의 리더십교과목 현황조사 및 효과분석을 위한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 숙명여자대학교에서 전교생을 대상으로 진행되는 리더십교육과 문화 확산은 대학의 세계화와 경쟁력을 강화하는데 매우 필요한 과정으로 나타났다. 둘째, 숙명여자대학교 'S 리더십'의 네 가지 영역인 Spirit, Skill, Service, Strength는 리더십개발에 필요한 리더의 역량함양과 관련된 모든 부분을 포함하고 있는 총체적인 영역인 것으로 나타났다 셋째, 숙명여자대학교 리더십교육의 효과성을 측정하기 위해 리더십 교양필수과목인 'S 리더십'의 수강생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과 각 영역에 대한 평균값을 교육 전과 후로 비교해 볼 때 S 리더십의 네 가지 영역(Spirit, Skill, Service, Strength) 모두 평균이 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 또한 Paired t-test와 Pearson 상관관계 분석결과 S 리더십 교육이 수강생의 S 리더십 역량함양에 효과가 있을 뿐 아니라 네 가지 리더십 영역이 잘 구성되어 있음과 동시에 교육을 통해 네 가지 영역이 더 나은 시너지 효과를 가져 올 수 있다는 것을 간접적으로 반영해주었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 S 리더십 교육효과를 더욱 제고시키고 숙명리더십프로그램을 세계화 프로그램으로 발전시키기 위한 몇 가지 교육방향을 제안하였다. This study aims at measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of the 'S Leadership' education program at Sookmyung Women's University and establishing the direction of its program advancement necessary for the dissemination as the global leadership education of the future. In doing so, we conducted the review of relevant leadership education literature, case studies of college leadership education programs in Korea and overseas, and an empirical survey to analyze the effectiveness of the current Sookmyung leadership education program. The analysis results are three-fold. First, spreading out the Sookmyung leadership education and its culture is shown to be very crucial for its globalization and strengthening its competitiveness. Second, the four areas of S Leadership(i.e., Spirit, Skill, Service, Strength) are found to be quite comprehensive for enhancing the capability of leaders necessary for leadership development. Third, the analysis of the survey conducted for those students who took the core S Leadership course (two credit) revealed that the mean scores are improved in each S Leadership area after education than before. Further, the paired t test and Pearson correlation analysis proved the students' leadership capability improvement through education, and also indirectly showed the good composition of the four areas with their stronger synergy effect after education. Based on the results, we suggested key points for the future direction of leadership education to further enhance the effectiveness of S Leadership education and advance Sookmyung Leadership education program as a global program.

우리의 모교 숙명여자대학교눈 1938년 건국이래 한국여성의 고등교육만 감당하는 민족사학으로서의 험난한 길을 걸어 오면서, <숙명>이 상징하는 지도적인 한국여성상, 한국부덕의 으뜸으로 군립해왔다. 우리 숙명여대동문들이 학창시절에 자랑스럽게 가슴에 달고 등교했던 우리의 교표는 1939년에 제정된 것인데, 숙명을 상징하는 설화문은 백합의 꺠끗하고 아름다운 훈항이 한데 모여 피운 설화로서 결백과 정숙으로 영원히 우리 숙명동문의 가슴 깊이 살아있는 마음의 정표이기도 하다. 설화는 차가운 한겨울에 피면서도, 희고 깨끗하고 가식없는 아름다움으로 추위를 정복한다. 일제하 1938년의 민족사의 엄동설한 속에서도, 단군이래 우리 한 민족의 뿌리를 이어온 한국여성의 전통상을 오늘에 되살리기 위해, 설화로서 고고하게 핀 것이 숙명여자전문학교의 탄생이었다.

