      • 태양광발전시스템(패널)의 건축물 적용 유형에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 친환경건축으로서의 마케팅적인 효과와 더불어 발전시설이 설치되는 건축물의 태양광발전시스템 최대효율을 고려한 디자인 방향을 제시하고자 하며, 더 나아가 중앙정부, 지방자치단체 등 행정기관의 ‘친환경 그린디자인 건축물 설계 가이드라인’에 적용할 수 있는 태양광발전시스템 디자인 가이드를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구방법은 태양광발전시스템의 이론적 고찰을 토대로 태양광발전시스템 기술요소와 적용현황 조사, 설치유형을 조사ㆍ분석, 설치유형에 따른 디자인 사례 분석 등을 통해 태양광발전시스템의 문제점을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 일반건축 및 공동주택에 태양광발전시스템을 적용하기 위해서는 첫째, 과도한 규모나 부실한 디자인이 외부로 보이는 것을 최소화한다. 둘째, 건축마감재와의 부조화를 최소화하기 위해 태양광패널의 컬러를 다양화한다. 셋째, 건축물 신축방식에 맞는 다양한 기술개발이 필요하나, 과도한 태양광패널의 적용이 되지 않도록 하는 것도 중요하다는 결론을 얻었다. This study intends to suggest a design direction that considers the maximum efficiency of the solar power generation system of the building where the power generation facility is installed as well as the marketing effect as an eco-friendly building. The purpose of this is to develop a solar power system design guide that can be applied to the design guideline . The research method analyzed the problems of the photovoltaic power generation system by examining the technical elements and application status of the photovoltaic power generation system based on the theoretical consideration of the photovoltaic power generation system, investigating and analyzing the installation type, and analyzing design cases according to the installation type. In order to apply PV system to general architecture and apartment house, first, excessive size or poor design is minimized to the outside. Second, the color of the solar panel is diversified to minimize the inconsistency with the architectural finish. Third, it is necessary to develop various technologies to suit the new construction method of the building, but it is also important to prevent the excessive use of the solar panel.

        종교상징의 색상에 대한 사상적 연구

        Il-Won-Sang is important image that offered a better visual representation of the truth of the great Way of Irwŏn. Awakening of human result from image by shape and color of Il-Won. But Il-Won-Sang have used customary and ideological color in Won-Buddism. Colors of Il-Won-Sang are two things. Black Il-Won-Sang have rustic and intimate feeling since Grand Master Sot’aesan times. On the other hand, gold Il-Won-Sang have visual image that build very strong religious beliefs. In terms of Ideological color, Black color have unsurpassed and void image, while gold color have bright and sacred image. Therefore, the author tentatively emphasized that Il-Won-Sang turned into light from color. This new Il-Won-Sang with the light can be used as a powerful and effective expression of Awakening towards ultimate truth.

        상악동에 발생한 기저양 편평상피세포암

        Basaloid squamous cell carcinoma (BSCC) is uncommon and distinct variant of squamous cell carcinoma that arises mostly in the upper aerodigestive tract and aggressive, high grade tumor with an increased tendency to be deeply invasive, multifocal, and metastatic even at the initial presentation. The typical microscopic features of carcinoma with a basaloid pattern in intimate association with a squamous component helps in diagnosis of this tumour. Since Wain’s report in 1986, BSCC of oral cavity, the palate, floor of the mouth, nasopharynx, oropharynx and mastoid region have been reported. However, BSCC in the nasal cavity or in the paranasal sinuses is rare and there are few reports in the Korean literature. We had experienced a case of basaloid squamous cell carcinoma that occurred in the left maxillary sinus of 72-year-old woman and reported with review of the clinical and pathologic features from the literature.

