        음악치료사의 성인애착 수준이 내담자와의 정서적 유대에 미치는 영향 : 사회적 지지의 조절효과 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 음악치료사의 성인애착 수준, 사회적 지지, 내담자와의 정서적 유대 간의 관계를 알아보고, 성인애착 수준과 정서적 유대 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 알아 보고자 하였다. 임상에서 활동하고 있는 음악치료사 120명을 대상으로 자료를 분석하였으며 연 구 대상자 중 여자는 113명(94.2%), 남자는 7명(5.8%)이었으며, 연령은 30~39세 집단이 76명 (61.7%)으로 가장 많았다. 최종학력은 석사 학위 집단이 100명(83.3%)이며, 파트타임으로 근무 하는 치료사가 93명(77.5%)이었다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 음악치료사의 연령에 따 라 정서적 유대에 차이가 있었고, 근무 기관에 따라 사회적 지지에 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 음악 치료사의 성인애착 수준과 정서적 유대, 사회적 지지는 부적 상관관계, 정서적 유대와 사회적 지지는 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 음악치료사의 성인애착 수준은 내담자와 정서적 유대에 유의미한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 음악치료사의 사회적 지지는 성인애착과 내담자와 정서적 유대 간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 음악치료사의 성인애착 수준과 내담자와의 정서적 유대에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 확인할 수 있었으며 본 연구의 결과는 내담자와의 정서적 유대에 영향을 미치는 사회적 지지에 대한 이해를 돕고 내담자와 정서적 유대를 강화할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the adult attachment level of music therapist, social support, and relationship of emotional bond with clients, and to verify the moderating effect of social support in the influence of music therapist's adult attachment level on clients and emotional bond. The subjects of the study are 120 music therapists who are clinically active. Among those studied were 113(94.2%) women and 7(5.8%) men. The largest groups were the 30-39 age group(76 people, 61.7%), the master's degree group(100 people, 83.3%) and the part-time group(93 people, 77.5%). The results of the study are as follows: First, There were differences in emotional bonds depending on the age of the music therapist, and social support depending on the 'Working institution'. Second, music therapists' adult attachment levels, emotional bonds, and social support are negative correlations, emotional bonds and social support are positive correlations. Third, The level of adult attachment of music therapists has an negative effect on emotional bonds with the client. Forth, The social support of music therapists moderates the relationship between adult attachment and emotional bond with client. The results of this study help to understand the social support that affects emotional bond with client. In addition, music therapists suggest ways to strengthen emotional bond with client.

        음악치료사의 주관적 안녕감이 치료적 유대감 형성에 미치는 영향 : 인지적 정서조절전략의 매개효과

        이 연구는 음악치료사의 주관적 안녕감과 치료적 유대감의 관계를 알아보고 이들 사이에 인지적 정서조절 전략의 매개효과를 알아보고자 한 것이다. 음악치료전공 석사이상의 치료사 103명을 대상으로 치료적 유대감, 주관적 안녕감, 인지적 정서조절전략 및 일반적 특성을 측정하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 음악치료사의 일반적 특성에 따라 치료적 유대감 수준과 주관적 안녕감 수준은 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 주관적 안녕감과 치료적 유대감, 적응적 전략사이에는 정적 상관관계를 보였으며 부적응적 전략과 주관적 안녕감, 치료적 유대감사이에는 부적 상관관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 주관적 안녕감은 치료적 유대감, 적응적 전략에 정적영향을 미치는 반면, 부적응적 전략에는 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 적응적 전략은 치료적 유대감에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 부적응적 전략은 치료적 유대감에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 인지적 정서조절 전략은 주관적 안녕감과 치료적 유대감 형성에 미치는 영향에서 부분매개 효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the subjective well-being of music therapists and the formation of therapeutic bond, and to see the mediating effects of cognitive emotional regulation strategies. The subjects were 103 therapists who obtained a masters or a higher degree in music therapy, and we measured therapeutic bond, subjective well-being, cognitive emotional regulation strategies, and general characteristics. The results are as follows. First, depending on the general characteristics, there was a difference between the level of therapeutic bond and subjective well-being. Second, there was a positive correlation among subjective well-being, therapeutic bond, and adaptive strategies, whereas there was a negative correlation among maladaptive strategies, subjective well-being, and therapeutic bond. Third, subjective well-being had a statistically significant effect on therapeutic bond and adaptive strategies, whereas it negatively influenced maladaptive strategies. In addition, adaptive strategies showed a statistically significant effect on therapeutic bond, whereas maladaptive strategies had a significantly negative influence on therapeutic bond. Fourth, cognitive emotional regulation strategies showed partial mediating effect on subjective well-being and therapeutic bond formation.

