        TRISO 피복 입자에서 증착 조건이 탄화규소층의 특성에 미치는 영향

        TRISO coatings on $ZrO_{2}$ surrogate kernels were conducted by a fluidized-bed chemical vapor deposition (FBCVD) method. Effects of the deposition temperature and the gas flow rate on the properties of SiC layer were investigated in the TRISO-coated particles. Deposition rate of the SiC layer decreased as the deposition temperature increased in the temperature range of $1460^{\circ}-1550^{\circ}C$. At the deposition temperature of $1550^{\circ}C$ the SiC layer contained an excess carbon, whereas the SiC layers had stoichiometric compositions at $1460^{\circ}C\;and\;1500^{\circ}C$. Hardness and elastic modulus measured by a nanoindentation method were the highest in the SiC layer deposited at $1500^{\circ}C$. The SiC layer deposited at the gas flow rate of 4000 sccm exhibited a high porosity and contained large pores more than $1{\mu}m$, being due to a violent spouting of particles. On the other hand, the SiC layer deposited at 2500 sccm revealed the lowest porosity.

        온톨로지 기반의 학과 교과과정 관리 시스템 설계

        Currently, basic simple search techniques for curriculum are being implemented. But curriculum information retrieval applying ontology technologies is still weak level. In this paper, the curriculum of university was divided into the liberal arts and majors, and we proposed frame model by these methodes and designed management system to construct ontology. This management system was composed of ontology input system and ontology web service system. Ontology input system constructed curriculum of department into ontology by administrator and we designed web service system to retrieve curriculum by students. We validated ontology designed for curriculum using ontology tool. 현재 학과 교과과정에 대한 개괄적인 단순 검색 기법들은 대부분 많이 구현되고 있으나, 온톨로지 기술을 적용한 체계적인 교과과정 정보검색은 아직 미약한 수준이다. 본 논문에서는 대학의 학과 교과과정을 전공과목과 교양과목을 중심으로 프레임 모델을 설계하고, 이를 중심으로 온톨로지를 구축할 수 있는 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 본 관리 시스템은 온톨로지 입력 시스템과 학과 온톨로지 웹서비스 시스템으로 구성하였다. 입력시스템은 관리자가 학과의 교과과정을 온톨로지로 구축하도록 구성하였고, 이 구축된 온톨로지를 이용하여 학생들이 교과과정을 검색하도록 웹서비스 시스템을 설계하였다. 이들 구축된 교과과정 온톨로지를 검증하기 위해 온톨로지 도구를 이용하여 검증하였다.

        전자상거래 환경에서의 안전한 메시지 전송을 위한 웹 서비스 시스템 설계 및 구현

        본 논문은 웹 서비스 표준을 이용하여 안전한 메시지 전송을 위한 웹서비스 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 싱글사인온 모듈과 SSL(Secure Socket Layer) 모듈과 안전한 메시지 모듈로 구성되어 있다. 이들 모듈들을 적용하기 위해 가격비교사이트를 대상모델로 하여 설계하였다. 싱글사인온 모듈은 SAML(Security Assertion Markup Language) 표준을 사용하였으며, 또한 권한부여와 인증을 제공한다. SSL 모듈은 종단 간에 메시지 암호화를 처리하기 때문에, 시스템의 메시지를 안전하게 전송한다. 또한 안전한 메시지 모듈은 웹 서비스 보안 표준을 따르는 XML암호화와 서명을 적용하였다. This paper describes construction of web services system for secure message transmission appling web services standards. This system composes single sign on module, SSL module and secure message module. We applied these modules to price comparison site. Single sign on module used SAML standards. This module was designed, in order to provide authentication and authorization. As SSL module processes message encryption among end to end, messages of this system are secure. Secure message module is designed according to WS-Security standards and processes authentication, XML signature and XML encryption.

