폐수내 폐놀의 생물학적 분해공정 Model 에 관한 연구

폐수내 존재하는 적은 양의 유해물질이 미생물에 의해 분해시 cometabolism 과정에 의해 분해됨이 연속 및 회분배양으로 입증됐으며, phenol 분해시 유도된 bioenergetic 수율 model에 의해 0.1026(1/h)의 cometabolism coefficient와 0.587의 glucose 최대 전환수율이 계산됐다. Pseudomonas sp.의 생육을 저해하지 않는 phenol의 농도는 20㎍/㎖ 이하였으며, phenol 유사체인 m-cresol로 미리 배양시킨 경우 Phenol 분해능이 우수했으며 전채 균체량도 증가했다. A bioenergetic model has been developed to estimate cometabolism coefficient along with maintenance coefficient for cometabolism process where small amounts of toxic materials exist with major carbon and energy source (eg. glucose) in the waste water. Cometabolism coefficient and maximum bioenergetic yield were estimated as 0.1026 (1/h) and 0.585, respectively for the growth of Pseudomonas sp. under aerobic continuous cultivation. It also turned out that phenol was utilized as a cometabolic substrate where its concentration was below 20㎍/㎖. Pre-cultivation with a phenol analog, m-cresol enhanced biodegradation rates of phenol and also increased total biomass concentration along with the extension of stationary phase.

International environmental regulations of global community to reduce the green house gases have influenced the domestic environmental policies. International trends of environmental regulation are introduced in this paper.

In this paper, government confrontation program to climate agreement, counter strategies in motor and also electrics, electronics industries are investigated and discussed.

Teshima has been a quiet and beautiful island, but started to be imaged as an "island of wastes" because of the 600,000 tons of industrial wastes thrown there illegally. Now it symbolizes the problem of industrial wastes in Japan. Teshima development company, an industrial waste disposer, started to dispose industrial wastes illegally in the west side of the island, since the late 1970s. Hyogo Police Station exposed this illegal act, and arrested 6 persons of the company, including its president, in charge of having violated the Waste Disposal and Public Cleansing Law in 1991. This illegal disposition has continued for 13years until it was exposed by the police. Teshima case of industrial wastes are introduced in this paper.

The research for computer cooling system has been researched briskly at home and abroad. Most of computer cooling systems are the air cooling method using cooling fan. The air cooling system are most widely used for low cost and easy installation but have limits in cooling. The water cooling system are good for cooling efficiency but bad for installation. This paper presents the developing for cooling system to be inserted in computer using thermoelectric module.