        헤어살롱의 SNS 마케팅 특성이 브랜드 이미지와 정서적 유대감에 미치는 영향

        As the number of users and usage of SNS increases explosively, relationships with consumers and branding strategies in SNS marketing are becoming increasingly important for companies as well as consumers daily lives. This study examines the impact of hair salon SNS marketing characteristics on brand image and emotional bond. Based on previous research, a survey was conducted from October 30 to December 14, 2022, targeting 300 men and women in their 20s or older who use SNS in the Seoul and Gyeonggi regions. The conclusions based on the analysis results using SPSS 22.0 are as follows. As a result of this study, first, it was found that all sub-factors of SNS marketing characteristics (interactivity, playfulness, information provision, reliability) had a positive influence on brand image. Second, all sub-factors of SNS marketing characteristics (interactivity, playfulness, information provision, reliability) were found to have a positive influence on brand image. Third, brand image was found to have a positive influence on emotional bonding. Considering that the value and use of SNS is gradually increasing, if we understand the characteristics of SNS and recognize that the emotional bond formed through communication with consumers is an important factor, we can use long-term transaction-oriented marketing strategies and branding for competitive hair salons. It can be used to create a marketing strategy that creates differentiation.

        스포츠센터 관계유대가 종사원의 신뢰, 회원만족, 긍정적 감정 및 충성도에 미치는 영향

        This study examines the influence of relationship bond on trust of employee"s, members satisfaction, positive emotion and loyalty to provide a basic information come up with understanding for sport center efficient management and find relationship bond. We conducted a survey to sports center members(Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheongnam-do, and Jeollabuk-do province), and utilized 341 final data for an analysis. The results of this research were drawn by performed using SPSS 23.0(frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation relative analysis and multiple regression). The results are as follow. First, results from analysis of the demographic characteristic showed that there were significant differences in relationship bond, trust of employee, members satisfaction and positive emotion. Second, social and structural tie had a significant influence on trust of employee"s. Third, structural and social tie had a significant influence on members satisfaction. Forth, structural and social tie had a significant influence on positive emotion. Fifth, structural and social tie had a significant influence on loyalty.

        스포츠센터 관계유대와 긍정적 감정, 회원만족, 운동지속 및 추천의사의 구조적 관계

        This study explored how relational bonds influence customer’s positive emotions, member satisfaction, exercise maintenance, and recommendation intention in the sports center. This study aims to understand the necessity of relational bonds in sports centers to provide foundational data for sports marketing. The data included 343 usable data analyses from seven sport center members in Gyeonggi-do, Seoul, Chungcheongnam-do, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Gyeongsangnam-do, Jeollabuk-do, and Jeollanam-do province. To analyze the data, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, descriptive analysis and SEM(structural equation modeling) were performed using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. The study results are as follows. First, the social and structural ties of sports centers had a significant influence on positive emotions. Second, the structural tie of the sports center have a significant influence on member satisfaction, but the social tie of the sports center did not have a significant influence on member satisfaction. Third, positive emotions of the sports center have a significant influence on member satisfaction and recommendation intention. Still, the positive emotion of the sports center did not have a significant influence on exercise maintenance. Fourth, member satisfaction of sports center have a significant influence on exercise maintenance, but member satisfaction of sports center did not have a significant influence on recommendation intention. Fifth, exercise maintenance hve a significant influence on recommendation intention

