구조물의 건전성을 적절하게 모니터링을 하기 위해서는 정확하고 신뢰할 수 있는 계측데이터가 중요하다. 하지만, 실제로는 환경영향 및 센서고장으로 인해 불완전하고 신뢰할 수 없는 데이터가 계측된다. 센서고장인 경우에는 모니터링을 하기 위한 데이터 자체가 계측이 되지 않는 문제가 발생하고, 온도변화와 같은 환경영향에 의해서는 구조물이 손상되었을 때보다 고유진동수 등의 동특성이 더 큰 폭으로 변화한다. 본 논문에서는 구조건전성 모니터링을 위한 데이터 처리 및 분석의 체계적인 절차를 제시하였으며, 보정된 데이터를 사용하여 통계적으로 산정하는 건전성지수로 Mahalanobis 지수를 적용하였다. 제안된 방법을 트러스구조에서 수치적으로 모사한 데이터를 사용하여 검증하고, 서해대교에서 계측한 현장데이터에 적용하였다. It is important to collect reliable measured data for proper bridge health monitoring. However, in reality incomplete and unreliable data may be acquired due to sensor problems and environmental effects. In case of sensor malfunction, parts of measured data are missing and thus health monitoring cannot be carried out reliably. Due to environmental effects such as temperature variation, dynamic characteristics of natural frequencies may change as if the structure is damaged. The paper proposes a systematic procedure of data processing and data analysis for reliable structural health monitoring. Also, it applies the Mahalanobis distance as a health index computed statistically using revised data. The proposed procedure has been examined using numerically simulated data from a truss structure and then applied to a set of field data measured from Seohae cable-stayed bridge.

Electrical motor noise in hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) is in general expected that it has lower level in noise and vibration than conventional internal combustion engine does. In this paper, abnormal noise component, which may be annoying noise, of the traction motor occurred after an endurance vehicle test is investigated experimentally. The ±1 order of the number of slots is understood by a theoretical model, and the source of the abnormal noise is examined by cross-check investigation and is identified that it is caused by a failure of magnet fixing method. The improvement of the abnormal noise is confirmed by changing the fixing method from bond to mold.

Provider-oriented weather information has been rapidly changing to become more customer-oriented and personalized. Given the increasing interest in wellness and health topics, the demand for health weather information, and biometeorology, also increased. However, research on changes in the human body according to weather conditions is still insufficient due to various constraints, and interdisciplinary research is also lacking. As part of an effort to change that, this study surveyed medical practitioners at an actual treatment site, using questionnaires, to investigate what kind of weather information they could utilize. Although there was a limit to the empirical awareness that medical staff had about weather information, most respondents noted that there is a correlation between disease and weather, with cardiovascular diseases (coronary artery disease (98.5%) and hypertension (95.9% ), skin diseases (atopic dermatitis (100%), sunburn (93.8%)) being the most common weather-sensitive ailments. Although there are subject-specific differences, most weather-sensitive diseases tend to be affected by temperature and humidity in general. Respiratory and skin diseases are affected by wind and solar radiation, respectively.

A meteo-tsunami occurred along the coastline of South Korea on 31 March 2007, with an estimated maximum amplitude of 240 cm in Yeonggwang (YG). In this study, we investigated the synoptic weather systems around the Yellow sea including the Bohai Bay and Shandong Peninsula using a weather research and forecast model and weather charts of the surface pressure level, upper pressure level and auxiliary analysis. We found that 4-lows passed through the Yellow sea from the Shandung Peninsula to Korea during 5 days. Moreover, the passage of the cold front and the locally heavy rain with a sudden pressure change may make the resonance response in the near-shore and ocean with a regular time-lag. The sea-level pressure disturbance and absolute vorticity in 500 hPa projected over the Yellow sea was propagated with a similar velocity to the coastline of South Korea at the time that meteo-tsunami occurred.
중국 상해 패션 시장의 특성과 한국 패션 브랜드의 경쟁력 분석

This paper aims to analyze the characteristics of the contemporary Chinese fashion market and the competitiveness of Korean fashion brands in China. Fashion professionals experienced in both the Korean and Chinese fashion markets participated to investigate the Shanghai market and consumers. The results of in-depth interviews show that Shanghai is the most favorable city among Tier 1 cities for Korean fashion brands planning on entering into the Chinese market. Shanghai consumers are open to international brands and highly prefer newness in fashion. Contemporary menswear was selected as a potentially big market due to the increase of unique, young, upper-middle-class male consumers. The Korean fashion brands` strength is that they are capable of satisfying Shanghai consumers with excellent product planning and sensory design capabilities. Their disadvantage is that their brand recognition is weaker than that of global and international brands, and their ability to localize to the Chinese market is weak. The opportunity comes is from the Korean Wave, which is a positive for Korea`s products and has good geographical access. The threat is that the Shanghai market is fiercely competitive; having access to many worldwide brands, and the competitiveness of Chinese brands is on the rise. To enter the Shanghai market, creative design ability, trendy product development, skill, and appropriate PR methods such as using Korean culture contents would be required to satisfy the young, powerful consumers in Shanghai.

전기자동차 파워트레인에서 발생되는 소음은 주로 모터의 전자기력 불균형에서 오는 소음과 기어 장치의 기계 시스템에서 발생되는 소음으로 구분될 수 있다. 이 소음들은 일반적 연소 엔진음 보다는 작지만, 조용한 배경 소음 때문에 더 거슬리는 소리가 될 수 있음에도 불구하고 그 소음의 특성이나 저감 방법은 널리 알려져 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 전기차 개발단계 혹은 완성단계에서 적용할 수 있는 전달 경로에 감쇠 수동형 패치를 부착하여 소음을 저감하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저, 모터소음은 모터의 동적 특성에 따라 영향을 받으며 또한 모터 토크와 어떠한 상관성을 가지는 지를 보여준다. 또한, 모터 보다는 감속기의 표면이 더 소음에 취약한 부위라는 사실을 실험적으로 보여준다. 마지막으로, 주요 소음 전달경로인 드라이브 샤프트나 감속기 하우징 표면에 패치를 부착하여 실차 평가하였으며 실험 결과는 가속보다는 감속 조건에서 소음이 저감되는 영향이 크다는 것을 보여준다. Cabin noise due to the electric powertrain of electrical vehicle may consists of motor noise caused by electrical mismatch and gear noise coming from reduction gearbox. These sound may be considered rather small noise compared to those of internal combustion engine, but without masking effect, the noise can be more annoying for customer. Thus, this paper demonstrates the characteristics of electrical vehicle powertrain noise, and the effect of passive damping material for the noise reduction. The typical motor noise can be affected by the motor torque. Also, it is demonstrated that the reduction gearbox may be a weak point for the noise path compared to the motor housing. With vehicle test, it is shown that the damping patch is more effective for noise reduction with deceleration condition than with acceleration condition.
