본 논문은 선형 회귀모형에서 벌점 추정량의 신의 성질에 대한 충분조건을 구성하는 방법을 소개하였다. 신의 추정량, 벌점 추정량, 신의 벌점 추정량, 신의 성질을 명확히 정의하였으며 이를 바탕으로 신의 성질에 대한 최적조건과 최적조건에 대한 충분조건을 구성하는 방법을 대부분의 벌점함수에 적용 가능하도록 하나의 통합된 원리로 소개하였다. 추가로 신의 성질에 대한 이해를 돕기 위해 간단한 예제와 함께 가상실험 결과를 첨부하였다. In this paper, we introduce how to construct sufficient conditions for the oracle property in penalized linear regression model. We give formal definitions of the oracle estimator, penalized estimator, oracle penalized estimator, and the oracle property of the oracle estimator. Based on the definitions, we present a unified way of constructing optimality conditions for the oracle property and sufficient conditions for the optimality conditions that covers most of the existing penalties. In addition, we present an illustrative example and results from the numerical study.

번역 개시 인자 eIF1A는 진핵생물에서 43S preinitiation complex 형성을 비롯한 번역 개시 과정의 여러 단계에서 필수적인 역할을 하며, 잘 보존된 oligonucleotide-binding (OB) fold를 가지고 있는 단백질이다. 본 연구진은 이전 연구에서 eIF1A가 RNA annealing 활성을 가지고 있으며 double-stranded RNA에 결합하여 안정된 복합체를 형성한다는 것을 발견한 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 활성을 나타내는데 필요한 active site를 찾고, 이러한 활성이 효모의 성장에 필수적인 기능인지를 알아보기 위하여 여러 가지 돌연변이를 제조하였다. N-말단과 C-말단은 제거되었지만 완전한 OB-fold를 가지고 있는 eIF1A($\Delta$T)는 RNA annealing 활성을 보이는 반면, OB-fold에 돌연변이가 도입된 단백질들은 모두 활성이 사라졌다. 또한, R57D 돌연변이를 제외한 모든 OB-fold 돌연변이는 dsRNA에도 결합하지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 eIF1A의 RNA annealing 활성과 dsRNA 결합에는 완전한 OB-fold domain이 필요하다는 것을 의미한다. 돌연변이들이 효모의 성장에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과, RNA annealing 활성과 효모의 성장은 뚜렷한 연관성이 없었으며, 적어도 R57D와 K94D 경우에는 돌연변이가 성장하지 못하는 원인이 생체 내 eIF1A 단백질의 안정성과 관계있는 것으로 생각된다. Translation initiation factor eIF1A performs essential functions in various initiation steps including 43S preinitiation complex formation in eukaryotes, and contains a highly conserved oligonucleotide-binding (OB) fold. In our previous study, we discovered that eIF1A possesses RNA annealing activity and forms a stable complex with double-stranded RNA. In this study, we initiated site-directed mutations in eIF1A to find the active sites for these biochemical activities and to investigate whether they are essential functions for yeast cell growth. A truncated protein, eIF1A($\Delta$T), devoid of both N- and C-terminal domains but containing an intact OB-fold exhibited RNA annealing activity. In contrast, all point mutations in OB-fold domain, except R57D, impaired both RNA annealing and dsRNA binding activities, indicating that the intact OB-fold domain is required for both activities. Viabilities of the mutant yeast cells were not correlated with RNA annealing activity but with the in vivo protein stabilities in the case of R57D and K94D.