        수출업자의 인문학적 소양이 감성지능 및 사회적 유대감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine whether exporters’ humanistic knowledge affects their emotional intelligence and also looks into whether such emotional intelligence affects the formation of social bonds with importers. In this study, the humanistic knowledge of exporters was viewed as a high-level concept with sub-elements such as literature, history, philosophy, art, religion and cultural knowledge. In other words, the purpose of this study is to scrutinize whether the humanistic knowledge of an exporter affects his emotional intelligence specifically in terms of self emotional appraisal, others’ emotional appraisal, emotion regulation and emotion use, thereby forming a social bond with importers. Design/Methodology/Approach Thus, a questionnaire survey was conducted on export staff of 212 small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in Daegu and Gyeongbuk, South Korea and the collected data were analyzed. Findings As a result of the empirical analysis, it was confirmed that the humanistic knowledge of an exporter has a positive effect on all of the sub-concepts of emotional intelligence, such as self emotional appraisal, others’ emotional appraisal, emotion regulation, and emotion use. In addition, it was found that among the sub-concepts of the exporter’s emotional intelligence, others’ emotional appraisal, emotion regulation, and emotion use had a positive effect on social bonds with importers, but self-emotional appraisal did not. Research Implications The results of this study suggests the necessity by exporters to develop humanistic knowledge and emotional intelligence to improve their social bonds with importers.

        부부관계 유대감과 유아 정서조절능력의 관계: 부모 양육효능감의 매개효과

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Marital Bond, parents’ Parenting Efficacy and Preschool Children’s Emotional Regulation and to investigate Parenting Efficacy plays a mediating role in the relationship between Marital Bond and Preschool Children’s Emotional Regulation. Methods For this purpose, interview and surveys were conducted on 43 pairs of parents with young children aged 3-5 as children and teachers who teaching their children. The Marital Bond was interviewed using The Oral History Interview developed by Krokoff & Gottman (1984) and translated into Korean by Nahm Eun-young (2012), and Parental Parenting Efficacy was measured by parental reporting and Preschool Children’s Emotional Regulation was measured by teacher reporting. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 program. First, the correlation between marital Bond, parental parenting efficacy, and preschool children’s emotional regulation was examined, and then the mediating effect of parental parenting efficacy was analyzed. Results As a result of the study, first, it was found that there was a significant correlation between marital bond, mother’s parenting efficacy, and preschool children’s emotional regulation. However, the marital bond was not related to father’s parenting efficacy. Second, it was found that mother’s parenting efficacy partially mediated in the relationship between marital bond and preschool children’s emotional regulation. It can be seen that marital bond not only directly affects the process of affecting preschool children’s emotional regulation, but also indirectly affects the mother’s parenting efficacy. Conclusions These results suggested that marital relationships affect children's emotions through mothers, and discussed ways to improve marital relationships and mother’s parenting efficacy to foster children's emotional regulation. In addition, A future study is needed to examine the reason for not showing a significant relationship with father’s parenting efficacy.

        서비스 조직에서 서비스 제공자의 관계유대가 직무열의와 감정노동에 미치는 영향

        Emotional labor - companies revealing emotions for show to customers while service provider is providing service to customers - is an effort to manage one's emotions by expressing facial expressions and bodily movements. The previous studies on emotional labor emphasize the importance of emotional labor by identifying the effects of emotional labor on individuals and firms and offer the insight on which strategic direction service providers have to take when it comes to performing emotional labor. However, the studies on identifying which factors influence emotional labor strategies performed by service providers are scarce. This study was conducted for the purpose of identifying which factors influence emotional labor of service providers. For this aim, the concept of relationship bonds was suggested and through which psychological process relationship bonds influence emotional labor was identified. In order to achieve the study purpose, five hypotheses were established based on previous studies and data were accumulated by targeting service providers working in the financial industry in Korea. As a result of the analysis, financial bonds, social bonds, and structural bonds - the subordinate factors of relationship bonds - were found to improve work engagement of service providers. In addition, work engagement was found to have positive influence on deep acting but no significant influence on surface acting. The study results imply which efforts companies have to make to manage emotional labor of service providers. 감정노동은 서비스 제공자가 고객을 상대로 서비스를 제공하는 동안 기업이 고객에게 보이기 원하는 감정을 드러내는 것으로 공개적으로 드러나 보이는 표정과 몸짓을 나타내어 개인의 감정을 관리하려는 노력이다. 감정노동에 대한 선행연구들은 개인과 기업에게 감정노동이 미치는 영향을 확인하여 감정노동의 중요성을 강조하고, 서비스 제공자가 감정노동을 수행함에 있어서 어떠한 전략적 방향으로 나아가야 하는지에 대한 통찰을 제공한다. 그러나 서비스 제공자가 수행하는 감정노동 전략에 어떠한 요인들이 영향을 미치는지 확인하는 부분이 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 제공자의 감정노동에 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인지 확인하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위해 관계유대의 개념을 제시하였으며, 관계유대가 어떠한 심리적 과정을 통해 감정노동에 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 선행연구를 바탕으로 5개의 가설을 설정하고 국내 금융산업에 종사하는 서비스 제공자를 대상으로 데이터를 수집하였다. 분석결과, 관계유대의 하위 요인인 경제적 유대와 사회적 유대, 구조적 유대는 서비스 제공자의 직무열의를 향상시키는 요인으로 확인되었다. 또한 직무열의는 내면행동에 긍정적으로 작용하였으나 표면행동에는 유의적인 영향이 없는 것을 확인하였다. 연구결과를 통해 서비스 제공자의 감정노동을 관리하기 위해 기업이 어떠한 노력을 기울여야하는지에 대한 시사점을 제공한다.

