        모델기반 테스트 기법 및 무장통제장치 적용 사례

        Model-based test, a well-known method of the black box tests, is consisted of the following four steps : model construction using requirement, test case generation from the model, execution of a SUT (software under test) and detection failures. Among models constructed in the first step, state-based models such as UML standard State Machine are commonly used to design event-based embedded systems (e.g., weapon control systems). To generate test cases from state-based models in the next step, coverage-based techniques such as state coverage and transition coverage are used. Round-trip path coverage technique using W-Method, one of coverage-based techniques, is known as more effective method than others. However it has a limitation of low failure observability because the W-Method technique terminates a testing process when arrivals meet states already visited and it is hard to decide the current state is completely same or not with the previous in the case like the GUI environment. In other words, there can exist unrevealed faults. Therefore, this study suggests a Extended W-Method. The Extended W-Method extends the round-trip path to a final state to improve failure observability. In this paper, we compare effectiveness and efficiency with requirement-item-based technique, W-Method and our Extended W-Method. The result shows that our technique can detect five and two more faults respectively and has the performance of 28 % and 42 % higher failure detection probability than the requirement-item-based and W-Method techniques, respectively.

        구개부에 발생한 점액표피양 암종의 치험례

        Mucoepidermoid carcinoma is one of the most common malignant salivary gland neoplasm. It occurs over a wide age range, and is most common in the parotid gland and usually appears as an asymptomatic swelling. Pain or facial nerve palsy may develop. Minor salivary gland tumors also typically appear as asymptomatic swellings, which are sometimes fluctuant and have blue or red color that can be mistaken clinically for a mucocele. Histopathologically the mucoepidermoid carcinoma is composed of a mixture of mucous-producing cells and squamous (epidermoid) cells. Low-grade tumors show prominent cyst formation, minimal cellular atypia, and relatively high proportion of mucous cells. Mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the minor salivary glands are treated usually by assured surgical excision. For low-grade neoplasm, only a modest margin of surrounding normal tissue may need to be removed, but high-grade or large tumors warrant wider resection. Postoperative radiation therapy also may be used for more aggressive tumors. Mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the oral minor salivary glands generally have a good prognosis, because they are mostly low-to intermediate grade tumors. We present a case of mucoepidermoid carcinoma managed with surgical enucleation and postoperative irradiation and a good clinical result with review of literatures.

        도플러 효과를 기반으로한 내부 소음원의 3차원 위치 추정

        본 연구는 해상 운항체에서 발생하는 소음원의 위치를 3차원적으로 추정하는 방법에 대해 다루었다. 해상 운항체인 선박이나 잠수함의 내부에 존재하는 소음원과 같이 근접이 어려운 경우라도 상대적으로 이동한다면 외부의 수중청음기에 수신된 신호는 도플러 효과가 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 이동 물체에 의한 도플러 효과를 바탕으로 소음원의 3차원 위치 추정 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 해상 운항체의 알고 있는 위치에 추가의 음원을 설치하여 예상되는 도플러 중심의 범위와 최단 접근점의 범위를 점차 줄여가며 최소자승법을 통하여 내부 소음원의 위치를 추정하였다. 알고리즘을 통해 계산한 값과 이론값을 비교하여 효용성을 입증하였으며, 수치시험을 통해 고정된 두 개의 외부 수중청음기와 음원 역할을 하는 수중체에 고정시킨 한 개의 신호발생기로 도플러 효과를 기반으로한 소음원의 3차원 위치 추정이 가능함을 증명하였다. This study deals with a method to localize a noise source occuring in a marine vehicle in a 3D environment. Even when access to the noise source is limited for a marine vehicle, such as a ship or a submarine in operation, the signal received on a hydrophone located elsewhere contains Doppler effected noise by moving relatively. This study suggests noise localization algorithm in 3D based on Doppler effect by moving marine vehicle. Using a known source mounted on the vehicle, the noise source was estimated by reducing the range of Doppler center and closest point of approach via the least square method. The algorithm was verified through various simulations and it was shown that the noise could be localized in 3D based on Doppler effect by employing two fixed hydrophones located at the vehicle's exterior points and a known reference signal generator located somewhere on the vehicle.

