        인지자극 활동프로그램이 경도인지장애 노인의 인지기능, 자기효능감, 우울에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to implement a cognitive stimulation activity program and examine its effects elderly people who is capable of daily life and community activities but suffering from per sistent cognitive decline on the elderly’s cognitive function, self-efficacy, and depression. The purpose of this study was to help elderly people who is capable of daily life and community activities but suffering from persistent cognitive decline improve their ability to perform and adapt to activity-based tasks incorporating a variety of actions of different subdomains and difficulty levels, ac cording to their characteristics and cognitive levels. The aim of the program created was to systemati cally improve the subdomains of cognitive functions and eventually preventing these conditions develo ping into dementia in those affected. This study also enabled the subjects to improve their self-effica cy through newly gained positive perceptions and attitudes toward their own abilities by successfully expressing their experience or thoughts about circumstantially and relationally meaningful events and memories, and performing activities that promote sensory stimulations. The group activities conducted as part of the study helped the subjects reduce their symptoms of depression not only by expressing their thoughts and emotions, but also by encouraging empathy with, understanding of, and caring for others. Given that this study confirmed the potential of the cognitive stimulation program designed fo r it as a clinical intervention for elderly people with cognitive impairment, it is suggested as a useful preventive program for early stage dementia.

        수국에서 분리한 Cucumber mosaic virus의 특성

        1998년 수원 근교에서 채집한 전형적인 모자이크 병징을 나타내는 수국(Hydragea macrophylla for. otaksa)으로부터 CMV를 분리하고, Hm-CMV라 명명하였다. 기주실험, 물리적 실험, 혈청학적 성질, RNA와 coat protein의 성질, RT-PCR 및 RAP-PCR 분석을 통하여 Hm-CMV의 특성을 분석하였다. 12종의 CMV 지표식물에서 실시한 기주반응실험의 결과, 지금까지 보고된 CMV 계통들의 반응과 특징적인 차이는 인정되지 않았다. Hm-CMV의 물리적 성질은 내열성에서 6$0^{\circ}C$를 보여 기존 CMV들 보다 낮았다. 혈청학적으로 Hm-CMV는 Y-CMV와 융합하는 subgroup I CMV로 분석되었다. SDS-PAGE로부터에 Hm-CMV의 외피단백질은 28 kDa의 band가 확인되었으며, 4종의 게놈 RNA는 Y-CMV와 같은 분자량을 나타냈으나, 위성 RNA는 존재하지 않았다. 수국의 이병엽에서 분리한 dsRNA의 분석 결과도 Y-CMV와 같은 패턴을 보였다. Hm-CMV의 외피단백질유전자에 대한 RT-PCR 분석 결과, 예상된 분자크기의 DNA 증폭이 인정되었으며, PCR 산물을 이용한 EcoR I 및 Msp I을 처리한 결과는 subgroup I CMV의 특성을 나타냈다. 그런, RAP-PCR의 결과, Hm-CMV는 subgroup I내의 다른 계통들과 구분되었다. An isolate of Cucumber mosaic cucumovirus(CMV) was isolated from Hydrangea macrophylla for. otaksa(Sieb. et Zucc. ) Wils. showing mosaic symptoms, and designated as Hm-CMV. Hm-CMV was characterized by the tests of host range, physical properties, serological properties, RNA and coat protein compositions, and reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) analysis. Twelve species in 4 families were used in the host range test of Hm-CMV and could be differentiated from Y-CMV used as a control CMV by the ringspot and line pattern on inoculated leaves of several tobacco plants. Thevirus produced local lesions on inoculated leaves of Chenopodium amarticolor, C. quinoa and Vigna unguiculata. The physical properties of the virus were as follows; thermal inactivation point(TIP) was 60$\^{C}$, dilution end point (DEP) was 10$\^$-3/, and longevity in vitro (LIP) was 3∼4 days. Hm-CMV was serologically identical to Y-CMV. SDS-polyaciylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) showed one major protein band of about 28 kDa. In RNA or dsRNA analysis, Hm-CMV consisted of four RNA or dsRNA species, but satellite RNA was not detected. In RT-PCR using CMV-common primer and CMV subgroup I-specific primer, bothe amplified expected size of about 490 bp and 200 bp DNA fragments from Hm-CMV, respectively. Restriction enzyme analysis of the 490 bp RT-PCR products using EcoR I and Msp I showed that Hm-CMV belonged to CMV subgroup I. However, Hm-CMV could be differentiated from other CMV subgroup I isolates by RNA fingerprinting by arbitrarily primed polymerase chain reaction (RAP-PCR).

