무기인산염과 탈단백우골의 혼합사용이 골재생에 미치는 효과

This study was performed to evaluate the effect of deproteinized bovine bone mineral soaked in inorganic polyphosphate on bone regeneration in the calvaria of rabbit in the procedure of guided bone regeneration with titanium reinforced expanded polytetrafluoroethylene(TR-ePTFE) membrane. The rabbits were divided into four groups. Control group used TR-ePTFE membrane filled with de-proteinized bovine bone mineral, experimental group I used TR-ePTFE membrane and deproteinized bovine bone mineral soaked in 4% inorganic polyphosphate, experimental group II and III used TR-ePTFE membrane and deproteinized bovine bone mineral soaked in 8% or 16% inorganic poly-phosphate respectively. After decortication in the calvaria, GBR procedure was performed on 8 rabbits with only TR-ePTFE membrane or titanium reinforced ePTFE membrane filled with deproteinized bovine bone mineral soaked in inorganic polyphosphate. The animals were sacrificed at 4 weeks, and 8 weeks af-ter the surgery. Non-decalcified specimens were processed for histologic analysis, and new bone for-mation was assessed by histomorphometric as well as statical analysis. 1. Both control group and experirrental group dermnstrated increasing of new bone formation until 8weeks. 2. At 8 weeks, experimental group I and group II showed the significant difference compared to control group in new bone formation. Especially experimental group II showed the most in-creasing of new bone formation. 3. The higher concentration of inorganic polyphosphate filled, the more volume of bone formation pro-moted, but experimental group III did not reveal significant difference compared to contol group. 4. Deproteinized bovine bone mineral did not resorbed at all until 8 weeks. These results suggest that inorganic polyphosphate has a promoting effect on bone regeneration. possibly by enhancing osteoconductivity of the carrier and by increasing osteoinductivity of the defected alveolar bone tissue, but not as we respect.
행인 추출물이 고포도당 상태의 치은섬유아세포 및 치주인대세포에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was performed to evaluate the effect of Armeniacae Semen extracts on human gingival fibroblasts and periodontal ligament cells in vitro. A experiment was done to evaluate the effect of Armeniacae Semen extracts in high glucose media. $400mg/d{\ell}$ glucose was added to the culture media of all groups. In control group, the cells($4.5{\times}10^4cells/ml$) were cultured with Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium contained with 10% fetal bovine serum. In experimental groups, Armeniacae Semen extracts was added to the above culture media at the final concentrations of $1{\mu}g/m{\ell}$(Test group 1) and $l0{\mu}g/m{\ell}$(Test group 2). Then each group was tested for the rate of cell proliferation at 1, 2, 5 days, protein levels at 2, 5 days, and alkaline phosphatase activity at 2, 5 days. The results were as follows ; 1. Under the high glucose condition 1)As centration of Armeniacae Semen extracts increased, the rate of cell proliferation decreased significantly in test group 2 at 5 days in human gingival fibroblasts, but increased significantly in test group 2 at 5 days in human periodontal ligament cells(P<0.05). 2)In human gingival fibroblasts, test group 2 showed significantly decreased protein levels as compared to control group at 5 days. In periodontal ligament cells, test group 1 and 2 showed not significantly increased protein levels as compared to control group at 2, 5 days(P<0.05). 3)Alkaline phosphatase activity of human periodontal ligament cells increased as concentration of Armeniacae Semen extracts increased. The test group 1and 2 showed significant increase as compared to control group at 5 days(P<0.05). From the above results, Armeniacae Semen extracts appeared to enhance cellular activities including the rate of cell proliferation, protein levels and alkaline phosphatase activity of selectively human periodontal ligament cells in high glucose media. This study suggests that Armeniacae Semen extracts seem to be able to subside the inflammation of periodontal tissue and regenerate the destructed periodontal tissue.
대학생이 지각한 가족건강성이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 - 성취동기를 매개변인으로 -

