        기업의 윤리 프로그램 실행이 이해관계자 만족과 재무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Korean big companies have adopted and implemented ethics programs since financial crisis in 1997. Corporate ethics program is defined as values, policies and activities that impact the propriety of organization (Brenner. 1992). Ethics program can be classified into 2 groups: one is explicit program and the other is implicit program. The explicit components of ethics programs include such as: codes of ethics, ethics training, ethics committees and officers. internal control system, help line etc. Implicit parts of ethics program include such as: leadership, corporate culture. communication, performance measurement systems etc. This study suggests that implicit program needs to be defined in terms of ethical context such as ethical culture and climate, ethical leadership. etc. Despite increasing interest in the importance of business ethics, there are very few empirical studies on the effectiveness of ethics program, specially on the relationship between ethics program and performance. The purpose of this research is to ascertain whether ethics programs Korean companies have implemented are effective or not. The specific objectives of this study are to: 1) examine whether ethics programs have positive effect on financial performance and non-financial performance(stakeholder`s satisfaction)2) identify mediation effect of stakeholder`s satisfaction between ethics program and financial performance 3) investigate which program is more effective in ethical management. Based on literature survey and preliminary interview with 10 ethics officers of Korean big companies, the hypotheses which were tested in this study are framed as follows: HI: Explicit ethics program will have a positive impact on the satisfaction of stakeholders. H2: Explicit ethics program will have a positive impact on the financial performance. H3: The satisfaction of stakeholders will mediate the relationship between explicit ethics program and financial performance. H4: Implicit ethics program will have a positive impact on the satisfaction of stakeholders. H5: Implicit ethics program will have a positive impact on the financial performance. H6: The satisfaction of stakeholders will mediate the relationship between implicit ethics program and financial performance. To test these hypotheses. survey using questionnaires with related items was conducted and data were collected from 80 Korean large companies. The results analyzed by hierarchical polynomial regression procedures are as follows. Period of ethics office operation among explicit ethics programs only has a positive impact on the satisfaction of stakeholders and financial performance, while all parts of implicit ethics program have a positive impact(H1, H2 partly accepted. H4. H5 fully accepted). Explicit ethics program(except for period of ethics office operation) and financial performance are not mediated by satisfaction of stakeholders, while implicit ethics program and financial performance are mediated partly by satisfaction of stakeholders. These outcomes provide no support for H3. while part support for H6. The results are significant in three aspects. First, this study showed relationship between ethical management and performance in a degree through empirical analysis on Korean companies. Second. this study proves mediation effect of stakeholders satisfaction between ethics program and financial performance in empirical way. This result is in accordance with existing stakeholder theories. Third. this study makes sure that ethics programs Korean companies have implemented since 1997 are effective to some extent. This study has several implications like followings. First, Ethical management of Korean corporates had a fruitful outcome to a certain degree in the ethics practices focusing on operating ethics programs since 1997.         윤리프로그램의 지향성과 개인 및 사회주조적 특성이 연구원의 비윤리적 행동에 미치는 영향

