Using a 5 year (2003 to 2007) pavement condition survey data from the highway pavement management system (HPMS), the roughness of the bridge deck pavement was analyzed. Based on the result of this analysis, this study tried to identify the factors affecting the deterioration of the bridge deck pavement condition. The data from HPMS indicates that the roughness of the bridge deck pavement is worse than that of the general pavement on the roadbed. The worse roughness of the bridge deck pavement is caused by the settlement of approach slab as well as the surface distress on the bridge deck pavement. In order to improve effectively the roughness of the bridge deck pavement, a management system was established in which not only the regular automated pavement condition survey to check the distress of surface of the bridge deck pavement was adopted but an automated surface profiler to check the degree of settlement of approach slab was applied. In the study The Leadership types and Features for leisure and Recreation Leaders are Surveyed and the Summary is as Follows. The Leadership can be classified in various ways according to the Leaders' Trait, situation, Function and object. In 1939 K. Levin and R.. Lippt in Iowa university U. S. A had Classified the Leadership types as Authoritarian, Democratic and Laissez Faire type. First, In Authoritarian type the leaders force the collective members to submit and emphasize orders and directions, ignoring the collective members' opinions and deciding the objectives of their activities dogmatically. Second, in Democratic leadership type collective members have the responsibility of setting and achieving the collective goals. According the leaders, through the active collective discussions try to elevate the individual utmost abilities and creation powers, to foster the relationship among the collective members and to smooth the collective relationships by easing the frictions and tensions. Third in Laissez Faire type the collective and members decide everything freely and at the will and the leader never controls and interveness and he is informed only when they have activities. The leader never participates, Criticizes and forces them to do anything. The features in Leisure and Recreation leaders ar devided in four type and they are explained by character liberal Technical and experiential factors.
