비서직 종사자의 컴퓨터 자기효능감이 경령계획과 혁신행동에 미치는 영향

기업의 전문인력 양성 및 인적자원관리, 비서직 종사자의 생산성 및 전문성개발 요구, 그리고 교육자의 사회요구에 부응하는 인재 배출 목표를 고려할 때, 기업, 비서, 교육자 세 그룹 모두에게 컴퓨터 자기효능감, 경력계획, 그리고 혁신행동은 매우 중요한 변인이다. 본 연구에서는 비서직 종사자들의 컴퓨터 자기효능감이 경력계획과 혁신행동에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증분석을 실시하였다. 비서직종사자의 컴퓨터 자기효능감 종합수준 그리고 하위요인인 시스템관리능력과 소프트웨어활용능력에 대한 자신감은 경력계획과 혁신행동 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하위요인 인터넷활용능력에 대한 자신감은 혁신행동에만 약한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 경력계획과는 무관한 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구 결과로 비서직 종사자들이 컴퓨터 관련 계속교육의 중요성을 인지하고 자기계발에 적극 참여할 수 있는 계기가 마련될 수 있고, 기업에게는 비서직종사자의 정보처리 능력향상을 위한 계속교육 프로그램 개발의 중요성에 대한 올바른 인식을 바탕으로 효율적인 인적자원 개발을 도모하게 될 것이며, 예비비서 교육자에게는 컴퓨터 교과과정 개발 시 필요한 기초 자료가 마련될 수 있을 것이다. Office professionals' success in career management depends on the level of computer self-efficacy(CSE) which represents how they are confident about themselves on problem-solving utilizing proper computer knowledge and skills. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of computer self-efficacy on career planning and innovative behavior of office professionals. Major findings are (1)office professionals' both career planning and innovative behavior were affected by the level of CSE, (2)CSE's 2 components, computer system management skill and application software skill affect both career planning and innovative behavior, and (3)continuing education for new computer knowledge and skill has teen found as the most important factor for enhancing the level of CSE for office professionals.
기업의 소셜미디어 활용방안에 대한 연구 : 트위터를 중심으로

As the number of smart phone users increases, many organizations begin to adopt social media rapidly to diversify communication channels with customers. Specifically, twitter, which supports instant and two-way communications between users and between organizations and users, has been adopted by many organizations as an efficient way not only to identify new customers but also to retain existing customers. However, little attention has been given to the issue on how organizations can effectively use twitter to improve customer satisfaction. To explore the issue, this study proposes two major dimensions, customer participation and organization resource utilization, which should be considered in building a utilization strategy for twitter in organizations. We then develop four different combinations along with these dimensions-follow, mention, retweet, and review types. Based on case studies of 27 organizations that use twitter, we evaluate the degrees of customer participation, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction, and examine matching or mismatching of the adoption purpose of twitter and its actual utilization. The study results reveal that organizations in the matching group show higher customer satisfaction that those in the mismatching group. This study sheds new light on twitter research by developing a new conceptual framework and using a case study approach to explore the relationship between the utilization strategy of twitter and customer satisfaction.
딥러닝을 이용한 구강 스캐너 이미지 내 치아 영역 실시간 검출

In the realm of dental prosthesis fabrication, obtaining accurate impressions has historically been a challenging and inefficient process, often hindered by hygiene concerns and patient discomfort. Addressing these limitations, Company D recently introduced a cutting-edge solution by harnessing the potential of intraoral scan images to create 3D dental models. However, the complexity of these scan images, encompassing not only teeth and gums but also the palate, tongue, and other structures, posed a new set of challenges. In response, we propose a sophisticated real-time image segmentation algorithm that selectively extracts pertinent data, specifically focusing on teeth and gums, from oral scan images obtained through Company D's oral scanner for 3D model generation. A key challenge we tackled was the detection of the intricate molar regions, common in dental imaging, which we effectively addressed through intelligent data augmentation for enhanced training. By placing significant emphasis on both accuracy and speed, critical factors for real-time intraoral scanning, our proposed algorithm demonstrated exceptional performance, boasting an impressive accuracy rate of 0.91 and an unrivaled FPS of 92.4. Compared to existing algorithms, our solution exhibited superior outcomes when integrated into Company D's oral scanner. This algorithm is scheduled for deployment and commercialization within Company D's intraoral scanner.

Sodium picosulfate/magnesium citrate (Picolight Powder), which is used as a bowel preparation for the colon and the rectum, can cause a severe electrolyte imbalance like hyponatremia. When hyponatremia gets severe or occurs rapidly, it can lead to death due to associated complications. We have experienced a case of hyponatremia associated with seizure and loss of consciousness in a 76-year-old woman, who took sodium picosulfate/magnesium citrate as a bowel preparation for colonoscopy. She was taking thiazide and synthroid for the treatment of hypertension and hypothyroidism, respectively, and she had other underlying medical conditions such as a history of seizure and dementia. Following the diagnosis of hyponatremia, we used an intravenous injection of 3% NaCl to normalize the sodium level in her serum, and her associated symptoms soon disappeared.
