        This study is for the effective analysis and strategic utilization of tourism event. Concerning this research, we have proceeded structural approach of event attaching importance to experience which is a key character of tourism event. The approach of tourism event experience applied Strategic Experiential Modules(SEMs) of Schmitt(l999) where the strategy side is emphasized. To examine how the tourism event effect on the tourist attitude related with the competitive power of tourism destination. In sum, the purpose of this research is to investigate how the experience of tourism event effect on the tourist attitude. In total, questionnaires were handed out by a random sampling method to visitors at the Nam-San Korean Folk Village and valid 200 questionnaires were used in this study. SPSS 13.0 was used to analyze the experience of tourism event and tourist attitude. Statistical methods such as factor analysis and Anova were used to analyze the data. The results of the empirical analysis shows that sense, emotion, recognition, and relation, which are the elements of the experience of tourism event, appears to form the attitude of tourism event. The results of empirical analysis proved that tourism event can contribute to form tourism satisfaction.

      • 자생 차(Camellia sinensis L.)의 육묘 방법에 관한 연구

        These experiments were conducted to studies on methods raising seedling in Native Tea Trees(Camellia sinensis L.). this experiment was conducted for 2years from 1999 to 2000 in Kyeongnam Provincial Rural Development Administration(R.D.A) The results were summarized as follows: 1. Germination percentage, mature seedling percentage, tiller, leaf number, leaf length and dry weight become higher Cup Pot Φ16cm treatment plot, plant height and leaf area was high some Net Pot Φ15cm treatment plot. 2. The growth of underground and aboveground show a good result all Cup Pot Φ16cm treatment plot. 3. The T/R rate of Cup Pot Φ16cm treatment plot were found 100% and Cup Pot Φ15cm treatment plot were found 114%. 4. The economic gains become higher Cup Pot Φ16cm.

      • 항갑상선제로 치료한 그레이브스병 환자의 관해예측인자

        Background: Most cases of Graves' disease have been treated by antithyroid drugs in Korea. The major drawbacks of antithyroid drugs are the relative high rate of relapse and the inconvinience of long term therapy. Measurement of TBII and TRH stimulation test have been considered as the most reliable tests predicting relapse, but the predictive power is not high enough to use in clinical situation. This study was performed to find good prognostic indicators in Graves' disease patients after the discontinuation of antithyroid drug therapy. Subjects and methods : We restrospectively evaluated 96 patients with Graves' disease who showed normal TRH test at the end of antithyroid drug therapy and were followed for more than one year. Serum T3, T4, T3/T4 ratio, TBII, Anti-TPO Ab and TGAb levels were measured at the time of diagnosis and at the end of therapy. Two to three months after withdrawal of antithyroid medication, serum TSH and free T3 responses to TRH were examined. These parameters were compared between the relapse group and the remission group. Results : Among the 96 patients, 22 patients(22.9%) relapsed(Group Ⅱ) and 74 patients(77.1%) remained in remmision(Group Ⅰ). No significant difference was observed between the relapse and the remission group in clinical parameters, serum T3, T4, TSH, T3/T4 ratio, TBⅡ and Anti-TPO Ab determined before and after treatment. Serum TSH and free T3 levels measured after TRH stimulation were also similar in both groups. Serum TGAb levels determined at the end of treatment were significantly higher in the remission group(p<0.05). Relapse following the discontinuation of therapy occured within 24 months in 72.7% of the relapsed cases. After 24 months, relapse rate was reduced significantly. Conclusion : These results suggest that high serum TGAb levels could be a favorable prognostic indicator for the long term remission of Graves' disease treated with antithyroid drugs, and may suggest that Hashimoto's thyroiditis is combined with Graves' disease in those patients.

      • 빠른 핸드오프를 지원하는 PKI 기반의 무선랜 인증기법 설계

        Wireless LAN has the advantage of extension, flexibility, and easy of installation and maintenance. However it is vulnerable to security attacks. Public Key Infrastructure(PKI) is a good solution offering security function. to wireless LAN PKI offers high security, but it able generates high overheads such as CRL search and certificate verification. For the fast handoff, the overheads should be minimized. In this paper, we design a fast handoff authentication mechanism using PKI in wireless LAN and analyze the performance of the mechanism.