조지훈 시의 시조 형식미와 존재적 공간성

본고는 고전미가 함의 된 조지훈 시편이 전통적 시가로 구축되었다고 보고, 시조 형식미와 함께 존재적 공간성에 주목했다. 현대문학사에서 조지훈(1920~1968) 시는 고전미에 입각하여 전통성과 함께 민족정서를 동양사상으로 형상화 했다. 민속학과 역사학을 겸비해온 그의 전통적 세계관을 시로 한정 지을 때 시가 양식인 시조 형식을 통해 창작된 시편들이 두드러진다. 게다가 초기 현대작품에서 전통 율격으로 전개되는 시를 통해 시조 부흥에 직간접적으로 이바지하고 하고 있다. 그의 고전미는 살펴볼 시편에서 시조 양식으로 민족 정서를 보존하고 계승하는데 발휘되고 있다는 사실이다. 요컨대 이글은 조지훈 시편들의 시행 배열들이 전반적으로 시조 율격을 바탕으로 하고 있으며, 그것은 전통을 구현하고 고전을 강화시키고 있다는 것을 밝히는데 있다. 조지훈의 시는 시조의 독특한 미학 형식인 초장, 중장, 종장의 3행과 3장 6구 4음보라는 일정한 개념을 유지하고 있다. 다만 그의 한편의 시가 완결된 시조 형식을 모두 갖추어 있지는 않지만 부분적으로 시조 형식을 취하고 있다는 것이다. 그것은 각 장에서 각각의 음보와 구, 자수 등의 각각의 마디를 통해 시적 리듬과 함께 음악성을 가지게 하는데 기여한다. 전통 율격인 3장 6구 4음보를 기본 구조로 하는 시조 형식에의 시편들이 그의 작품에서 주로 발견되고 있다. 그렇지만 그동안 조지훈의 연구는 동양적 고전을 추구하며 민족적 전통성을 수호했다는 시론에만 머물러 있는 한계를 드러내고 있다. 또한 고전미를 형식미로 고찰한 경우 전통의식과 연관되어 있다고 평가할 뿐 구체적으로 시조 형식을 대입한 탐구가 없었다. 이에 해방기 전후 전형적인 시조 형식미로 전통성을 구현해온 조지훈의 시편에 천착했다. 거기에 담긴 의미를 마르틴 하이데거가 존재와 시간 에서 주장한 공간성으로 살폈다. 하이데거는 존재하는 모든 것은 내부성이라는 공간 속에 속해 있기 때문에 이를 배제하고는 현존재를 설명할 수 없다고 했다. 이것은 세계의 공간성으로 파악하는 것으로 현존재는 환경세계라는 현상 속에서 만나는데 있다. 이처럼 세계 내부에 있는 현존재는 그러한 공간성을 통해 확인할 수 있으며 상호관계에 의해 구성된다는 것이다. In the history of modern literature, Cho Ji-hoon (1920~1968) built tradition and ethnic sentiments in Eastern thought, based on classical beauty. When limiting a poetry-only view of his traditional worldview, which combines folklore and history, the psalm created through the form of sijo of the poetry style stands out. In addition, it is an early contemporary work that directly or indirectly contributes to the renewal of sijo when it was developed in traditional rules. His classical beauty is the fact that it is demonstrated in maintaining and inheriting the ethnic sentiment in sijo form of the psalm to be examined. In short, the execution arrangements of the psalms are generally based on sijo rules, which embodies tradition and reinforces the classics. This tells us that he was trying to create a near original form inherited from ancient shijo rather than referring to the transitional malformed time of the early modern sijo. At the time of Cho Ji-hoon, he maintained a certain concept of the founder"s unique aesthetic formal first chapter, middle chapter, last chapter general 3 lines and 3 chapters, 6 wards, 4 notes. However, although his poems do not have all of the completed Sijo form, they are partially in the Sijo form. It contributes to having musicality with poetic rhythms in each chapter through each node such as each note and ward, embroidery. His work mainly finds the psalm in sijo form, which is based on the traditional rule"s 3 sheets, 6 wards, and 4 notes. However, in the meantime, Cho Ji-hoon"s research has shown the limitations that remain only in the poetic theory that he pursued oriental classics and preserving ethnic traditions. In addition, when considering classical beauty as formal beauty, it is only evaluated that it is associated with traditional rituals, and there was no search that specifically substituted sijo form. In this regard, attention was paid to the psalms of Cho Ji-hoon, who inherited traditionalism before and after the liberation period and implemented the typical sijo formal beauty, and traced the meaning contained there to the spatiality that Martin Heidegger claimed in “Existence and Time.” Heidegger cannot explain the present existence without excluding it because everything that exists belongs to the space of internality. To grasp this in terms of world spatiality, the present existence is the existence that we meet in the phenomenon of the environmental world. In this way, the present existence inside the world can be confirmed through such spatiality and is composed of mutual relationships. In this way, the formal beauty that Cho Ji-hoon"s classical beauty acts on starts from the spatiality of the world. It can be grasped by dividing it into three stages, the spatiality of the present existence and the instrumental existence that exists in the space, which is the nature of the space of the world, that Heidegger said.

