This study is to choose the most proper model for AGV Throughout simulation of behavior of suspension to reduce trial and error because there is no AGV treating heavy weight at harbor loading and unloading at home. Therefore, we estimate the vibration modes of the various suspensions applied to AGV, which is over 75 ton included the weight of two containers using the Matlab in the case of G and 5G, one of the simulation programs.

In cases of acute liver failure or acute or chronic liver failure, extracorporeal albumin dialysis utilizing a Molecular Adsorbent Recirculating System has been used to treat liver failure and to reduce serum total bilirubin concentrations as a bridge therapy until either liver transplantation or spontaneous recovery. However, the procedure is expensive and is not easily administered in clinical practice. Recently, single pass albumin dialysis (SPAD) using continuous renal replacement therapy was introduced, but information is scarce regarding its efficacy in controlling serum bilirubin. The authors report a case of acute hepatitis A, in which SPAD was performed to correct severe hyperbilirubinemia.

<P>The thermal behavior of gadolinium hydroxychloride (Gd(2)(OH)(5)Cl·nH(2)O, LGdH) has been closely studied to provide the important factors that should be considered for its high temperature applications. Combined analyses of thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry-mass spectrometry (TG-DSC-MS) showed that, under atmospheric air with a considerable amount of water, the decomposition of LGdH to Gd(2)O(3) is completed at 1050 °C. However, in either dry air or Ar gas, the transformation continued up to around 1300 °C. Thus, the thermal decomposition of LGdH was more influenced by H(2)O than by O(2). FT-IR spectra and X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns were used to study LGdHs calcined at high temperatures (up to at least 600 °C). Calcined LGdH's ability to intercalate anions into the interlayer space could be recovered by the reconstruction of intralayer structure through rehydration and rehydroxylation. These processes were significantly accelerated at elevated temperatures. The recovery behavior of LGdH was examined in different anionic solutions at different temperatures.</P>

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P> <I>Morchella esculenta</I> (Morchellaceae), one of the most widely appreciated wild edible mushrooms, has demonstrated antitumor activity both <I>in vivo</I> and <I>in vitro</I>. However, the molecular basis underlying its antitumor activity has not yet been elucidated. In this study, we examined the biological effects of the MeOH extract of <I>M. esculenta</I> fruiting bodies on four human lung adenocarcinoma cell lines. Bioactivity-guided fractionation of the MeOH extract followed by chemical investigation of its most cytotoxic hexane-soluble fraction led to the isolation of eight compounds (<B>1</B> −<B>8</B>), including three fatty acids and five sterols. This is the first report of the isolation of compounds <B>1</B> and <B>3</B>–<B>7</B> from <I>M. esculenta</I>. Among the eight isolated compounds tested, compounds <B>1</B>, <B>3,</B> and <B>5</B> exhibited the most potent cytotoxicity to human lung cancer cell lines, with IC<SUB>50</SUB> values ranging from 156.9 to 278 M; this activity was mediated by induction of apoptosis.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Morel mushroom (<I>Morchella esculenta</I>) is a wild edible mushroom. </LI> <LI> Bioactivity-guided isolation of the extract led to the isolation of eight compounds. </LI> <LI> Compounds <B>1</B> and <B>3</B>–<B>7</B> were isolated for the first time from <I>M. esculenta</I>. </LI> <LI> Compounds <B>1</B>, <B>3</B>, and <B>5</B> exhibited potent cytotoxicity to human lung cancer cells. </LI> <LI> The activity of compounds <B>1</B>, <B>3</B>, and <B>5</B> was mediated by the induction of apoptosis. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>
Tristetraprolin regulates expression of VEGF and tumorigenesis in human colon cancer

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Tristetraprolin (TTP) is an AU‐rich element‐binding protein that regulates mRNA stability. Here, we report that TTP suppress the growth of human colon cancer cells both <I>in vivo</I> and <I>in vitro</I> by regulating of the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). TTP protein expression in human colonic tissues was markedly decreased in colonic adenocarcinoma compared with in normal mucosa and adenoma. VEGF expression was higher in colonic adenocarcinoma than in normal mucosa and adenoma. Specific inhibition of TTP expression by RNA‐interference increased the expression of VEGF in cultured human colon cancer cells, and TTP overexpression markedly decreased it. In addition, elevated expression of TTP decreased the expression level of luciferase linked to a 3′ terminal AU‐rich element (ARE) of VEGF mRNA. Colo320/TTP cells overexpressing TTP grew slowly <I>in vitro</I> and became tumors small in size when xenografted <I>s.c</I> into nude mice. These findings demonstrate that TTP acts as a negative regulator of VEGF gene expression in colon cancer cells, suggesting that it can be used as novel therapeutic agent to treat colon cancer.</P>
Monatomic Chemical-Vapor-Deposited Graphene Membranes Bridge a Half-Millimeter-Scale Gap

<P>One of the main concerns in nanotechnology is the utilization of nanomaterials in macroscopic applications without losing their extreme properties. In an effort to bridge the gap between the nano- and macroscales, we propose a clever fabrication method, the inverted floating method (IFM), for preparing freestanding chemical-vapor-deposited (CVD) graphene membranes. These freestanding membranes were then successfully suspended over a gap a half-millimeter in diameter. To understand the working principle of IFM, high-speed photography and white light interferometry were used to characterize and analyze the deformation behaviors of the freestanding graphene membranes in contact with a liquid during fabrication. Some nanoscale configurations in the macroscopic graphene membranes were able to be characterized by simple optical microscopy. A Study for the Sharing and the Managing the STEP Data on the Heterogeneous Computing Environment

The product information is defined as the information that is obtained in the whole life cycle of a product from design and manufacturing to marketing and it carries out the important role under the changeful industrial environment. It is necessary to use computers for efficient product data sharing. But, in practice, because of various product data types and heterogeneous computing environment, it is difficult to share the product information among different computer systems. This paper presents the methodology for sharing the product information without a hitch in heterogeneous computing environment by using the international standard of the product information ISO-10303 STEP and CORBA.

Purpose - This paper aims to examines the various factors influencing the purchase decisions of Malaysian consumers for halal food and based on this analysis, to present some measures by which Korea’s food industry could expand exports to the Malaysian market. Design/methodology - This research used SPSS 12.0 for descriptive analysis, ANOVA, t-tests, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and reliability analysis based on a total of 571 responses were included as the final data in the 600 surveys administered. Findings - Malaysian consumers had high trust and confidence in products that had obtained halal certifications. This reflects the cultural situation where 61% of the Malaysian population consist of Muslims. In terms of the consumption of Korean foods, items such as ramyeon, confectionery, and kimchi were found to enjoy high awareness and strong preference among local consumers, thus suggesting their competitiveness. Originality/value - This paper attempts to examine consumer characteristics - an aspect that had received insufficient treatment in previous studies on halal certifications in Muslim countries. This study found the purchase practices and influencing factors behind Malaysian consumers’ purchases of imported foods and Korean foods. Therefore, it is expected that this result can give Korean food industry an insights and strategies for exporting Korean food to Malaysia.
