고속철도 차량에 적용되는 추진제어장치는 열차 견인성능 및 최고 운영속도 증가에 따른 정격 용량의 상승과 장치의 크기 및 중량 감소가 고려된 설계가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 동력분산식 고속차량의 개발 요구사양에 적합한 대용량 수냉각방식을 적용한 430km/h급 고속차량용 추진제어장치 시스템을 제안한다. 추진제어장치는 열용량 증대에 따른 냉각기 크기 증가를 최소화 하고, 냉각 효율을 최적화 하기 위해 수냉각방식을 적용하였으며, 동력분산식 차량 하부에 조립될 수 있도록 소형 및 경량으로 설계되었다. 제안된 추진제어장치는 4대의 410kW 유도전동기를 구동하며 철도차량용 추진제어장치에 적용되는 관련 규격의 각종 시험 및 본선 시운전을 통해 그 성능을 검증하였다. Propulsion system applied for high speed train requires the high rated power, size reduction and weight reduction due to increase of train tractive effort and maximum operation speed. In this paper, propulsion system with high capacity and water-cooling method is suggested to meet the requirements of distributed power type train development of which maximum speed of 430km/h. Watercooling method is adopted for propulsion system design to realize the minimization of cooling device size and optimization of cooling efficiency. Propulsion system is also designed with reduced size and weight to enable installation on car body underframe. Proposed propulsion system operates the four 410kW traction motors. Performance is verified according to test with relevant standards and actual mainline test operation.

기존에 제안했던 실감가상시작을 위한 햅틱 다이얼 시스템을 개선하여 보다 다양하고 세련된 햅틱 효과를 주는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 사용자가 실제 제품을 조작하는 듯한 느낌을 얻을 수 있도록 힘의 세기에 따른 사운드의 변화를 주며, 미리 디자인된 햅틱 효과를 GUI부 화면에서 선택하여 실시간으로 변환할 수 있다. 또한 그래픽으로 표현된 햅틱 효과에 대해 힘의 세기나 노치의 간격을 편집할 수 있다. 햅틱 다이얼에는 실제 제품에 사용되는 여러 종류의 다이얼 노브를 탈부착할 수 있어서 사용자가 실제와 같은 느낌을 받을 수 있다. 제안된 시스템은 TCP통신으로 모터부와 GUI부가 정보를 주고받기 때문에 원격 제어가 가능하다. 이 시스템은 햅틱 효과 출력 장치일 뿐만 아니라 입력 인터페이스로 사용될 수 있으므로 그 활용 범위가 넓다. The purpose of this study is to propose a new Haptic Dial System (HDS) for Virtual Prototyping by developing upgraded systems and various Haptic effects. The Haptic Effect Design (HED) which gives users sensations like handling actual products has a function of controlling loudness by force and changing Haptic effects on GUI windows in real-time. In addition, the HED has another function of editing intervals to express Haptic effects as graphical force and notch on windows. Many kind of dial knob can be attached and removed easily for testing the performance of actual product designs. The HDS can be remotecontrolled through giving and taking the information between motor part and GUI part with TCP communication. The HDS can be applied to the output devices of Haptic effects as well as input-interfaces.
Studies on Production of High Fat Diet Induced Obesity C57BL/6NCrjBgi Mice

To save researcher's animal room space, time and expense, we developed a standard protocol for production of diet induced obesity C57BL/6NCrjBgi mice. In this study, we evaluated general clinical signs, weekly body weight changes, weekly food intake, organ weights and glucose tolerance on male C57BL/6NCrjBgi mice fed high (D12451, Rodent Diet with 45 ㎉% fat, Research Diets Inc., New Brunswick, NJ; D-45 Group) and low (D12450B, Rodent Diet with 10 ㎉% fat; D-10 Group) fat diets for 16 weeks. The mean body weight of D-45 Group had significantly increased compared to D-10 Group as early as 1 week after initiation of diet. Food intake was not significantly different between two groups, but caloric intake and food efficiency ratio were significantly increased in D-45 Group. Absolute organ weights of spleen, liver, pancreas and kidneys in D-45 Group were significantly increased compared to D-10 Group. The significantly increased fat deposit in epididymal and perirenal area was found in D-45 Group. In glucose tolerance test, D-45 Group mice had glucose intolerance compared to D-10 Group mice. In summary, the first characterization data of C57BL/6NCrjBgi mice fed high fat diet for 16 weeks is very similar to the most frequently used C57BL/6J diet induced obesity (DIO) mouse model of Jackson Laboratory, USA.

Logging equipment and method have a major influence on harvesting productivity and cost. This study investigated the productivity and operational costs of tree-length cable yarding system using HAM300, a domestically developed tower yarder. We tested HAM300 for thinning operation in Pinus densiflora stands at Gangreung, Gangwon-do on April, 2014. To assess the productivity we conducted time study for each stage of the operation. When the average time/cycle was examined for each stage of the operation, the longest was for yarding (241 sec), followed by delimbing (237 sec), felling (153 sec), and processing (103 sec). Furthermore, productivity for felling was $8.6m^3/hr$, followed by delimbing ($5.1m^3/hr$), yarding ($3.5m^3/hr$), and processing ($8.1m^3/hr$). The total cost for the tree-length logging system was $58,446won/m^3$, of which the majority was incurred by the yarding cost at $46,217won/m^3$ (79.3%), whereas the lowest cost was for felling at $2,359won/m^3$ (4.1%). We suggest that it is necessary to foster specialized operators and provide training in operating the tower yarder thereby implementing efficient harvesting system resulting from low-cost yarding.

Experimental research was conducted to investigate the characteristics of various CFRP strengthening methods and effective depth of beam. A total of 12 specimens were tested in four point bending after strengthening them with externally bonded CFRP plates. The CFRP plates were bonded without prestress or with prestress levels of CFRP plate strain 0.6%. The non-prestressed specimen without anchor plate failed by separation of the plate from the beam due to premature debonding while the non-prestressed specimen with anchor plate failed by CFRP fracture and showed the significant increase of ductility capacity. In addition, the prestressed specimens failed by CFRP plate rupture. The maximum load and ductility capacity were most significantly increased. And it was founded the increasing ratio of ultimate load as to strengthening methods tends to decrease in case of the increase of effective depth of beam.
