      • 淸初中國朝鮮族的來源及去向

李賢淑 韓國暻園大學校아시아文化硏究所 中國中央民族大學韓國文化硏究所 2002 亞細亞文化硏究 Vol.6 No.-

Chinese Korean at the beginning of Qing Dynasty, besides few of who had resided in Northeast area China before China was unified by Qing Government, most of them were captured during two aggressive campaigns against Korea during the period of Qing Taizong Huang Taiji, some Korean came here initiatively during the period of Nurhachi and Huangtaiji. Unified by Qing Government, their positions were different, so function followed was utterly different. But they all were merged into the Manchu society finally. Their descendants almost don't have any continued relationship with Korean today in China.

Latest Pleistocene crustal cannibalization at Baekdusan (Changbaishan) as traced by oxygen isotopes of zircon from the Millennium Eruption

        Cheong, Albert Chang-sik,Sohn, Young Kwan,Jeong, Youn-Joong,Jo, Hui Je,Park, Kye-Hun,Lee, Youn Soo,Li, Xian-Hua Elsevier 2017 Lithos Vol.284 No.-

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The silicic volcanism of Baekdusan (Changbaishan), which is on the border between North Korea and China, was initiated in the Late Pleistocene and culminated in the 10th century with a powerful (volcanic explosivity index=7) commendite–trachyte eruption commonly referred to as the “Millennium Eruption.” This study presents oxygen isotope data of zircon in trachydacitic pumices ejected during the Millennium Eruption, together with whole-rock geochemical and Sr–Nd–Pb isotopic data that manifest once again the A-type and EM1 affinities of the Millennium Eruption magma. The zircon crystals, dated by previous studies at ca. 12–9ka, show a moderate inter-grain variation in δ18O from 3.69‰ to 5.03‰. These values are consistently lower than the normal mantle range, and interpreted to have resulted from the digestion of meteoric-hydrothermally altered intracaldera rocks in the shallow magma chamber beneath Baekdusan just prior to the crystallization of the zircons, rather than from derivation from low-δ18O sources deep in the mantle. The whole-rock geochemical/isotopic considerations suggest that the magma mainly self-cannibalized the earlier erupted volcanic carapace around the magma chamber. This study highlights the usefulness of zircon oxygen isotopes for characterizing past volcanic activity that has now been commonly eroded away and implies that the generation of Yellowstone-type low-δ18O magma is not a rare phenomenon in large-volume silicic eruptions.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> O isotopes of zircons from the Baekdusan Millennium Eruption were analyzed. </LI> <LI> The zircons yielded δ18O values consistently lower than the mantle range. </LI> <LI> These low values indicate an involvement of hydrothermally altered intracaldera rocks. </LI> <LI> Low-δ18O magmas may have been produced commonly in large-volume silicic eruptions. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

      • Common Variations of DNA Repair Genes are Associated with Response to Platinum-based Chemotherapy in NSCLCs

Li, Xian-Dong,Han, Ji-Chang,Zhang, Yi-Jie,Li, Hong-Bing,Wu, Xue-Yan Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2013 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.14 No.1

Aim: Individual differences in chemosensitivity and clinical outcome of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients may be induced by host inherited factors. We investigated the impact of XPD Arg156Arg, XPD Asp312Asn, XPD Asp711Asp and XPD Lys751Gln gene polymorphisms on the efficacy of platinum-based chemotherapy in NSCLC patients. Methods: A total of 496 were consecutively selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University between Jan. 2003 and Nov. 2006, and all patients were followed-up until Nov. 2011. The genotyping of XPD Arg156Arg, XPD Asp312Asn, XPD Asp711Asp and XPD Lys751Gln was conducted by duplex polymerase-chain-reaction with the confronting-two-pair primer methods. Results: Individuals with XPD 312 C/T+T/T and XPD 711 C/T+T/T exhibited poor responses to chemotherapy when compared with the wild-type genotype, with adjusted ORs(95% CI) of 0.67(0.38-0.97) and 0.54(0.35-0.96), respectively. Cox regression showed the median PFS and OS of patients of XPD 312 C/T+T/T genotype and XPD 711 C/T+T/T genotype to be significantly lower than those with wild-type homozygous genotype. Conclusion: We found polymorphisms in XPD to be associated with response to platinum-based chemotherapy in NSCLC, and our findings provide information for therapeutic decisions for individualized therapy.

        Li Xiying,Li Xiaojuan,Wang Xian,Yin Xuan,Li Shanshan,Wu Junyi,Ren Xiumei,Zhang Wei,Mi Yiqun,Xu Shifen 한국한의학연구원 2023 Integrative Medicine Research Vol.12 No.3

Background: We conducted this randomized controlled trial (RCT) to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of moxibustion at Sanyinjiao (SP6) acupoint for treatment of negative mood and sleep quality in healthcare workers during the 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Methods: A total of 180 participants were divided in a 1:1 ratio into two groups, the treatment group (for moxibustion) and the control group (for no treatment). The treatment group had a 30-minute moxibustion therapy once a day for two weeks, followed by a two-week follow-up. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) was used to assess the degree of the participants' anxiety, and the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) was utilized to examine their depressed condition. The Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS) was used to measure the level of burnout among healthcare workers. To determine the severity of insomnia, the Sleep Dysfunction Rating Scale (SDRS) was utilized. At baseline, week 2, and week 4, all scales were evaluated. Results: Compared to the control group, The treatment group improved more significantly in the HAMA at week 2 (MD = -19.01, 95% CI: -21.89 to -16.14; P<0.001) and at week 4 follow-up visits (MD = -8.96, 95% CI: -11.19 to -6.73; P<0.001). A subgroup study of HAMA scores revealed that position and education had significant impact on treatment effectiveness. During the 2-week intervention period, the treatment group showed more significant improvements in depressive symptoms measured by PHQ-9 (13.00±2.41 vs. 15.60±3.65; P<0.001), work burnout symptoms measured by MBI-GS (MD = -11.88, 95% CI, -15.73 to -8.03; P<0.001), and insomnia symptoms measured by SDRS (MD = -2.45, 95% CI, -4.24 to -0.66; P<0.01). There were no significant adverse effects reported. Conclusion: Moxibustion at SP6 may be an effective treatment to improve anxiety, depression, sleep quality, and quality of life for healthcare workers during COVID-19.