북한 전후 시대의 서정시 의식 고찰

본고는 북한 서정시의 흐름 중에서 1950~1960년대 북한 전후 시대 시에 나타난 서정시 의식 전개와 특성에 대한 고찰이다. 거기에는 남북한의 평화통일을 기원하는 의미에서 민족 문화적인 동질성을 회복해야 하는 것을 전제로 체제와 이념을 넘어선 서정성이 담보된다. 문학에서 서정성은 인류 보편적 인식이며 본질적으로 언어에 투과되기 마련이다. 그간의 연구들은 대체로 북한 서정시의 전개 과정과 문학적 이해를 주체사상 구축에서 기인한다. 이데올로기와 체제 강화를 위해 문학을 도구화해 온 북한 서정시는 사회주의 현실을 토대로 형상화된다. 또한 북한시편의 정형률 자체가 주체문학에 입각한 것으로 파악한다는 점에서 서정시는 수령과 당에 대한 사회주의 리얼리즘과 이데올로기를 결합하는 방식으로 창작된다. 이 글에서 주목한 것은 북한 서정시를 순수한 의식적 관점에서 이해하고 북한 문학의 자장을 확대하는 데 있다. 이같이 서정성은 인간의 근본적인 감정이며 고유한 의식이라는 점을 부각하기 위해 최대한 이데올로기를 배제하여 북한 서정시를 파악했다. 살펴본 전후 시대 북한 서정시는 1970년대 이후보다는 조금 더 시인의 감정을 서정적으로 표현하는 서정성이 배태되어 있다. 그 근저에는 주체사상과 당과 수령이 있지만 그러한 이데올로기를 제거하면 고유의 서정성이 시를 구성하고 있다. 이로써 북한 서정시는 현대서정시와 마찬가지로 객관적 세계를 시적 자아의 내면에 용해 시켜 세계를 자아화하는데 기여한다는 것이다. 본고의 연구 방법으로 북한 서정시에서 두드러진 주제의식을 현대서정시의 분류 방법으로 설정하고 세 가지로 구분했다. 말하자면 사랑의 서정시를 북한의 연시편으로, 계급적 서정시를 북한의 공동체 시편으로, 전원적 서정시를 자연 시편으로 전개할 수 있다. 이 같은 북한 서정시의 특징으로는 50행 이상이 넘는 ‘장시’와 사건 형식으로 된 ‘서사시’와 이야기 형식으로 된 ‘대화 시’ 등이 극적인 형태로 등장한다. 이로써 텍스트로 북한 전후 시대의 서정시 의식과 특성 중에서 두드러진 시적 양상으로서 첫째 연시편을 통한 시적 동일성에서 운명의지가 관찰된다. 둘째 공동체적 삶 속에서 이루어지는 시적 조화성과 그에 따른 희망 의식이 편철되어 있다. 셋째 자연과의 동화성 속에서 생명 인식이 관철되어 있다는 사실 등에 주목했다. This paper is a consideration of the theme consciousness and characteristics of the lyrics shown during the postwar period of North Korea in the 1960s in the flow of the lyrics of North Korea. It is premised that lyricism must be ensured beyond the system and philosophy of restoring ethnic and cultural homogeneity in the sense of praying for peaceful unity between South Korea and North Korea. In the studies so far, the process of developing North Korean lyrics and literary understanding are generally attributed to the construction of Juche ideas. It has played a role in showing the realization of socialism by North Korea"s tooling of lyrics for ideology and strengthening the regime. As a result, North Korean lyrics is created in a way that combines socialism realism and ideology for the leader and the party, given that the fixed form itself is based on Juche literature, just like ordinary North Korean psalms. However, the focus of this article is to understand the lyrics of North Korea from the perspective of pure consciousness and to expand the magnetic field of North Korean literature. In this way, lyricism is a basic human emotion, and in order to emphasize the point of inherent consciousness, I eliminated ideology as much as possible and grasped the lyrics of North Korea. Since the 1970s, the lyrics of North Korea postwar period are displayed with the lyricism that expresses the poet"s emotions a little more lyrically. At its root, the Juche, the party and the leader, when such ideologies are removed, the inherent lyricism constitutes the poem. The North Korean lyrics, like modern lyrics, dissolve the objective world inside the poetic ego and contribute to the creation of the world. The research method in this paper is based on the modern method of classifying lyrics. So to speak, the lyrics of love are the kite psalms of North Korea, and the lyrics of the class are the community psalms of North Korea, and the lyrics of rural are the natural psalms. The characteristic of such North Korean lyrics is that more than 50 lines of “long poem”, “epic poem” in the form of an incident, and “dialogue poem” in the form of a conversation appear dramatically. This allows the text to be stylized into three to explore the lyric theme consciousness and characteristics of North Korean postwar period. First, the will of fate is observed by the poetic identity using the kite psalms as a poetic aspect as the main theme of the lyrics. Second, the poetic harmony that takes place in a community life, and the resulting nationalism, is edited. Third, it was noted that world awareness and others were carried out in assimilation with nature.

