본 연구에서는 국내외에서 제작되어 사용되고 있는 면진장치의 시험규격에 대한 국내외 동향을 살펴보았으며, 국제규격에서 요구하는 수준에 부합하는 면진장치 시험평가시스템을 개발하였다. 면진장치의 경우 건축, 토목구조물, 정보통신시설 및 원자력시설에 적용되어 지진재해 발생시 요구되는 성능을 정확히 만족하는지에 대한 확인이 필요하며, 현재까지는 면진장치 제작업체의 자체 품질검사를 위해 구축한 시험기에서 직접 이루어지는 입회시험으로 제품성능을 평가해 왔다. 그러나 면진장치의 국내 판매 뿐 아니라 국내 제품의 해외 판매 시 국제적으로 공인될 수 있는 시험기관에서 성능을 평가한 객관적이고 신뢰성 있는 인증서의 요구가 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 ISO 22762 등 국제규격에서 요구하고 있는 면진장치의 성능에 대해 살펴보고, 그에 따른 국내 면진장치 시험평가 시스템의 장단점을 파악하였으며, 이를 통해 기존 면진장치 시험평가에 최적화된 새로운 면진장치 평가시스템을 개발하였다. 이 연구에서는 면진장치 시험평가시스템의 개발에서부터 면진장치 시험평가시스템의 성능을 파악하기 위한 성능실험 등 장비 개발에 대한 전반적인 과정에 대해 설명한다. 또한 새로 개발된 면진장치 시험평가시스템 장비를 활용한다면, 국내 기업의 해외진출 시 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The performance evaluation and deflection of 3 spans concrete simplicity slab bridge analyzed by non-destructive and loading test. Compressive strength of slab and pier appeared in the range of each 353∼366 kgf/$cm^2$ and 152∼215 kgf/$cm^2$ in rebound number test. Also, it appeared that concrete quality of slab was good after performance improvement. The average compressive strength of slab by core picking appeared 229 kg/$cm^2$. In reinforcing bar arrangement test of span and member, it appeared that horizontal and vertical reinforcing bar was arranged to fixed interval. The value of calculation deflection that carried structural analysis with deflection analysis wave in static loading test appeared higher than that of experimental deflection and it appeared that hardness of this bridge was good. Maximum impact factor that estimated from deflection by running speed in dynamic loading test appeared by 0.216 in 10 km/hr running speed.
TWINSPAN 기법을 이용한 한국의 저서성 대형무척추동물의 유형분류 및 유형분포에 영향을 미치는 환경요인에 대한 판별분석

Korean benthic macroinvertebrate community from 959 sites and 14 environmental factors that could affect the biological distribution were surveyed and analyzed. The 438 taxa were divided into six groups according to TWINSPAN. Based on the environmental factor values corresponding to each taxon, the average and range of environmental factors for each biological group tended to increase or decrease in eight environmental factors (altitude, slope, current velocity, fraction of fine particles in substrates, turbidity, BOD5, T-N and T-P). As a result of discriminant analysis (hit ratio: 69.6 %), environmental factors that significantly influence the distribution of each biological group were BOD5, altitude, catchment area, T-N, T-P and fraction of fine particles in substrates. The discriminant functions 1 and 2 classified the existing six biological groups (clustered by TWINSPAN) into five (group 1: highland highly sensitive group; group 2: lowland sensitive group, group; 3 and 4: lowland slightly tolerant group; group 5: lowland tolerant group; group 6: lowland highly tolerant group). Most of the benthic macroinvertebrates were identified in the species level. However, a few others were identified in genus or family level, too. Even the organisms belonging to the same genus or family may prefer different environmental factors in the species level, the identification of characteristic of the habitat environment preferred by organism and species level identification of these organisms are utmost. The results of this study may be used as basic information on environmental factors which can be considered in preservation and restoration research for biodiversity.

This research was performed to evaluate the longitudinal length change ratio of concrete used the expansive admixture. As the results of this study, the compressive strength was shown the highest value at the used 10% expansive admixture both of the dry and wet curing condition. And the length change ratio was shown higher 0.0316% and 0.0529% than that of control in wet and dry curing condition. But this value was not enough to recover the shrinkage occurring by dry shrinkage. According to this study, we have obtained 10% on normal portland cement concrete as the optimum replacement ratio of expansive admixture.

