본 논문은 금융기관에서 활용하고 있는 운영리스크 측정모형에 대한 적합성검증 방법 중 안정성 검증에 관한 것이다. 신용리스크와는 달리 운영리스크는 손실자료의 특징, 과거 자료의 부족 그리고 적합성검증을 위한 이론적 도구의 부족 등으로 인해 현재 적절한 적합성검증 방안에 제시되지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 운영리스크 VaR(Value at Risk) 추정값의 안정성을 평가하는 적합성검증 방법을 제시하고 이를 활용한 실증분석을 통해 제안된 방법에 대한 실제적 활용 가능성을 확인해 보고자 한다. 구체적으로 본 논문에서는 붓스트랩 방법을 활용하여 운영리스크 VaR의 신뢰구간을 생성함으로써 운영리스크 VaR 추정값의 안정성을 검증하는 기법을 제안하였으며, 이를 토대로 적합에 따른 운영리스크 VaR 추정값의 안정성을 측정하는 방안도 제시하였다. Operational risk is defined as the risk of loss resulting from inadequate or failed internal processes, people and systems, or external events. The advanced measurement approach proposed by Basel committee uses loss distribution approach(LDA) which quantifies operational loss based on bank's own historical data and measurement system. LDA involves two distribution fittings(frequency and severity) and then generates aggregate loss distribution by employing mathematical convolution. An objective validation for the operational risk measurement is essential because the operational risk measurement allows flexibility and subjective judgement to calculate regulatory capital. However, the methodology to verify the soundness of the operational risk measurement was not fully developed because the internal operational loss data had been extremely sparse and the modeling of extreme tail was very difficult. In this paper, we propose a methodology for the validation of operational risk measurement based on bootstrap confidence intervals of operational VaR(value at risk). We derived two methods to generate confidence intervals of operational VaR.
요통(腰痛) 환자에 대한 이침(耳鍼)의 침자수법(鍼刺手法)에 따른 치료효과(治療效果)의 임상적(臨床的) 고찰(考察)

Objective: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of auricular acupuncture therapy by using different techniques combined with common acupuncture treatment on lumbago patients. Methods: 30 patients with lumbago who were hospitalized in Semyung Univ. Oriental Medical Hospital were devided into three groups. Group A of 10 patients were treated by common acupuncture treatment and auricular acupuncture therapy by methods of burying needles. Group B of 10 patients were treatedd by common acupuncture treatment and auricular acupuncture therapy by methods of pricking needles. Group C of 10 patients were treated only by common acupuncture treatment. The pain scale and improvement index of these three groups were evaluated after 10 days of admission. Results: 1. On the score of pain scale, group A and B were both superior to group C, but had no specific difference(p=0.15). 2. On the score of improvement index, group B was superior to group A, and group A was superior to group C(p=0.04). Conclusions: The combination of auricular acupuncture therapy and common acupuncture treatment was more effective than only to use common acupuncture treatment to lumbago patients. Especially, using the auricular acupuncture therapy by pricking methods, was the most effective methods in increasing improvement index.
일부 농업인에서의 농약 중독증상과 농약 사용정보에 대한 예비조사

This study aimed to determine the feasibility of survey questionnaires for pesticide poisoning. We conducted a pilot study to develop a questionnaire for evaluating pesticide poisoning symptoms and to examine the validity of self-reported information for individual pesticides used. In December 2010 we interviewed 20 farmers with self-reported pesticide poisoning histories residing in Gyeonggi Province. For validity of pesticide information, the purchased pesticide lists from the agricultural cooperative federation were compared with individual self-reported pesticides used. Neurological symptoms were the most common among clinical symptoms related to pesticide poisoning, followed by gastrointestinal, dermal and eye symptoms. Insecticides were the main causative pesticide class for poisoning. Twenty one major symptoms were selected for screening for acute pesticide poisoning in a field study based on the pilot results and literature reviews. Substantial under-reporting was found in data on self-reported individual pesticides used (9.2%), as well as low accuracy (36%) compared with their actual purchase lists. In this pilot study, we suggest the selected symptom lists may apply to a field survey of pesticide poisoning. However, the self-reported information on individual pesticides may not be valid and alternative methods need to be developed.

Objective : This study was performed to examine the Magnetic therapy decrease the allergic reaction of Bee Venom. Methods : We injected BV to sample group(n=10) and control group(n=10) at 2 points of body, and also sample group was treated with Magnetic therapy additionally. We observed the change of local pain, pruritus, color difference value at 1 hour, 24 hours after injection. Results : Local pain, pruritus and color difference value of sample group were more decreased than control group. Conclusions : The Magnetic therapy decreased allergic reaction of Bee Venom.
토양에서 분리한 국내 미기록종 Pseudomonas 속 6종의 생화학적 특성과 계통 분류

생명공학산업의 주요한 자원인 미생물의 가치는 날로 증대하고 있으며, 이로 인해 생물자원을 확보하기 위한 국가간의 경쟁은 심화되고 있다. 이에 다양한 환경에서 미생물자원을 발굴하고 특성을 확인하는 것은 미래의 잠재적 생물자원을 확보하는데 큰 의미가 있다. 본 연구에서는 Pseudomonas속에 속하는 6종의 미생물들을 일반 토양에서 분리하여 분자계통학적 분석을 통해 국내 미기록종임을 확인하였다. 본 연구로 확보된 미생물들은 자생 생물자원의 다양성을 늘리고, 산업계에 생물자원의 선택의 폭을 늘리는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. In 2017, as a study to discover indigenous prokaryotic species in Korea, a total of 6 bacterial strains assigned to the genus Pseudomonas were isolated from soil. From the high 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity (${\geq}99.5%$) and phylogenetic analysis with closely related species, the isolated strains were identified as independent Pseudomonas species which were unrecorded in Korea. The six Pseudomonas species were Pseudomonas mandelii, P. canadensis, P. thivervalensis, P. jessenii, P. lurida, and P. brenneri. Gram reaction, culture conditions, colony and cell morphology, basic physiological and biochemical characteristics are described in the species description section.
