        액티브시니어의 여가 및 문화 기회 확장을 위한 O4O 문화 콘텐츠 플랫폼 서비스디자인 제안

        This study predicted that entered an aging society, seniors would change their lifestyles and values, and intended to study leisure and cultural services for ‘Active Seniors’ who entered the old age and became more interested in life after retirement. Using the service design methodology ‘Double Diamond Design Process’, the current situation of the Living Culture Center provided to seniors and leisure and cultural services centered on the younger generation were analyzed, and the direction fo the leisure and cultural content platform was proposed through user surveys. Through literature research, the characteristics ‘Active Seniors’ definition and lifestyle characteristics, life culture status and polices, and the characteristics of the O4O platform were analyzed. A useful survey method ‘Probes’ was conducted for active seniors aged 55 to 69 who are about to retire to identify potential needs of users. Based on the results of the user survey analysis, the characteristics of ‘Active Seniors’ were redefined, and the value of service provision and core functions were deduced. It proposed three services : “Expanding leisure and cultural opportunities through O4O platforms linked online and offline”, “Providing various customized contents and communities for ‘Active Seniors’”, and “Sharing experiences and selfdevelopment through creator activities.” This provides an opportunity to increase the value of qualitative experience through leisure and cultural activities by reflectig the lifestyle characteristics of ‘Active Seniors’. The results of this study are expcted to expand ‘Active Seniors’ leisure and cultural opportunities by supplementing with an O4O cultural content platform that links local deviations and content limitations of existing living culture centers online and offline. In addition, it is meaningful to increase the value of quality experiences in old age, such as generating profits through various leisure and cultural contents and creator experiences. In the future, the integrated platform for leisure and culture O4O is not limited to Active Seniors, but is expected to contribute to the revitalization of living culture policies by expanding it to the younger generation. 본 연구는 고령화 사회로 들어서며, 시니어가 이전세대와 생활 및 가치관에 변화가 있을 것이라 예측하였고, 노후 세대에 진입하여 은퇴 후의 삶에 대한 관심이 많아진 액티브시니어를 대상으로 여가⋅문화 서비스를 연구하고자 하였다. 서비스디자인 방법론인‘더블 다이아몬드 디자인 프로세스’를 활용하여, 시니어에게 제공되고 있는 생활문화센터의 현 상황과 젊은 세대 중심의 여가⋅문화 서비스를 분석하고, 사용자 조사를 통해 여가⋅문화 콘텐츠 플랫폼의 방향성을 제안하였다. 문헌조사를 통해, 액티브시니어 정의와 라이프스타일 특성과 생활문화현황 및 정책, O4O 플랫폼의 특성을 분석하였다. 은퇴를 하거나 앞둔 55~69세의 액티브 시니어를 대상으로 사용자의 잠재적 니즈 파악에유용한 조사 방법 ‘프로브(Probe)’를 진행하였다. 사용자 조사 분석결과를 토대로 액티브시니어의 특성을재정의하였으며, 서비스 제공가치와 핵심 기능을 도출하였다. ‘온⋅오프라인 연계한 O4O 플랫폼을 통해 여가⋅문화 기회 확장’, ‘액티브시니어를 위한 다양한 맞춤 콘텐츠 및 커뮤니티 제공’, ‘크리에이터 활동을 통한 경험 공유 및 자기계발’ 세 가지 서비스를 제안하였다. 이는 액티브시니어의 라이프스타일 특성을 반영하여 여가⋅문화활동을 통해 질적 경험 가치 상승을 시킬 수 있도록 기회를 제공한다. 본 연구 결과는 기존 생활문화센터의 지역 편차 및콘텐츠 한계를 온⋅오프라인 연계시킨 O4O 문화 콘텐츠 플랫폼으로 보완하여 액티브시니어의 여가⋅문화 기회를 확장시킬 것으로 기대한다. 또한 다양한 여가⋅문화 콘텐츠 및 크리에이터 경험을 통해 수익 창출 등 노후의 질적 경험 가치도 높여주는 데 의의가있다. 향후, 여가⋅문화 O4O 통합 플랫폼은 액티브시니어에게 국한되지 않고, 젊은 세대로도 확장시켜 생활문화정책 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

        Muscle Activities in the Lower Limbs for the Different Movement Patterns on an Unstable Platform

