        Many countries all over the world have gnadically intensified the physical education for the welfare of the whole people. And so they have their own policy for the purpose of promoting physical education as well. But our governmenthas not proper measures for the promoting sports for our ??. To make matters wor the reorganization of the government stato just siplifio the Bureau of physical Education into physial of Education section. We claim that it is evident that such negative attitude for the physical education will probaby bring the weaknen of the physical education through the peoples. It is argent that a new and proper poliy for the promoting sports in our country should be douisod by auihoity concerena at once. The aim of the thesis is to suggest a few opinicns to intersify social physial culiure of our society through sports supported by the goverment and to study how to promote physical education in Korea.

      • 스쿼시 경기의 기술 요인 분석(II)

        The purpose of this fesearch is to examine the important factors of scores in Squash Game as a double match. To achieve this purpose, we can come to the following conclusion from the result of the championship contest. of Squash Game for University students in 1999. 1. The score rate of each factors are found out the following result: Drive 41.9%, Drop 16.6%, Volley drop 9.7%, Serve 8.6%, Boast 6.4%, Volley smashing 3.3%, Kill shot 2.8%, Volley 2.6%, Lop 1.4%, Boast trickle 1.3%, Boast click 1.0%, Reverse angle 0.9%, Volley boast 0.2%, Etc. (stroke)3.4% 2. Among general factors of the double match, the rate of basic shot is the highest as 81.2%, that of application shot is 15.5% and that of stroke is 3.4% 3.The skills of Basic shot encluding Drive, Drop, Serve, Boast and the skill of Application shot encluding Vol-ley drop are the most important factors for score of a double match and ten kill shot, Volley lop of Basic shot and Volley smashing of Application shot are also important. Through the above result, the skills of Drive, Drop, Serve, Boast, Volley drop etc. are main factors of score. All players have to act to the best of their ability as basic skills. Im addition, lots of studies about players are to be requested in the future.

      • 고등학교 복싱선수의 지구성 훈련이 혈당, 혈청지질 및 지단백의 변화에 미치는 영향

        트레이닝에 따른 인체의 반응 및 적응성 변화 양상은 운동의 강도, 빈도, 형태 및 기간에 따라서 달라지며, 피검자의 단련수준에 따라서도 달라진다. 이러한 변화 요인 중에서 혈청지질(Serum Lipid) 지단백(Lipoprotein)의 수준 변화는 심장계 질환 및 관상동맥 질환의 예방과 치료에 있어서 의학계는 물론 스포츠 과학분야에 있어서도 매우 많은 관심을 갖고 있으며, 이에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 유산소적 운동은 혈청지질 및 지단백, 그리고 혈당에 미치는 영향이 크다는 견해이지만 실제 연습방법에 따른 이러한 변화의 특성에 관한 보고는 거의 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구자는 질병 예방과 운동선수의 훈련 효과를 높이기 위해 복싱선수들을 대상으로 하여 연습방법을 달리한 지구성 훈련을 시켜 혈청지질 및 지단백 그리고 혈당의 변화를 비교, 분석하여 운동선수들의 연습방법에 도움을 줄 수 있는 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 집중적 연습과 분산적 연습에 따른 유산소 지구성 운동을 13주 4일간 실시한 후 혈당, 혈청지질 및 지단백의 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 복싱선수 15명을 대상으로 Total-Cholesterol, HDL-Cholesterol, Triglyceride, Total-protein 및 glucose를 측정하여 비교 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1.Total-Cholesterol은 훈련전 보다 13주 4일간 훈련후 모든 집단에서 증가하였으며, 집단간에 유의한(p<.05) 차이를 나타내었다. 2.HDL-Cholesterol은 훈련전 보다 13주 4일간 훈련후 집중적 연습집단에서는 증가하였으며, 집단간 유의한(p<.05)차이를 나타내었다. 3.Triglyceride는 훈련전보다 13주 4일간 훈련후 모든 집단에서 감소하였으며, 집단간 매우 유의한(p<.001) 차이를 나타내었다. 4.Total-Protein은 훈련전 보다 13주 4일간 훈련후 모든 집단에서 증가하였으며, 집단간 매우 유의한(p<.001) 차이를 나타내었다. 5.Glucose는 훈련전보다 13주 4일간 훈련후 모든 집단에서 감소하였으며, 집단간 유의한(p<.05) 차이를 나타내었다.

      • 人體重心과 體格 및 體力에 關한 硏究(Ⅰ) : 國民學生 5 ·6學年을 中心으로

        1. The purpose of this study is to investigate the height of the center of gravity of a body according to physique, and is also to investigate the difference of physical fitness by the physique according to the height of the center of gravity of a body. 2. Physique was measured by the height and weight of the subjects and classified into five ranks of physical progressions, and then the subjects were tested in five items; 100m sprint, standing broad jump, flexed arm-hamging(female) and pull-ups(male), ball throwing and sit-up. Next, the position of the center of gravity of a body was measured by "the method fo Reynolds-Lovett". 3. In the height of the center of gravity of a body, the ranks of the height were as follows; A class was the lst, B class was the 2nd, C class was the 3rd, D class was the 4th, and E class was the 5th. 4. The average height of the center of gravity of a body by age and sex might be summarized as follows. The center of 10 year-old girls was located in 56.21% point of the standing height. That of 11 year-old girls was located in 57.51/%point. That of 10 year-old boys was located in 57.24% point. That of 11 year-old boys was located in 57.93% point. Therefore, the center of gravity of a body in case of girls was situated in almost the same height as in case of boys and was higher than in case of grown-up women. 5. In physical fitness, E class was a little inferior to the other classes, but any difference among the other classes was not found out.

