새로운 배선 모델을 이용한 모듈 생성

본 논문에서는 새로운 모듈 합성(생성) 기법을 이용하여 자동적으로 모듈을 합성하는 모듈 합성기에 대하여 기술한다. 합성되는 모듈의 면적과 성능은 페어링(pairing) 및 체이닝(chaining), 배치(placement), simultaneous global/detailed 배선(routing), 채널(channel) 배선을 통하여 최적화 된다. 특히, 배선 과정에서 채널 밀도를 감소시키기 위하여 새로운 배선 모델을 제안하였으며, 이를 이용하여 simultaneous global/detailed 배선을 수행하는 배선 기법을 개발하였다. 본 모듈 합성기는 임계 네트(critical net)의 가중치를 고려하여 모듈을 합성할 수 있으므로, 임계 네트로 인한 회로의 지연 시간을 줄일 수 있다. 제안한 모듈 합성기를 이용하여 여러 개의 MCNC 벤츠마크 예제 회로들을 합성하여 실험한 결과, 면적 면에서 평균적으로 현재까지 발표된 모듈 합성기의 결과에 비해 우수하였다. 회로의 지연 시간을 고려하여 모듈을 합성할 경우, 회로의 지연 시간을 크게 줄일 수 있었다. In this paper, we describe a module generator which can automatically synthesize modules by using new module generation techniques. The area and performance of the generated module is optimized through pairing/chaining, placement, simultaneous global/detailed routing, and channel routing. In particular, we have proposed a new routing model to reduce channel density and developed a simultaneous global/detailed routing method. Using net weights on critical nets, the delays on timing critical paths can be minimized. Experimental results show that this module generator performs better than other typical generators in minimizing layout area on the average. The circuit delays can be reduced significantly if they are considered during module generation.

현대 선시조에 나타난 치유적 성격 연구

이글은 조오현의 선시 창작을 언어를 탁마(琢磨)하는 수행 과정으로 파악하고, 그의 시에 나타난 치유적 성격을 탐구하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로써 그의 시에 나타난 삼승과 세 가지 출가법을 통하여 ‘고집’을 ‘멸도’하여 사성제(四聖諦)를 이루는 치유적 과정에 대해 조오현 문학전집 『적멸을 위하여』를 텍스트로 삼았다. 본고는 불교의 삼승을 조오현의 출가법으로 해석하고 성문승-육친출가, 연각승-오은 출가’, ‘보살승 ? 법계출가’ 등으로 탐구하였다. 조오현 시에 나타난 삼승과 세 가지 출가법은 현실 세계의 고통과 번뇌인 고집(육친출가)을 멸(법계출가)도(오온출가)하고 현실 세계를 극복하여 사성제(四聖諦)에 도달하는 치유적 성격으로 파악되었다. ‘육친출가’에서는 버려진 세계 속에서 다시 버려진 ‘출가’의 경계를 보여주며 번뇌와 고통 즉, ‘고집’임을 인식하게 한다. ‘오온출가’에서는 존재에 대한 인식-각성-성찰-실천 등을 통하여 ‘색’과 ‘명’이 삼라만상으로 하나로 어우러져 ‘멸’한다는 일원상을 구현하고 있다. ‘법계출가’에서는 죽음이라는 시공간에서 소멸 후 적멸된 상태로 발현된 신성한 존재를 통해 법계, 진리, 깨달음 등의 ‘도’에서 자유롭게 된다는 것을 계시하고 있다. 이렇게 조오현의 선시는 타자와 세계로부터 유기된 자로서 비극적인 현실을 극복하고 세계를 초월하는 세 가지 출가법으로서 ‘고집멸도’(苦集滅道)에 이르게 되는 시세계로 나타났다. 시에 나타난 그의 사성제는 고통과 번뇌를 도를 통해 멸하게 하고 비로소 절대 경지에 가닿는 것으로 탐구된다. 조오현의 시창작은 자아와 세계 간의 성찰과 각성을 통하여 육친출가에서 오온출가로, 오온 출가에서 법계출가로, 법계출가에서 초월적 세계로 나아가는 깨달음의 언어라는 점이다. 이것은 개인의 비극적인 체험을 언어로 육화 할 때 심리적으로 억압된 정서가 정화되고 있다. 세 가지의 출가를 마친 그의 선시는 ‘고집멸도’를 벗어난 ‘해탈의 언어’로서 ‘절간’과 ‘세계’에 대한 ‘초월적 경계’를 넘어서는 치유적 성격을 지닌다.

