The purpose of this study is to define the correlation between consumer's needs appearing diversely in recent years and characteristics of apartment unit plan derived from categorizing composition forms of unit plan. The results of this study are as follows; ① The separation and connection of public zone have relation to use space economically with living room in the center. ② The opened space composition is reflected to an increase in size and openness of the living room. ③ The variability by the hierarchy change of space appears into the introduction of variable designs through light wall and family room. ④ The protection of privacy and communication have relation to the separation of master zone and conversion of inner room to family communication space. ⑤ The diversity and individualization of rooms appear into giving a special function to rooms increased by the extension of bay. ⑥ the extension and connection of service space are reflected to an increase in size of balcony and storage and the flexibility of utility space. ⑦ The recovery of emotionality has relation to the introduction of interior garden.
[논문]다른 온도로 소성한 왕겨를 콘크리트 흔화재로 사용한 콘크리트의 강도특성에 관한 연구

본 논문은 다른온도로 소성한 왕겨를 콘크리트 흔화재로 사용한 콘크리트의 강도특성을 알아보기 위한 것으로 물결합재비를 35% 로 고정하고 왕겨의 혼입률을 각기 달리하여 소성온도에 따른 압축강도 특성과 왕겨의 혼입률에 따른 강도특성을 평가하였다. 실험결과 왕겨가 혼화재로서 성능을 발휘하는 최저 온도가 600℃인 것으로 나타났으며, 700℃로 소성한 경우 가장 우수한 강도 값을 나타내었다. 또한 혼입률별 압축강도 특성에서는 혼입률 10% 에서 가장 우수한 강도발현을 나타내었다.

This clinical study evaluated the whitening effect and safety of polymer based-pen type BlancTis Forte(NIBEC) containing 8.3% carbamide peroxide. Twenty volunteers used the BlancTis Forte whitening agent for 2 hours twice a day for 4 weeks As a control. Whitening Effect Pen (LG) containing 3% hydrogen peroxide was used by 20 volunteers using the same protocol. The change in shade (ΔE^(*) color difference) was measured using Shadepilot™ (DeguDent) before, during and after bleaching (2 weeks, 4 weeks and postbleaching 4 weeks). A clinical examination for any side effects (tooth hypersensitivity or soft tissue complications) was also performed at each check-up. The following results were obtained. 1 Both the experimental and control groups displayed a noticeable change in shade (ΔE) of over 2 No significant differences were found between the two group (p>0.05) implying that the two agents have a similar whitening effect. 2 The whitening effect was mainly due to changes in a and b values rather than in L value (brightness). The experimental group showed a significantly higher change in b value thus yellow shade than the control(p < 0.05) 3 None of the participants complained of tooth hypersensitivity or soft tissue complications confirming the safety of both whitening agents 8.3%의 carbamide peroxide를 함유한 펜형 코팅용 미백제인 BlancTis Forte (NIBEC, Seosul & JinCheon)를 실험군으로, 3% hydrogen peroxide를 함유한글 Whitening Effect Pen (LG. Seoul) 제재를 대조군으로 각각 피험자 20명에게 2시간씩 1일 2회 제조사의 지시대로 치아표면에 4주간 적용하도록 지시하고 색조개선 효능과 안전성을 평가하였다. 미백 효과는 미백 전 및 미백 2주, 4주 및 미백 종료 4주 후에 Shadopilot™을 이용하여 색 변화를 측정하였고, 매 내원시기마다 모든 환자는 치수생활력 검사와 치주 및 치태 검사를 통해 부작용 여부 (치아과민증 및 구감 내 연조직의 부작용)를 기록한 후 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1.실험군 및 대조군의 색 변화량 (ΔE)은 2이상으로 인지할 수 있는 색 변화를 보였으며, 두 제품 간에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않아 (p > 0.05) 유사한 미백효능을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. 2,미백효과는 명도의 개선보다는 주로 a. b값의 변화에 의한 것으로 특히 실험군에서 b값의 변화, 즉 황색조의 개선효과가 대조군에 비해 유의성 있게 높은 것으로 나타났다 (p <0.05). 3.치아나 치은의 과민증이나 이상증상을 호소하는 피험자는 없어 두 제품 모두 안전성을 확인할 수 있었다.

