We fabricated a U-type micro-channel in sodium-alumino-borate by using femtosecond laser irradiation and optimized KOH solution etching. We tested the water transport through the channel. In addition, we fabricated a three-dimensional microchannel structure consisting of skew lines in 200 and 300 ㎛ and filled the channel with a dye solution to observe the channel thickness and the structure by employing a confocal microscope to observe the fluorescence pattern. 은이온이 첨가된 sodium-alumino-borate 유리를 제조하고 유리 내부에 펨토초 레이저를 조사하여 KOH 용액을 이용한 적정 식각 조건을 얻은 후 U자형 마이크로 채널을 제작하고 유체의 이동을 확인하였다. 또한 200 ㎛ 와 300 ㎛ 깊이에 서로 엇갈린 3차원 U자형 구조의 마이크로 채널을 제작한 후 dye 용액을 주입하고 공초점 현미경을 이용하여 채널 내부의 형광 이미지를 측정함으로써 제작된 채널의 크기와 구조를 관측할 수 있었다.
A New Lignan Glycoside from the Fruits of Cornus kousa Burg

A new lignan glycoside, (7'S, 8'R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-4'-O-β-D-xylopyranoside (1), named cornuskoside A, was isolated from the fruits of Cornus kousa. The structure of the compound was determined by spectroscopy, including FABMS, UV, IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR, DEPT and 2D-NMR (COSY, HSQC, and HMBC). This new lignan glycoside, along with its aglycone, (7'S, 8'R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol (3), and another lignan with a similar skeleton, (-)-balanophonin (2), which have been previously isolated from this plant, were evaluated for cytotoxicity in human cancer cell lines such as HeLa, MCF-7, SK-MEL-5, and SK-OV-3. Compounds 2 and 3 showed cytotoxicity against HeLa [IC50 = 29.1 μM (2), 45.5 μM (3)], MCF-7 [IC50 = 29.2 μM (2), 28.2 μM (3)], SK-MEL-5 [IC50 = 31.3 μM (2), 32.3 μM (3)], and SKOV-3 [IC50 = 33.4 μM (2), 43.4 μM (3)] cell lines.

A simply constructed and inexpensive amplifier that exhibits unusually low noise is studied. The high-performance differential amplifier combines high input impedence, adjustable gain, low in put noise and low output impedance. The amplifier is particularly useful in applications which call for large amplificaions of very low level signals. 값싼 부품으로 쉽게 제작 할수 있는 증폭기의 연구로서 이 고성능 차동 중폭기는 높은 입력 임피단스, 조정할 수 있는 이득, 낮은 입력잡음과 낮은 출력임피단스로 구성되어있다. 잡음을 거의 증폭하지 않고, 저입력을 위한 고성능 증폭기는 매우 낮은 신호의 높은 증폭이 요구되는 기기에 매우 유용하게 응용된다.
Lignans from the Fruits of Cornus kousa Burg. and Their Cytotoxic Effects on Human Cancer Cell Lines

The fruits of Cornus kousa Burg. were extracted with 80% aqueous MeOH, and the concentrated extract partitioned with EtOAc, n-BuOH and H2O. Six lignans were isolated from the EtOAc fraction through repeated silica gel, ODS and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies. From the physico-chemical data, including NMR, MS and IR, the chemical structures of the compounds were determined to be (+)-pinoresinol (1), (-)-balanophonin (2), (+)-laricresinol (3), erythro-guaiacylglycerol-β-coniferyl aldehyde ether (4), threo-guaiacylglycerol-β-coniferyl aldehyde ether (5) and dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol (6), which were isolated for the first time from this plant. Most of these compounds showed cytotoxicity against human colon carcinoma (HCT-116) and human hepatocellular carcinoma (HepG2) cell lines in vitro, with IC50 values ranging from 19.1 to 71.3 µg/mL.
ARE STORM-TIME SUBSTORMS TRIGGERED OR SPONTANEOUS?