      • 근위 경골에 발생한 악성종양 절제 후 슬관절 신전력 재건술 -증례 보고-

        근위 경골부에 발생한 악성종양의 사지구제술은 화학요법의 발달로 인해 대표적인 치료 방법이 되었다. 다양한 술식의 보고에도 불구하고, 종양 절제 후 종양 대치물을 이용한 사지구제술에 있어 슬개건의 부착 부위가 상실되어 슬관절의 신전력을 재건 하기가 어려운 것이 공통적인 문제로 지적 되고있다. 본 연구는 경골 근위부의 종양을 절제한 후 저온열처리 한 다음 원위 대퇴골을 절제하여 저온열처리 자가경골 및 종양대치물과 결합하고, 슬개골을 자가경골과 결합된 원위 대퇴골에 고정하여 슬관절 신전력을 재건 한 2례를 보고하고자 한다. Benign and malignant bone tumors occur most commonly around the knee. The proximal tibia is the most technically demanding site for limb salvage surgery. The most difficult problem using an endoprothesis for proximal tibial resection has been reconstruction of the extensor mechanism. After excision of proximal tibia, we resected distal femur and made a composite with resected distal femur, low heat treated autogenous proximal tibia and endoprothesis. Patella was fixed into the resected down-loaded distal femur. This article shows the new technique and the results of reconstruction of extensor mechanism after prosthetic replacement of the proximal tibia.

        A $3{\mu}m$ Standard Cell Library Implemented in Single Poly Double Metal CMOS Technology

        This paper describes the CMOS standard cell library implemented in double metal single poly gate process with 3\ulcornerm design rule, and its results of testing. This standard cell library contains total 33 cells of random logic gates, flip-flop gates and input/output buffers. All of cell was made to have the equal height of 98\ulcornerm, and width in multiple constant grid of 9 \ulcornerm. For cell data base, the electric characteristics of each cell is investigated and delay is characterized in terms of fanout. As the testing results of Ring Oscillator among the cell library, the average delay time for Inverter is 1.05 (ns), and the delay time due to channel routing metal is 0.65(ps)per unit length.

        각막 지형도를 이용한 각막 구면수차의 산출

        Purpose: To formulate an equation to estimate corneal spherical aberration using Orbscan (Bausch & Lomb Surgical, Rochester, NY, USA) parameters. Methods: The study was carried out retrospectively. The participants were 76 eyes of 76 senile cataract patients with the mean age of 57.37 ± 17.63 years. Both Orbscan and KR-1W (Topcon Corp, Tokyo, Japan) were taken as preoperative examinations. Correlation analysis between various parameters from Orbscan and corneal spherical aberrations for a 6 mm pupil by KR-1W was performed. And multivariable linear regression was performed with the significantly correlated Orbscan parameters from the correlation analysis. Results: The mean corneal spherical aberration from KR-1W system was 0.25 ± 0.08 μm. As a result of the multivariable linear regression, we could generate following equations. If the Q-value was available, estimated corneal spherical aberration = 0.389 × Q-value + (0.022 × Axial power 3 mm) - 0.633 (R2 = 0.436). If the Q-value was not available, estimated corneal spherical aberration = 0.184 × (Mean power 5 mm – Mean power 3 mm) + (0.02 × Axial power 3 mm) - 0.563 (R2 = 0.429). By using the equations, 93.4-94.7% of subjects were in the error range of 0.10 μm. Conclusions: Even when equipped with Orbscan only, an appropriate aspheric intraocular lens can be selected using the estimated corneal apherical aberration by the equations.

        저압화학기상증착법을 이용한 ZrC 성장에 잔류시간이 미치는 영향

        In order to investigate residence time effect on the growth of ZrC film, the ZrC films grew with various system total pressure (P) and total flow rate (Q) by low pressure chemical vapor deposition because residence time is function of system total pressure and total flow rate. Thermodynamic calculations predict that the decomposition of source gases ($ZrCl_4$ and $CH_4$) would be low as increasing the residence time. Thermodynamic calculations results were proved by investigating deposition rate with various residence time. Deposition rate decreased with residence time of source gas increased. Besides, depletion effect accelerated diminution of deposition rate at high residence time. On the other hands, the deposition rated was increased as decreasing the residence time because fast moving of intermediate gas species decrease the depletion effect. The crystal structure was not changed with residence time. However, the largest size of faceted grain showed up to specific residence time and the size of grain was decreased whether residence time increase or not.