        There are two approaches to delineate factors that Lead to unethical behaviors in organizations: bad apples and bad barrels perspective. According to the bad apples approach, one can attribute organizational unethical behavior to personal characteristics of individuals. The bad barrels approach. in contrast. focuses on the primacy of organizational and situational variables in influencing the unethical decision and behaviors. However, neither the undersocialized perspective of individuals behaving in isolation nor the oversocialized perspective of individuals under the control of organizational factors is adequate to fully explain unethical behavior in organizations. As a result. this study attempted to combine the two approaches. Three factors were proposed that individual factors (task performance and job dedication), social structural characteristics(access to information and sociopolitical support), and ethical programs' control orientation(compliance-oriented and values-oriented) which are influencing on unethical behaviors in organizations. To achieve the purpose of this study. the hypotheses were developed as follows: (H1) The higher level of individual's task performance. the lower unethical behaviors. (H2) The higher level of individual's job dedication. the lower unethical behaviors. (H3) The more organization's formal ethics program will be compliance oriented. the lower the unethical behaviors are committed. (H4) The more organization's formal ethics program will be values oriented. the lower the unethical behaviors are committed. (H5) The higher degree of access to information. the lower unethical behaviors. (H6) The higher degree of sociopolitical support from key organizational constituencies, the lower unethical behaviors. A stratified sample of 204 researchers was gathered from 4 large government-funded research institutes which had formal ethics programs such as ethics codes, ethics communication systems, and disciplinary processes to address unethical behaviors. All variables in this study was seven-point Likert-type scales. This study was also conducted with the control variables job type. job tenure and social desirability. Social desirability is the tendency of individuals to deny socially undesirable ones. Social desirability bias is the tendency of individuals to underestimate (overestimate) the likelihood they would perform an undesirable (desirable) action. Because this bias is a risk in any ethics-related study, this study controlled the impact of social desirability on self-reported unethical behavior. Major research findings are as follows: 1) Under the organizational atmosphere of the overemphasis on short-term and quantitative performance. it is more likely that employees commit unethical behaviors for personal performance. This study suggested that individual's ability in performing one's task and attitude of job dedication contribute to a decrease in unethical behavior. The results indicated that individual's job dedication were significantly and negatively associated with unethical behaviors, whereas task performance had no meaningful effect on unethical behaviors. Thus, H2 was supported while H1 was rejected. This results confirmed that attitude to one's job may influence his or her perceptions of ethical dilemmas and ethical behaviors. 2) Some researchers criticized that empirical studies of ethics programs have been limited to atheoretical surveys that treat programs in terms of their separate elements. This study conceptualized ethics programs in terms of organizational control systems. The results indicate that the value-oriented ethics programs was significantly and negatively associated with unethical behaviors (H3). while the compliance-oriented ethics programs had no meaningful effect on unethical behaviors (H4).         인공지능 윤리교육 프로그램의 효과 검증 - 초등 도덕과 교육 적용을 중심으로 -

        이 연구의 목적은 인공지능 윤리교육 프로그램 실행을 통해 초등학생들의 인공지능 윤리의식 효과 검증에 있다. 아직 초등학교 교육과정에 인공지능 윤리교육이 포함되어있지 않고 도덕과에서도 다루어지고 있지 않은 것이 현실이다. 하지만 2022 도덕과 교육과정에는 인공지능 윤리가 본격적으로 들어가 있어 도덕과 연계한 인공지능 윤리교육이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이를 해결하기 위해 초등학교 도덕교과를 중심으로 인공지능 윤리 수업모형을 적용하고, 인공지능 윤리교육 프로그램을 설계하여 효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구에 참여한 학생은 서울시 소재 초등학교 5학년 학생 30명이며 학생들의 인공지능 윤리의식 효과 검증을 위해 혼합 연구를 실시하였다. 양적 연구는 실험 집단 내에서 대응표본 T-검정과 비교 집단과의 독립표본 T-검정을 실시하였으며 질적 연구로는 심층 면담과 사후 소감문 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 도출된 연구 결과를 토대로 인공지능 윤리교육 프로그램 운영이 초등학생의 인공지능 윤리의식 함양에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤음을 알게 되었다. 특히 ‘투명성’이라는 학생들에게 어려울 수 있는 인공지능 윤리 개념을 도덕과의 ‘정직’이라는 핵심가치와 접목하여 인공지능 기술과 융합한 프로그램은 학생들에게 이에 대한 개념과 필요성을 인식하는데 큰 효과를 보여 주었다. The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of artificial intelligence ethics among elementary school students through the implementation of artificial intelligence ethics education programs. It is a reality that artificial intelligence ethics education is not included in the elementary school curriculum and is not covered in the moral department. However, artificial intelligence ethics is included in the 2022 moral curriculum, so artificial intelligence ethics education linked to morality is needed. In this study, the effect was verified by applying an artificial intelligence ethics class model centered on elementary school moral subjects and designing an artificial intelligence ethics education program to solve this problem. The students who participated in this study were 30 fifth-grade elementary school students in Seoul, and a mixed study was conducted to verify the effectiveness of students' artificial intelligence ethics. In the quantitative study, a corresponding sample T-test and an independent sample T-test with the comparative group were conducted within the experimental group, and in-depth interviews and post-audit analysis were conducted as qualitative studies. Based on the derived research results, it was found that the operation of the artificial intelligence ethics education program had a positive effect on the cultivation of artificial intelligence ethics among elementary school students. In particular, the program that combines the concept of artificial intelligence ethics, which can be difficult for students of "transparency," with the core value of "honesty" in morality, has shown a great effect on students to recognize the concept and necessity.

