유아교사의 디지털놀이지원역량과 교사민감성, 디지털리터러시 간의 관계

본 연구는 유아교사의 디지털놀이지원역량과 교사민감성, 디지털리터러시 간의 관계에 기초하여 디지털놀이지원역량에 대한 기관유형, 디지털놀이 관련 교사연수 및 수업실행 경험, 교사민감성, 디지털리터러시의 상대적 설명력을 분석하였다. 연구대상은 서울·경기 지역 유치원 또는 어린이집에 재직 중인 유아반 담임교사 128명이며 설문조사 결과, 유치원교사가 어린이집 교사에 비해 디지털놀이 관련 교사연수 경험이 통계적으로 유의하게 많았고, 디지털놀이지원역량의 하위영역 디지털놀이 이해에 있어서도 유치원교사가 어린이집교사보다 통계적으로 더 높은 점수를 보였다. 디지털놀이지원역량은 디지털놀이 관련 교사연수 및 수업실행 경험, 교사민감성, 디지털리터러시와 모두 유의한 정적상관으로 나타났고, 회귀분석 결과 유아교사의 디지털놀이지원역량에 있어 디지털놀이 관련 교사연수 및 수업실행 경험과 디지털리터러시가 중요한 설명력을 지니는 변인임을 확인하였다. 하위영역별 분석 결과, 디지털놀이 이해, 관찰, 운영, 반응·소통 영역 모두에서 디지털놀이 관련 수업실행 경험과 디지털리터러시가 주요 변인으로 나타났으며 디지털놀이 반응·소통 영역에서는 기관유형도 유의한 변인으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 유아교사의 디지털놀이지원역량 향상을 위해 디지털놀이 관련 교사연수만이 아니라 현장에서 실제로 디지털놀이 수업을 실행해보는 경험과 디지털리터러시의 중요성을 강조하며, 이를 반영한 교수환경 조성 및 교사연수 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 시사한다.

사용자 편의를 위한 공중화장실 생리컵 세척기 개발

In this study, we propose a menstrual cup cleaner for the convenience of public toilet users. The demand for menstrual cups has increased recently. Users often have to carry their own cleaning kits for their cups that they use in washbasins in the common area in the public toilets. The proposed product aids the cleaning of menstrual cups inside private toilet compartments themselves. Additionally, the market for menstrual cups, their usage and usage environments, and applicable technologies are investigated in this study. Based on the results, concept design, sketches, and mock-ups are prepared, and modeling and programming are performed. Water supply linkage, supply of disposable cups, and sanitizers are also included in the design. We believe that the proposed product will help women clean their menstrual cups conveniently inside private toilet compartment. 공중화장실을 이용하는 생리컵 사용자의 편리를 위한 생리컵 세척기기를 제안하였다. 최근 생리컵에 대한 수요가 늘고 있으며 공중화장실에서도 일부 이용객을 심심찮게 찾아볼 수 있다. 사용자는 별도의 세척용품을 가지고 다니며 화장실 칸 외부의 공유 세면대를 사용한다. 사용상 번거로움을 해소하기 위해 공중화장실 칸 내에서 쉽게 세척할 수 있는 제품은 고안하였다. 생리컵 제품과 시장 조사, 사용자의 사용 행태와 사용 환경을 분석하고, 적용 가능한 기술을 탐색하였다. 이를 토대로 제품의 개념 설계, 스케치와 목업, 모델링과 프로그래밍을 진행하고, 프로토타입을 제작하였다. 세척을 위한 수도 연결부와 일회용 세척 용기, 손 위생을 위한 소독제를 포함하여 디자인하였으며, 공중화장실 칸 내에 앉아서 편리하게 생리컵을 세척할 수 있다.