Magnetic storms are almost always accompanied with substorms or substorm-like disturbances. Understanding the nature of the storm-time substorm is important for the currently critical issue of the storm-substorm relation. In this work we have done a statistical analysis in a straightforward way to see whether the storm-time substorms are preferably spontaneous or triggered. On the basis of 301 storm-time substorms selected for this work, we have found that the occurrence of about 28% of them was spontaneous while only 6.5% were associated with a clear trigger(s). The rest of the events were mostly associated with complex variations of IMF. The significant percentage for the spontaneous substorms implies that the possibility of finding a storm without a substorm is greatly reduced due to the spontaneous occurrence of the substorm even when the solar wind and IMF condition remains completely steady during the storm time. 디지털교육 교과목 수강경험에 따른 예비교사의 디지털 리터러시와 디지털 수업 자기효능감 차이: 학년별 탐색적 분석

교사 자격 취득을 위한 세부 기준이 개정되면서 디지털교육 교과목 편성은 의무화되었으나, 교과목 실효성에 대한 근거는 충분히 축적되지 않았다. 이에 본 연구는 예비교사 대상 디지털교육 교과목 수강경험이 디지털 리터러시와 디지털 수업 자기효능감에 차이가 나타나는지 검토하였고, 이러한 차이가 학년 맥락에서 어떠한 양상으로 나타나는지를 추가로 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재 사범대학 예비교사 199명을 대상으로 설문 자료를 수집하였다. 그리고 수집된 설문의 디지털교육 교과목 수강경험 문항을 기준으로 집단을 나눈 뒤, 수강경험 집단(122명)과 비수강 집단(77명) 간 학년 및 전공 분포 불균형을 고려하여 집단 간 사후 비교 설계를 적용하였다. 아울러 공변량분석을 통해 학년·성별·전공 및 사전 디지털 경험을 통제한 상태에서 수강경험의 효과를 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 디지털 리터러시는 수강경험 집단에서 전반적으로 더 높게 나타났으며, 공변량을 포함한 모형에서도 수강경험의 주효과가 유의하였다. 반면 디지털 수업 자기효능감은 기본 모형에서는 수강경험의 주효과는 유의하였으나, 사전 디지털 경험 공변량을 포함한 모형에서는 유의하지 않았다. 수강경험과 학년의 상호작용은 두 종속변인 모두에서 유의하지 않았으나, 탐색적 집단비교 분석에서는 디지털 리터러시의 경우 3학년에서(=.005), 디지털 수업 자기효능감의 경우 4학년 이상에서만 유의한 집단 차이(=.026)가 관찰되었다. 이러한 결과는 디지털교육 교과목 수강경험이 일부 성과변인과 관련될 가능성을 시사하나, 학년별 차이 효과는 탐색적 패턴으로 이해할 필요가 있다. 그럼에도 디지털교육 교과목 효과가 학년 맥락에 따른 차이 양상이 나타남에 따라 3학년에서는 디지털 리터러시 함양을 위한 설계 기반 학습을, 4학년 이상에서는 자기효능감 강화를 위한 실습·수행 중심 학습 강화를 검토할 수 있다. This study examined whether enrollment in a Digital Education course was associated with differences in preservice teachers’ digital literacy and digital instructional self-efficacy, and explored whether these differences varied by grade level. Survey data were collected from 199 preservice teachers at a metropolitan teacher education college, including 122 course participants and 77 non-participants, and analyzed using ANCOVA within a posttest-only comparison design between naturally formed groups. After controlling for grade, sex, major, and prior digital experience covariates, digital literacy was significantly higher among course participants, whereas digital instructional self-efficacy showed a significant enrollment-related difference only in the baseline model. The interaction between course enrollment and grade level was not significant for either outcome. Exploratory grade-level comparisons showed that digital literacy differed only among third-year students ( = .005), while digital instructional self-efficacy differed only among fourth-year and higher students ( = .026). These findings suggest that Digital Education course enrollment may be related to some preservice teacher outcomes, but the grade-level patterns should be interpreted as exploratory rather than confirmatory evidence, indicating the need to consider grade-level curricular contexts when designing Digital Education courses. In particular, course activities that connect digital tool use with instructional design and teaching practice may be useful for aligning Digital Education courses with preservice teachers’ developmental needs.