        학생선수를 위한 온라인 스포츠윤리 교육프로그램 개발 기초연구

        One of the qualifications required for athletes is sports ethics, which enables moral judSment in the face of ethical conflicts at sports sites. Sports ethics education proSrams are developed and operated alonS with awareness of the need for sports ethics. However, education for student athletes is hard to find. The need for sports ethics education for student athletes is increasinS not only because ethical problems continue to arise in school sports events, but also because moral0 education is more effective when learners are younS. However, student athletes have time and space constraints on their participation in sports ethics education due to their studies, traininS, and participation in competitions. In this respect, online education, which students can learn anytime, anywhere, can be an appropriate way to provide sports ethics education to student athletes. The purpose of this study is to provide basic understandinS and direction for the development of online sports ethics education proSrams for student athletes. The survey was conducted on student athletes leaders, sports ethics education instructors, and adult athletes to investiSate their experiences and view on student athletes' sports ethics education, and focus Sroup interviews were conducted with online education experts and sports ethics education experts to derive the direction of development of online sports ethics education proSrams. Based on the research results, this study presents the direction for the development of online sports ethics education proSrams for student athletes. We hope that the results of this study can be used as basic data for the development of hiShly accessible sports ethics education proSrams for student athletes. 스포츠선수들에게 요구되는 자질 중 하나는 뛰어난 경기 역량뿐만 아니라 스포츠현장에서 직면할 수 있는 윤리적갈등 상황에서 바람직한 판단을 가능하게 하는 스포츠윤리성이다. 스포츠윤리의 필요성에 대한 인식과 함께 스포츠윤리교육프로그램이 개발, 운영되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 교육들 중에 학생선수를 위한 교육은 찾아보기 어렵다. 초중등스포츠 경기에서도 윤리적인 문제가 지속적으로 발생하고 있음은 물론이고 윤리적 판단능력 함양에 대한 교육은어릴 때 수행하는 것이 효과적이라는 측면에서 학생선수를 위한 스포츠윤리 교육의 필요성은 증대하고 있다. 하지만학생선수는 학업과 훈련, 대회 참여 등으로 스포츠윤리 교육의 참여에 시간적, 공간적 제약을 가지고 있다. 이러한측면에서 언제나 어디서나 교육을 가능하게 하는 온라인 교육은 학생선수들에게 스포츠윤리 교육 제공을 위한 방법이될 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 학생선수를 위한 온라인 스포츠윤리 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 마련하는것에 있다. 구체적으로 학생선수를 위한 스포츠윤리 교육 현황과 요구에 대한 인식과 온라인 스포츠윤리 교육프로그램의개발 방향을 탐색하였다. 학생선수 스포츠윤리 교육에 대한 인식과 요구조사를 위해 학생선수 지도자, 스포츠윤리교육 강사, 성인선수를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였고, 온라인 스포츠윤리 교육프로그램의 개발 방향 도출을 위해온라인 교육 전문가와 스포츠윤리 교육 전문가를 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로본 연구는 학생선수 대상 온라인 스포츠윤리 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 방향을 교육대상, 교육시간, 교육내용, 교육방법, 교육결과, 온라인 교육 형태, 교수-학습전략으로 구분하여 제시한다. 현재 학생선수를 위한 전문 스포츠윤리 교육이없는 상황에서 본 연구의 결과가 접근성 높은 스포츠윤리 교육프로그램 개발에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