We claim that it is evident that such negative attitude for the physical education will probably bring the weaknen of the physical education through the peoples. It is argent that a new and proper poliy for the promoting sports in our country should be deuised by authoity concerned at once. The aim of the thesis is to suggest a few opinions to intensify social physial culture of our society through sportg supported by the goverment and to study how to promote physical educaltion in Korea.

      • 월성원자력발전소 주변의 삼림식생 분석

        월성원자력발전소 주변의 삼림식생을 분석하기 위하여 1994년 4월부터 1994년 10월까지 식물사회학적 조사를 실시하였다. 또한 상관에 의해 현존식생도 및 녹지자연도를 작성하였으며, 순 1차 생산력과 식물현존량도 추정하였다. 군집조성표에 의한 삼림군락은 소나무군락, 곰솔군락, 굴참나무군락, 상수리 나무군락의 4군락으로 구분되었다. 각 군락의 주요 구성종으로는 소나무군락에서 소나무, 졸참나무, 털진달래, 맑은대쑥, 산거울, 곰솔군락에서 곰솔, 소나무, 진달래, 청미래덩굴, 굴참나무군락에서 굴참나무, 조록싸리, 큰기름새, 맑은대쑥, 댕댕이덩굴, 상수리나무군락에서 상수리나무, 갈참나무, 큼기름새, 그늘사초, 맑은대쑥 등이다. 현존식생도에 의한 삼림군락의 분포율은 곰솔군락이 40.3%로 가장 높고, 녹지자연도는 7등급이 60.0%로 가장 넓은 분포율을 보였다. 삼림토양의 pH는 4.45∼5.32, 유기물함량은 5.61∼6.34%의 범위로 나타났다. Montreal model에 의한 순 1차 생산력은 1,555.2g/㎡/yr, 식물현존량은 14,963.32ton/㎢로 추정되었다 The forest vegetation, estimation of phytomass and net primary production on the vicinity of Wolsong Atomic Power Plant were analyzed on the basis of the phytosociological data. And depending on physiognomy, actual vegetation map and the degree of green naturality(DGN) was drawn in 1:50,000 scale. According to Z-M method, the forest vegetation was classified into 4 communities; A. Pinus densiflora community, B. Pinus thunbergii community, C. Quercus variabilis community, D. Quercus acutissima community. Generally, Pinus densiflora, Quercus variabilis, in tree-1 layer, Quercus acutissima, Quercus variabilis, in tree-2 layer, Rhodedendron mucronulatum, Quercus serrate, in shrub layer, Artemisia keiskeana, Carex humilis, in herb layer, showed high coverage index. The pH and contents of organic matter of the forest soil collected in each sites were shown range of 4.45 to 5.32 and 5.61% to 6.34% in mean of communities respectively. The distribution rate in actual vegetation map were the highest in Pinus thunbergii community. The average DGN showed to 5.1. Net primary production and phytomass per unit area which estimated by Montreal model were assumed in 1,555.2g/㎡/yr, 14,963.32ton/㎢, respectively.

      • 중ㆍ장거리 선수의 최대산소섭취량, 무산소성 역치 및 혈액성분에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this paper was evaluate the specificity of maximal oxygen uptake and anaerobic threshold which is indicator of cardio- respiratory function during incremental load exercise using treadmill, also. Twenty of elite middle and long distance runners participated as subjects of this research. By measurement the specificity of cardio-fulmonary function and blood component in middle and long distance runners, the conclusion and results which is obtained is as follows: 1.Maximal oxygen uptake of absolute and relative value during maximal exercise load in middle and long distance runners was display 4.23±0.421/min & 71.2/㎖/kg/min, respectively, also, maximal ventilation and maximal heart rate was expressed 146± 18.861/min & 192.25 ± 7.61beats/min, respectively. 2.Oxygen uptake and relative percentage of maximal oxygen uptake in the anaerobic threshold levels of middle and long distance runners was shown 3.55± 0.491/min(46.54㎖/kg/min) 72.81±8.86%, respectively and ventilation, heart rate and relative percentage of maximal heart rate was expressed 95.09 ± 16.951/min, 176.54 ± 9.79beats/min and 91.62 ±3.90%, respectively. 3.Concentration of plasma lactate(t-value:-3.65, p<0.003), glucose (t-value:-4.52, p<0.02) In blood component of middle and long distance runners was display the significantly difference between pre and post value after maximal incremental exercise load.
