        <B>Graphic Abstract</B> <P>The cover shows an image of fully rollable transparent nanogenerators synthesized using chemical vapor deposition grown large-scale graphene sheets as transparent electrodes and piezoelectric ZnO nanorod arrays. Sang-Woo Kim, Jae-Young Choi, and co-workers report on p. 2187 the electrical and structural stability of the nanogenerators, with excellent charge scavenging performance under external mechanical loads such as bending and rolling.         최형섭과 ‘한국형 발전 모델’의 기원

        This article critically reviews the “model” of Korean development designed by Choi Hyung Sup, Minister of Science and Technology of the Park Chung Hee government. The model has been an active template in Korea’s official development assistance (ODA) of science and technology. This acknowledgement comes from the belief that the model was effective in the development of Korea, and it attained widespread support from senior scientists and administrators of science in Korea. In this paper the authors highlight the fact that the model was from the beginning designed to be applicable in other countries. The argument is that the model was formulated within the context of Cold War development studies supported by international organizations. Through the process, Choi’s model acquired its characteristics of emphasizing legal and institutional set-ups, the role of national leaders and the national laboratories in introducing, digesting, and improving high technology.

        In order to manufacture a precision mold/die by machining, users need high speed & precision mold/die machining center. So, for development of this machine, we intend to use linear motor that is instead of ball-screw, servo-motor and coupling, high-speed spindle of pressurized air journal bearing and composite materials. In this paper we research column moving type and table moving type. The former is mainly piling 3 axes on one moving body, the latter is consist of two independent carriages. Both types are available to high speed & precision machine, but we finally draw a conclusion column moving type due to an advantage of high-speed control of linear motor.

        스트레인 게이지 변위 추정기를 사용한 유동공진 가진기 개발

        Heat dissipation technology using flow resonant phenomenon is a kind of new concept in heat transfer area. A vibration exciter is needed to generate air turbulence which has the natural shedding frequency of heat system. A mechanical vibrating device for the air flow oscillation is introduced, which is driven by a moving coil actuator. An analytical dynamic model for this mechanical vibration exciter is presented and its' validity is verified by the comparison with experimental data. Values of some unknown system parameters in the analytic model are estimated through the system identification approach. Based on this mathematical model, the vibration exciter using strain displacement estimator is developed. And in the experiment, the feedback control is used. During the experimental verification phase, it turns out the high modal resonant characteristics of vibrating plate are the major barrier against obtaining a high bandwidth vibration exciter.

        한국과 중국의 중학교 지리교과에서의 환경교육 비교 연구

        본 연구는 우리나라의 중국의 지리교과서를 대상으로 양국의 환경교육을 비교 연구하고자 하였다. 연구의 범위는 양국의 중학교 지리(사회) 교과서를 중심으로 환경교육이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지를 알아보기 위해 세계지리 영역에 국한하였다. 연구 결과, 한국이 중국보다 균형 있게 환경교육을 실시하고 있었으나, 내용이나 활도 모두 환경문제 해결에 부족한 것이 많았음을 알 수 있다. 보다 낳은 환경교육의 역할을 다하기 위해 우선적으로 노력해야할 사항들을 몇 가지 제안하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지리교과에 맞는 환경교육 분석틀을 새롭게 구성하여, 이 영역에 대한 중점 교육이 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 환경교육의 기본이라 할 수 있는 올바른 환경관 정립 교육과, 오늘날 환경교육의 가장 대표적 추세인 ESSD교육과 같은 현실성 있는 교육이 보다 강조되어야 한다. 셋째, 보다 실제적인 화나경교육이 되기 위해 활동중심의 교육으로의 전환이 필요하며, 답사 등의 현장 교육이 더해져야 할 것으로 보인다. This study attempts to find out the characteristics of geography education and enviroment education and to analyze the environment subjects in middle school georaphy texts in Korea and China. For the purpose, world geography section in social studies 1 in Korea and middle school geography texts in China are collected. The data are analyzed loith comparctive methods. The results may be summarized as follows. Firstly, Korea and China have the similar level of environmental education in contents. China leans to activities related to population, industrializaion, unbanization and various resources, while Korea covers all sorts of field. Secondly, Korea has more balanced and systematic environmental education through geography class. Researcher suggest the following things based on this research to make more desirable environmental education in geography. Firstly, the teching frame for geography should be constructed newly and more proctically. Secondly, we must emphasize on ESSD.

