Objective: this paper mainly through analyzing the characteristics of the child"s senses to explore kindergarten activity space design based on children"s five senses. Background: On July 5, 2018, the General Office of the Ministry of Education of the People"s Republic of China issued a notice on the specialization of kindergartens" "primary school", requiring kindergartens to establish a concept of scientific education, implementing games as a basic activity, and letting the traditional "primary school" The game is the theme change, which requires the kindergarten"s activity space to change accordingly. Secondly, the activity space of kindergarten is the place where children play. The wider the activity space of children and the more things they contact, the richer the content of children"s psychological activities. How to design the activity space more in line with children"s physical and mental development is the significance of this paper. Method: Through the development of children and adults in all stages, and five senses of development, to find out its developmental patterns and children"s sensory characteristics, and based on the characteristics of the preschool activities, we analyze the spatial application design of the children"s five sensory experience, and suggest some Suggestions for the space design of kindergarten.
Research on Home Interior Colour Based on VR Panoramic Rendering Experience
Guo Fen,Younghwan Pan 대한인간공학회 2020 大韓人間工學會誌 Vol.39 No.5
Objective: By establishing the weight relationship between the factors of interior colour and perceptual semantics and using it as a guide, designers can more quickly and more accurately design the interior colours thatusers desire. Background: From past work experience, it was found that, due to differences in cognition and understanding in the process of communicating with users, the final design effects often cannot accurately reflect the real needs of our users. This challenge results in repeated communication and modification, which costs a considerable amount of time and greatly reduces the work efficiency. Kansei Engineering can solve this problem effectively. The existing research of Kansei Engineering is mainly focused on the terms of automobiles and products, with just a few related to interior design. Method: By analysing the principle of interior colour collocation, typical original samples were selected with focus groups to create research samples of immersive 3D panoramic renderings for experiments. Through a questionnaire survey, user"s perceptual images of the ideal home space and typical samples were collected. The most suitable perceptual semantic vocabulary for the samples were then selected by means of factor analysis. Taking the word "concise" as an example, we first employed the fuzzy matrix analysis method to calculate the weight value of each color design factor at each level (expert group), and then used the Likert scale to investigate user data (user group). Finally, the above two groups of data were combined to form the final weight value of each interior color design factor for the perceptual semantic word "concis". Results: The model can effectively analyse the weight values between the perceptual semantic word "concise" and various interior colour design factors. Among the secondary factors, the furniture hue is the highest in the comprehensive weight value, and among the third factors, the furniture colour white is the highest of all factors. Conclusion: The model that combines Kansei Engineering, factor analysis and fuzzy hierarchical analysis can effectively calculate the weight value of the perceptual semantic vocabulary in each design factor. It has direct significance for designers and provides new ideas for further realization of AI-automated interior design. Application: The research on home interior colour design based on immersive VR rendering experience can be applied to the design scheme phase of home interior design projects.

Atractylis lancea (Thunb.) DC. (AL), an important medicinal herb in Asia, has been shown to have anti-tumor effects on cancer cells, but the involved mechanisms are poorly understood. This study focused on potential effects and molecular mechanisms of AL on the proliferation of the Hep-G2 liver cancer cell line in vitro. Cell viability was assessed by MTT test in Hep-G2 cells incubated with an ethanol extract of AL. Then, the effects of AL on apoptosis and cell cycle progression were determined by flow cytometry. Telomeric repeat amplification protocol (TRAP) assays was performed to investigate telomerase activity. The mRNA and protein expression of human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) and c-myc were determined by real-time RT-PCR and Western blotting. Our results show that AL effectively inhibits proliferation in Hep-G2 cells in a concentrationand time-dependent manner. When Hep-G2 cells were treated with AL after 48h,the $IC_{50}$ was about 72.1 ${\mu}g/mL$. Apoptosis was induced by AL via arresting the cells in the G1 phase. Furthermore, AL effectively reduced telomerase activity through inhibition of mRNA and protein expression of hTERT and c-myc. Hence, these data demonstrate that AL exerts anti-proliferative effects in Hep-G2 cells via down-regulation of the c-myc/hTERT/telomerase pathway.