        기업과 서비스 접점 종업원의 관계 맺기

        The previous studies on relationship marketing put emphasis on the importance of the relationship between corporation and employees owing to its effects toward external customers but they lack the empirical evidence in the academic aspect. Moreover, even though the variations of corporate performance are being identified owing to the way of treating employees, the discussion for establishing the relationship between corporation and employees is not taking place. The relationship marketing literature examines relationship bonds as the strategy for relationship establishment and the literature identified that relationship bonds is decisive in the relational performance toward customers. This relationship bonds is sought as the strategy to enhance the relationship between corporation and customers and the relationship between corporations but the studies on employees is insufficient. Thus, this study aimed to explore the effects of relationship bonds on customer-contact employees. Specifically, firstly, it tried to figure out the effects of the three elements of relationship bonds(financial bonds, social bonds, and structural bonds) toward emotional exhaustion and job satisfaction through the person-job fit of customer-contact employees and secondly, it tried to examine the moderating effect of work period as the relationship period which is the relational characteristic between relationship bonds and person-job fit. For this objective, this study conducted questionnaire surveys targeting 365 service providers of financial and insurance industry. As a result of the analysis, financial bonds, social bonds, and structural bonds were found to have positive influence on person-job fit of customer-contact employees. In addition, the customer-contact employees with high person-job fit had a low emotional exhaustion and were satisfied with their job. Also, emotional exhaustion was found to be the factor which make customer-contact employees unsatisfied with their job. Meanwhile, financial bonds and structural bonds do not have a moderating effect with regard to the work period. But work period moderates positive influence of social bonds on person-job fit.

        새로운 담보거래 방식에 관한 연구 - 커버드본드 발행제도에 관하여 -

        Volume of Korean housing loan market has amounted to KRW 221 trillion as of the end of 2007. Korean financial institutions have been seeking for a more efficient way to refinance their mortgage assets and become interested in issuance of covered bonds as a new financing method. Covered bonds market is well developed in European countries, such as Germany, Spain and United Kingdom. Covered bonds are senior debt instruments secured by a ring-fenced pool of cover assets in which investors have a preferential claim in the event issuer defaults. These bonds resemble mortgage-backed securities but covered bonds are issued or guaranteed by the originator. They are, therefore, obligations of the issuer. If the collateral is insufficient to repay all covered bond claims, covered bond creditors rank pari passu with senior unsecured creditors. Due to this enhancement, covered bonds are typically assigned higher credit ratings and trade at lower yields than senior, unsecured bonds of the same issuer. Although Korea has no legislation governing covered bonds, it might be possible that Korean financial institutions issue bonds similar to covered bonds under the current Korean law. However, the legislation regarding covered bonds will be finally required to issue covered bonds with low transaction costs and no legal ambiguity. In enacting such law, given Korea's wide range of recent experiene on asset-backed securitizations, it will be desirable to adopt a SPV model used in UK regulated covered bonds rather than an integrated model used in German Pfandbriefe and to tailor for the covered bonds a disclosure system and public supervision with respect to the asset-backed securitization.