        스마트폰 중독 관리 어플리케이션이 대학생의 자기조절 및 대인관계 능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 스마트폰 중독 관리 어플리케이션이 대학생의 스마트폰 중독 척도 정도와 자기조절 및 대인관계 능력에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 스마트폰 중독 척도에서는 고위험군, 잠재군, 일반군들 모두 유의하게 감소하였고, 자기조절능력은 고위험군, 잠재군에서 유의하게 증가하였다. 대인관계능력은 고위험군, 잠재군, 일반군들 모두 유의하게 증진하였고, 스마트폰 중독 관리 어플리케이션에 따른 그룹 간 차이에서는 고위험군이 스마트폰 중독 척도와 자기조절능력에서 가장 높은 효과를 나타내었다. 따라서 본 연구의 스마트폰 중독 관리 어플리케이션은 누구에게나 쉽고 빠른 적용이 가능하며 실현성과 효율성이 높은 운영체계임을 확인하였다. 이에 지역사회 내 교육기관 및 중독관리센터와 연계하여 스마트폰 중독 관리와 예방에 관한 교육과 홍보 등을 함으로써, 인식 확산에 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted to examine the effects of smart phone addiction management application on degree of smart phone addiction scale, self-regulation, and interpersonal relationship ability of university students. As a result, degree of smart phone addiction scale was significantly decreased in high risk group, potential group, and general group. Self-regulation ability was significantly increased in high risk group and potential group. Interpersonal relationship ability was significantly increased in high risk group, potential group, and general group. In differences between groups, high risk group showed the greatest effects in degree of smart phone addiction scale and self-regulation ability. Therefore, it was confirmed that the application can be applied easily and quickly and has high efficiency and realization. So, it was considered that education and promotion related to smart phone addiction management and prevention connected with education institution and addition management center in the community can contribute to spread awareness.

        테라테인트먼트 과제지향 스위스볼 운동프로그램이 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능, 균형, 기능적 자기 효능감에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 과제지향적 스위스볼 운동프로그램을 적용하여 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능, 균형, 기능적 자기 효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구기간은 2015년 9월 15일부터 11월 10일까지 G광역시 건강생활지원센터에 통원하는 뇌졸중 환자에게, 연구의 취지를 설명하고 연구의 목적과 참여에 이해 및 동의한 20(실험군 10 대조군 10)명을 대상으로 하였다. 과제지향적 스위스볼 운동프로그램은 상지기능과 정적 및 동적 균형을 향상시켰고, 기능적 자기 효능감을 증진시켰으며, 중재 후 집단 간의 차이는 균형과 기능적 자기효능감에서 효과가 있었다. 이에 뇌졸중 환자의 기능적 활동의 기반이 되는 체간의 안정성 및 자세조절을 향상시켜 상지기능과 균형을 증진시키고, 기능적 자기 효능감에도 긍정적인 변화를 일으키는 과제지향적 스위스볼 운동프로그램을 제안하는 바이다. This study was to investigate the effects of task-oriented swiss ball exercise program on upper-extremity function, balance, and functional self-efficacy in stroke patients. The research period was september 15 through november 10, 2015, and the subjects were 20 persons (control group 10, intervention group 10), who understood the purpose of this study and agreed to participate in the study, among the stroke patients attending health living support center in G. City. As a result, their upper extremity function and static, dynamic balance was improved and functional self-efficacy was enhanced by the task-oriented swiss ball exercise program. Also, after intervention, balance and functional self-efficacy did differ between the two groups. Therefore, this study proposes use of task-oriented swiss ball exercise program, which is enhance up per extremity function and balance by improving trunk stability and postural control what based functional activity of stroke patient and make a positive change in functional self-efficacy.

      • 자조관리 GRASP 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능과 일상생활 활동에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 자조관리 GRASP 훈련(Self-help management training GRASP)올 동영상으로 제작하여 급성 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능과 일상생활 활동에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 연구 대상은 급성뇌졸중 환자 총 30명으로 자조관리 GRASP 훈련군(n-15)과 가정재활운동군(n-15)은 무작위 할당하였으며, 실험군은 자조관리 GRASP 훈련을, 대조군은 가정재활운동군을 주 5회, 1일 60분, 4주 적용하였다. 자조관리 GRASP 훈련에 따른 효과를 알아보기 위하여 실험 전ㆍ후에 상지기능검사와 일상생활 활동검사를 실시하였다. 상지기능과 일상생활활동의 실험 전ㆍ후 차이 변화에서는 자조관리 GRASP훈련군을 K-WMFT(p<.001), FIM(p<.001)에서, 가정재활운동군은 K-WMFT(p<.05), FIM(p<.05)에서 유의하게 증가하였으며, 실험 군감차이 변화에서는 자조관리 GRASP훈련군이 가정재활운동군보다 K-WMFT(p<.01, p<.05), FIM(p<.001)에서 유의하게 향상되었다. 자조관리 GRASP 훈련군은 급성 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능과 일상생활 활동 향상에 효과가 있었으며 작업에 기반을 둔 예비 방법(preparatory methodes)과 목적 있는 활동(purposeful activity)의 적용이 단지 예비 방법(preparatory methodes)만 적용하는 것 보다는 더 효과적인 치료방법이라는 것을 알 수 있었다.