새로운 배선 모델을 이용한 모듈 생성

본 논문에서는 새로운 모듈 합성(생성) 기법을 이용하여 자동적으로 모듈을 합성하는 모듈 합성기에 대하여 기술한다. 합성되는 모듈의 면적과 성능은 페어링(pairing) 및 체이닝(chaining), 배치(placement), simultaneous global/detailed 배선(routing), 채널(channel) 배선을 통하여 최적화 된다. 특히, 배선 과정에서 채널 밀도를 감소시키기 위하여 새로운 배선 모델을 제안하였으며, 이를 이용하여 simultaneous global/detailed 배선을 수행하는 배선 기법을 개발하였다. 본 모듈 합성기는 임계 네트(critical net)의 가중치를 고려하여 모듈을 합성할 수 있으므로, 임계 네트로 인한 회로의 지연 시간을 줄일 수 있다. 제안한 모듈 합성기를 이용하여 여러 개의 MCNC 벤츠마크 예제 회로들을 합성하여 실험한 결과, 면적 면에서 평균적으로 현재까지 발표된 모듈 합성기의 결과에 비해 우수하였다. 회로의 지연 시간을 고려하여 모듈을 합성할 경우, 회로의 지연 시간을 크게 줄일 수 있었다. In this paper, we describe a module generator which can automatically synthesize modules by using new module generation techniques. The area and performance of the generated module is optimized through pairing/chaining, placement, simultaneous global/detailed routing, and channel routing. In particular, we have proposed a new routing model to reduce channel density and developed a simultaneous global/detailed routing method. Using net weights on critical nets, the delays on timing critical paths can be minimized. Experimental results show that this module generator performs better than other typical generators in minimizing layout area on the average. The circuit delays can be reduced significantly if they are considered during module generation.

