        Effect of tungsten on the phase-change properties of Ge8Sb2Te11 Thin Films for the Phase-change device

        In this study, the electrical, optical, and structural properties of tungsten (W)-doped Ge8Sb2Te11 thin films were investigated. Previously, GeSbTe alloys were doped with various materials in an attempt to improve the thermal stability. Ge8Sb2Te11 and W-doped Ge8Sb2Te11 films with a thickness of 200 nm were fabricated by using an RF magnetron reactive co-sputtering system at room temperature on Si (p-type, 100) and glass substrate. The fabricated thin films were annealed in a furnace in the 0 - 400 C temperature range. The optical properties were analyzed using a UV-Vis-IR spectrophotometer, and by using Beer’s Law equation, the optical-energy band gap (Eop), slope B1/2, and slope 1/F were calculated. For the crystalline materials, an increase in the slope B1/2 and 1/F was observed, exhibiting a good effect on the thermal stability in the amorphous state after the phase change. The structural properties were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, and the result showed that the W-doped Ge8Sb2Te11 had a face-centered-cubic (fcc) crystalline structure increased crystallization temperature (Tc). An increase in the Tc increased the thermal stability in the amorphous state. The electrical properties were analyzed using a 4-point probe, exhibiting an increase in the sheet resistance (Rs) in the amorphous and the crystalline states indicating a reduced programming current in the memory device.

        In 1930s, because of increase in population a housing shortage of Kyeong-Seong had became intensified. This, housing shortage brought growth of new houses on Kyeong-seong. In 1930s, one of the most popular housing type was urban traditional housing. So This study have paid attention to the social and economic background of construction of urban traditional housing. The main dweller of urban traditional housing was the landowner who had migrated from rural communities or the owner of lease. And, because the construction costs of urban traditional housing was relatively lower than that of other housing type, the urban traditional housing was so popular.

        천연 식품 색소에 관한 연구(Ⅰ)

        最近 食品의 代替 着色劑로서 天然 色素의 利用은 食品의 安定性면에서 重要한 硏究 課題이다. 本 硏究는 天然 食品 色素 開發의 一環으로 山菜菓(Cornus Fruit) anthocyanin 色素의 安定性을 檢討하기 爲하여 溫度, pH, ascorbic acid, 糖類 및 그 分解産物, 無機鹽類, 金屬이온, UV 照射 等에 依한 影響을 調査한바 色素의 安定性은 pH 2.0∼3.0과 2℃에서 높았고, 無機鹽과 金屬이온, 특히 Cd^(2-) 이온은 綠色保存率을 높인 反面, 24時間의 UV 照射로 색소의 52% 파괴되었다.

        A Study on Pressure Distribution for Uniform Polishing of Sapphire Substrate

        Total thickness variation (TTV), BOW, and surface roughness are essential characteristics for high quality sapphire substrates. Many researchers have attempted to increase removal rate by controlling the key process parameters like pressure and velocity owing to the high cost of consumables in sapphire chemical mechanical polishing (CMP). In case of the pressure approach, increased pressure owing to higher deviation of pressure over the wafer leads to significant degradation of the TTV. In this study, the authors focused on reducing TTV under the high-pressure conditions. When the production equipment polishes multiple wafers attached on a carrier, higher loads seem to be concentrated around the leading edge of the head; this occurs because of frictional force generated by the combination of table rotation and the height of the gimbal of the polishing head. We believe the skewed pressure distribution during polishing to be the main reason of within-wafer non-uniformity (WIWNU). The insertion of a hub ring between the polishing head and substrate carrier helped reduce the pressure deviation. Adjusting the location of the hub ring enables tuning of the pressure distribution. The results indicated that the position of the hub ring strongly affected the removal profile, which confirmed that the position of the hub ring changes the pressure distribution. Furthermore, we analyzed the deformation of the head via finite element method (FEM) to verify the pressure non-uniformity over the contact area Based on experiment and FEM results, we determined the optimal position of hub ring for achieving uniform polishing of the substrate.

        군(軍) 태권도 수련이 사관생도의 직무수행능력과 전투사기에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 군(軍) 장병들이 태권도 수련을 통해 배양된 정신전력을 바탕으로 직무수행능력 향상과 전투사기를 증진시켜 개인 전투력 발전을 위한 기초자료 제공에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 콜롬비아 육군사관학교에서 태권도를 수련하고 있는 9개의 생도중대에서 사관생도 238명 대상으로 비확률 표본추출법인 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 238부의 자료를 수집하였으며, PASW/ WIN 21.0 ver을 사용하여 기술통계분석과 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 독립표본 t검정과 일원변량분석, 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석 순으로 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 정신전력, 직무수행능력, 전투사기에서는 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으나, 학년과 수련기간에 따른 정신전력, 직무수행능력, 전투사기는 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전투태권도를 수련하고 있는 사관생도들의 정신전력이 직무수행능력에 미치는 영향을 하위요인별로 분석한 결과 논리적 사고능력에서는 일관성, 신념, 명예심 순으로 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 실기능력에는 투지력, 일관성, 통찰력 순으로 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 신념, 일관성, 투지력, 결단력 순으로 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 실기능력, 논리적 사고능력, 군사전문지식 순으로 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study aims to provide basic data for the development of individual combat power by improving performance capacity and fighting morale based on the spiritual combat power cultivated through military battle taekwondo training. First, the statistical analysis of the differences in spiritual combat power, performance capacity, and fighting morale according to demographic characteristics showed no significant difference in spiritual combat power, performance capacity, and fighting morale according to gender. Second, the effects of spiritual combat power of cadets training battle taekwondo on their performance capacity were analyzed by sub-factor, revealing this: the logical thinking ability was positively influenced by consistence, belief, and sense of honor in this order of magnitude, while the practice ability was positively influenced by a sense of fighting, consistence, and insight in this order of magnitude. Third, the effects of spiritual combat power of cadets training battle taekwondo on their fighting morale were analyzed, revealing that it was positively influenced by belief, consistence, a sense of fighting, and ability of decision-making in this order of magnitude. Fourth, the effects of performance capacity of cadets training battle taekwondo on their fighting morale, revealing that it was positively influenced by practical ability, logical thinking ability, and professional military knowledge in this order of magnitude.

      • 김치발효중 유기산 및 당함량변화

        In order to investigate the changes in sugar and organic acids of kimchi during fermentation, Chinese cabbage, radish and kimchi extracts were fermented by lactic acid bacteria and then analyzed acidity, pH, sugar and ( acid ic ac ) of fermented samples. The major organic acids in the samples were lactic, acetic, malic and succinic acid. Of these acids, lactic, acetic and citric acid were increased but malic and succinic acid were decreased during kimchi fermentation. The major sugars of the samples were fructose and glucose. The amount of sugars in these samples were decreased more rapidly when fermented at higher temperature than that of low temperature.