        Dynamics of Soluble Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (sPDL1) during Chemotherapy and Its Prognostic Implications in Cancer Patients: Biomarker Development in Immuno-oncology

        Purpose The soluble programmed death-ligand 1 (sPDL1) has immunosuppressive activity and is a candidate biomarker for immuno-oncology drug development. In this study, we measured sPDL1 at pre- and post-chemotherapy and at disease progression to uncover the dynamics of sPDL1 during treatment in biliary tract cancer (BTC) patients. Materials and Methods From 90 BTC patients (training cohort, 53; validation cohort, 37) who were candidates for palliative first-line chemotherapy, blood was collected at pre- and post-chemotherapy (at the time of best response) and at disease progression. The sPDL1 levels were measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Responses to chemotherapy, overall survival (OS), and other prognostic factors including the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) were analyzed. Results The OS of all patients was 11.5 months (confidence interval [CI], 9.7 to 16.2). The best response was complete response in seven (7.8%), partial response in 20 (22.2%), stable disease in 52 (57.8%), and disease progression (PD) in 11 patients (12.2%). Patients with high pre-chemotherapy sPDL1 ( 1.30 ng/mL) showed worse OS than patients with low prechemotherapy sPDL1 (9.1 months vs. 12.5 months, p=0.003). In multivariate analyses, high pre-chemotherapy sPDL1 (hazard ratio [HR], 1.96; 95% CI, 1.2 to 3.9; p=0.011) and high pre-chemotherapy NLR (HR, 1.82; 95% CI, 1.1 to 3.0; p=0.020) were independent poor prognostic factors for OS. At the time of PD, sPDL1 was increased significantly compared with pre-chemotherapy sPDL1 (1.59 ng/mL vs. 0.72 ng/mL, p=0.003). Conclusion The sPDL1 at pre-chemotherapy confers the prognostic value for OS in BTC patients under palliative chemotherapy. The dynamics of sPDL1 during chemotherapy correlate with disease burden and have prognostic value.

        한우 GPD1 유전자의 SNP와 육량 및 육질형질과의 연관성 분석

        This study aimed to indentify single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in exon region of the glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase 1 (GPD1) gene and to evaluate their associations with meat yield and quality traits in Hanwoo (Korean cattle). Two SNP markers, g.2766C>T and g.5105A>G were identified in the exons 5 and 8, respectively. Genotyping of the two SNPs was carried out using PCR-RFLP analysis in 309 Hanwoo steers to evaluate their associations with meat yield and quality traits. As a result, g.2766C>T in exon 5 was significantly associated with carcass weight (CW) and marbling score (MS). Animals with the CC genotype of g.2766C>T had heavier CW than those with the CA or AA genotype. Animals with the CC genotype of g.2766C>T also had higher MS than those with the CA or AA genotype. Additive effect was also observed with CW and MS traits. We constructed haplotypes by linkage disequilibrium analysis and analyzed association between haplotypes and meat yield and quality traits. Haplotype of GPD1 gene was associated with CW. As a result, animals with CA haplotype had heavier CW than TG haplotype. These findings suggest that the SNPs of bovine GPD1 gene may be a useful molecular marker for selection of meat yield and quality traits in Hanwoo

        Prognostic Value of Serum Soluble Programmed Death-Ligand 1 and Dynamics During Chemotherapy in Advanced Gastric Cancer Patients

        Purpose The soluble form programmed death-ligand 1 (sPDL1) has immunosuppressive properties and is being studied as a candidate biomarker for immuno-oncology drug development. We measured the serum sPDL1 at pre-and post-chemotherapy and evaluated its prognostic implication and dynamics during chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer (GC). Materials and Methods We prospectively enrolled 68 GC patients who were candidates for palliative standard first-line chemotherapy, and serially collected blood at baseline and after one cycle of chemotherapy, at the best response and after disease progression. sPDL1 was measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Response to chemotherapy, overall survival (OS), progression-free survival (PFS) and other prognostic factors including neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) were obtained. The cut-off value of sPDL1 levels for survival analysis was found using C-statistics. Results The median baseline sPDL1 was 0.8 ng/mL (range, 0.06 to 6.06 ng/mL). The median OS and PFS were 14.9 months and 8.0 months, respectively. sPDL1 and NLR showed a weak positive correlation (Spearman’s rho=0.301, p=0.013). Patients with low levels of sPDL1 at diagnosis (< 1.92 ng/mL) showed a better OS and PFS than patients with a high sPDL1. The baseline sPDL1 before treatment was higher in the progressive disease group than in the stable disease and partial response groups. Patients whose sPDL1 increased after the first cycle of chemotherapy showed worse PFS and OS. Following disease progression, sPDL1 increased compared with the baseline. Conclusion sPDL1 at prechemotherapy confers a prognostic value for PFS and OS in GC patients under palliative first-line chemotherapy. Dynamics of sPDL1 during chemotherapy correlates with disease progression.