        응결제 전처리가 PAE 고분자의 흡착평형 및 지료 분산성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 습부 지료내 polyamidoamine-epichlorohydrin (PAE) 고분자의 흡착에 대한 열역학적 특성과 계면-동전위적 성향을 분석하고 응결제의 흡착자리 억제 효과가 고분자 흡착 및 지료 분산성에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위해 수행되었다. 교반식 용기내에 섬유 현탁액을 담아 고분자 흡착 실험을 수행하였고 PAE 고분자 흡착에 대한 Langmuir식 및 Freundlich식의 등온 흡착 상수를 결정하였다. 지료의 제타전위와 고분자 흡착량 측정을 위해 흐름 전위 차계와 PCD적정계를 각각 사용하였다. 또한, 응결제인 polyaluminum choride (PAC), poly-dimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride (poly-DADMAC) 및 polyamine-epichlorohydrin을 각각 자료에 전처리하고 수초지를 제조하여 지료 분산 안정성을 측정하였다. 지료내에서의 PAE 고분자 내첨은 초기에 제타전위를 크게 상승시키고 전위를 반전시키지만 시간의 경과와 함께 현저한 감쇄현상을 나타내었다. PAE 고분자는 저온에서 pseudo-Langmuir 흡착 거동을 보여주었으나 온도가 증가하면서 Freundlich 시수항인 v값이 점차 높아지는 결과를 나타내었다. PAE 고분자에 대한 Gibbs 흡착 자유에너지로부터 산출한 트레인 수(N_(seg))는 상온에서 약 7~8로 나타났으며 온도가 증가하면서 감소하였고 고분자 고리의 노출반경은 약 215 nm로서 온도 10 ℃ 상승에 대해 약 9%씩 증가하였다. PAE 고분자의 흡착 엔탈피는 -27~29 kJ/mol로서 저에너지 물리흡착임이 구명되었다. Polyaluminum chloride (PAC)를 전처리한 지료는 PAC 전처리 수준이 증가함에 따라 최대 포화-흡착량, 흡착 엔트로피 및 트레인 수가 감소하였고, PAE 내첨 수초지 실험에서 응결제 전처리에 의해 보류효과가 약 3% 증가하였으며, 섬유 분산성은 약 8%까지 증가하였는데 이는 생산 공장 적용 실험 결과(8.6% 증가)와 일치하였다. The adsorption thermodynamic properties of polyamidoamine-epichlorohydrin(PAE) polymer were investigated in an attempt to evaluate the paper-making fiber dispersion stability influenced by a coagulant site-blocking impact. The polymer adsorption experiments were conducted in a stirred jar containing an aqueous fibrous suspension and evaluated in terms of Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption parameters. The zeta potential and the adsorbed amounts of PAE polymer on fiber were measured by using a streaming potential measurement and a polyelectrolytic PCD titration, respectively. Laboratory handsheet test was conducted to examine the effect of coagulant pretreatment on the stock disperison stability, in which three different types of coagulant including polyaluminum chloride(PAC), poly-dimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride(poly-DADMAC) and polyamine-epichlorohydrin were employed. The zeta potential of a stock, being varied significantly depending upon the addition of PAE polymer, showed initially a sharp increase and later an exponential decay as a function of time. The PAE adsorption exhibited a pseudo-Langmuir adsorption behavior at 20℃, whereas its Freundlich power(v) increawed in a proportional way at an elevated temperature. With the train numbers of 7 to 8, the length of the extended loop of PAE was determined as 215㎚ at 20℃ and increased at a rate of 9% at every 10℃ rise in temperature. The PAE adsorption was proven to be an exothermic physisorption with an adsorption enthalpy of -27 to -29kJ/㏖. The coagulant addition presumable influenced the conformation of PAE polymer to be extended into the liquid phase and potentially led to the steric hindrance effect among adjacent fibers. About an 8% increase in the sheet uniformity and about a 3% gain in the retention rate could be achieved with the coagulant pretreatment in handsheet experiments. The conclusion was strongly supported by the results obtained from the papermachine trial conducted at one of the domestic paper mills.

        악골에서 발견된 multiple myeloma의 구강내 plasmacytoma 병소: 증례보고

        Plasma cell neoplasms are generally categorized into four groups; multiple myeloma(MM), solitary plasmacytoma of the bone(SPB), plasma cell leukemias, and extramedullary plasmacytomas(EMP). These tumors may be further described as localized or diffuse in presentation. Localized plasma cell neoplasms are rare occurrences and include solitary plasmacytomas of the skeletal system, which account for 2-5% of all plasma cell neoplasms and extramedullary plasmacytomas of the soft tissue, which account for approximately 3% of all such neoplasms. A plasmacytoma is defined as any discrete, most likely solitary mass of neoplastic plasma cells either in the bone marrow or in various soft tissue sites. Diffuse lesions include the other two groups, multiple myeloma and plasma cell leukemia. The relationship between these processes has not yet been definitively characterized, but there appears to be a continuum in which both SPB and EMP often progress to MM. The patient was referred who had continuous deep throbbing bone pain and swelling on the left posterior gingival area of the mandible after extraction of the first and second molar. The result of intraoperative excisional biopsy of the lesion was confirmed as a plasmacytoma. And it revealed systemic multiple myeloma through the further diagnostic work-up. It is worth to report because of a rare case of multiple myeloma found in oral cavity as a form of plasmacytoma.

        악교정 수술 환자에서 발관 후 발생된 급성 호흡곤란 증후군 : 증례보고

        급성호흡곤란 증후군은 드물게 발생되나 환자의 생명을 위협할 수 있는 응급 합병증이다. 본 증례는 내과적 기왕력이 없는 건강한 악교정 수술 환자에서 발관 후 지연 발생된 급성호흡곤란 증후군의 치험례로서, 즉각적인 진단 및 응급처치로 타 장기로의 합병증 없이 24시간 내에 빠르게 호전되었다. 구강외과의사는 전신마취 수술 중 혹은 수술 후 발생될 수 있는 다양한 응급상황에 대해 정확히 이해하고, 즉각적인 처치를 시행할 수 있어야 하며, 이로 인한 합병증을 줄이는 노력을 계속 하여야 할 것이다. Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) is severe acute hypoxic respiratory failure state with dynamic impairment in oxygen and carbon dioxide transfer with the need for high levels of supplementary oxygen and a high minute ventilation. This syndrome is caused by pulmonary edema due to increased permeability of the alveolar capillary barrier by various factors. ARDS is an uncommon, but a potentially life-threatening complication. Therefore, immediate diagnosis and appropriate therapy must be performed. The present case is post-extubation ARDS immediately occurred in an orthognathic surgery patient who are healthy 19-year-old man. He rapidly recovered from ARDS without complication by early diagnosis and proper treatment. This case report was aimed to describe the process of the development, possible causes and the management of ARDS occurred in an orthognathic surgery patient
