Purpose: This study examined the effects of different types and mixing ratios of starch (corn and potato starch) on the quality characteristics of plant-based hamburger patties. Methods: Plant-based patties were prepared with potato and corn starch at Control: no starch, C100: corn starch 100%, C75P25: corn starch 75% + potato starch 25%, C50P50: corn starch 50% + potato starch 50%, C25P75: corn starch 25% + potato starch 75%, and P100: potato starch 100%). The pH, color (L*, a*, b*), proximate composition, cooking loss, diameter reduction, texture profile analysis (TPA), water holding capacity (WHC), and freeze-thaw stability were measured. Results: The pH of the patties ranged from 6.60 to 6.72, with the highest value observed in the 100% potato starch group (P100). The lightness (L*) and yellowness (b*) were similar in the test groups, while the redness (a*) increased as the corn starch content increased. The starch-added samples exhibited a significantly higher moisture content than the control. The cooking loss and diameter reduction were significantly lower in the C75P25 and C50P50 groups. In texture profile analysis, P100 showed higher springiness and cohesiveness, whereas the hardness and chewiness decreased with starch addition. The WHC was significantly improved in all starch-added samples, with the highest value in the C25P75 group, but no significant improvement in freeze-thaw stability was observed. Conclusion: The combination of potato and corn starch positively affected moisture retention, cooking yield, and textural properties of plant-based hamburger patties. Specifically, C50P50 showed the most improvements in quality characteristics, but starch addition did not enhance the freeze-thaw stability.
중소기업 MZ세대 근로자의 심리적 계약위반이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 : 직무소진의 매개효과

The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship among psychological contract violation, job burnout, and turnover intention of MZ generation workers in small and medium enterprises. The sample collected through online and offline was 144 units of millennial generation and 140 units of Z generation. The results of analysis using structural equations showed that psychological contract violation had a positive (+) effects on turnover intention and job burnout, and job burnout also had a positive (+) effect on turnover intention. In the relationship between psychological contract violation and turnover intention, job burnout had a partial mediating effect.
소셜미디어를 이용한 기록관리기관의 기록서비스 혁신 방안 연구: 경남기록원과 서울기록원을 중심으로

Today, most archives provide recording services through social media; however, their effectiveness is very low. This study aimed to analyze the causes of insufficient social media recording service, focusing on Gyeongnam Archives and Seoul Metropolitan Archives, which are permanent records management institutions and local government archives, and design ways to create synergy by mutual growth with classical recording service. Through literature research, the characteristics and mechanisms of each social medium were identified, and the institutions' current status of social media operations and internal documents were reviewed to analyze the common problems. An in-depth analysis was conducted by interviewing the person in charge of recording services at each institution. In addition, a plan that can be applied to archives was proposed by reviewing the cases of social media operations of domestic-related institutions and overseas archives. Based on this, a new recording service process was established, strategic operation plans for each social medium were proposed, and a plan to mutually grow with the existing recording service was designed. 오늘날 대부분의 아카이브가 소셜미디어를 통한 기록서비스를 제공하고 있지만, 효과는 매우 저조하다. 본 연구는 영구기록물관리기관이자 광역지방자치단체 지방기록물관리기관인 경남기록원과 서울기록원을 중심으로 소셜미디어 기록서비스가 미진한 원인을 분석하여 개선방안을 제시하고, 고전적인 기록서비스와 소셜미디어가 상호 성장하여 시너지효과를 일으킬 수 있는 방안의 설계를 목적으로 하였다. 문헌연구를 통해 소셜미디어별 특성과 메커니즘을 파악하였으며, 현황 분석을 통해 경남기록원과 서울기록원의 소셜미디어 운영 실태를 파악하고, 내부 문건을 검토하여 공통적인 문제점을 도출했다. 보다 상세한 분석을 위해 기관 기록서비스 담당자와 인터뷰를 진행했으며, 국내 유관기관과 해외 아카이브의 소셜미디어 운영 사례를 분석하여 아카이브에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 검토했다. 이를 바탕으로 새로운 기록서비스 프로세스를 구축하고, 소셜미디어별 전략적 운영 방안을 제안함과 동시에 기존의 기록서비스와 상호성장 할 수 있는 방안을 설계하였다.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to collect reported but scattered data on herbal medicine treatment for depression in adolescents and young adults and to establish future research directions for this topic. Methods Using the scoping review method, 10 Korean and foreign databases were searched for studies published up to March 22, 2022. Studies targeting children and adolescents diagnosed with depression, studies using herbal medicine treatments, and clinical studies were included. Results Twelve randomized clinical trials, two chart reviews, and six case reports were identified. Frequently used Korean medical patterns, treatment methods, herbal medicines, decoctions, treatment periods, and post-treatment evaluation results were analyzed. Differences in the confirmed results from actual clinical settings were reviewed, and the direction of follow-up research on this topic was suggested. Conclusions This study outlined the results of various levels of clinical research on herbal medicine treatment for depression in adolescents and young adults, showed the clinical availability of herbal medicine, and provided a foundation for future research.
무인이동체 산업의 실제 고장사례에 대한 영향성 분석 및 고장대응기술 적용방안