The purpose of this study is to reveal how the family health affects the development of self-efficacy in undergraduate students, and how the achievement motivation plays a mediating role in the development of self-efficacy through the family health. For the study, a survey was conducted on 518 undergraduate students, freshmen to seniors attending the university located in the city M. The collected data was subject to the percentage and frequency analysis, correlation, hierarchical regression analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23.0. As the measurement tools, the family health scale developed by Yoo Young-Ju (2013), the self-efficacy scale developed by Kim Ah-Young(1997), and the accomplishment motivation scale developed by Kang Sung-Eun(12013) were used. The findings of this study are as in the following. First, the university students more highly perceived the family strengths than the achievement motivation and self-efficacy. Second, all the subfactors of family strengths, self-efficacy, and achievement motivation had significantly positive correlations. Third, in case of family strengths of university students, when the family resilience and qualitative fellowship were higher, there was the family culture. When the opportunity of social participation was higher, the self-efficacy was influenced. In case of achievement motivation, the hope, adventurous spirit, and confidence had effects on the self-efficacy. Fourth, the achievement motivation worked as a complete mediating variable on the effects of family strengths on the self-efficacy. In the results of this study, it would be necessary to put efforts to help the development of family strengths and self-efficacy of university students, and also to improve their achievement motivation as a mediating variable.
지하구조물 공용년수를 고려한 반발경도법에 의한 강도추정식의 제안

현재 대부분 사용되고 있는 반발경도법을 이용한 강도 추정식을 서울의 대표적인 지하구조물에 적용할 경우 준공년도에 따른 재령계수의 적용이 부적합한 것으로 판단됨에 따라 본 연구에서는 최근 8년간 수행된 서울지하철 정밀안전진단결과를 이용하여 코어의 일축압축강도와 통일위치에서 실시된 반발경도 시험결과와의 상관관계에 준공년도를 고려하여 공용중인 박스 및 터널구조물에 대한 합리적인 강도평가 추정식을 제시하였다. The rebound test using Schmidt hammer is most popular method to estimate strength of concrete. However, this method is inappropriate for Seoul Metro underground structures due to unsuitable aging effects. Consequently, the strength presumption equation of underground structures is proposed according to the correlation of uniaxial compressive strength, rebound test results and age of concrete. To achieve this, the results of in-depth inspection of Seoul Metro underground structures performed annually for last 8 years was anlayed.

Myositis Ossificans is a benign ossifying soft-tissue lesion typically occurring within skeletal muscle. Patients are usually adolescents and young adults. Intraabdominal myositis ossificans is a very uncommon disorder. We experienced a case of myositis ossificans on the lateral wall of the left pelvis, which compressed left external iliac vein cause a deep vein thrombosis(DVT). A 68-year-old woman was admitted with a two-week history of severe lower abdominal pain and swelling of the left lower extrimety. The diagnosis was established with the Doppler ultrasound and pathologic examination. Several studies suggested that catheter-directed thrombolysis and stent placement are potentially attractive forms of therapy because they provide the opportunity for prompt restoration of venous patency and preservation of venous valve function. So we treated the deep vein thrombosis with catheter-directed thrombolysis and percutaneous transcatheter stent placement. We report a case of myositis ossificans presenting with DVT, who had a catheter-directed thrombolysis and percutaneous transcatheter stent placement.

In this study, digital image processing was used to estimate the tensile forces of the remote hanger cable using image-based back analysis method. A portable digital camcorder was used as a vision-based system considering convenient and economical aspects for use. The ambient vibration test was performed on a suspension bridge to verify the validity of the image-back analysis method of measuring the hanger cable tensile force.

Obtaining accurate strength of structures in estimating safety to the established concrete structures is very important task. However, To obtain real strength with reliability, strength test or loading test based on core extraction ought to accept not only damage to the structure but also cost and time. Recently, a variety of methods that are able to estimate strength to structures without damage are studying according to developing technology, and method using Rebound Hammer Test is broadly used because of convenience and reliability of estimation. Therefore, strength estimation method to structures considering magnitude and importance of facilities and correcting strength estimation value through nondestructive test used widely.