        회계실무자를 위한 회계윤리교육 프로그램 모형 설계

        본 연구는 우리나라 공공부문 및 민간부문의 회계실무에 종사하는 회계담당자에게 있어 회계윤리에 대한 체계적인 지식과 함께 전문 기술이 필요하다는 인식을 갖고 회계윤리 교육 프로그램의 모형을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 먼저 회계윤리교육의 필요성과 목적을 살펴보고, 다음으로 회계윤리교육 프로그램 설계시 고려해야 할 4가지 사안들에 대해서 논의해 보았다. 이 4가지 사안은 회계윤리교육 프로그램 설계시 쟁점이 될 수 있는 사안으로서 첫째, 교과과정의 문제, 둘째, 교육주체의 문제, 셋째, 교육방법의 문제, 넷째, 교육내용의 문제이다. 이러한 4가지 사안에 대한 논의를 통해 본 연구에서는 본 연구에서는 실제로 회계윤리교육 프로그램 모형을 설계하였다. 본 연구에서 설계한 회계윤리교육 프로그램은 우리나라 회계실무자들을 위한 회계윤리교육에 있어 실질적이며, 기초적인 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다. This Paper designed the model of accounting ethics education program based on the recognition that Korean accounting professionals and accounting staffs do need the education of accounting ethics. For doing this, this paper discussed the four dimension of accounting ethics education program; (1) what type of accounting ethics program need ?(independent curriculum vs. consolidated curriculum), (2) who in charge of accounting ethics education program ?, (3) how to educate accounting ethics ?, (4) what education contents be involved ?. We expect this education model will help development of Korean accounting ethics education and eventually will help to promote Korean accounting transparency.

        청소년 사이버 윤리 집단 교육 프로그램의 구성 및 타당성 연구

        인터넷으로 인한 여러 심각한 사회문제들이 대두되면서, 사이버 윤리 규범과 가치를 제고할 필요에 대한 목소리가 높아지고 있다. 더 나아가 사이버 공간에서 지켜야 할 도덕적 원리를 표면적으로 학습하는 수준에 머물기보다, 가치판단이 필요한 상황에서 주어진 문제를 비판적으로 이해하고 주체적으로 자신의 생각을 표현하는 주체적인 윤리적 의사결정이 강조되고 있다. 이러한 필요성을 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 윤리적 결정에 초점을 둔 사이버 윤리 구조화 집단 교육 프로그램을 구성 및 개발하였다. 대상자인 초기 청소년이 이해하기 적합한 프로그램을 구성하기 위하여, 프로그램 개발 절차에 따라 프로그램을 기획 및 수정하고 재구성하는 과정을 거쳤으며 이에 대한 효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 효과성 검증 결과, 측정 시기에 따른 차이가 유의하게 나타났으며, 프로그램 참여 이후 참여 청소년들의 사이버 윤리의식이 평균 8.1% 향상된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 사이버 윤리의식 구인 별로 살펴보면 책임과 지식에서 측정 시기에 따른 유의한 변화가 나타났다. 마지막으로 구인 별 하위 척도의 결과를 살펴보면 시기에 따라서 책임의 책임 인지와 지식의 이용지식과 윤리지식에서 유의한 향상이 나타난 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 초기 청소년의 사이버 윤리교육에 대한 제안점을 도출하였다. With the emergence of several serious social problems due to the internet, the need to enhance cyber ethics norms and values is increasing. Furthermore, instead of remaining at the superficial level of learning moral principles, active ethical decisions are emphasized to enable youth to critically understand problems and express their thoughts independently. In response to this need, this study developed a cyber ethics group education program focusing on ethical decisions. To create a program that would be suitable for early adolescence, the program was planned, modified, and reorganized following the program development procedure. We also verified the effectiveness of the program. The research results were as follows. The effectiveness assessment found that the difference by measurement period was significant, and it was confirmed that the cyber ethical awareness of participating adolescents improved by an average of 8.1% after completing the program. Additionally, the subfactors of cyber ethical awareness indicated a significant change according to the measurement period in terms of responsibility and knowledge. Finally, the results of the sub-scale showed a significant improvement in the perception of responsibility and knowledge of the use and ethics of knowledge in relation to time. From these results, suggestions for cyber ethics education for early adolescents were developed.