연구논문 : 고정희 종교시의 폭력적 이미지 연구

본고는 고정희의 기독교 시에 나타난 폭력의 이미지를 통해 폭력적인 현실을 시적 언어로 재현하는 과정에서 신과의 문제를 어떻게 형상화하는지에 대하여 분석하였다. 그것을 고정희 시집 전권에서 폭력적인 이미지 시를 분류하여 타자와 세계 간에 벌어지는 폭력에 관한 시의식을 탐구하면서 그 의미와 양상을 보았다. 고정희 시에 나타난 신은 시종일관 기독교 세계관의 절대적이고, 초월적인 존재가 아니라는 점이다. 그녀의 시에서 나타난 신은 폭력적인 현실 앞에서 고정된 것이 아니라 변증적이라는 사실이다. 그녀의 기독교시에 반영된 폭력 이미지로부터 고통 받는 신과 세계, 인간과 신, 인간과 세계 등의 관계를 ‘폭력에 대한 종교시의 의미와 양상’을 통해 고찰하였다. 첫째 ‘폭력의 원인으로서 신의 부재’는 민중에 대한 하느님의 유기성으로 나타난다. 하느님에 의해 유기된 인간은 존재론적 수난을 겪을 수밖에 없다. 여기서 수난은 가학적인 것이며 감당하기 어려운 고통스러운 현실이므로 ‘버려짐’에 대응하는 극복 과정으로서 기독교 구원관을 정면으로 부정하는 시적 발언을 감행하면서 이를 통해 폭력적 현실에 직·간접적으로 임재하지 않거나 혹은 못하는 신에 대하여 통렬한 비판이 되기도 한다. 둘째 ‘폭력적 현실의 신에 대한 풍자’에서 폭력에 반응하는 신의 태도를 볼 때‘근심’염려’눈물’등을 보이며 소극적이고, 비폭력적이고, 무저항적인 형태로 나타난다. 이 때 신은 풍자적으로 나타나며 지극히 인간적인 성격으로 등장한다. 이러한 시의 식은 아이러니하게도 예수의 고난과 인간의 수난을 동일화함으로써 비극을 더욱 비극적으로 의식하게 함으로써 현실을 처연하게 극복할 수 있다. 마지막으로‘신을 통한 현실 극복의지’를 보면 폭력적인 현실 대응에서 신을 강제로 소환하거나, 호출하지 않는다. 다만 신은 자유와 평화라는 세계의 통합과 조화를 이루기 위하여 폭력에 적극적으로 저항하기 보다는 기독교 세계관을 통하여 비폭력적인 성격을 보인다. 이는 민중들의 고통을 잠식시키기 위해 수동적이기는 하지만 예수가 지금―여기로 오고 있다는 기독교적 신념으로서 현실적 폭력에 대응하고 있다는 점이다. This study is to analyze how to create an image of the happenings with God, in the process of reproducing violent reality via poetic languages. This is achieved through violent images shown in Ko Jung Hee`s Christian poetry. Then, it classifies violent image poems shown in the whole of Ko Jung Hee`s poetic volumes .By exploring poetic sense about violences happened between others and the world, the study outlines those meanings and patterns. God shown in Ko Jung Hee`s poems is consistently not an absolute and a transparent presence with the Christian view of the world. It`s true that God appeared in her poems as not a fixed being before violent reality ,but a dialectical one. So, this studies the relationship between a suffering God and the world , man and God, man and the world , from the violent images reflected in her Christian poems; in terms of ``the meanings and aspect of the religious poems concerning violence`` First of all, `` the absence of God as a cause of the violence`` is indicated by God`s tendency to abandon people. Man abandoned by God is bound to suffer from existential pains. These sufferings are a sadistic and unbearably painful reality , so as an overcoming process correspond to ``abandonment`` . By carrying out via poetic remarks, the poem denies straight the view of Christian salvation, it comes to a severe criticism about a God who doesn`t come again or can`t directly or indirectly into violent reality. Secondly, ``in the satire about God of the violent reality``, A God`s attitude responding to violence looks passive, non-violent, and non resistant. It shows anxiety, worry, and tears. God appears here in satire and with an extremely human personality. This poetic sense make a tragedy more tragically conscious by unifying Jesu`s crucifixion and human suffering, and get to pitifully overcome the reality. Finally, ``overcoming will of reality through God`` shows that God is not forced to be summoned, or called to respond to violent reality. Just to harmonize with and integrate into the world as freedom and peace, God shows violence against violence through a Christian view of the world rather than an active resistance to violence. That is to say, to undermine people`s agony, although passively , God responds to realistic violence as a Christian belief that Jesu is coming now - here.

