        순기화중탕(順氣和中湯)과 Doxorubicin의 병용이 Colon-26의 항암효과에 미치는 영향

        In order to evaluate the anti-tumor and synergic effect of Soonkiwhajungtang with doxorubicin, the inhibitory concentration(IC), IC50 and IC90 of single use of doxorubicin and Soonkiwhajungtang with their concomitant treatment against Colon-26(Murine Rectum Carcinoma) was observed using MTT(Microculture Tetrazolium test) assay. In addition, their anti-tumor effects were also observed in the xenograft nude mice models against 3LL cell lines. Soonkiwhajungtang may only mimic direct anti-tumor effects against 3LL cell lines, but signs of worsening induced by implantation of tumor cell lines generally decreased, while the total WBC and lymphocyte numbers increased. Therefore, experimentation suggests that Soonkiwhajungtang extracts reduced the critical toxicity of doxorubicin, and that Soonkiwhajungtang extracts have favorable synergic effects when combined with doxorubicin.

        열공망막박리에서 일차수술로서 20게이지와 23게이지 유리체절제술의 비교

        Purpose: The efficacy of 20-gauge and 23-gauge vitrectomy system was investigated in primary vitrectomy for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. Methods: Eyes that underwent primary vitrectomy without scleral buckling for the treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were followed up at least 6 months and were reviewed retrospectively. Anatomic results, functional outcomes, operation time and complications were compared between 20-gauge and 23-gauge groups. Results: Among 59 eyes of 59 patients, the 20-gauge group had 29 eyes of 29 patients and 23-gauge group had 30 eyes of 30 patients. Anatomic success after a single operation was obtained in 23 eyes (79.3%) of the 20-gauge group and 28 eyes (93.3%) of the 23-gauge group. Recurrence occurred in 6 eyes (20.7%) in the 20-gauge and in 2 eyes (6.6%) in the 23-gauge group. Retinal reattachment in all of these eyes was obtained through reoperation. Visual acuity improved logMAR 0.2 or more in 19 eyes (65.5%) of the 20-gauge group and 20 eyes (66.7%) of the 23 gauge group (p=0.153, 0.215). The average operation time of the 23-gauge group was 80.2 minutes, which was significantly shorter than the 94.8 minutes of the 20-gauge group (p=0.008). Transient ocular hypertension and progression of lens opacity were the most common complications in the both groups. Conclusions: Twenty-three-gauge transconjuctival sutureless vitrectomy achieved outcomes comparable with 20-gauge vitrectomy, with significantly shorter operation time in repair of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. It is considered as a viable alternative to 20-gauge vitrectomy in selected cases.

        굴절교정레이저각막절제술 10년 후 각막조직의 공초점현미경 소견

        Purpose: The present study compares, using a new generation high‐resolution in vivo confocal microscope, the corneas of patients who underwent photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) 10 years previously with those of healthy persons. Case Summary: A confocal microscope (Confoscan 4.0, Fortune Technology, Italy) was used to get the data from healthy volunteers and patients. Corneal cross‐sectional images of the epithelium, Bowman's layer, stromal layer (anterior, middle and posterior keratocyte), Descemet's membrane, and endothelium were compared. In PRK corneas, the superficial epithelium was nearly intact and the subbasal nerve plexus was visible, but some hyperreflective areas were also found in the nerve plexus. Because of the absence of the Bowman's layer, some ECM and keratocytes were visualized in their optical section. Although anterior keratocytes showed uneven distribution with less cellularity, middle and posterior keratocytes looked unaffected. Likewise, there were no differences in the endothelium between the two groups. Conclusions: Ten years after PRK, the subbasal nerve plexus and anterior keratocytes showed histologic changes after corneal wound recovery.

        반하사심탕(半夏瀉心湯)이 Doxorubicin에 의해 유발(誘發)된 심장독성(心臟毒性) 및 임상증상(臨床症狀)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        The effect of Banhasasim-tang extracts on the cardiac toxicity and general symptom induced by Doxorubicin administration(Three injection protocol) were monitored using male ICR mice. The changes of body weight, clinical signs, necropsy findings and organ weights of heart were observed. The results were as followed. 1. Decrease of body weight after Doxorubicin treatment were dose-dependently inhibited by Banhasasim-tang extracts. 2. The degrees of anorexia, ataxia and dehydration that were observed in Doxorubicin treatment group were dose-dependently inhibited by Banhasasim-tang extracts. 3. Increase of absolute and relative heart weight observed in Doxorubicin treatment group were dose-dependently inhibited by Banhasasim-tang extracts. In addition. the degrees of heart congestion and enlargement were significantly and dose-dependently decreased after Banhasasim-tang extracts dosing groups compared to that of Doxorubicin treatment group. In conclusion, the toxicity of Doxorubicin treatment(decrease of body weights, clinical signs such as anorexia, ataxia and dehydration, changes of organ weights of heart) was inhibited and/or prevented by Banhasasim-tang extracts. According to these results. it is considered that Banhasasim-tang has some preventive effect against to toxicity induced by Doxorubicin.

