      • 國內 格技選手들의 體格과 이들의 運動性貧血에 관한 比較 硏究

        In order to a fundamental study on the physique, and find out the level of hemoglobin (Hb) and the causing of sports anemia of martial artists were determined in 42 westlers, 37 taekwondoman, 65 judoman and 33 boxer's who are amateur athletes in Korea. The results obtained were summerized as follows : 1) The anthropometric data of the physique in subjects of wrestlers, taekwondoman, judoman and boxer's were excellant, when compared those of data were better than normal Koreans of same age group. 2) Various indices about physical growth and nutritional status were normal level, when compared those of data were average level than normal Korean athletes and standard level of same age group in Korean. 3) The average value of B.M.R of judoman was higher than the other martial artists, and the level of diastolic blood pressure was higher than other's. 4) There was statistical significantly tend to be decreased under the normal conditions which comparative observation on the level of hemoglobin between before and after hard trainining for each martial arts. In conclusion, sports anemia might by consideres as pseudoanema with strenuous physical exercises.

      • 체중감량이 뇨전해질, 일반혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study to investigated the effects of wrestling' weight loss on urine electrolyte (Na+, K+), Blood cell count, heart rate. Twenty one subjects participated in this study and reduced approximately 7% per body weight. The subject was divided short period weight reduction (n=6) during 7day, long period weight reduction (n=6) during 14day. Urine sample extracted 20 ml for electrolyte analysis from pre-, post body weight reduction, recovery(1day later). Similarly Blood cell count measured. For measuring heart rate, ubject performed anaerobic power test during 30 second, measuring immediately, 3, 6, 9. 15 minute' recovery period. The result following: Short terms weight reduction group showed no significant different in body composition (LBM and fat %) but long terms weight reduction group was significantly reduced lean body mass after weight reduction but did not change fat. The content of urine Na+ and K+ decreased significantly after body weight reduction in both group. In recovery period, urine K+ did not show any variation in both group. Urine Na+ returned to base line during recovery period in long term body weight reduction group, but these changes was not statistically significant. In conclusion, weight reduction of wrestling caused the change body composition, electrolyte and short terms weight reduction may detrimental effects body' homeostasis.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the need traits of KNCPE (Korean national College of Physical Education) students and to find out the number of students to be required special guidance on counceling services. The instrument used investigation was the SNDT (Standardization Need Diagnostic Test) and this include descriptive and validity scales. The results are as follows: 1. Generally, the need of the KNCPE students belong to norm group. 2. The number of students who have abnormal scores in almost every scales are 9 (2.0%; male-5, female-4). 3. The students has above mentioned problem should join in the special guidance on counceling services.

      • 國內 물푸레나무(Fraxinus rhynchophylla)와 광릉물푸레(F. densata)의 分類學的 實體

        물푸레나무속(Fraxinus L.)에서 소엽의 길이와 너비, 동아의 털의 밀도는 속내 종 구분에 있어 주요한 형질이다. 국내에 분포하는 물푸레나무(F. rhynchophylla)와 일본의 F. japonica, 한국의 광릉물푸레(F. densata)와 일본의 F. longucuspis 간의 분류학적인 관계는 혼란이 있어왔다. 본 연구에서는 소엽의 길이와 너비, 동아의 털의 유무를 측정하기 위하여 119개의 물푸레나무와 광릉물푸레나무 표본을 이용하였다. 형질 분석 결과 물푸레나무와 광릉물푸레는 정소엽의 길이와 폭의 비율에서 차이를 보였으나, 동아의 털의 밀도와 모양, 소엽의 개수와 같은 다른 형질에서는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그러나 한국에서 북쪽에서 남쪽으로 갈수록 소엽의 폭이 좋아지는 경향을 보이고 있다. 또한 광릉의 개체들이 타 지역의 개체들보다 동아의 길이가 길지만, 정소엽의 폭은 남쪽에서 북쪽으로 향할수록 좁아지는 양상을 띠었다. 동아의 길이는 광릉 지단이 타 집단에 비해 긴 동아를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 정소엽의 형태와 정소엽 및 동아의 털 밀도를 비교한 결과 상호 상관관계가 존재하지 않았다. 기존에 영양 형질을 기준으로 물푸레나무와 별개의 종으로 인식되었던 광릉물푸레는 물푸레나무의 변이체인 것으로 판단되며, 일본의 F. japonica와 F. longicuspis, 한국의 물푸레나무와 광릉물푸레 역시 형태적인 차이에 있어서 변이에 대한 충분한 인식이 없었던 것으로 여겨지지만, 이에 대한 더 많은 연구가 수행되어야 한다. The characters of leaflet length, width, and hair density of winter bud are important to recognize many taxa of Fraxinus. The systematic relationships between F. rhynchophylla in Korea and F. japonica in Japan, and F. densata in Korea and F. longucuspis in Japan were confused and were not clarified yet. One hundred nineteen specimens of F. rhychophylla and F. densata were used to evaluate the correlation between the length and width of leaflet, and absence/presence of trichome in bud. From this study, the morphological discontinuity between F. rhynchophylla and F. densata was partially present only in the ratio of length and width of terminal leaflet, but other characters, such as hair density on winter bud, bud shape, and the number of leaflet, were not useful for delimitation. However, the ratio of length and width of terminal leaflet appeared to show clinal variation with changes from north to south in Korea. In general, there Although the length of winter bud was longer in Gwangneung than those in other area, there was no correlation between the morphology of terminal leaflet and hair density of terminal leaflet and winter bud. The previous species, F. densata in Korea were indistinguishable from the typical form of F. rhynchophylla on the basis on vegetative characters, rejecting continued recognition of this taxon as a distinctive species. The morphological differentiation between F. japonica and F. oongicuspis in Japan and F. rhynchophylla and F. densta in Korea was not considered sufficient to warrant recognition of either specific or varietal status, but should be further examined.

