        AlN를 도핑시킨 ZnO박막의 전기적 및 전자적 특성

        For high-quality p-type ZnO thin films, AlN co-doped ZnO thin films were grown by using a RF magnetron co-sputtering system with ambient Ar and O₂gases. In the XPS measurement, the binding energy peak of the Zn2p_(3/2) and O1s for the AlN-doped ZnO thin films was lower than that of the undoped ZnO thin film. The AlN-doped ZnO thin film grown at 200℃ exhibited p-type semiconductor with a high hall concentration of 1.37×10^(18)cm^(-3), a mobility of 776 cm²/Vs and a low resistivity of 5.86×10^(-3)Ω‧m. For the undoped ZnO thin film and the AlN-doped thin film grown at a temperature of 600℃, which exhibited characteristics of an N-type semiconductor, no nitrogen atoms were measured in the SIMS depth profile while for the AlN-doped ZnO thin films grown at room temperature, 200℃and 400℃, which exhibited the characteristics of a p-type semiconductor, nitrogen atoms were measured in the SIMS depth profile. Thus, we conclude that nitrogen atoms doped in ZnO thin films play an important role in the p-type semiconductor nature of AlN-doped ZnO thin films. 고품질의 p-형 ZnO박막을 제작하기 위해 AlN를 도핑시킨 ZnO박막을 RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링 법을 이용하여 Ar과 O₂분위기에서 성장시켰다. XPS측정결과, AlN를 도핑시킨 ZnO박막의 Zn2p_(3/2)와 O1s피크는도핑을 시키지 않은 ZnO박막의 피크보다 낮은 결합에너지에서측정되었다. 박막의 홀 측정 결과, 기판을 200℃로 가열하면서성장시킨 박막이 p-형을 나타내었으며, 비저항이 5.86×10^(-3)Ω‧m, 캐리어 농도가 1.37×10^(18)cm^(-3), 이동도가 776 cm²/Vs이었다. SIMS의 측정결과 N이 포함된박막에서는 p-형 반도체 특성을 나타내며, N이 포함되지 않은 박막에서는n-형 반도체 특성을 나타내었다.

        알카리 표면개질 처리가 무전해 구리 도금피막과 폴리이미드 필름의 접합력에 미치는 효과

        The effects of the alkali surface modification process on the adhesion strength between electroless-plated Cu and polyimide films were investigated. The polyimide surfaces were effectively modified by alkali surface treatments from the hydrophobic to the hydrophilic states, and it was confirmed by the results of the contact angle measurement. The surface roughness increased by alkali surface treatments and the adhesion strength was proportional to the surface roughness. The adhesion strength of Cu/polyimide interface treated by KOH + EDA (Ethylenediamine) was 874 gf/cm which is better than that treated by KOH and KOH + KMnO4. The results of XPS spectra revealed that the alkali treatment formed oxygen functional groups such as carboxyl and amide groups on the polyimide films which is closely related to the interfacial bonding mechanism between electroless-plated Cu and polyimide films. It could be suggested that the species and contents of functional group on polyimide films, surface roughness and contact angle were related with the adhesion strength of Cu/polyimide in combination.

        Cardiac Function in Kawasaki Disease Patients with Respiratory Symptoms

        Background and Objectives: Respiratory symptoms are often observed in children with Kawasaki disease (KD) during the acute phase. The association of respiratory viruses in children with KD was investigated using multiplex reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and tissue Doppler echocardiography. Subjects and Methods: 138 KD patients were included from January 2010 to June 2013. We compared 3 groups (group 1: n=94, KD without respiratory symptoms; group 2: n=44, KD with respiratory symptoms; and group 3: n=50, febrile patients with respiratory symptoms). Laboratory data were obtained from each patient including N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP). Echocardiographic measurements were compared between group 1 and group 2. RT-PCR was performed using nasopharyngeal secretion to screen for the presence of 14 viruses in groups 2 and 3. Results: The incidence of KD with respiratory symptoms was 31.8%. The duration of fever was significantly longer, and coronary artery diameter was larger in group 2 than in group 1. Tei index was significantly higher and coronary artery diameter larger in group 2 than group 1. Coronary artery diameter, C-reactive protein levels, platelet count, alanine aminotransferase levels, and NT-pro BNP levels were significantly higher and albumin levels lower in group 2 compared with group 3. Conclusion: NT-pro BNP was a valuable diagnostic tool in differentiating KD from other febrile viral respiratory infections. Some viruses were more frequently observed in KD patients than in febrile controls. Tei index using tissue Doppler imaging was increased in KD patients with respiratory symptoms.

