K-BEAUTY 플래그쉽 스토어에 나타나는 체험마케팅 특성 분석 연구

국내외적으로 K-beauty의 인기는 한류열풍과 함께 지속해가면서 브랜드를 체험할 수 있는 플래그쉽 스토어의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 K-beauty 브랜드의 플래그쉽 스토어에서 활용되고 있는 체험마케팅 요소들의 소비자에게 미치는 영향력을 규명하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 삼는다. 분석 방법으로는 K-beauty 플래그쉽 스토어에 관한 선행연구와 문헌자료를 바탕으로 플래그쉽 스토어를 직접 방문하여 체험적 요소를 찾아 특성들을 분석하는 방법으로 진행되었다. 파인과 길모어의 4가지(4Es)체험유형(4Es-Entertainment, Educational, Escapist, Esthetic)을 분석 툴로 적용하여 정성평가 바탕으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 분석 범위로는 주타겟층인 20-30대 여성소비자의 방문율이 높으며 K-beauty 플래그쉽이 응집되어있는 강남구 신사동 가로수길에 위치한 `컨셉스토어` 형식의 브랜드로 한정하였다. 분석결과 K-beauty 플래그쉽 스토어는 <현실도피 체험>과 <미적 체험>이 가장 강하게 제공함을 연구를 통해 알 수 있었으며 이는 K-beauty 시장의 특성인 문화 컨텐츠 속의 주인공들을 모방하고 싶어 하는 타겟층의 소비심리를 바탕으로 K-beauty플래그쉽 스토어가 효과적으로 소통이 되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 플래그쉽 스토어 중 "닥터 자르트"는 4가지 체험마케팅 영역의 정도가 평균적으로 가장 높게 제공되어 스위트스팟 영역이 가장 넓으며 그 결과 브랜드 충성도가 높고 지속성이 확보되는 브랜드로 소통됨을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 <교육 체험>을 강화했을 때 소비자에게 브랜드의 정보와 지식을 자연스럽고 즐겁게 제공하여, 재구매율이 증가되어 궁극적으로는 부가가치가 상승됨을 알 수 있었다. Recently popularity of K-beauty has been strongly growing all around the world. Therefore, the importance of the flagship stores of K-beauty brands are becoming considerate factor. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the experiential marketing elements in the K-beauty flagship stores and the communication with the consumers. The analysis method is based on Pine and Gilmour`s 4 characteristics experiential analytical tools(4Es) which are Entertainment experience, Educational experience, Escapist experience, Esthetic experience. The scope of this analysis is restricted to the `concept store` type brands, which are located for the main target audiences age of 20-30 female consumers, who are very enthusiastic about K-beauty products. The analysis shows that in the K-beauty flagship stores they have been providing < Escapist Experience > and < Aesthetic Experience > the most. The K-beauty flagship store is being effectively communicating with the costumers who wants to imitate the characters of Korean cultural society. In conclusion, Among those 5 flagship stores I have been researching, "Dr. Jart" flagship store showed the highest average level of the four experiential marketing characteristics. Therefore, the area of the sweet spot is most wide, which means the brand`s loyalty shows the strongest. Finally, if the flagship stores strengthened the < Educational experience >, consumers will naturally accept the brand identity easily, and re-purchase rate will increase ultimat ely.

다공질 실리콘층(Porous Silicon LayerLPSL)을 사용하여 저온 열산화 (50$0^{\circ}C$, 1시간)와 급속 열산화공정(rapid thermal oxidationLRTO)(115$0^{\circ}C$, 1분)을 통하여 저온 산화막을 제조하였다. 제조된 산화막의 특성을 IR흡수 스펙트럼, C-V 곡선, 절연파괴전압, 누설전류, 그리고 굴절률을 조사함으로써 알아보았다. 절연파괴전압은 2.7MV/cm, 누설전류는 0-50V 범위에서 100-500pA의 값을 보였다. 산화막의 굴절률은 1.49의 값으로서 열산화막의 굴절률에 근접한 값을 나타냈다. 이 결과로부터 다공질 실리콘층을 저온산화막으로 제조할 때, RTO공정이 산화막의 치밀화(densification)에 크게 기여함을 알 수 있었다.

Escherichia coli O114에 의한 용혈성 요독 증후군 2례

We report two cases of hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS) associated with Escherichia coli O114. Two cases were similar and showed the same clinical courses. After prodrome of diarrhea and vomiting lasting 1-2 days, azotemia persisted for about 10 days, and during that period, the patients were on peritoneal dialysis. They recovered without any sequelae after about 15 days. Direct multiplex PCR of stool culture revealed eae and stx2 gene and the result of ELISA done on the colony positive of one gene confirmed Escherichia coli O114. This is the first report of HUS associated with Escherichia coli O114. We recommend, Shiga toxin producing bacterial Infection must be considered and efforts should be made to scrutinize the organism in all diarrhea-prodrome HUS patients.(J Korean Soc Pediatr Nephrol 2002 ;6 : 102-8) 저자들은 stx2 유전자 양성인 E.coli O114 에 의한 용혈성 요독 증후군 2례를 경험하여 보고하는 바이다. 두 환자 모두 설사와 구토가 1-2일 지속된 후 급작스럽게 요량 감소와 빈혈, 혈소판감소증을 보였으며 10일 간의 복막 투석 치료를 받았으며 급성기에 혈압 증가와 함께 전신성 강직 간대성의 경련이 15-20분 간 있었다. 15여 일 경과 후 후유증 없이 회복되었다. 대변 배양액의 PCR에거 eae와 stx2 유전자를 확인하였고 colony hybridization을 시행하여 O114 혈청형으로 진단하였다. 본 증례는 E.coli O114에 의해 유발된 용혈성 요독 증후군의 첫 국내 보고이다.

Objective : This study was designed to evaluate the effects of oriental medicine therapy on a normal pressure hydrocephalus patient. Methods : The clinical data was analyzed on a patient with normal pressure hydrocephalus whose main symptoms were dementia, gait disturbance and urinary incontinence. The patient was admitted to the internal medicine department of Dong-shin University Oriental Hospital from December 7, 2002, and remaind until January 20, 2003. He was treated with herbal medicine(Yukmijiwhangtang), acupuncture and moxa therapy. Results : After treatment, improvement was seen in dementia, gait disturbance, and urinary incontinence. Conclusions : The study suggests that oriental medicine therapy is significantly effective on the treatment or normal pressure hydrocephalus.