        간호학 전공 대학원생들을 위한 연구윤리 과목 개발, 운영 및 효과평가

        Purpose: This study was conducted to develop and evaluate a research ethics course in a graduatelevel educational program in nursing. Methods: This study consisted of three major parts. First, an initial course was developed based on a review of the existing literature regarding research protocols and the ethical issues involved in research. Second, this initial course was delivered to the graduate students in one nursing program and a quasiexperimental study was applied to evaluate the course. Third, based on an analysis of quantitative responses from the participating nursing students, as well as input from a panel of experts, a final research ethics course was developed for this graduate program in nursing. Results: The initial course involved the following six content areas: the concept of research ethics,bioethics and research ethics, research ethics for the protection of human subjects, statistical analyses in research ethics, ethical issues in publishing and intellectual property, and research ethics in nursing. The quantitative research reports showed a significant increase in the nursing students’ perception, self-efficacy, and knowledge regarding research ethics. Further analyses show that graduate nursing students still need structured course work in order to increase their ability to carry out good research. Additionally, a course in research ethics in nursing was designed as a 1-credit, pass/fail official course consisting of the following five content areas: the concept of research ethics, the protection of human subjects in nursing, data management and research ethics, statistical management and research ethics, and publication and research ethics. Conclusion: This study was carried out to develop and evaluate a course in research ethics for a graduate-level educational program for nursing students.

        중학생 쓰기 윤리 의식 함양을 위한 쓰기 교육 프로그램 개발 연구

        이 연구는 중학생의 쓰기 윤리 의식을 함양하기 위한 쓰기 교육 프로그램을 편성하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 중학생들의 쓰기 윤리 의식을 조사하여 분석함으로써 프로그램 편성에 필요한 정보를 얻고자 하였다. 조사 분석은 경기, 충청, 경상, 전라 등에서 7개교를 선정하여 실시하였으며, 분석 대상은 2,199명이었다. 자료 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 쓰기 윤리 의식은 여학생이 남학생보다 모든 요인에서 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다. 둘째, 쓰기 윤리 의식은 1학년 때 가장 높았다가 학년이 올라갈수록 그 수준이 감소하였으며, 감소의 폭은 통계적으로 유의하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 하여 이 연구에서는 진실성 확대의 원리, 정직성 확대의 원리, 합리성 확대의 원리, 쓰기에 대한 인식 확대의 원리를 마련하교 이를 근거로 하여 쓰기 윤리 교육 프로그램을 편성하였다. 그것은 쓰기 진실성 프로그램, 쓰기 정직성 프로그램, 쓰기 사회성 프로그램으로 구분된다. 이러한 쓰기 윤리 교육 프로그램은 학생들의 쓰기 윤리 의식을 함양하는 데 효과적으로 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The aim of this study is to construct educational program improving middle school students` writing ethics. For that, this study investigate the consciousness level of middle school students` writing ethics through writing ethics questionnaire. This study`s subject were 2,119 in 7 middle schools, their responses are analyzed. The result is followings: (1) girls have higher grades than boys` in overall writing ethics consciousness. (2) the writing ethics consciousness. is showed the highest level when ist grade. In this study, the writing ethics consciousness program for middle school students is developed by evolving as follow principle. These principles are (1) writing authenticity improvement (2) writing integrity improvement (3) writing rationality improvement (4) writing recognition extension Based these principles, the consciousness Education Program Development of Middle School Students` Writing Ethics is develpmented. The program consist of (1) writing authenticity program (2) writing integrity program, (3) writing society program.