가람 이병기 시조의 원형 상징 연구

본고는 가람 이병기(1891~1968) 작품이 시조 형식을 통해 무의식적으로 복원되는 원형 상징으로 파악하고자 시도하였다. 그의 시세계를 아우르는 자연과 인간, 민족과 전통에 대한 근원적인 원리가 기존 연구와 달리 원형성에서 작용되는 상징체계인 순환성과 반복성 그리고 모티브에서 비롯된다는 것이다. 또한 가람의 시조가 원형성에 바탕을 둔 언어미학이라는 점에서 생명성의 근원은 프라이(N. Frye)의 순환적 상징으로, 민족성의 동력과 반복적 상징은 훨라이트(P. Wheelwright)의 반복적 상징으로, 상상력의 구원과 모티브 상징은 귀에린(W. L, Guerin)의 모티브 상징 등으로 개진했다. 첫째, ‘근원적 생명성과 순환적 상징’에서는 자연 법칙에 기초한 프라이의 순환적 상징으로 탐구했는데, 주로 자연의 이치와 생명의 본질을 병치시키면서 화자의 존재방식과 동일시한다. 이것은 부활과 재생 속에서 인간의 비극성과 희극성을 조화롭게 보여주며 삶과 죽음을 상상하게 만든다. 나아가 우주적 관점에서 역동적으로 순환하고 있는, 주기적 원형성을 통해 본래의 모습으로 돌아가는 자연의 섭리로서 순환적 상징이 내재되어 있다. 둘째, ‘민족성의 동력과 반복적 상징’에서 훨라이트의 반복적 상징으로 분석하였는데, 인간의 시간은 위에서 아래로 내려오는 것으로서 과거로부터의 관습, 인습, 양식 등이 상하로 전례 된다는 것이다. 요컨대 훨라이트의 시의 언어와 같이 물질세계에 관계된 반복적 원형 상징을 통해 역사를 호출하고 민족과 전통을 성찰하게 하며 근원적 존재성을 관철시킨다. 가람은 자연의 생명력과 그 법칙에 대한 실경을 감각적으로 수용하고 민족정신을 주입함으로써 생명의식과 민족의식을 접목하고 있다. 셋째, ‘상상력의 구현과 모티브 상징’에서는 가람이 시를 창작할 때 일어나는 동력이 상상력이며, 가람의 시는 이것을 통해 감각적이고 역동적으로 현현한다. 여기서 귀에린의 모티브 상징과 연관 지을 때, 시인의 상상력으로 이루지 못하는 것이 없으며, 불가능한 것도 가능하게 만들어 준다. 모티브 상징에서 드러나는 주된 내용은 죽어도 죽지 않는 불멸한 영원성과 영웅 원리로 조망할 수 있으며, 소유할 수 없는 존재 본질에 다가서기 위해 원형에서 포획된 소재를 의미소로 구현하고 있다. 가람의 시조는 사물과 자연으로부터 발생된 ‘생동적인 실감’과 인간에 대한 ‘서정적인 실정’의 원천이 보편적으로 원형에서 비롯되어 상징적 언어로 파생된 것으로써 그가 주창하는 자연과 인간, 민족과 전통, 근대와 현대라는 시적 세계관 역시 근원적으로 원형 상징과 연관되어 있다는 것이다. In this paper, the works of Garam Lee Byeonggi (1891 - 1968) were regarded as a symbol of a circle restored to unconscious consciousness through the founder form, and examined his market system. The underlying principles of nature, humanity, nation and tradition that encompass his poetic world are also manifested in the symbolic system of circulation, repetition and motive. This article analyzed the linguistic aesthetics based on the formation of a circle by classifying and analyzing the point of language aesthetics into three, but the source of the life is a circulating symbol of N. Frye, Power and repetition symbols are repeated symbols of P. Wheelwright, salvation of imagination and motif symbols were investigated by symbol of motif of W. L, Guerin. First of all, we see the cyclical symbol of fly based on nature, whose test specimen is repeated with a cyclical symbol. While equipping the essence of nature with the essence of life mainly, I equate it with the speaker"s existence method. In the resurrection and rebirth, let us imagine life and death by harmonizing human nonpolarism and comedy. Furthermore, through the formation of periodic won, which circulates dynamically from the viewpoint of the universe, returning to its original form, a circulating symbol is inherent as a nature"s providence. Analysis was made as a repetition symbol of Forlite by the power of the second ethnicity and the repetition symbol, but human time falls down from the top down, past customs, conventions, forms, etc. are upwards and downwards as precedents is there. The palace which had historically been destroyed by Japan"s robbery, as a castle with a circular symbol, symbolizes the national authority of the Korean dynasty, and it imitates the sadness about the people and history. With the implementation of the third imagination and the symbol of the motif, the power that occurs when the cathedrine creates time is the imagination, and when it is a cathedral, it is sensuously and dynamically manifested through this. When associating with the symbol of the ear phosphorous motif here, it is not filled with the imagination of the poet, it also makes impossible. The main content which appears in the symbol of the motif can be grasped to the immortal eternal hero principle which does not die even if it dies. The founder of the cathedral is a source of "vivid realism" generated from the nature of things and the source of "human lyrical fact" from the universal origin, derived from a symbolic language, he naturally says nature And the poetical world view of human, ethnic and traditional, modern and contemporary is also fundamentally related to the circular symbol.