        안정적인 교합접촉을 잃은 환자에서의 전방유도를 고려한 치료증례

        최근 들어 치아의 심미적인 개선을 위해 전치부 보철 치료를 하는 경우가 많다. 하지만 전치부 심미 보철치료이후 환자가 발음, 저작 등 기능적으로 불만족스럽게 생각하는 경우가 종종 있다. 전치부는 심미적으로 중요할 뿐만 아니라 교합과 관련하여서도 중심위 다음으로 중요한 전방유도가 성립되는 부분으로, 잘못된 전방유도 설정으로 인해 구치부의 교합간섭을 초래할 수 있다. 또한 새롭게 설정된 전치부 보철물의 전방유도가 환자의 기능로(envelope of function)과 조화를 이루지 않을 시 환자가 불편감을 나타낼 수 있다. 본 증례는 전치부 심미 보철 이후 부정확한 발음 및 안정적인 접촉이 없어서 불안정한 교합, 전반적인 불편감을 호소하는 환자에서 체계적인 진단과 치료과정을 통해 보철물을 재수복하여 환자와 술자 모두에게서 심미적으로, 그리고 기능적으로 만족스러운 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다. Recently, many patients undergo anterior prosthetic treatment for esthetic reasons. In some patients complain about functional reasons such as inaccurate pronunciation and occlusal discomfort after the treatment. Anterior teeth are important esthetically but in the occlusal point of view, anterior guidance is the second most important factor in occlusion, next to centric relation. Failure to determine an appropriate anterior guidance might lead to posterior occlusal interference, which can highly affect the stability of the posterior teeth. Also, discomfort might occur if the customized interior guidance is not in harmony with the patient's envelope of function. The patient in this case complained of overall discomfort in the maxillary anterior area after prosthetic treatment. The expressed difficulty in pronunciation, unstable occlusion due to lack of stable holding contact and discomfort of the facial muscles. Maxillary anterior prostheses were refabricated through systematic diagnosis and treatment and thus, this case presents esthetical and functional satisfaction to both the patient and the dentist.

        수술 치료를 받은 원발성 척추염 환자의 임상적 고찰

        Objective : To assess the surgical outcome for patients with primary spondylitis who were treated surgically. Materials and Methods : We retrospectively analyzed the clinical characteristics of 19 patients who underwent surgical treatment from september 1997 to October 1999 in our department. Results : The 19 patients presented 13 tuberculous spondylitis and 6 pyogenic spondylitis. The male to female ratio was 1.4 : 1 and average age 48.4 years(range 15-68 years). The most prevalent location was thoracic region(47%) and paraparesis was frequently seen in patients with middle and lower spinal lesions. Operative approaches were either anterior(13) or posterior(6). All patients with neurologic deficits improved after surgery. Autogenous rib and/or iliac strut bone grafting was performed, followed by spinal instrumentation. Solid bone fusion was obtained in all patients. There was no need for prolongation of duration of antituberculous drug therapy and no increased incidence of secondary infection due to spinal instrumentation. Conclusion : From the results, it may be advised that patients of primary spondylitis who had neurologic deficit should receive an aggressive opeation in their early stage.

        SOAP 기반의 유/무선 웹 서비스 시스템 설계 및 구현

        본 논문에서는 웹 서비스 기술을 이용하여 동적으로 가격비교를 위한 SOAP기반 유/무선 웹 서비스 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 웹 서비스 시스템은 크게 상품검색, 상품정렬, 상품주문과 UDDI 검색 브라우저를 지원하는 웹 서비스 클라이언트 모듈과 상품 검색/주문 원격 프로시저와 UDDI 게시 브라우저를 포함하는 서버모듈과 무선 환경에서 상품 검색/주문을 지원하는 모바일 클라이언트 모듈로 나누어지며, SOAP 표준 환경기반으로 상호 정보를 교환하도록 구현하였다. 따라서 사실표준 환경인 SOAP, WSDL, UDDI 표준을 따르는 모든 환경에서 이식가능하며, 플랫폼에 독립적으로 지원할 수 있다. This paper designs and implements wire/wireless web service system based on SOAP for price comparison dynamically using web service technoloies in real time. This web service system composes web service client module including functions of product search, product sort, product order and UDDI retrieval browser, and server module including functions of remote procedure call for product search/order and functions of UDDI publish browser, and mobile client module supporting functions for product search/order in wireless environments. This web service system can exchange product information based on SOAP messages and support independence of platform and flexible portability in environment conforming to SOAP, WSDL and UDDI standards.