2022년 하절기 제주도 양식 넙치의 병원성 세균 모니터링

In this study, bacterial disease monitoring was conducted from July to November 2022 for three representative bacterial species (Streptococcus parauberis, Vibrio spp. and Edwardsiella piscicida) to investigate the occurrence of bacterial diseases in farmed olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) on Jeju. Over a period of five months, 3,146 olive flounders were tested. The average length and weight of the olive flounder that were sampled for the disease were found to be 32.1 cm and 357.9 g, respectively. Bacteria were detected in 1,228 olive flounders, of which 24.6% were identified as Vibrio spp.. S. parauberis and E. piscicida were identified in 6.3% and 3.2% respectively, and 3% were unknown strains that could not be identified. Also, 41 (1.3%) olive flounders were found to have both S. parauberis and Vibrio spp. and 23 (0.7%) olive flounders were found to have both E. piscicida and Vibrio spp.. In particular, S. parauberis, Vibrio spp. (V. scophthalmi) and E. piscicida were detected simultaneously in one olive flounder. In fish infected with E. piscicida, the most obvious external signs were hernias and ascites.

양식 넙치에서 분리한 어병세균의 lincomycin에 대한 내성 유전자의 분포

Lincomycin as one of the lincosamides antibiotics have been mainly used in human and livestock fields, but have not been used in aquaculture. In this study, the distribution of minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values against lincomycin and the detection of the macrolide-lincosamide-streptogramin (MLS) resistance gene were confirmed in bacterial pathogens isolated from cultured olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus). Of the 107 strains isolated from Jeju, 36 strains of Gram-positive bacteria and 71 strains of Gram-negative bacteria were identified. Most of Streptococcus spp. was found to have a MIC value of less than or equal to 0.5 ㎍/mL, and Edwardsiella piscicida was found to have a MIC value higher than 1,024 ㎍/mL. V. harveyi and V. alginolyticus mostly showed MIC values of 256 ㎍/mL, but V. scophthalmi displayed values of 8~64 ㎍/mL. In the detection of MLS resistance gene, erm(B) was detected in 9 strains of Streptococcus spp., and erm(A) was confirmed in one strain.

Understanding Customer Experience of Airline Lounge Using Text Mining of Online Review

In this study, the experience of airline lounge was analyzed through text mining of online review to provide marketing implications that could be used to establish sustainable strategy of airline lounge. Analyzing online review is an effective way to understand customer needs and to identify key attributes for customer satisfaction. The number of online reiviews extracted is 3,573. And those reviews were written from January 1st 2008 to March 31st 2019. This study conducted a semantic network analysis as part of text mining by collecting online reviews of airline lounge. According to the analysis, the top five frequent words are ‘food’, ‘staff’, ‘drink’, ‘selection' and ’busy’. Through a CONCOR (CONvergence of iterated CORrelation) analysis, keywords were divided into four clusters. Each cluster was named as ‘Physical environment’, 'Brand’. ‘Service’, and 'F&B’(Food & Beverage). The results enable a better understanding of customer’s experience in airline lounge. These findings suggest important implications with empirical evidence for building an effective marketing strategy based on deeper understanding of customers' experience of lounge areas. These are key elements in business mana gement throughout the airline industry.

의미연결망 분석을 통한 부산관광에 관한 탐색적 연구: 구글 웹, 뉴스 검색을 이용하여

The purpose of this study was to explore awareness of ‘Busan tourism’ using big data analysis of Goggle web and news. For this, the data was collected by using SCTM (Smart Crawling & Text Mining) during an year from January 2018 to December 2018. From those data, degree centrality and eigenvector centrality were analyzed by utilizing packaged Net Draw along with Ucinet 6. The result showed that the web visibility of ‘hotel’ and ‘room’ was high. In addition, the frequency of ‘service’ and ‘food’ was low, but degree centrality and eigenvector centrality was high. Convergence of iterated correlations showed 4 clustered named ‘hospitality’, ‘destination’, ‘transportation’ and ‘information’. Especially ‘food’ and ‘service’ has powerful relationship according to degree centrality and eigenvector centrality. It means that the industry of Busan tourism has to focus on the food industry with accurate service in order to increase tourists.