        We performed experimental studies on the muscle activities in the lower limbs for the different movement patterns on an unstable platform. A training system for postural control using an unstable platform that we previously developed was applied for the experiments. This unstable platform provides 360 degrees of movement allowing for training of posture in various directions and provides simultaneous excitations to visual sensory, somatic sensation and vestibular organs. Compare with the stable platform, keeping body balance on the unstable platform requests more effective sensation from vision, vestibular sense and somatic sense. Especially, the somatosensory inputs from the muscle proprioceptors and muscle force are crucial. To study the muscle activities for the different movement patterns and find the best training method for improving the ability of postural control through training and improving the lower extremity muscular strength, fifteen young healthy participants went through trainings and experiments. The participants were instructed to move the center of pressure following the appointed movement pattern while standing on the unstable platform. The electromyographies of the muscles in the lower limbs were recorded and analyzed in the time and the frequency domain. Our experimental results showed the significant differences in muscle activities for the different movement patterns. Especially, the spectral energy of electromyography signals in muscle for the movement pattern in anterior-posterior direction was significantly higher than those occurred in the other patterns. The muscles in the lower leg, especially tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius were more activated compared to the others for controlling the balance of body on the unstable platform. The experimental results suggest that, through the choice of different movement pattern, the training for lower extremity strength could be performed on specific muscles in different intensity. And, the ability of postural control could be improved by the training for lower extremity strength.

        시니어의 디지털 플랫폼을 통한 사회·경제적 활동: 그 동기와 의미

        Recently, the number of seniors who engage in social and economic activities through digital platforms is increasing. Through this, they are building new social networks or creating profits. Therefore, this study aimed to conduct an in-depth interview with 17 seniors who are engaged in social and economic activities on a digital platform. This study examined their motivation and experience in detail through in-depth interviews. As a result of the study, three subjects (motivation for participation, evaluation and performance of activities, and requirements for stable activities) were derived. The results of this study are predicted to contribute to preventing social isolation of seniors by mediating digital platforms in the future and inducing them to become subjects of the digital economy. 최근 디지털 플랫폼을 활용하여, 사회·경제활동을 수행하는 시니어들이 증가하고 있다. 이들은 디지털 플랫폼을 통하여 새로운 사회적 네트워크를 구축하거나, 수익을 창출하는 등 새로운 정체성을 형성하고 있다. 해당 플랫폼에 참여하는 시니어들이 점차 증가추세임에도 불구하고, 아직 이와 관련된 학술적 논의는 아직 미미한 상황이다. 이에, 본 연구는 디지털 플랫폼에서 사회·경제활동을 하는 시니어 17명을 대상으로, 심층 인터뷰(in-depth interview)를 수행하여, 그들의 참여 동기와 경험을 세밀히 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 디지털 플랫폼을 매개로 그들의 사회적 고립을 예방하고, 나아가 그들을 향후 디지털 경제의 주체로 유도하는 데 있어 기반 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 예측된다.

        액티브시니어를 위한 스마트 피트니스 모델에 관한 연구

        This study aims to analyze exercise cases and issues using smart devices and technologies, and to present the develop ment direction of a smart exercise environment suitable for the wellness life of active seniors with high activity and econ omic power unlike the existing silver generation. In the fitness industry, the subscription economy that regularly receives or uses necessary exercise tools, services, and digital content is expanding, and business models based on hardware sales and content subscription continue to emerge. In order to have value competitiveness as a platform that provides active se niors with integrated exercise services for health care, not only fitness centers, but also home training exercise equipmen t, fitness-related applications, and smart wearable device markets should be organically connected to form an expanded to tal platform. The linkage of the di gital healthcare function, which provides real-time changes to exercise programs based on continuous monitoring and feed back through wearable devices before, after, and during exercise by receiving and selecting exercise programs suitable for individual health status, is the differentiating factor in the smart fitness model. 본 연구는 스마트 디바이스와 기술을 활용한 운동 사례와 이슈를 분석하고 기존의 실버세대와 달리 높은 활동력과 경제력 을 지닌 액티브시니어의 웰니스 라이프에 적합한 향후 스마트 운동 환경의 발전 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 피트니스 산업에 서도 필요한 운동도구나 서비스, 디지털 콘텐츠 등을 정기적으로 받아보거나 이용하는 구독경제가 확장되고 있는 추세이며, 하드웨어 판매와 콘텐츠 구독을 기반으로 한 비즈니스 모델이 계속 등장하고 있다. 액티브시니어에게 건강관리를 위한 통합적 인 운동 서비스를 제공하는 플랫폼으로서의 가치경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 피트니스센터 뿐만 아니라 홈트레이닝 운동기구, 피트니스 관련 애플리케이션, 스마트 웨어러블 디바이스 시장 등이 유기적으로 연결되어 확장된 토털 플랫폼으로서의 모습을 이루어야 할 것이다. 개인별 건강상태에 알맞은 운동프로그램을 제안 받고 선택하여 운동 전, 후, 운동 중 웨어러블 디바이스 를 통해 지속적인 모니터링과 피드백에 따른 운동프로그램에 실시간 변화를 주는 디지털 헬스케어 기능 연동이 스마트 피트 니스 모델의 차별적 요소이다.