        경주국립공원 지구특성에 따른 이용자 관리 정책에 대한 인식 차이 분석

        본 연구는 경주국립공원의 지구유형별 특성에 따른 관리정책에 대한 이용자의 인식 차이를 비교해 보고자 경주국립공원을 방문한 이용자를 대상으로 2012년 7월에서 8월까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 경주국립공원 이용자의 특성, 이용행태, 공원관리정책에 대한 인식을 조사항목으로 설정하였다. 먼저, 경주국립공원 8개 지구의 주요자원과 탐방객의 이용특성을 기준으로 지구유형을 분류하였다. 불국사와 석굴암을 주요 자원으로 주로 경관감상 및 휴양을 위한 관광을 목적으로 하는 이용객들이 많이 찾는 토함산 지구는 관광형, 역사문화 학습과 환경 교육을 위한 탐방객들이 많이 찾는 남산과 대본지구는 역사문화교육형으로 분류할 수 있었으며, 남은 화랑, 서악, 소금강, 구미산 지구는 건강증진을 위한 체력 단련, 등산, 산책이 주목적으로 주민들이 많이 이용하는 공간으로 근린공원형으로 분류할 수 있었다. 관광형의 경우, 문화유적탐방을 위한 이용자가 집중되는 곳으로 이용자제한 정책을 통해 탐방객들의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안에 대해 고려해야 할 것으로 판단되었고, 역사문화교육형은 이용행위규제 방법에서 관리자 단속권한이 강화될 필요성이 있다고 인식하고 있었다. 반면, 근린공원형 지구의 이용자들은 대부분의 정책에 대해 가장 낮은 필요도를 느끼고 있었는데, 이러한 결과들을 통해 경주국립공원은 각 지구별로 이용자들이 느끼는 정책의 필요도가 다르다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 향후 경주국립공원의 지구별 이용자의 인식 차이를 반영한 정책 도입에 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The survey was taken from July to August 2012 by users who visited Gyeongju National Park to compare the perceived gap of users regarding management policy by characteristic of Gyeongju National Park district type in this study. Gyeongju National Park users' characteristic, use pattern and perception regarding park management policy were created as survey items. First, district type was classified based on use pattern of the visitor and the key resources of 8 districts in Gyeongju National Park. Tohamsan District, which has many visitors for the purpose of scenery appreciation and recreation with Bulguksa and Seokguram Grotto, is classified as tourism type, Namsan and Daebon District, which bring in many visitors seeking to learn about historical culture and environmental education, could be classified as historical culture education types, and Hwarang, Seoak, Sogeum River, Gumisan District are places residents use for physical training, hiking and walking to improve health, thus classifying them as neighborhood park types. People perceived that the tourism type is where users for historical artifact tours are concentrated, thus consideration for plans that can improve visitors' satisfaction from a user limit policy is required, and a manager's right to control use behavior must be reinforced in historical culture education types. On the other hand, users of neighborhood parks found the lowest necessity for most of the policy, and this showed that users of each of Gyeongju National Park's districts felt differently about the need for policies. This result is expected to be utilized as a database for introducing policy that reflects the perception of users in each districts of Gyeongju National Park in the future.

        Uveitis as an important ocular sign to help early diagnosis in Kawasaki disease

        Purpose: Incomplete Kawasaki disease (KD) is frequently associated with delayed diagnosis and treatment. Delayed diagnosis leads to increasing risk of coronary artery aneurysm. Anterior uveitis is an important ocular sign of KD. The purpose of this study was to assess differences in laboratory findings, including echocardiographic measurements, clinical characteristics such as fever duration and treatment responses between KD patients with and those without uveitis. Methods: We conducted a prospective study with 110 KD patients from January 2008 to June 2013. The study group (n=32, KD with uveitis) was compared with the control group (n=78, KD without uveitis). Laboratory data were obtained from each patient including complete blood count (CBC), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), platelet count, and level of alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, serum total protein, albumin, C-reactive protein (CRP), and N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide (NT-pro BNP). Echocardiographic measurements and intravenous immunoglobulin responses were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of uveitis was 29.0%. Neutrophil counts and patient age were higher in the uveitis group than in the control group. ESR and CRP level were slightly increased in the uveitis group compared with the control group, but the difference between the two groups was not significant. No significant differences in coronary arterial complication and treatment responses were observed between the two groups. Conclusion: Uveitis is an important ocular sign in the diagnosis of incomplete KD. It is significantly associated with patient age and neutrophil count.
