Nefazodone, a newer antidepressant is a phenylpiperazine derivative that inhibits the reuptake of both norepinephrine and serotonin, and antagonizes $5-HT_{2A}$ and ${\alpha}_1$ adrenergic receptors. Compared with SSRIs, nefazodone caused the fewer activating symptoms, adverse gastrointestinal effects(nausea, diarrhea, anorexia) and adverse effects of sexual function, but is associated with the more dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, visual disturbances and confusion. We report on 4 cases of visual disturbances and hallucinations in patients taking nefazodone. It is not certain what mechanisms mediated these side effects, but three mechanisms are possible. 1) Nefazodone, as a 5-HT2 antagonist, might induce visual disturbances. 2) mCPP, metabolite of nefazodone might contribute to the hallucination through action on 5-HT receptor. 3) Dopaminergic enhancing activity of nefazodone might cause hallucination. These case report raises the possibility that dose-related perceptual disturbances may exist with nefazodone. The fact emphasizes the need to pay close attention to all possible drug interactions, particularly in patients treated with multiple psychoactive agents, older patients, and patients with decreased hepatic function.

모바일 클라우드 서비스는 사용자가 모바일 단말에 자원을 가지고 있지 않더라도 인터넷을 통해 외부의 다양한 IT 자원을 제공하는 서비스로서 모바일 단말이 가지는 성능적 한계를 극복시킬 수 있다는 장점과 함께 이용자 수가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에 존재하는 개인 및 기업의 정보 유출과 같은 문제들은 모바일 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에도 그대로 상속되기 때문에 이러한 문제에 대응하기 위해서는 모바일 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 정보유출을 탐지할 수 있는 이상행위 탐지 알고 리즘이 마련되어야 한다. 여기서 이상행위란, 모바일 클라우드 자원에 접근하는 방법에 있어 기존에 인지하고 있던 정상적인 행위에서 벗어나는 행위를 의미하며 이상행위로 판단되는 상황이 발생되는 경우, 이를 정보유출이 발생할 수 있는 상황으로 인지함으로써 적절한 대응을 할 수 있게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모바일 클라우드 자원의 정보유출을 방지하기 위한 목적으로 자원 접근에 대한 이상행위 탐지 알고리즘 개발 모델을 제시한다. 이상행위 탐지 알고리즘을 개발하고 이를 검증하기 위해서는 이상행위를 일으키는 공격 모델 및 대응 모델이 개발되어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인증 및 권한관리의 취약점을 이용하여 위협을 일으키는 공격 모델을 개발하는 방법을 제시하고, 사용자의 접속환경 및 클라우드 자원의 정보 흐름을 분석함으로써 이상행위를 탐지하는 알고리즘을 제시한다.

A total of 301 samples of bovine liver, spleen and omasum were collected from butchers and restaurants in Gwangju, Korea during 2012 and all samples were subjected to bacteriological examination and antibiotic residues. Also, this study was performed to survey the consciousness for hygiene of livestock workers who are handling bovine by-products in Gwangju. The detection rate of aerobic plate count (APC) was higher in summer than in other seasons in all by-products (P=0.000). The detection rate of E. coli count was lower in the liver than the spleen and omasum (P=0.000). Twenty four of the samples (8.0%) were contaminated with S. aureus while one spleen sample (0.3%) was contaminated with L. monocytogenes and finally 10 (3.3%) of the liver and omasum samples were contaminated with Cl. perfringens. Five of the twenty-four S. aureus isolates harbored enterotoxin gene. However, the cpe gene of Cl. perfingens was not detected among any of the 10 isolates. Antibiotic residues were not detected in the liver samples. The consciousness survey`s results showed that most of them (58.8%) were safe.