        Smart Platform for Microvibration Control of High-Tech Industry Facilities

        Recently, the microvibrations of high technology facilities resulting from nearby traffic loads have attracted significant attention. Considerable research aimed at protecting high-tech equipment due to nearby road and rail traffic has focused on vibration isolation systems. These isolation systems include passive-base isolation systems, smart base isolation systems, passive mounts, and active tables that are used mainly to isolate a small quantity of high-tech equipment. In this study, a smart platform was developed to control the microvibrations of high-technology facilities. Train-induced ground acceleration was generated as a nearby traffic load and a magnetorheological damper was used to compose a smart isolation platform. A fuzzy logic controller was used as a control algorithm that was optimized using a multi-objective genetic algorithm. The microvibration control performance of a smart isolation platform was compared with that of a conventional passive isolation platform. A series of parametric studies were performed to optimize the design of a passive isolation platform. Numerical analysis showed that a smart isolation platform can effectively control the microvibrations of a high-technology facility subject to train-induced excitation.

        메타버스 플랫폼 젭(ZEP)을 활용한 모둠 활동 수업 방안 연구

        This study explored the possibility of the metaverse platform ZEP as one of the educational tools that can be used in offline classes. This paper examines the concept of metaverse and examples of its application in modern society and analyzes the advantages of its use in education. Metaverse can be divided into augmented reality, mirror world, lifelogging, and the virtual world depending on the use of technology. Today, the metaverse has the characteristic that it is impossible to specify any one technology because several technologies are used in a complex and convergence way. However, there was no change in the basic concept of the virtual world when defining the metaverse. Metaverse is being used in various fields such as economy, politics, society, art, and education in modern society. In particular, in the field of education, nurturing digital talent is expected to be supported and developed in the future by selecting it as a national project. ZEP is the most suitable for educational use among the currently developed platforms among the various metaverse platforms. ZEP, a fusion of video chat programs and avatar worlds, was used on a trial basis in language education, literature, and art and medical education. This paper created a metaverse space to be used in group activity classes in offline classes. The virtual classroom was configured as the main space so that learners could adapt to the metaverse technology and platform and study before group activities. By creating an additional space to be used for group activities, it was designed so that learners could conduct rough group activities in the 7th session. By setting a mission for each class, learners performed the steps as if they were enjoying the game. However, the part of the reward given when the mission is completed was left as a future task as it was determined that additional technology development was necessary. Based on this study, the educational effects and problems that occur when applied in actual classes, and the responses and satisfaction of learners will be the subject of future research.