      • 주사 탐침 현미경을 이용하여 표면 처리한 기판 위의 DNA 관찰

        대장균에서 추출한 plasmid DNA를 운모 기판에 착상시켜 주사 탐침 현미경으로 관찰하였다. plasmid DNA를 운모 기판에 착상시키기 위하여 운모 기판을 염 이온으로 0.01~10mM까지 농도를 변화시켜 표면 처리하였다. 운모 기판 위 염 이온의 농도 차이를 X-선 광전 분광기(XPS)로 표면을 분석하였다. 기판 처리에 사용한 염 이온의 농도에 영향을 받아 착상된 DNA의 밀도 및 모양이 변화하였다. 운모 기판 처리 농도에 따른 AFM 영상 차이와 XPS로 분석한 기판 위의 염 이온의 상태를 제시하고, 이들 사이의 상관관계에 대하여 논의하였다. The plasmid DNA on mica is observed using scanning probe microscopy. The mica surface is treated by 0.01~10mM NiCl_(2) for depositing the plasmid DNA. Concentration difference of NiCl_(2) on mica is analyzed a treated mica surface using XPS. The plasmid DNA on the treated mica has a difference of density and conformation in proportion as Ni^(2+) concentration. We present AFM topology difference and Ni^(2+) states on mica by XPS, discuss interaction between AFM topology difference and Ni^(2+) states on mica

      • Electrostatic Force Microscopy Plasmid DNA의 전기적 특성 관찰

        p53HIS plasmid DNA를 운모 기판에 착상시켜 기판과 DNA 사이의 전기적인 특성을 electrostatic force microscope(EFM)와 atomic force microscope(AFM)을 이용하여 관찰하였다. DNA를 운모 기판 위에 착상시키기 위해 표면을 NiCl_(2) 용액으로 염 이온 처리했다. 염 이온의 농도에 따라 DNA와 기판과의 상호 작용에 의해 착상량과 DNA 단차 및 EFM 신호(DNA 외관상 단차)에 차이가 있었다. 즉, 염 농도가 높을수록 운모 기판에 고정되어 있는 DNA양이 많아졌고 기판과의 강한 상호 작용에 의해 DNA의 높이가 낮아지는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. 반면 EFM신호는 탐침과 기판간의 척력 증가에 의해 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 또한 DNA의 한 부분에 전기적인 스트레스를 주었을 때의 특성을 EFM을 이용하여 분석하였다. We observe electrical characteristics between the plasmid DNA and mica by electrostatic force microscopy (EFM) and atomic force microscope (AFM). Firstly, we treated the mica by NiCl_(2) solution for depositing DNA. We monitored density of DNA molecules, DNA height and EFM signal from DNA-substrate interaction as Ni^(2+) concentration. We observe the plasmid DNA's height as Ni^(2+)concentration using AFM. On the other hand, EFM signal increase by increased repulsion between probe and substrate. After introducing voltage stress to a local area of DNA molecule, apparent height difference of DNA molecules was measured due to the charge injection or removal. Similar experiments were done with different bias polarities and sequential stress steps.

        전립선 비대 증상 자각군과 일반 남성군의 전립선 비대 증상, 일상생활 활동, 성생활 만족 및 안녕감 비교

        Purpose: This study was designed to explore and compare the prostatic hypertrophoc symptoms, activities of daily living, satisfaction of sexual activities and well-being among subjects with prostatic hypertrophic symptoms and the general population. Method: One hundred subjects with prostatic hypertrophic symptoms and one hundred general persons were recruited in K medical center. The data were collected from October 20, 2001 to March 30, 2002 by structured questionnaire. Result: The results were the following; 1. The percentage of mild(0~7), moderate(8~19) and severe(20~35) symptoms between subjects with prostatic hypertrophic symptoms and general persons were 6% : 60%, 54% : 39%, 40% : 1%. 2. There was a significant difference in prostatic hypertrophic symptoms(t=12.82, p<.001), in activities of daily living(t=-7.77, p<.0001), in satisfaction of sexual activities (t=-4.80, p<.0001), in well-being(t=-4.80, p<.0001) between subjects with prostatic hypertrophic symptoms and general persons 3. There was a significant difference in activities of daily living(F=16.28, p<.0001), satisfaction of sexual activities(F=3.98, p<.05) according to prostatic hypertrophic symptoms in subjects with prostatic hypertrophic symptoms. Conclusion : According to the above findings, prostatic hypertrophic symptoms influence activities of daily living, satisfaction of sexual activities, well-being of subjects with prostatic hypertrophic symptoms negatively.