장순하 초기 시조 의식 고찰

이글은 전후시대 대표적 시조시인 장순하(1928~)의 초기 시조에 나타난 시의식을 탐구하였다. 장순하가 감각적인 방법으로 창작하고 있는 시세계를 시간적 상황, 공간적 상황, 개체적 상황으로 보았다. 이것은 고전과 전통 사이에서 시대의 요구와 함께 장순하의 독창적인 창작방법으로 유입되고 있으며, 그의 초기 시조에서 집중적으로 관찰되고 있다. 명시적으로 이를 근거로 장순하가 주창한 ‘현대 시조의 상황 의식’을 담보로 그의 초기시집인『백색부(白色賦)』와『묵계(默契)』에 드러난 시의식을 연구하고자 한다. 분석방법으로서 마르틴 하이데거의 『존재와 시간』을 통해 논의를 개진하였다. 본고가 주목한 그의 초기시는 인간, 자연, 우주, 민족, 조국, 생명, 세계, 실제, 근원 등 본질성과 실존성에 관한 관심과 사색이 상황 인식이라는 세 가지 창작방법으로서 시간적, 공간적, 개체적 의식으로 형상화되고 있다. 이 관점에서 하이데거의 존재론에서 선보인 시간성, 공간성, 일상성의 학문적 자장이 장순하의 시세계를 관통하고 있는 바, 이것을 도구화하여 초기 시조를 통해 밝혔다. 첫째 ‘시간적 의식과 근원적 존재성’에서는 자신이 속해 있는 현재라는 시간 속에서 역사를 호출한다. 그러면서 아픈 시간들을 인식하면서 민족을 통해 화자의 근원성을 성찰하게 하고, 현재는 과거를 통해 성장하고 그 안에서 자라온 실재라는, 근원적 의미를 살피는 등 시간 의식과 함께 근원적 존재성을 발견하게 한다. 둘째 ‘공간적 의식과 자연적 생명성’에서는 공간을 둘러싼 세계의 의미를 탐색하게 만든다. 이 때 공간은 한국적인 것으로 시적 풍경을 채우면서 세계 내부의 어떤 공간과 그 공간의 의미를 발견하게 해 준다. 또한 시에서 공간이라는 소재를 정할 때, 자신이 있었던 곳, 혹은 마땅히 있어야 하는 ‘장소’로 회귀하고 있다. 셋째 ‘개체적 의식과 일상적 공동체’에서는 민족을 이루고 있는 여러 ‘주체들의 연대’로 현시된다. 민족이라는 공동체 안에 놓인 개별적인 개체들의 삶을 통해 이 땅에 살고 있는 개체들의 실존을 보여준다. 이것은 한민족 안에서 개체가 겪어온 절망과 좌절의 역사도 이웃하고 있는, 민족 공동체 의식의 발로라는 것이다. This paper searched for the poetic awareness that was shown in the earliest sijos of the post-war representative prominent poet Jang, sunha. We can see that the market system that Jang, sunha created in a sensible way is a temporal situation, a spatial situation, and an individual situation. Between classical and traditions, this has flowed into Jang, sunha creative way of generation to the needs of the era, which is intensively observed in his early sijo. Explicitly, based on this, let's study the poet awareness that appeared in his early poetry collection "white part" and "tacit understanding", collateralized by "consciousness of contemporary sijo" . As a method of analysis, discussions were held using the "existence and time" of the multi-dimensional hierarchy. His early works focused on this time as three creative methods of interest recognition and contemplation about human, nature, space, ethnicity, motherland, life, world, actual, source, , Spatial, and individual consciousness. First, "temporal consciousness and fundamental existence" invoke history in the present time in which we belong. In addition to recognizing the time of illness, it is also necessary to recognize the origin of the speaker through ethnicity, and to explore the underlying meaning of the past, which has grown and developed in the past and to discover the root existence. The second, "Space consciousness and nature 's life" makes it possible to explore the meaning of the world around space. In this case, the space is filled with poetic scenery in the Korean style, and it is decided to discover the arbitrary space inside the world and the meaning of the space. In addition, when determining the material to be used as a space in the city, it has been returned to the place where it has to be or has to be natural. Third, "objective consciousness and everyday community" is manifested in several "solidarity of subjects" forming ethnic groups. This indicates the existence of an organism living in this area through the life of individual objects located in a community of ethnic groups. This is the development of consciousness of ethnic communities, which is adjacent to the history of despair and setbacks experienced by the object among the Korean people.