Objective To assess the intra-rater and inter-rater reliability for measuring tibial torsion measurements by a radiographic method using three-dimensional computed tomography reconstruction (3D-CT) and to compare the physical measures to those of 3D-CT. Method The study included 33 children who presented with intoeing gait. Tibial torsion was measured by 3D-CT. Distal reference point was the bimalleolar axis. Proximal reference points were the transtibial axis and posterior condylar axis. Physical measurements included thigh-foot angle (TFA) and bimalleolar angle (BMA). 3D-CT measurement and physical measurement were performed twice at both lower extremities by each rater. The intra-rater and inter-rater reliability were calculated by intraclass correlation coeffi ciency (ICC). Th e relationship between radiological and physical examination was calculated by Spearman correlation coefficient. Results The 3D-CT measures for tibial torsion were reliable within individual raters and between different raters. However, physical measures for tibial torsion were reliable within an individual rater but not reliable between raters. The 3D-CT measures by any proximal reference axis were more reliable within a rater and between raters than physical measurements. There was no signifi cant impact introduced by the selection of the proximal reference axis. The correlation coeffi ciency between 3D-CT and physical measurement methods was low. Conclusion Because the 3D-CT measurements for tibial torsion are more reliable than physical measurements, we recommend that accurate diagnosis of internal tibial torsion should be detected by using 3D-CT measurements. Also, considering the disadvantages of radiological measurements, physical measurement may be used for short term follow-up by same raters, as intra-rater reliability is relatively good.

Objectives: A field investigation was done to identify the level of epidermic and to evaluate the infection route of Salmonellosis occurred In a baby's first birthday banquet in Jeju Island Methods: Among participants In the banquet given on a baby's first birthday, persons showing gastrointestinal symptoms were conducted by the structured questionnaire and stool culture, The symptomless persons were also surveyed by self-responded structured questionnaire The causal relationship between food Items and gastrointestinal symptoms was proved by odds ratio and Wilcoxon rank-sum test Results: Salmonella london was identified in the stools of 12 subjects among 20 participants showing gastrointestinal symptoms, as well as in the boiled pork hock. Conclusions: This outbreak event is thought to happen after participants took the boiled pork hock that contaminated with Salmonella london during the storage process.
HCV core protein promotes liver fibrogenesis via up-regulation of CTGF with TGF-b1

Liver cirhosis is one of the major complications of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection, but the me-chanisms underlying HCV-related fibrogenesis are stil not clear. Although the roles of HCV core protein remain poorly understood, it is supposed to play an important role in the regulation of celular growth and hepatocarcinogenesis. The aim of this study was to examine the role of HCV established an in vitro co-culture system with primary hepatic stellate cel (HSC) isolated from rats, and a stable HepG2-HCV core cell line which had been transfected with HCV core gene. The expressions of fibrosis-related molecules trans-forming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1), transforming growth factor β receptor II (TGFβRII), α-smoth muscle actin (α-SMA) and conective tisue growth factor (CTGF) were analyzed via histo-pression levels of matrix metaloprotinase-2 (MP- 2) and colagen type I (Col I) from the co-cultured media were measured by zymogram and ELISA, respectively. The expresions of α-SMA, TGF-β1, Col I, TGFβRII and MP-2 were significantly in-creased in the co-culture of stable HepG2-HCV core with HSC. Moreover, the significant increases of CTGF and TGF-β1 in the HCV core- expresing cels were observed by either Northern or Wes-tern blot analysis. These results sugest that HCV core protein may contribute to the hepatic fibro-via up-regulation of CTGF and TGF-β1.