      • 메칠트리에톡시실란과 페닐트리에톡시실란으로 만들어진 콜로이드상 실리카 코팅의 표면 및 광학적 성질

        투명 플라스틱의 내 마모성을 향상시키고 특히 소재와의 굴절률의 차이에 기인한 간섭 현상 등을 최소화하여 보다 우수한 광학적 특성을 가진 하드 코팅제를 제조하기 위하여 유기물로서 methyl triethoxy silane(MTES)과 phenyl triethoxy silane(PTES)을 병용하고 무기물로서 colloidal silica를 사용하며 유-무기 복합 코팅제를 sol-gel 법에 의해 합성하였으며, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA)판에 코팅된 도막의 표면 및 광학적 특성을 조사하였다. 무기 실리카에 MTES와 PTES를 결합시킨 경우 도막 표면의 거칠기가 현저히 감소하였다. 코팅된 PMMA 판의 내 마모성은 유기 실란의 양이 증가할수록 증가하는 경향을 보였으며 굴절율은 PTES의 양이 증가할수록 서서히 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 사용된 경화 촉매인 tetramethyl ammoniumformate는 소재와 코팅 도막을 매우 효율적으로 결합시켜 좋은 접착력을 나타내었다. Polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) sheets were coated with silica coatings by the sol-gel method, and their abrasion resistance, optical and surface characteristics were evaluated. Methyl triethoxy silane (MTES), phenyl triethoxy silane(PTES) and colloidal silica were used for the rotating agent. The addition of MTES and PTES to colloidal silica enabled the formation of coatings with very smooth surface. The abrasion resistance of PMMA sheet coated with silica coaling agent increased PMMA sheet slightly increased with the increase with the ratio of PTES. The addition of a curing catalyst, tetramethylammoniumformate, was found to be very effective to increase the adhesion strength of the foaling agent to the substrates.

      • 세그멘트 폴리우레탄 우레아에 기초한 순수 고체전해질의 이온 전도성

        4,4'-methylene - bis(phenyl isocyanate), ethylene diamine과 poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)/poly( propylene oxide)(PPO)(Mw~1000, 2440, 3400)의 공중합체로 세그멘트 폴리우레탄 우레아(SPUU)를 하였다. 전해질은 용액 법으로 필름을 형성시켜 제조하였다. 고분자전해질 필름의 이온 전도도는 Pt 전극을 사용하여 교류 임피던스로 측정하였다. 이들 고분자전해질은 실온에서 높은 전도도를 보였으며, lithium perchlorate를 약 20%(w/w) 함유한 고분자전해질이 가장 우수하여 실온에서 3.1×10-5s/cm 가 나왔다. 이들 복합체의 이온 전도도는 온도에 대해 Arrhenius형태를 따르는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이상의 결과는 용매가 포함되지 않는 고분자 전해질로서 SPUU의 가능성을 제시하고 있다. Various types of segmented poly(urethane urea)s(SPUUs) were synthesized from 4,4-metylene-bis(phenyl isocyanate), ethylene diamine, and poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO)/poly(polypropylene oxide) (PPO) copolymer with molecular weights of 1000, 2440 and 3400. The films of electrolyte were prepared by the solution casting method. Ionic conductivity measurements were carried out on thin film of the polymer electrolytes that had been contacted with Pt electrode assembly using conventional AC impedance spectroscopy. These polymer electrolytes showed inherently high ionic conductivity at room temperature. The optimum concentration of lithium perchlorate was about 20%(w/w). resulting in an ionic conductivity of about 3.1 × 10-5S/cm at room temperature. The ionic conductivity of these complexe was found to show the Arrhenius tripe temperature dependence. These results indicate that prepared SPUUs electrolytes are promising candidates for the development of polymeric solvent-free electrolyte.