        비대면 e-서비스접점의 운영최적화 비교 연구

        디지털 전환이 산업뿐만 아니라 우리의 일상에도 빠르게 스며들고 있는 현 상황에서 온라인 플랫폼 기반의 고객가치 창출을 위한 새로운 비즈니스 모델은 기업의 경쟁우위도출을 위한 중요한 운영전략이다. 본 연구는 온라인 플랫폼 기반에서 사용자 중심의 운영최적화 방안을 제안하고자 비대면 e-서비스접점 활동을 업무, e-유형성, 업무처리로 구분하였다. 본 연구에서 선정된 플랫폼 기업을 기반으로 사례기업의 업무방식, e-유형적 특징으로의 제품소개방식, 고객 요구사항 처리방식을 각각 비교·분석하였다. 분석을 통해 사례기업간 공통점과 차이점이 확인하였다. 분석결과 공통점은 첫째, 사용자 중심의 업무방식; 둘째, 사용자 경험기반의 제품소개 방식과 정확한 정보 제공을 통한 고객 신뢰 확보; 셋째, 커뮤니케이션 채널 다양화 및 신속한 대응으로 분석되었다. 비록 본 연구에서 선정된 사례기업들이 유사한 플랫폼 서비스를 제공하지만, e-서비스접점 활동에 대한 운영방식은 각 기업의 고유한 특성으로 차이가 발생한 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구결과는 온라인 플랫폼 서비스 제공에 관심이 있는 잠재기업에게 e-서비스접점 활동에서 운영최적화 방안을 위한 중요한 통찰력와 의미를 제공한다. As the wave of digital transformation is rapidly permeating various industries and our daily lives, developing a new business model centered around online platforms for creating customer value is an important operational strategy for deriving competitive advantages. This study proposes an approach to optimize the user-centered operation process with contactless e-service encounter activities on an online platform. In this study, e-service encounter activities are categorized into tasks, e-tangibility, and task processing methods. We analyzed the product introduction approach of selected platform companies based on e-tangible characteristics and customer demand handling methods. The analysis identified commonalities and differences among the case companies. The commonalities found were (1) a user-centric operational method; (2) the importance of securing customer trust through product introductions based on user experience and accurate information; and (3) diverse communication channels for rapid response. The differences in operational approaches to e-service encounter activities among the case companies were primarily due to the unique characteristics of each firm, although the companies offer similar platform services. The results of this study provide valuable insights and significant implications for operational optimization of contactless e-service encounter activities to potential companies that are interested in offering online platform services.

      • Development of Clothing-type Wearable Platform System for Biosignal-Monitoring

        The purpose of this study was to develop a wearable platform system that can detect and acquire human’s biosignals (i.e., heart activity signal, respiration rate, etc.) in a non-restrained, unconscious manner. These detected biosignals are transmitted to a processing device to analyze and monitor the physical status. To achieve this, textile-based heart activity electrodes and a strain gauge sensor for the respiration signal measurement were developed, and their performances in detecting each signal were verified. These sensors were embedded in a chest belt to design a wearable platform that can simultaneously measure heart activity and respiration signals. The sensor part of the chest belt has a dual layer structure to detect high-quality signals. Stretch fabric was used on the outer layer and a respiration sensor was attached to the belt. On the inside layer, a non-stretch fabric was used as the base fabric and a heart activity-sensing electrode, that is capable of taking measurements using a modified lead-II heart activity signal induction method, was embroidered onto the fabric. Subjects were asked to wear the chest belt, and a biosignal processor module was attached to verify the system’s performance while simultaneously acquiring the heart activity and respiration signals. As a result, it was confirmed that the two signals were detected in a stable. It is expected that the biosignal-monitoring wearable platform system developed in this study will be able to effectively analyze and monitor biosignals.

        Development of a Chest‑Belt‑Type Biosignal‑Monitoring Wearable Platform System

        경영혁신 응용플랫폼을 통한 혁신활동지원 환경조성 : IT기업 창업에 활용 가능한 사례연구

        본 연구에서는 국내기업의 특성에 최적화된 혁신활동지원체계를 수립하기 위하여 실행중심의 구체적인 방법론을 도출하며, IT기업에 적용한 사례를 제시한다. 이를 위하여 많은 기업들이 도입하였던 경영혁신기법들을 IT기업 관점에서 해석하고, 다양한 혁신기법들의 융합적 활용 관점에서 접근해 보고자 한다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 실무 경영활동을 중심으로 일상적인 경영혁신활동을 수행할 수 있도록 경영혁신 응용플랫폼(Management Innovation Application Platform)을 설계 및 제안하고, 제안한 응용플랫폼의 성과를 통계적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 혁신적인 IT 기업 창업의 혁신활동지원 환경 조성에 활용 가능하고, 창업관련 활동에 유용한 시사점을 제공할 수 있으며, 기업에 적합한 경영혁신시스템으로 발전시킬 수 있는 실증연구의 계기를 마련하는데 좋은 방법론으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. We propose a methodology focused on business activities and present a case result applied to IT enterprises for establishing an innovation activity support system optimized for the characteristics of an enterprise, To this end, we interpret the management innovation techniques introduced by many enterprises in the viewpoint of the IT enterprises and approach them from the perspective of combined usage of various innovation techniques. In particular, in this study, a Management Innovation Application Platform is designed and suggested to enable daily management innovation activities centered on practical management activities, and the performance of the proposed application platform was statistically analyzed. This research result is expected to be used as a good methodology for domestic enterprises to create an environment to support innovative IT start-ups, provide useful implications for start-up-related activities, and develop into a suitable management innovation system for enterprises.