N/A Objective : It is widely known that the menopausal complication in the surgical menopause is to proceed rather than that of natural menopause. But, it has not obviously been proven so far. In this study, we surveyed whether BMD between surgical and natural menopausal group, in terms of decrease of the BMD of the menopausal complication would have a difference. Method : By using dual energy X-ray absorptiometry, we compared 2nd-4th Lumbar spine BMD in 28 of surgical menopause with that of 187 of natural menopause. Result : There is no obvious distinction in FSH and estradiol concentration between two groups. Surgical and natural menopausal groups showed the BMD -1.046±0.175 g/cm2, -0.942±0.124 g/cm2, respectively. Also, there is no statistical significance. Conclusion : Although there is no statistical significance in the BMD of the surgical menopausal group was lower than that of the natural menopausal group. Prevention of the menopausal complication as well as decrease of the BMD in the surgical menopausal group needs to be required more active attitude.

Physical environmental factors (water depth, current velocity and substrate) and fish community were surveyed in the Gapyeong stream, Korea. The fish group of Gapyeong Stream was divided into three types. Lithophilic fish, Koreocobitis rotundicaudata and Pseudopungtungia tenuicorpa preferred shallow depth, low-velocity current, and coarse bed condition, whereas Coreoleuciscus splendidus and Microphysogobio longidorsalis were adapted to high-velocity current and bed materials. Nektonic fish, Zacco koreanus and Zacco platypus appeared in a wide range of physical conditions. Intermediate fish, Hemibarbus longirostris, Pungtungia herzi and Coreoperca herzi adapted to moderate water depths and current velocities. Among them, H. longirostris and C. herzi were adapt to various bed materials. C. splendidus, M. longidorsalis and P. herzi showed high niche overlap for current velocity, water depth and substrate with Z. koreanus and Z. platypus. The occurrence of M. longidorsalis in a relatively low-velocity current compared to Z. koreanus and Z. platypus suggests that the current velocity act as a isolation factor for these species. The competition, isolation and character displacement among these species investigated detail in the future. Based on canonical correspondence analysis, the relative importance of each environmental factor was determined as substrate > water depth > current velocity.

Three large scale weirs were constructed 2010 - 2011 in the Namhan river, Korea. The purpose of this study was to investigate the spatial distribution of benthic macroinvertebrates and the influence of environmental factors at the weirs 2014 - 2015. The number of species was higher in the riparian zone than in the transition or the limnetic zone. This seems to be because of the diversification of microhabitats and food sources according to the development of littoral zones. From the riparian zone to the limnetic zone, the individual abundance proportion of gathering collectors among functional feeding groups decreased, and that of filtering collectors increased. In the limnetic zone, sprawlers and climbers among habitat orientation groups decreased, and burrowers increased. This means that coarse particulate organic matter originated from land or riparian zone was transformed to fine particulate organic matter in the limnetic zone. Asian clam (Corbicula fluminea) and chironomids were dominant species based on individual abundance. Asian clam, a major taxon considering biomass, was abundant toward the limnetic zone. This is becasue of the shallow depth, suitable water current, slightly coarse substrate, and good water quality. There was no significant relationship between the water quality and the characteristics of the benthic macroinvertebrate community because the water quality was spatially not heterogenous. The more influential factors for benthic community were physical factors, especially water depth. Water depth showed a markedly significant correlation with Shannon-Weaver’s species diversity (r=-0.90), Margalef’s species richness (r=-0.82), and McNaughton’s dominance (r=0.86). Water depth showed a positive correlation (r=0.68) with the Kong and Kim BMSI (Bentic Macroinverebrates Streambed Index), and this may be related to the coarse substrate of the limnetic zone.

The ultrasonic pulse measurements can be used to detect the development of cracks in concrete structures and to check deterioration due to frost or chemical action. An estimate of the depth of a visible crack at the surface can be obtained by measuring the transit times that across the crack for two different arrangements of the transducers placed on the surface. In this paper, the concrete cracks that artificially introduced crack of width 1, 2mm and depth 20, 40, 60, 80mm were measured by Tc-To, Direct and Indirect Method. The test results indicate that the Tc-To Method is the most useful in measuring crack of concrete structures. And the crack depth calculated by the Direct and Indirect Method is shown bigger than artificially introduced real crack depth.