        단일차선추출 및 중심점 분석을 통한 차선이탈검출 알고리즘

        본 논문에서는 차량에 설치된 카메라를 활용하여 차선을 추출하고, 차량이탈을 검출하기 위한 방법에 대해서 논의한다. 하드웨어 기술의 발달로 지능형 자동차에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행됨에 따라서, 카메라를 활용한 차선인식 및 차량이탈검출과 관련하여 다양한 알고리즘들이 제시 되었다. 그러나 이들 연구에서는 영상에서 2개의 차선을 모두 찾아야 하기 때문에 처리속도 및 실제 운행환경에서의 다양한 여건으로 인하여 검출률이 떨어진다는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 빠른 속도와 높은 검출률을 위해 단일차선을 추출하고, 중심점 분석을 통한 차선이탈검출 알고리즘을 제안한다. 카메라의 기하학적 모델링을 통하여 차선이 존재하는 관심영역을 설정하고, 원본 이미지를 이등분한 후에 허프변환(Hough Transform)을 사용하여 한 차선의 일부를 찾아낸 후에, 일정 크기로 복원한다. 복원한 차선을 설정된 중심점과의 거리계산을 통하여 차선이탈을 판단한다. 실차실험을 통하여 제안한 알고리즘을 기존의 알고리즘과 비교 검증을 수행하였고, 이를 통하여 제안된 알고리즘이 빠르고 정확함을 보였다. Lane extraction and lane departure warning algorithms using the image sensor attached in the vehicle are addressed. With the research about intelligent automobile, there have been many algorithms about lane recognition and lane departure warning system. However, since these algorithms require to detect 2 lanes, the high time complexity and the low recognition rate under various driving circumstances are critical problems. In this paper, we present a lane departure warning algorithm using single lane extraction and center point analysis that achieves the fast processing time and high detection rate. From the geometry between camera and objects, the region of interest (ROI) is determined and splitted into two parts. Hough transform detects the part of the lane. After the detected lane is restored to have a pre-determined size, lane departure is estimated by calculating the distance from the center point. On real driving environments, the presented algorithm is compared with previous algorithms. Experiment results support that the presented algorithm is fast and accurate.

      • 위장관 간질종양의 수술 후 재발한 환자에서 발생한 Imatinib의 부작용과 효능 - 증례와 문헌고찰

        A 79-year-old man was diagnosed with gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) of the gastric cardia. We performed proximal subtotal gastrectomy and started imatinib therapy as adjuvant treatment after surgery. Whole body skin rash with urticaria was onset on 10 days after imatinib treatment, and the patient decided to stop imatinib because of side effect. After 3 months, PET CT revealed GIST was recurred at spleen and abdominal lymph nodes, abdominal wall. The patient was then restarted on imatinib therapy. On follow-up imaging studies, the tumor almost disappeared, but both pleural effusion and pericardial effusion were found. In this paper, we describe a case of clinical course and side effects in recurred GIST after adjuvant imatinib mesylate treatment.

        Endoscopic resection has been shown to reduce incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer. Endoscopic management has become an established therapeutic option for colorectal neoplasia, and therefore, polypectomy is among the most important colonoscopy skills to develop. An endoscopist performing polypectomy, such as cold snare polypectomy, hot snare polypectomy, and endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR), should be knowledgeable and skilled in selecting and performing the proper endoscopic technique to ensure curability and safety. Here, we report and summarize the key recommendations made in the recent guideline for polypectomy and EMR developed by European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.         제어 용이성 향상을 위한 상태 머신 변환 기법