        CAI 모델 기반 인공지능 윤리 교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect by presenting a CAI ethics education model for AI ethics education and constructing and applying an education program. To this end, a CAI ethics education model and program composed of 'Concept-Activity-Impression)' was designed and its validity verified by 10 experts. In addition, the AI ​​ethics education area was divided into 'Social impact', 'Data ethics', and 'Algorithm ethics', and an education program that can be matched and guided so that various AI ethics issues can be taught simultaneously with AI literacy education was presented. This AI ethics education program was applied to 79 students of H University and the level and change of AI ethics awareness was analyzed. AI ethical awareness showed significant changes in some items of ethics issues of anti-discrimination and reliability. It is hoped that this CAI ethics education model-based education program will serve as an example to be applied not only to universities but also to elementary and secondary schools. 본 연구의 목적은 AI 윤리 교육을 위한 CAI 윤리 교육모델을 제시하고 교육 프로그램을 구성하여 적용해봄으로써 그 효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 ‘개념(Concept)-활동(Activity)-소감(Impression)’로 구성한 CAI 윤리 교육 모델 및 프로그램을 설계하여 10명의 전문가에게 타당도를 검증받았다. 그리고 AI 윤리 교육 영역을 ‘사회적 영향’, ‘ 데이터 윤리’, ‘알고리즘 윤리’ 로 나누어 제시하고 다양한 AI 윤리 이슈를 AI 소양 교육과 동시에 지도할 수 있도록 매칭하여 지도할 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 제시하였다. 이러한 AI 윤리 교육 프로그램을 대학생 79명에게 적용해 보고 AI 윤리 인식에 대한 수준과 변화를 분석하였다. AI 윤리 의식은 차별금지, 신뢰성의 윤리 이슈의 일부 문항들에서 유의미한 변화를 보였다. 본 CAI 윤리 교육 모델 기반의 교육 프로그램이 대학 뿐 아니라 초중등학교 현장에 적용되기 위한 사례가 되길 바란다.

        PBL 기반 예비유아교사의 교직윤리 교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과

        The purpose of this study is to develop and apply teaching ethics education program to improve pre-service early childhood teachers’ problem-solving abilities through the PBL teaching & learning model when ethical issues arise, and then to verify the effect of such program by testing the sense of teaching ethics. For this, a teaching ethics education program was developed based on both the needs assessment through analysis on the importance-performance of the literature review on teacher ethics and PBL teaching & learning model and early childhood teachers’ teaching ethics, as well as the in-depth interviews with early childhood education experts, early childhood teachers, and parents. The program consisted of 20 pre-service early childhood teachers for 2 hours a week for 14 sessions and as a result, the ethics education program developed in this study were found to be effective in enhancing the education ethics of pre-service early childhood teachers. Therefore, the education ethics program developed in this study were found to be effective in improving the education ethics of pre-service early childhood teachers. 본 연구는 예비유아교사가 PBL 교수학습모형을 통하여 윤리적 문제 상황이 발생했을 때 문제해결 능력을 향상 시킬 수 있도록 교직윤리 교육프로그램을 개발하고, 적용한 후 교직윤리의식 검사를 통하여 그 효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 교직윤리와 PBL 교수학습모형에 관한 문헌고찰, 유아교사의 교직윤리의식에 대한 중요도-수행도 분석을 통한 요구도 조사와 유아교육 전문가, 유아교사, 학부모를 대상으로 하는 심층면담을 기초로 하여 교직윤리 교육프로그램을 개발하였다. 구성된 프로그램은 예비유아교사 20명을 대상으로 주1회 2시간 총 14회기를 적용하였으며, 그 결과 본 연구에서 개발한 교직윤리 교육프로그램이 예비유아교사의 교직윤리의식 향상에 효과적인 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발한 교직윤리 교육프로그램은 예비유아교사의 교직윤리의식 향상에 효과적인 것을 알 수 있었다.