So, it is considered or expected that Soonkiwhajungtang extracts were reduced the critical toxicity of doxorubicin and shows favorable synergic effect with doxorubidn and Soonkiwhajungtang extracts.

        고온/고압/산화제 과잉 환경 유동에서의 금속 산화 평가 설비

        본 연구에서는 액체 로켓의 예연소기와 같이 고압/고온/산화제 과잉 환경 유동에서 적용될 수 있는 금속 산화 평가 실험 설비를 구성하였다. 금속의 산화 및 발화는 시스템에 따라서 결과가 달라질 수 있기 때문에, 실제 금속이 적용되어 작동될 환경에서 평가를 하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 실제 작동 환경과 비슷한 조건을 구현하기 위하여 산화제 과잉 가스 발생기를 사용하였다. 시편이 고온/고압의 산화제 과잉 연소 가스에 직접 금속이 노출될 수 있도록 실험 설비를 구성하였으며, 실험을 통하여 최종적으로 목표 구현 조건을 달성하였다. In this study, we constructed a metal oxidation evaluation test equipment that could be applied in high pressure and high temperature environments, as well as oxidizer flow, such as the pre-burner for liquid rockets. As oxidation and ignition of metals can vary from system to system, it is very important to evaluate them in an environment where they will virtually be applied and operated. Thus, an oxygen-rich gas generator is used to implement conditions similar to the actual operating environment. The test facility is then constructed to directly expose the metal to the high-temperature/high-pressure oxygen-rich gas. Finally, the target conditions are achieved through experiments.

      • 학습 부진학생들과의 협업이 영재학생의 창의적 인성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 초등 영재학생들을 대상으로 학습 부진학생들과 협업이 영재학생들의 창의적 인성에 어떠한 효과를 주는지 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 영재학생 1명, 부진학생 1명씩으로 총 4개 모둠을 구성하여 8차시 분량의 협엄 학습 프로그램인 ‘물로켓 제작’을 실시하였다. 이 프로그램 실시 전후에 창의적 인성 검사와 면담을 통해 연구 결과를 얻었다. 그 결과 첫째, 영재학생과 학습 부진 학생들이 협업 학습 프로그램에 모두 즐겁게 참여하였다. 둘째, 영재 학생들 모두 창의적 인성 점수가 향상되었다. 셋째, 영재학생들은 이번 협업 학습에서 부진학생들과 협력한 점이 가장 흥미롭다고 하였다. 그리고 영재학생들은 학습 부진학생이 모든 부분에서 능력이 뒤처지는 것은 아니며, 각자에게 서로 잘하수 있는 부분이 있음을 인지하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 영재학생과 학습 부진학생과의 협업 학습 프로그램은 영재학생들의 창의적 인성 신장에 효과가 있음을 알았다. 향후 영재학생들의 인성교육 프로그램에는 협업 학습 프로그램을 활용할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of collaboration with underachieving studentss on the creative personalities of gifted students. For this purpose, a total of 4 groups were composed of one gifted student and one unskilled student, and a "water rocket production" was conducted, which is a collaboration learning program for eight hours. The research results were obtained through creative personality test and interview before and after the program. As a results, First, the gifted students and the underachieving students enjoyed the collaborative learning program. Second, the gifted students' creative personality scores improved. Third, gifted students found that the most interesting thing was that they cooperated with the underachieving students in this collaborative learning. And the gifted students realized that the underachieving students did not fall behind in all areas, and they recognized that there was a part that they could do well with each other. These results show that the collaborative learning program between the gifted and underachieving students is effective in enhancing the creative personality of the gifted students. In the future, gifted students need to use collaborative learning programs in their personality education programs.

      • 축소형 산화제과잉 예연소기 연소실험

        본 연구에서는 삼중분사기를 사용한 축소형 산화제과잉 예연소기의 운용을 위하여 연소실험을 진행하였다. 토치 점화 방식으로 점화를 하였으며, 삼중분사기 내의 연소영역으로 점화원이 잘 침투될 수 있도록 점화구간에 저유량의 산화제를 공급하였다. 5bar 및 60bar 연소실험 결과 안정적으로 점화 되었으며 점화구간에 산화제 분기 없이 100%를 공급했을 때도 안정적으로 점화되었다. 연소 종료 시점에 부드럽게 소염이 되지 않아 시퀀스를 변경하여 액체산소의 차단 시점을 3초 뒤로 이동했다. 이를 통하여 최종적인 축소형 산화제과잉 예연소기 연소실험 시퀀스를 확립하였다. In this study, combustion test were carried out for the operation the reduced-scale oxidizer-rich preburner using triplex injector. A torch ignition method was used and a low flow rate oxidant was supplied to the ignition section so that the ignition source could be well penetrated into the combustion region in the triplane injector. The results of the 5 bar and 60 bar combustion tests showed stable ignition and stable ignition even when 100% of the oxidizer was supplied to the ignition section. At the end of combustion, the flame was not smoothly extinguished so the shutoff timing of liquid oxygen was shifted backward by 3 seconds. Through these process, the test sequence of the oxidizer-rich preburner was finally established.