        상태 머신은 상태와 전이를 통하여 객체의 행위를 표현할 수 있기 때문에 테스트 케이스 자동생성에 많이 이용된다. 상태 머신을 이용하여 효율적인 테스트를 진행하기 위해서는 해당 상태 머신의 제어 용이성이 높아야 한다. 상태 머신의 제어 용이성은 대상을 얼마나 쉽게 원하는 상태로 만들 수 있는지에 대한 지표이다. 전이의 선/후행 조건이 많으면 원하는 상태로 만들기 위한 입력 시퀀스를 찾아내는 것이 어려우므로, 상태 머신의 제어 용이성이 낮을 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 기존 상태 머신의 제어 용이성 높은 상태 머신으로 변환하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 기법의 효용성을 평가하기 위하여 기존에 공개된 문헌에서 2개의 상태 머신을 제안한 알고리즘에 따라서 변환하였으며, 변환 전/후의 상태 머신으로 생성한 테스트 케이스의 수행 가능성을 비교하는 실험을 실시하였다. 그 결과 변환 후의 상태 머신을 이용하면 더욱 효율적으로 테스트 케이스를 생성할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. State machines are widely used to automatically generate test cases because those can describe behavior of objects using states and transitions. To generate test cases efficiently, high controllability of state machines is important. The controllability of state machines is an indicator of degree how easy event sequences can determine to reach target states. The controllability can be poor if a state machine has pre/postconditions of transitions because the conditions should be evaluated. Therefore, this paper proposes an approach to transformation of state machine into highly controllable state machines. To evaluate effectiveness of the approach, we have conducted two case studies transforming two presented state machines in literature using the proposed algorithm. Further, we have compared feasibility of test cases generated using the before and after transformed state machines. The result showed that using the transformed state machines can generate test cases more efficiently.

        국가안전보장회의(NSC)의 조직과 운영

        탈냉전시대의 안보환경의 변화에 대응하면서 안보와 화해·협력의 균형잡힌 대북정책의 추진을 위해 김대중 정부의 출범과 더불어 국가안전보장회의(NSC)가 상설화되었고, 나아가 노무현 정부의 등장과 함께 국가안전보장회의(NSC)가 확대·개편되었다. 노무현 정부의 국가안전보장회의(NSC) 사무처는 김대중 정부의 사무처에 비해 제도적 수준에서는 상당히 개선된 것으로 평가받고 있지만, 실제 운영에 있어서는 국가안보보좌관의 리더십의 한계, 정책조정능력의 한계, 참모진 인적 구성의 전문성 문제 등 적지 않은 문제점을 노출하고 있다. 즉, 국가안전보장회의(NSC)의 질적 개선을 위하여 국가안보보좌관의 참모진에 대한 지휘·통솔 능력의 강화, 유관 부처간의 유기적 정책협의 및 협력시스템의 강화, 참모진의 기능별과 지역별 전문성의 강화 등이 요구되고 있다. National Security Council(NSC) in America is the President`s principal forum for national security and foreign policy matters with his senior national security advisors and cabinet officials. The functions of NSC are to advise and assist the President on national security and foreign policies, and also to serve as the President`s principle arm for coordinating these policies among various government agencies. The NSC in Korea was established during the Kim Dae Jung Administration. It was created in order to formulate and implement the policy toward North Korea which has the balance between security and reconciliation and to meet unstable, unexpected and fluid changes of Northeast security environment in the Post-Cold War era. The scale of the NSC during the Kim Dae Jung Administration was very small. The Noh Mu Hyun Administration transformed and enlarged the NSC to reinforce the functions of planning comprehensive security strategy and of policy coordination among various government agencies. The NSC in the Noh Mu Hyun Administration is evaluated as being institutionally improved, in comparisons with that in Kim Dae Jung Administration. At the same time, it is criticized for the following problems: structural distortions related to the leadership of Assistant to the President for National Security affairs; functional weakness of policy coordination; capability of strategy planning of work group, and so on.
