        푸른길 공원의 대기 환경 특성에 관한 연구

        Objectives: This study aimed to survey the characteristics of air quality and meteorological conditions in a greenway park. Methods: We measured meteorological and health related factors, including noise, particulate matter ($PM_{10}$) and selected gaseous air pollutants at three locations in a greenway park and on a general roadside as comparison. The measurements were repeated four times from April to October 2014. Results: The average air temperature in the greenway park was $20.7^{\circ}C$ which was $1-2^{\circ}C$ lower than on the general roadside. The average $PM_{10}$ concentration in the greenway park was $85.0{\mu}g/m^3$, a level 2-3 times lower than that at the roadside. The noise level at the greenway site was 4.4 dB(A)- 23.0 dB(A) lower than at the roadside. The average CO, $CO_2$, $SO_2$ and NOx concentrations in the greenway park were lower than at the roadside. The average phytoncide and anions concentrations in the greenway park were higher than at the roadside. Conclusions: The urban forest of the greenway park may have some impact on air quality and meteorological conditions.

        경주 최부자 가문의 양택을 통해 본 풍수인식에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to research the feng-shui theory reflected in the philosophy of the Choi family upper class by analyzing the conditions of the feng-shui locations of the family-related sites. For this purpose, two residential areas(Chunguidang and Choi's Old House) have been selected. This study shows that two locations are highly suitable to feng-shui theory. The Choi family upper class was a Sajok during the Joseon dynasty in the Gyeong-Ju region who understood feng-shui theory very well. Their recognition of feng-shui was expressed via their search for the best site(Myungdang) and their application of the Bibo concept to improve minor defects in their settlement area in terms of feng-shui. This study is limited to analysis of two residential areas of the Choi family except their graves. Nevertheless, this study shows a part of recognitions of feng-shui of Sajok during the Joseon dynasty in the Gyeong-Ju region. This study helps people better understand the philosophy and thought of the Choi family upper class. 본 연구의 목적은 경주 최부자 가문 유적지의 風水적 특성을 분석하고, 이에 담겨 있는 최부자 가문의 풍수적 인식을 고찰하는 것이다. 이를 위한 연구대상으로 최부자 가문의 주요 양택지 두 곳인 내남 이조리 충의당과 교동 고택을 선정하였다.연구 결과, 충의당과 교동 고택 모두 양택지로서의 길지 조건을 갖추고 있었다. 이를 통해 조선시대 경주지역 사족인 최부자 가문 역시 그들의 생활 철학 속에 풍수적 인식을 상당 부분 보유하고 있었으며, 이러한 풍수적인식이 吉地를 찾고 定住地의 풍수적 결함을 裨補하는 등의 실제적인 노력으로 표출되었음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 그들의 풍수적 인식이 교동 시대인 조선 후기로 갈수록 발전하였음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 한계점은 최부자 가문의 양택에만 국한된 분석이며, 음택을 연구 대상에서 제외시킨 것이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 본 연구는 조선후기 경주지역 사족의 풍수 인식의 일면을 보여주고, 동시에 최부자 가문의 생활철학과 사상에 대한 이해를 한층 높이는 데에도 일조할 수 있다는 데에 본 연구의 의의가 있다 하겠다.

      • 공업용 접착제 증기 흡입이 흰생쥐 기관상피에 미치는 영향 : 조직화학적 및 미세구조적 연구

        Industrial glues, known as Bonds in Korea, contain many kinds of organic solvents, and glue sniffing of youths became one of the social problems in Korea. Mixed exposures to solvents by glue sniffing may induce chronic toxicities different from those induced by exposures to the solvent of single component. In this study, toxicological insult of the inhalation of glue vapor on the primary target organ, the tracheal epithelium of the respiratory system was morphologically worked out. Vapor samples of organic solvents were collected for analysis, and the components found were aceton, n-hexane, methyl cyclopentane, c-hexane, and toluene by gas mas. In order to inhale the organic solvents of adhesives to the mouse, experimental animals were exposed to vapors of the glues(acetone 5212 ppm, n-hexane 139 ppm, c-hexane 3757 ppm, methylcyclopentane 1820 ppm, and toluene 2.2 ppm) in a chamber for 20 min/day for 3, 5, 7, 14 consecutive days, in a whole body inhalation chamber. Control groups were exposed to room air. Animals were sacrificed and tracheal tissues were collected and fixed in 10% neutral formalin for light microscopy and in 2.5% glutaradlehyde - 1.5% paraformaldehyde for transmission electron microscopy and in 2.5% glutaraldehyde for scanning electron microscopy. The results are as follows : 1. In the tracheal epithelium of a normal mouse, ciliated cells, nonciliated cells and basal cells were found, but goblet cells and submucosal glands were not found. 2. In the tracheal mucosa of a normal mouse, alcianophilic bands were detected, but PAS positive bands were not found, but alcian blue-PAS positive cells were found in the mucosae exposed to glue vapor for 7 days and 14days. 3. Distributing of ciliated and nonciliated cells in the epithelium were roughly comparable during experimental periods; the longer the experimental period(2 week), higher the percentage of non-ciliated cells. 4. The mouse of organic solvent inhaled group showed three distinct forms of nonciliated cells, which were apparently transitional types between nonciliated cells and ciliated cells. It is suggested that the role of the nonciliated cell might be a developmental functioning involved in the epithelial cell turnover. Nonciliated cells show a great deal of plasticity; change to ciliated cells during the early phase; and revolving of nonciliated cells during the repopulation phase after injury. The results suggest that ultrastructural morphologic changes in tracheal epithelia may occur following glue sniffing, and those structural changes were analysed as an adaption to the environment.