본 논문은 2020년에 실시한 무인이동체 산업실태조사의 드론 고장 발생현황에 대한 설문내용을 분석하여 산업계에서의 고장대응기술의 활용성에 대해 논하고자 한다. 먼저, 국내 무인이동체 산업실태조사 결과를 기반으로 고장률이 높고, 고장 발생 시 심각도가 높은 하위시스템(Subsystem)을 파악한다. 또한 공중 무인이동체를 대상으로 고장률이 높은 부품에 대한 고장 시뮬레이션을 수행한다. 이를 통해 고장이 무인이동체에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석한다. 이후 현재까지 연구된 고장진단 및 고장대응 기법과 연구사례를 소개하며, 무인이동체 산업의 실 고장사례에 적용하기 위한 방안에 대해 논의한다. 나아가 앞서 논의한 내용을 기반으로 고장대응체계를 제시하고, 산업계에서 고장대응체계 설계 시에 고려해야 할 사항에 대해 살펴본다.
한국형 감정 음성 데이터베이스 구축을 위한 타당도 연구

In this study, we reported the validation results of the Korean Affective Voice Database (KAV DB), an affective voice database available for scientific and clinical use, comprising a total of 113 validated affective voice stimuli. The KAV DB includes audio-recordings of two actors (one male and one female), each uttering 10 semantically neutral sentences with the intention to convey six different affective states (happiness, anger, fear, sadness, surprise, and neutral). The database was organized into three separate voice stimulus sets in order to validate the KAV DB. Participants rated the stimuli on six rating scales corresponding to the six targeted affective states by using a 100 horizontal visual analog scale. The KAV DB showed high internal consistency for voice stimuli (Cronbach’s α=.847). The database had high sensitivity (mean=82.8%) and specificity (mean=83.8%). The KAV DB is expected to be useful for both academic research and clinical purposes in the field of communication disorders. PSP를 이용한 15<sup>°</sup> 반와류 홀과 30-7-7 팬형상 홀의 막냉각 효율 비교 연구

The various film cooling hole shapes have been proposed for effective external cooling of gas turbine blade. In this study, the film cooling effectiveness by three different hole shapes (cylindrical hole, $15^{\circ}$ angle anti-vortex hole, 30-7-7 fan-shaped hole) were examined experimentally. Pressure Sensitive Paint (PSP) technique was used to measure the film cooling effectiveness. The coolant to mainstream density ratio was 1.0 and three blowing ratios of 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 were considered. Results clearly showed that the effect of hole shape on the distribution of film cooling effectiveness. For the cylindrical hole case, the film cooling effectiveness decreased remarkably as the blowing ratio increased due to the jet lift off. Because of large hole exit area and low coolant momentum, the 30-7-7 fan-shaped hole case showed the highest film cooling effectiveness at all blowing ratio, followed by the anti-vortex hole case.
