숙주나물과 콩나물에 대한 부패성 미생물의 증식 양상 비교

숙주나물과 콩나물은 blanching 후 변질 속도가 크게 차이가 나는 바 이들이 Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus cereus, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Listeria monocytogenes 등 4종의 부패성 및 식중독 미생물의 중식에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 숙주나물과 콩나물 조리과정 중 blanching 조건이 달라 각각의 조건에서 두 시료 모두 blanching하여 생균수를 측정한 결과 blanching 한 후 미생물수는 저장시간에 따라 증가하나 그 차이가 없었다. 최소배지에 숙주나물과 콩나물 농축물 및 부패성 미생물을 접종한 후 생균수를 측정한 결과 숙주나물에 접종한 모든 균들의 초기 균수가 높았으나 24시간 이후 비슷한 증식양상을 나타내었다. 그러나 숙주나물과 콩나물의 여액을 배지로 사용하여 실험한 결과 미생물의 증식 양상은 균주마다 다른 것으로 나타났다. 저장기간 동안 색도를 측정한 결과 숙주나물의 경우 24시간에는 색차가 거의 없다가 48시간 이후 현저한 차이를 보였고, 콩나물의 경우 24시간에 다른 계통의 색으로 변하다가 48시간 이후 현저하게 많은 차이를 보여 다른 양상을 나타내었다. This study was conducted to investigate effect of mungbean sprout and soybean sprout against the growth of spoilage microorganism (Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus cereus, Pseudomonas fluorescens, and Listeria monocytogenes). After blanching at different conditions, the viable cells of the spoilage microorganisms were increased with storage time, but the viable cells were almost same after treating with either mungbean sprout or soybean sprout. The viable cell population in minimal broth treated with filtrate of mungbean sprout was higher than that of soybean sprout after 24 hr. However, the growth of spoilage microorganism in filtrate of mungbean sprout and soybean sprout was depending upon strain type. During incubation for 72 hr at 25℃, the color change of mungbean sprout was appeared moderately, but in soybean sprout it was appeared clearly at 24 hr. These results indicate that the effect of mungbean sprout and soybean sprout against growth of spoilage microorganism was not different.

Fillet welding accounts for about 80% of all constructing process of ship and ocean structure. T-joint is one of the typical shapes which are frequently reported to experience the fatigue damage when the marine structure meets the storm loads. The fatigue damage is affected by the magnitude of residual stresses on the weld. Recently, many shipping registers and design guidances have required that the fatigue strength assessment method should be compensated by the effect of the residual stress in case that the random loading or storm loading is applied to the marine vessels. This study suggests the computational procedure to analyze the residual stresses of T-joint specimen that is frequently reported to get damaged by the storm loading. Experiment by XRD as well as the 3-D computational welding model is presented in order to get the profile of residual stress. Throughout the comparison of experimental result with the computational result, the computational model was validated. Thereafter, characteristics of he residual stresses in the joint are discussed.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between the career of bicycle athletos and track records. For this purpose the bost yearly track were records reviewed for the high school group, College group, and vocational group after 1983, in which the volodrom bicycle stadium was first built. Based on the information the best performance periol would the results were as follows; 1. In male high school group, 18-19 years old athletes with 5 to 6 years of experience showed the best performance. 2. In college group, 20 to 21 years old athletes with 7 to 8 years of experience showed the best performance. 3. In vocatronal group, 22 to 23 years old athletes with 8 to 10 years of experience showed the best performance. 4. In female high school group, 18 to 19 years old athletes with 3 to 4 years of experience showed the best performance. 5. In female college group, 20 to 23 years old athletes with 4 to 5 years of experience showed the best performance. 6. Finally in female vocational group, 20 years old athletes with 6 years of experience showed the best performance.

Pop singers frequently use breathy voice to express diverse emotion. Such method is the major factor that divides vocalization in pop and classical music. Using breathy voice too much for a long time could make singer short-winded, which might cause the voice injured. In order to prevent the problem, singers need to find resonance balance between high notes and low notes and among vowels. Moreover, they should take more attention when producing resonance in consonants with much air flow. Along with finding resonance balance, if skilled at controlling the volume of voice, singers can use the breathy voice selectively at the desired part, adjusting close quotient freely. Through this kind of approach, pop singers can develope their unique style of vocalization and avoid the vocal damage.