      • Am-Be 선원을 통한 중성자의 전단면적 측정

        Total cross sections was measured for 6.45MeV∼8.96MeV (average 7.7MeV) neutron on ??, ??, ?? absorber using ?? fast neutron source. The 2" ø×2" NE-213 organic liquid scitillation detector was used as a spectrometer of neutrons and gamma-rays. The zero crossing time analysis method was introduced in order to obtain the pulse heigh spectrum of neutrons and n-γ pulse-shape spectrum was investigated. The ratio of neutron peak for a Vally was 1:20. The total cross section resulting from the experiment enabled us to suppose a optical model as a neutron model, obtain the radius of a nuclei.

        Tricaprylmethylammonium Chloride 에 의한 acrylonitrile 과 Methylmethacrylate 의 라디칼 공중합(1) : 공중합 반응속도론 Reaction Kinetics

        회분식 고분자 중합반응기에서 Na₂S₂O₄ 수용액상과 CCl₄ 유기상 접촉계면을 통한 액-액 불균일상계에서 tricaprylmethyl-ammonium chloride 상이동촉매를 사용하여 25℃, 질소기류하에서 acrylonitrile과 methylmethacrylate 단량체의 공중합 반응 실험을 행하여 초기 공중합속도를 측정하였다. 초기 공중합속도는 상이동촉매와 Na₂S₂O₄의 초기 농도항으로 나타내기보다는 수용액상에 존재하는 상이동촉매와 S₂O₄^(-2) 이온농도가 결합된 항으로 나타낸 [Q^+]_w[S₂O₄^(-2)]_w^½와 CCl₄의 제곱근과 단량체의 공급농도비에 정비례하였다. 측정한 초기 공중합속도를 사용하여 액-액 불균일계 접촉계면을 통한 공중합 반응기구를 해석하였다. The phase-transfer radical copolymerization of acrylonitrile with methylmethacrylate by tricaprylmethyl-ammonium chloride were investigated in a Na₂S₂O₄ aqueous-CCl₄organic two-phase system at 25℃ and under nitrogen atmosphere. The initial rate of copolymerization was found to be proportional to the concentration of [Q^+]_w, [S₂O₄^(-2)]_w^½, [CCl₄]_φ^½ and the molar ratio of feed of monomers. The observed initial rates of copolymerization were used to analyzed the copolymerization mechanism proposed with a cyclic phase-transfer initiation step.

        회분식 고분자중합 반응기에서 Na₂S₂O₄ 수용액상과 CCl₄ 유기상 접촉계면을 통한 액-액 불균일상계에서 tricaprylmethyl-ammonium chloride 상이동촉매를 사용하여 25℃, 질소기류하에서 acrylonitrile과 methylmethacrylate 단량체의 공중합반응을 행하여 초기 공중합 반응속도를 측정하였다. 측정한 초기 공중합속도를 사용하여 액-액 불균일계 접촉계면을 통한 공중합 반응에서 공중합 반응기구를 해석하였으며, 이로부터 단량체의 반응성비를 구하였다. 재래적으로 사용하는 Kelen-Tu¨do¨s법 및 Fireman-Ross법으로 구한 값과 비교하였으며, M₁과 M₂에 대한 반응성비는 각각 0.11과 2.30이었다.         Radiology assessment of bone healing afterd orthognathic surgery using fractal analysis

        Purpose : To evaluate the radiographic change of operation sites after orthognathic surgery using the digital image processing and fractal analysis. Materials and Methods : A series of panoramic radiographs of thirty-five randomly selected patients who had undergone mandibular orthognathic surgery (bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy) without clinical complication for osseous healing, were taken. The panoramic radiographs of each selected patient were taken at pre-operation (stage 0), 1 or 2 days after operation (stage 1), 1 month after operation (stage 2), 6 months after operation (stage 3), and 12 months after operation (stage 4). The radiographs were digitized at 600 dpi, 8 bit, and 256 gray levels. The region of interest, centered on the bony gap area of the operation site, was selected and the fractal dimension was calculated by using the tile-counting method. The mean values and standard deviations of fractal dimension for each stage were calculated and the differences among stage 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 were evaluated through repeated measures of the ANOVA and paired t-test. Results : The mean values and standard deviations of the fractal dimensions obtained from stage 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 were 1.658±0.048, 1.580±0.050, 1.607±0.046, 1.624±0.049, and 1.641±0.061, respectively. The fractal dimensions from stage 1 to stage 4 were shown to have a tendency to increase (p<0.05). Conclusion : The tendency of the fractal dimesion to increase relative to healing time may be a useful means of evaluating post-operative bony healing of the osteotomy site.