Sulfakinin inhibits activity of digestive enzymes in the brown planthopper, Nilaparvata lugens
Guo Di,Zhang Su,Zhang Yi-Jie,Ma Jun-Yu,Gao Cong-Fen,Wu Shun-Fan 한국응용곤충학회 2020 Journal of Asia-Pacific Entomology Vol.23 No.4
In animals, feeding can regulate release of digestive enzymes. Digestive enzymes are produced and released in response to specific ratios of nutrients, so the quality and quantity of food ingested are important factors in the secretion and activity of digestive enzymes. In general, the enzyme activity and secretion in the fed insects are relatively higher than that in the unfed insects. Neuropeptides and peptide hormones are important regulators of enzyme activity. In several insects, the neuropeptide sulfakinin (SK) is known to be a regulator of feeding and digestion similar to cholecystokinin in mammals. However, the roles of diet and SK in regulation of activity of digestive enzymes in the important pest insect, the brown planthopper (Nilaparvata lugens), are unknown. In this study, we identified six genes encoding different digestive enzymes and cloned three of these. We found that enzymatic activity and transcriptional levels of digestive enzymatic activity genes were upregulated by refeeding animals for 5 h after 24 h starvation. Furthermore, injection of N. lugens SK reduces digestive enzyme activity and leads to a downregulation of digestive enzyme gene transcripts. This study provides new views into the action of diet and SK in regulation of digestive enzymes in (hemimetabolous) insects. Taken together with the roles of SK in inducing satiety, our data strongly suggest that SK signaling is important in regulation of food ingestion and processing.
Dynamic Compressive Behavior of CTRC and ECC Layered Concrete under Impact Load
Aofei Guo,Fen Zhou,Yunxing Du,Rui Yan 대한토목학회 2021 KSCE JOURNAL OF CIVIL ENGINEERING Vol.25 No.11
In this study, carbon textile reinforced concrete (CTRC) and engineered cementitious composites (ECC), together with steel fibers, were combined to fabricate two-layer concrete, called CTRC-ECC concrete. The dynamic compressive behavior of CTRC-ECC concrete was studied through the quasi-static compressive test and the impact test using a split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB). The effects of the thickness of CTRC, steel fibers, and impact face on the dynamic compressive strength, dynamic increase factor (DIF), strain at peak, and impact toughness of CTRC-ECC concrete were discussed. The results showed that as the thickness of CTRC increased, the dynamic compressive strength followed an increasing trend generally; the DIF decreased; and the strain at peak and the impact toughness increased firstly and then decreased. The addition of steel fibers to CTRC could increase the dynamic compressive strength significantly when the thickness of CTRC is less than 10 mm, improve the impact toughness slightly, but reduce the DIF significantly. In terms of the strain at peak, it firstly increased and then reduced and lastly did not change too much by steel fibers. The effect of impact face on the dynamic compressive strength, DIF, and impact toughness was not significant; however, when the CTRC face was subjected to impact load, the strain at peak could be slightly higher.

Dipyridamole shows poor and variable bioavailability after oral administration due to pHdependent solubility, low biomembrane permeability as well as being a substrate of P-glycoprotein. In order to improve the oral absorption of dipyridamole, a self-microemulsifying drug delivery system (SMEDDS) for dipyridamole was prepared and evaluated in vitro and in vivo. The optimum formulation was 18% oleic acid, 12% Labrafac lipophile WL 1349, 42% Solutol HS 15 and 28% isopropyl alcohol. It was found that the performance of self-microemulsification with the combination of oleic acid and Labrafac lipophile WL 1349 increased compared with just one oil. The results obtained from an in vitro dissolution assay indicated that dipyridamole in SMEDDS dissolved rapidly and completely in pH 6.8 aqueous media, while the commercial drug tablet was less soluble. An oral bioavailability study in rats showed that dipyridamole in the SMEDDS formulation had a 2.06-fold increased absorption compared with the simple drug suspension. It was evident that SMEDDS may be an effective approach to improve the oral absorption for drugs having pH-dependent solubility.