      • 창의성 인식론이 미술교육과정 목표에 미치는 의의 탐구

        The purpose of this study is to review the implication of creativity conception in the art education curriculum. It's definition is various because it seem to be complex. Firstly, the term of creativity or creativeness was analyzed within the boundary of word concept and it's inclusiveness. It restrained creativeness reconception Of course the art products of children were seen as significant data revealing both their intellectual capabilities and the quality of their adjustment to the problem of living. At the same time working with art materials - necessarily, of course, in a free, uninfluenced, spontaneous manner- was thought to provide a unique and important means of emotional therapy and creativity in art. Secondly, in this respect arts developed not only creative thinking but emotional ability. Therefore it is thought to be mental competence. Thirdly, this article explained the implication of creativity conception in the art education on the basis of previous description. It became a essential factor, one that it constrain the objectiveness in art curriculum, and one that it raise status of art education. Thus it is imperative to investigate creativity in the visual arts and art education. Therefore it is important that it be to research the implication of creativity conception in the art curriculum. and it essential that it be study it's definition

        Cr, Co, Cu, Ni와 Ca의 첨가에 따른 지하매설배관의 전기화학적 특성에 관한 연구

        Aqueous corrosion characteristics of low carbon steel with small amounts of Cr, Co, Cu, Ni and Ca, in synthetic groundwater was studied by electrochemical corrosion tests (potentiodynamic test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements) and analytical techniques. Neither carbon steel nor newly alloyed steels showed passive behavior in this synthetic groundwater. Newly alloyed steels, containing Cr-Co, Cr-Cu-Ni and Cr-Cu-Ni-Ca showed higher corrosion resistance than carbon steel in the potentiodynamic tests. EIS measurements showed that the Nyquist plot presented two time constants. The high frequency resistance component (R_(rsut)) and low frequency resistance component (R_(et)) were affected by the alloying elements. The polarization resistance (RP= R_(et) +Ra) of steels could be clearly ranked as Cr-Cu-Ni-Ca steel >> Cr-Cu-Ni steel > Cr-Co steel > carbon steel. Results of surface analyses (XPS and EPMA) showed that Cr and Cu were concentrated in the inner region of rust. However, Co and Ni were uniformly distributed all over the rust layer. These alloying elements improved corrosion resistance of low alloy steel in synthetic groundwater. Especially, Cr-Cu-Ni-Ca steel had the lowest corrosion rate due to the inner rust film formation during the initial stage of corrosion, which suggested a potential for substituting carbon steel in soil environment (Received October 29, 2004)

        In Korea, many public facilities are delivered with PPP (Public-Private Partnership) as an altemative of design-build or design-bid-build method through financial raising or a new financial policy which is concluded between gov’t and private sector. In this study, we will examine the meaning and the characteristics of Re-financing which is becoming important issue in the view of Ex-post management. And then the procedure of a general Re-financing and it’s effects and problems are illustrated. This study is about a comparison analysis of private investment of Korea’s SOC project, and see through the Re-financing policy as well as its’ guidelines of England and Australia that are advanced construction countries and compare the two with Korea to find out the problems and the method solution which can be applied much more effectively to domestic PPP projects.

      • 경사각에 따른 자리 진동 히트파이프의 열전달특성에 관한 연구

        In this paper, heat transfer characteristics of a self-oscillating heat pipe were experimentally investigated for the effect of inclination angle and heat loads. This type of heat pipe consists of a heating section, a cooling section and an adiabatic section. The heat pipe used has a 0.002m internal diameter, a 0.34m length in one turn and consists of 19 turns. Each of the heating and cooling section has a length of 70mm. Experiments were performed to measure the temperature distributions and the pressure variation of the heat pipe according to inclination angle. Based on the experimental results, the heat transfer ability of the self-oscillating heat pipe seems to improved with the increase of the inclination angle.
