감태나무 에틸아세테이트 분획의 항염증 및 진통 효과

        전훈,김종수,강보혜,박승주,양우인,김명수,이병수,차동석,이세연,권진 한국생약학회 2022 생약학회지 Vol.53 No.1

The present study was designed to evaluate the anti-inflammatory and anti-nociceptive potential of the ethyl acetate fraction of Lindera glauca (ELG). We found that ELG significantly suppressed NO production through decreased enzyme activity and expression of iNOS in the IFN-γ/LPS-activated murine peritoneal macrophages. The treatment of ELG also down-regulated the expression of COX-2. Our western blot data revealed that inhibitory effects of ELG on these pro-inflammatory mediators were attributed to inactivation of NF-κB. In addition, ELG-fed mice showed a marked decrease in paw edema induced by subplantar injection of trypsin, suggesting in vivo anti-inflammatory potential of ELG. We further investigated the anti-nociceptive properties of ELG using thermal and chemical nociception model. We found that ELG has a strong anti-nociceptive activities in both central and peripheral mechanism. An additional combination test with naloxone revealed that opioid receptor was not involved in the ELG-mediated anti-nociception. In conclusion, ELG may possibly be used as valuable anti-inflammatory and anti-nociceptive agent for the treatment of inflammatory diseases and pains.

        하동훈,김명수,송은미,강보혜,신진욱,이정후,김성현,최혜빈 한국지역사회건강관리협회 대한건강과학학회 2023 대한건강과학학회지 Vol.20 No.1

National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health(NCCIH) has divided complementary medicine into five main types. The first is biologically based therapy. Biological-based therapy is a field of treatment through an approach to human physical structure, which is not overlapped in modern medicine or is not deeply studied. The second is mind-body therapy. Mind-body therapy is medicine that mainly approaches the mind and treats the mind to treat physical diseases. The third is manual therapy. Manual therapy is a treatment that uses the hands directly on the patient's body part to treat. It is believed that humans are made up of the mind, body, and energy, and maintains an approach that local parts of the body are connected to the body as a whole. The fourth classification is energy therapy. Energy therapy is usually a therapy that approaches and treats the energy structure in the human body. Lastly, it is a therapy that is establishing a comprehensive medical system. Therapy, which establishes a comprehensive medical system, refers to a treatment that has been introduced from various cultures around the world for a long time and has its own independent system. Among the various complementary and alternative therapies, this study examines the most widely used biological-based therapy, mind and body therapy, and manual therapy, except for oriental medicine, excluding korean medicine, in consideration of the domestic medical dualization system.

        팥배나무의 진통 효과

        김봉석,윤선화,신윤철,강보혜,박승주,양우인,이세연,차동석,전훈 한국생약학회 2020 생약학회지 Vol.51 No.3

In this study, we evaluated the anti-nociceptive activities of Sorbus alnifolia. To investigate the anti-nociceptive properties of the methanolic extract of Sorbus alnifolia (MSA), we conducted several tests using various experimental mouse pain models. Herein, MSA significantly delayed the latency time and writhing motion in the hotplate test and acetic acid test, respectively. These result indicated that MSA has an ability to manage both peripheral and central nociception. We could further confirm the analgesic effects of MSA by performing formalin test. In combination test using naloxone, a non-selective opioid receptor antagonist, analgesic activity of MSA was partly antagonized by naloxone, but not completely, indicating that the MSA acts as a partial opioid receptor agonist. Out results suggest that the S. alnifolia may be possibly used as valuable anti-nociceptive agent.

Arun Asif,박성혁,Afaque Manzoor Soomro,Muhammad Asad Ullah Khalid,Abdul Rahim Chattikatikatuveli Salih,강보혜,Faheem Ahmed,김경환,최경현 한국공업화학회 2021 Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Vol.98 No.-

In microfluidics, the emergingfield of microphysiological systems (MPS) is overcoming the challenge ofphysiological irrelevancy by animal models for drug discovery and development. Liver function iscritically influenced by drugs owing to its role in drug metabolism and detoxification. Human serumalbumin (HSA) is one of the most important secreted biomarkers which indicate normal liver function. Amicrofluidic albumin immunosensor was developed to be integrated with liver-on-a-chip MPS forcontinuous feedback over disease modeling and treatment. A gold-electrode based electrochemicalimmunosensor was established by anti-HSA antibody immobilization. The liver MPS was found to beefficient for live monitoring of disease modelling and drug treatment over the period of 6 days. Thesystem emulated and analyzed real-time toxicity modeling with HSA sensing. The detection limit ofintegrated sensor was 1 mg/ml with successive reproducibility. The proposed sensor was also validatedwith metabolic biomarkers’ assays. Molecular assays supported the sensor monitoring and depicted liverinjury and recovery. The liver MPS with combined albumin sensor chip may be a promising platform tomimic real-time drug assessment.