Background: Various Q-switched (QS) lasers, such as ruby, alexandrite or neodymium:YAG (Nd:YAG) lasers, are used to remove tattoos and permanent makeup. To our knowledge, there has been no indication or guideline published for the optimal time for laser-mediated tattoo removal. Objective: To set a guideline for the optimal irradiation time for tattoo and permanent makeup removal via 1064 nm QS Nd:YAG (QSND) laser, we compared the degree of tattoo removal and skin histologic changes when the irradiation was employed at different time points. Methods: Rat skin was marked with 54 artificial permanent makeup marks with black ink using a permanent makeup machine. The marks were irradiated with a 1064 nm QSND laser on the application day, and 3 days, 5 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, and 3 weeks after application. Pigmentation changes were checked over time using a Mexameterⓡ and skin biopsy. Results: There was no significant difference in the degree of pigment removal as examined by Mexameterⓡ on the day of makeup application compared to 3 days, 5 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, and 3 weeks after application. Histopathologically, the permanent makeup pigments seemed to move from epidermis to superficial and mid dermis with time. The pigments were relatively well removed throughout the epidermis and dermis when the laser was employed 7 days after tattoo application, compared to laser irradiation on the day of application, as viewed histologically. Conclusion: Laser removal of permanent makeup is effective on the day of application, as determined by testing pigment levels. However, based on histopathology, it is recommended to use lasers to remove permanent makeup about a week after application, since the wound repair process is almost complete at that time. The study aims to research air-conditioning and new & renewable energy application methods that can reduce energy and operation costs considering initial costs. By searching the optimum application methods, it is expected to maximize the cooling/heating and hot water supply energy and improve efficiencies of systems for educational facilities. Therefore, this study implemented a research on the new & renewable energy utilization technique diffusion expansion method and the optimum method. As a result, the plan which has the least life cycle cost was introduced with the multi-type geothermal heat pump 255.2㎾ + highly efficient electronic cooling/heating device (EHP) 168.2㎾. On the other hand, the plan which have the least energy cost was induced as the multi-type geothermal heat pump 174㎾ + solar heat collector 94 m² + highly efficient electronic cooling/heating device (EHP) 249.4㎾.
SPEEK-Ag 촉진 수송 분리막을 이용한 C₂, C₃ 계 올레핀/파라핀 분리

본 연구에서는 Ag가 포함된 sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone) (SPEEK)를 촉진 수송 분리막으로 사용하여 에틸렌/에탄 그리고 프로필렌/프로판의 분리연구를 수행하였다. SPEEK는 PEEK를 황산과 반응시켜 제조할 수 있는데, 제조 방법에 따라 다양한 설폰화도 (DS)을 나타내었고 약 70시간 반응시켰을 때 0.95의 DS값을 보여주었다. SPEEK의 농도를 변화시켜 제조된 막은 각각 다른 두께로 코팅됨을 SEM으로 확인하였다. SPEEK 막에 Ag 염 수용액을 반응시켜 제조한 SPEEK-Ag 막을 이용하여 에틸렌/에탄 그리고 프로필렌/프로판의 분리 실험을 실시한 결과 에틸렌과 프로필렌은 SPEEK 코팅 두께에 따라 200~500의 선택도를 보여 주었고, 투과도는 5~50 GPU값을 보여 주었다. 또한 SPEEK-Ag 촉진 수송막은 막을 제조 할 때 사용한 은염의 종류에 따라서도 각기 다른 분리 효율을 나타내었다. Separation of ethylene from ethane and propylene from propane have been conducted using facilitated olefin transport membrane with SPEEK-Ag (Ag substituted sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone)). SPEEK was prepared by the sulfonation of PEEK using conc. H₂SO₄ and the reaction time affected the degree of sulfonation (DS) of the resulting SPEEK. SPEEK-Ag composite membrane was formed by soaking SPEEK in the polyester support into the Ag salt solution. With increasing the concentration of SPEEK in MeOH, the thickness of SPEEK on the polyester increased. The selectivity and the flux of SPEEK-Ag membrane for the separation of ethylene/ethane and propylene/propane were changed by the thickness of SPEEK layer on the top of polyester support. The anion of silver salt also affects the membrane performance.