The Relation between the Psychological Environment of Family and Mal-Adaption Behavior that Perceived by the Children of Low-Income FamilyThis research investigated psychological environment that perceived by the children in poverty, and on the basis of this tried to investigated what influence psychological environment of low-income family exerted to mal-adaption of children. The objects of this research were 3rd and 6th grade elementary school students and parents and the number of these objects was each 117 children and their parents(either mother or father) of poor family than others as a study object. In analyzing data, we executed t-test, two way ANOVA, simple relative analysis and the multiple recurrence analysis. The summation of the result of this research are followings. 1. Observing the relation between mal-adaption to behavior and psychological environment, in value-oriented variables, social ascend showed positive correlation with the premature behavior of children, material-orienting trend with the shrinking behavior of children and the mal-adaption behavior related to thinking. And reciprocal attitude among the group characteristics showed negative correlation with delinquency and shrinking behavior achieving trend among the psychological processing factor showed positive correlation with physical symtoms of poverty children. 2. Among the variables such as grade, sex, and psychological environmental variables of family that effect the factor of mal-adaption behavior of children some of the most variables are sex, social ascend, reciprocal attitude between family.

우리는 벌써 12년 넘게 교육을 받아오고 있다. 그리고 그 교육들을 통하여 사회속에서 살아남기 위한 생활양식과 사회의 일원으로서 직업을 가지기 위한 능력을 획득할 수 있었다. 하지만 우리 사회 교육의 현실들은 이러한 긍정적인 측면들만을 가지고 있지는 못하다. 국민학교, 중학교, 그리고 고등학교에 걸쳐 이루어졌던 교육들은 대학을 가기위한 교육, 즉 중산층으로서 자리잡기 위한 가장 안전한 카드를 손에 넣기위한 수단으로 기능했고 더불어 왜곡되어지고 뒤틀려진 현실의 반영을 우리의 머릿속에 남겨주었다.

S 리더십 : S 리더십의 요소와 개념 분석을 중심으로

S 리더십은 세계화의 흐름 속에서 시대를 이끌어나갈 새로운 리더십에 대한 시대적 요청에 부응하여 창안된 것이다. S 리더십은 ‘새로운 마음가짐 생각, 창조성, 열린 마음, 주도성, 열정, 문제해결능력, 변화적응능력, 위기관리능력을 갖춘 창조적 지식(Spirit), 디지털기술, 어학능력, 의사소통능력을 갖춘 미래형 기술(Skill), 섬김, 배려, 협동, 신뢰, 헌신을 갖춘 봉사적 성품(Service), 영적, 정신적, 정서적, 신체적 건강의 건강한 심신(Strength)'의 4S로 구성되어 있다. Sookmyung Women's University(SMU) wants to make dream come to be the one of the global focusing leaders in the world. Jumping into the 21st century, it is not too much to say that global leaders need to be well prepared to a rapid changing and paradigm shifting in a digital-, information-, and knowledge based-society with a drastic development of technology. Facing this society, SMU has felt needs of leadership based on the premise of 'Servant Leadership' aiming to influence the world. In this context, SMU has adopted a strategy of leadership specialization, globalization and integration for women's education and also aimed to produce servant leaders for development and prosperity of human beings. The vision of SMU is to acquire of the world's premier leadership university and spread seeds for leadership into the world. Through its continuing leadership education and research achievements, SMU is focusing on education and targeting "10% of Korean leaders from SMU by 2020". Furthermore SMU has already sloganized under the name of S's; Spirit, Skill, Service and Strength for the foundational virtues for Sookmyung's future leaders. This paper deals with the background and trends of the investigation for leadership focused on S leadership of Sookmyung in Chapter 1. On the 2nd & 3rd chapter explained the S leadership through examining the factors consisting of S leadership. The book of "The journey to the East" written by Hermann Hesse and the theories by R. Greenleaf who had supported "Servant leadership" suggested what the servant leaders are. Both of them emphasized service and spirituality for a servant leader in the globalization. The purpose of this paper is to pave the way for an academic approach to the unique S leadership and shows its ways how to practice and contribute to the society. Also, this paper has been elaborated on the informative idea on the real value of S leadership leading to the globalization and its various uses and adaptability to the society.

학기말이 되면 우리들은 어김없이 다음 학기 수강신청을 위한 작은 소책자를 받아보게 된다. 다음 학기 개설강의가 영역에 따라 시간별로 나와 있는 이 책자를 받아 든 숙명학우들은 지난 학기와 달라진 것이 없는 과목들 속에서 수업듣기에 까다롭지 않으며 학점을 잘 준다고 소문난 강의를 찾아 공강이 없도록 시간을 잘 조절해 습관적은 수강신청을 하곤 한다.