Research on the Surface Characteristics of Hardened Steel with Variable Chamfer Edge PCBN Insert by High-Speed Hard Turning

        Xian-li Liu,Su-Yan Li,Tao Chen,Dao-Yuan Wang 한국정밀공학회 2018 International Journal of Precision Engineering and Vol.19 No.2

In this paper, high-speed cutting tests for hardened steel were carried out where PCBN inserts with variable chamfer and fixed chamfer were employed. The aim of the tests was to investigate the influence of cutting speed and tool wear of variable chamfer insert on the machined surface topography, micro-characteristics and micro-hardness, where comparison and analysis of the machined surface properties were also carried out for the surface produced by the fixed chamfer tool. Experimental results showed that machined surface morphologies become more complex and rough, and peaks appear to a trend towards steepness, with the flank wear increase of the variable chamfer tool. At the same time, the thickness of white layer, hardening depth and hardening degree of the machined surface increase dramatically. With the increase in cutting speed of the variable chamfer tool, it is of primary importance to consider phase transition effects caused by thermal load, which will result in increase in the thickness of white layer on the machined surface. Moreover, it will also lead to decrease in the thickness and deformation degree of plastically deformed layer caused by mechanical load. Compared to the fixed chamfer tool, the cutting force generated by the variable chamfer tool is relatively small, where the flank wear area is also smaller and the groove wear marks is shallower. Therefore, better surface roughness can be obtained by utilizing the variable chamfer tool. In particular, the gap between the roughness of the machined surface formed by two tools becomes more pronounced in the scenarios of high speed and severe wear. Moreover, the thickness of white layer, the depth and degree of hardened layer are relatively small for the variable chamfer tool. Therefore, the surface properties produced by the variable chamfer tool would be more desirable.

        Kangxin Li,Fang Yang,A. Y. Abdullahi,Meiran Song,Xianli Shi,Minwei Wang,Yeqi Fu,Weida Pan,Fang Shan,Wu Chen,Guoqing Li 대한기생충학열대의학회 2016 The Korean Journal of Parasitology Vol.54 No.6

Toxascaris leonina is a common parasitic nematode of wild mammals and has significant impacts on the protection of rare wild animals. To analyze population genetic characteristics of T. leonina from South China tiger, its mitochondrial (mt) genome was sequenced. Its complete circular mt genome was 14,277 bp in length, including 12 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA genes, 2 rRNA genes, and 2 non-coding regions. The nucleotide composition was biased toward A and T. The most common start codon and stop codon were TTG and TAG, and 4 genes ended with an incomplete stop codon. There were 13 intergenic regions ranging 1 to 10 bp in size. Phylogenetically, T. leonina from a South China tiger was close to canine T. leonina. This study reports for the first time a complete mt genome sequence of T. leonina from the South China tiger, and provides a scientific basis for studying the genetic diversity of nematodes between different hosts.

IRE1α protects against osteoarthritis by regulating progranulin-dependent XBP1 splicing and collagen homeostasis

        Liang Li,Zhang Fengmei,Feng Naibo,Kuang Biao,Fan Mengtian,Chen Cheng,Pan Yiming,Zhou Pengfei,Geng Nana,Li Xingyue,Xian Menglin,Deng Lin,Li Xiaoli,Kuang Liang,Luo Fengtao,Tan Qiaoyan,Xie Yangli,Guo Fen 생화학분자생물학회 2023 Experimental and molecular medicine Vol.55 No.-

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a full-joint, multifactorial, degenerative and inflammatory disease that seriously affects the quality of life of patients due to its disabling and pain-causing properties. ER stress has been reported to be closely related to the progression of OA. The inositol-requiring enzyme 1α/X-box-binding protein-1 spliced (IRE1α/XBP1s) pathway, which is highly expressed in the chondrocytes of OA patients, promotes the degradation and refolding of abnormal proteins during ER stress and maintains the stability of the ER environment of chondrocytes, but its function and the underlying mechanisms of how it contributes to the progression of OA remain unclear. This study investigates the role of IRE1α/ERN1 in OA. Specific deficiency of ERN1 in chondrocytes spontaneously resulted in OA-like cartilage destruction and accelerated OA progression in a surgically induced arthritis model. Local delivery of AdERN1 relieved degradation of the cartilage matrix and prevented OA development in an ACLT-mediated model. Mechanistically, progranulin (PGRN), an intracellular chaperone, binds to IRE1α, promoting its phosphorylation and splicing of XBP1u to generate XBP1s. XBP1s protects articular cartilage through TNF-α/ERK1/2 signaling and further maintains collagen homeostasis by regulating type II collagen expression. The chondroprotective effect of IRE1α/ERN1 is dependent on PGRN and XBP1s splicing. ERN1 deficiency accelerated cartilage degeneration in OA by reducing PGRN expression and XBP1s splicing, subsequently decreasing collagen II expression and triggering collagen structural abnormalities and an imbalance in collagen homeostasis. This study provides new insights into OA pathogenesis and the UPR and suggests that IRE1α/ERN1 may serve as a potential target for the treatment of joint degenerative diseases, including OA.