Saccharomyces cerevisiae에서 Dna2 helicase/endonuclease와 YHR122W 단백질의 상호작용

Saccharomyces cerevisiae Dna2 helicase/endonuclease plays an essential role in removing DNA primers during Okazaki fragment processing in eukaryotic DNA replication. Genome-wide scale co-immunoprecipitation experiments predicted that Dna2 interacts with a novel protein YHR122W (1). In this study, we observed that overexpression of YHR122W gene suppressed the temperature-sensitive phenotype of $dna2\Delta405N$ mutation. To investigate direct interaction between these two proteins, a histidine-tagged recombinant YHR122W protein was expressed and purified from E. coli. Physical interaction between the purified YHR122W and Dna2 proteins was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. Further more, the complex formation was most efficient at physiological salt concentration, 150 mM NaCl. The genetic and physical interactions between YHR122W and Dna2 shown in this study suggest that the biological functions of these two proteins may be closely related each other. Saccharomyces cerevisiae Dna2 helicase/endonuclease는 진핵세포 DNA 복제과정의 Okazaki fragment processing에서 RNA primer를 제거하는데 필수적인 역할을 한다. Genome-wide scale의 면역침전 실험결과, 기능이 알려져 있지 않은 단백질인 YHR122W가 Dna2 단백질과 상호작용한다고 예측되었다 (1). 본 연구에서는 이를 확인하기 위하여 YHR122W 유전자를 효모에서 과량발현시킨 결과, $dna2\Delta405N$ 돌연변이의 온도감수성 표현형이 억제되는 유전학적 상호작용을 관찰하였다. YHR122W 단백질이 Dna2 단백질과 직접적인 삼호작용을 하는지 확인하기 위하여 YHR122W를 대장균에서 재조합 단백질로 발현시키고 단백질을 정제하였다. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay를 통한 분석에서 YHR122W 단백질과 Dna2 단백질 사이의 상호작용을 확인하였다. 뿐만 아니라 YHR122W-Dna2 상호작용은 생리적 염도인 150 mM NaCl농도에서 가장 강한 결합을 보였다. 이러한 유전학적 상호작용과 물리적인 상호작용은 YHR122W가 생체내에서 Dna2의 기능과 밀접한 연관이 있을 가능성을 제시하고 있다.

세일링요트 핀킬 형상별 저항특성 비교연구

The Keel attached on bottom of hull part prevents yacht from flowing sideway by sailing posture. So this study has compared with characteristics of resistance depending on the shape of the lower part of fin keel in the same surface of water submersion, we have attached three different types of models of lower part of fin keels to the model ships using circulating water channel and analyzed resistance characteristics per shape to arrive at the optimum shape of reduction of resistance. 세일링요트의 추진시 횡류를 방지하기 위하여 선체 하부에 킬을 부착하게 되는데 이는 세일의 양력에 의한 횡흐름을 멈추게 하는 역할과 힐 모멘트를 없애고 복원력을 생기게 한다. 이는 안전성에 영향을 미치기 때문에 적절한 킬의 선택은 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 또한 킬 하부에 부가물의 부착은 발라스트 중량중심을 낮춤으로서 선체의 복원력을 향상하기에 최적형상을 도출하여야 한다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 저항성능 향상을 위한 동일 침수표면적의 핀킬 하부 부가물에 따른 저항특성 비교를 위하여 회류수조를 이용하여 3가지 핀킬 하부 부가물 모형킬을 모형선에 부착하여 형상별 저항특성을 비교 분석하여 저항감소 최적 형상을 도출한 것 이다.

In this review paper, concepts in optofluidics are applied to an advanced manufacturing technology based on self-assembled microparts. The "optical" aspect of optofluidics will be described in the context of photolithography, and the "fluidic" aspect will be discussed in the context of self-assembly. First, optofluidic maskless lithography will be introduced as a dynamic fabrication method to generate microparticles in microfluidic channels. Next, the history and application of optofluidic lithography will be presented.