        In this study, new moment-resisting precast concrete beam-column joint is proposed for moderate seismic regions. It has the connection reinforcing bars, penetrated the joint and lap-spliced with the bottom bars of precast U-beam. An experimental study was carried out to investigate the joint behavior subjected to reverse cyclic loading and constant axial compressive load. Three precast beam-column interior were tested. The variables examined were the type of connection reinforcing bars and presence of transverse reinforcement in joint. Joint performance is evaluated on the basis of connection .strength, stiffness, energy dissipation, and drift capacity. Based on the test results, the precast connection is capable of matching or exceeding the performance of the monolithic connection and thereby provides the sufficient moment-resisting behavior to be applicable for moderate seismic regions.

        유백피 메탄올 추출물에 의한 Melanin 합성 조절

        Melanogenesis is a physiological process resulted in the synthesis of melanin pigments, which have a role in protecting skin from the damaging effect of ultra-violet(UV) radiation. The main aim of the present study was to examine the effect of Ulmus davidiana var. japonica on melanogenesis. Cells were cultured in the presence of methanol extracts from Ulmus davidiana var. japonica for 48 h, and there were estimated total melanin content as a final product and activity of tyrosinase, a key enzyme, in melanogenesis. Methanol extracts of the bark Ulmus davidiana var. japonica increased tyrosinase activity and melanin contents in a dose-dependent manner. Especially, It was observed that only 100 μg/ml methanol extract stimulates melanin secretion in B16/F10 melanoma cells by 140% at 48 h treatment and activity of tyrosinase increased by 250 % in the presence of same concentration.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate how elite judokas have their own point of views for selecting their universities and is also to analyze coach's decision-making factors for selecting elite judokas, For the study, we give questionnaires to 176 judokas (male: 121; female 55) who were in promoted judo teams located in seoul and kyunggi-do. The results of this study were as followed: First, Decision-making factors for choosing universities by elite judokas include external factors such as recommendation in the others, the given benevolence of athletes, exercise or training facilities, university's faculty, recognition, location, and also include internal factors such as future courses, self-hopes, self-capacities, Second, Considering primary factors for selecting universities in judokas include recommendation from their own coaches and parents, and exercise or training facilities, university's recognition and future courses, colleagues, self-hopes. Third, for selecting universities by gender, there is no significantly difference between male and female judokas. Fourth, for selecting universities by grade. Fifth, according to district area, there is no significantly difference between seoul and kyunggi-do district.

      • 체중감량이 유도선수의 Renin, 면역기능 및 유·무산소 운동능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of short terms weight reduction period on body composition and body fluid. Seven Judo athletes (21±1.21 yrs) were matched and randomly placed. Body weight reduction period consists of 7 day. Each groups reduced body weight by 3%(2th day from pre weight reduction), 5%(4th day from pre weight reduction, 7%(7th day) and investigated the recovery period on 3 hour after breakfast, lunch, and 1day, 2day after 7% body reduction. Weight reduction reduced weight during weight reduction period then returned to baseline during recovery(p<.05) and decreased LBM, electrolyte, and immune function and then increased in recovery period to baseline. In conclusion, weight reduction of Judo athletes caused the change biological variable and performance and STWR may detrimental effects body' homeostasis.
