        여가유형에 따른 여가열의와 진지한 여가의 관계분석

        This study was conducted to establish the relationship between leisure engagement and serious leisure time by leisure type. For the purpose of this study, the participants of leisure activities were studied in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province in September 2018. For the purpose of this study, frequency analysis was performed to identify demographic characteristics, and reliability analysis, exploration factor analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS Window 25.0 program. As a result of verifying the relation between leisure engagement and serious leisure according to leisure type, it is found that the sub - factors of leisure enthusiasm are self - efficacy, immersion, vitality, sub - factors of devotion and serious leisure, patience, professionalism, personal effort, Showed a significant correlation of leisure identity. Second, leisure engagement for predicting serious leisure according to leisure type was found to influence. The suggestion of this study is more in depth than at a time when the types of leisure activities are becoming diverse and the number of participants continues to increase, and more meaningful research results can be derived by dividing them into a wide range of subjects. 본 연구는 여가유형에 따른 여가열의와 진지한 여가의 관계분석을 규명하기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구를 위하여 서울, 경기에서 2018년 9월 여가활동 참여자를 대상을 연구하였다. 본 연구를 위해 인구 통계학적 특성을 알아보기 위해 빈도분석을 실시하였으며, 신뢰도 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 SPSS Window 25.0프로그램을 사용하여 실시하였다. 여가유형에 따른 여가열의와 진지한 여가의 관계를 검증한 결과, 첫째, 여가열의의 하위요인인 효능감, 몰입, 활력, 헌신과 진지한 여가의 하위요인인 인내, 전문성, 개인적 노력, 지속적 혜택, 기풍, 여가정체성의 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 여가유형에 따라 진지한 여가를 예측하는 여가열의는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 제언으로는 여가활동에 유형이 다양해지고 지속적으로 참여자가 증가되고 있는 시점에서 보다 더 심도 있고, 폭넓은 연구 대상자를 대상으로 이를 세분화하여 연구한다면 보다 의미 있는 연구결과를 도출해 낼 수 있을 것이다.

      • 군산골프장과 월명산에 분포하는 셀룰로스 분해세균에 대한 연구

        In this study, We investigated not only the population densities of aerobic heterotrophic and cellulolytic bacteria but also their population diversities by 16S rDNA analysis from the soil of Gunsan County Club and Weoulmyeong Mt. located in Gunsan from May to August 2012. The results were as follows; Population densities of aerobic heterotrophic and cellulolytic bacteria by plate counting method were in the range of 0.9 ± 0.5 × 106 4.4 ± 0.2 × 106 cfu g-1 dry weight and from 1.4 ± 0.2 × 104 ~ 5.4 ± 0.4 × 105 cfu g-1 dry weight during sampling periods, respectively. We selected nine strains and identified by using 16S rDNA analysis. As a results, they were identified as Bacillus megaterium, Streptomyces albogriseolus, Brevibacillus brevis, Streptomyces toxytricini, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus aryabhattai, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus circulans, and Bacillus subtilis. Among identified 9 strains, Bacillus cereus showed the highest cellulase activity. 군산 골프장 내 잔디 발효장 및 월명산 토양에 분포하는 호기성 종속영양세균은 0.9 ± 0.5 × 106 ~ 4.4 ± 0.2 × 106 cfu g-1 d. wt. 의 범주에서 균체수를 나타냈으며, 셀룰로스 분해 세균은 1.4 ± 0.2 × 104 ~ 5.4 ± 0.4 × 105 cfu g-1 d. wt. 의 범주에서 균체수를 나타냈다. 군산 골프장 내 잔디발효장이 월명산 토양보다 호기성 종속영양세균의 경우는 약 5배, 셀룰로스 분해세균의 경우는 약 38배 더 많은 균체수가 나타냈다. 16S rDNA 분석을 통하여 군산 골프장 내 잔디 발효장 및 월명산 토양으로부터 셀룰로스 분해능이 뛰어난 9개 균주를분리하여 동정한 결과 각각 Bacillus megaterium, Streptomyces albogriseolus, Brevibacillus brevis, Streptomyces toxytricini, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus aryabhattai, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus circulans 및 Bacillus subtilis로 밝혀졌다.

      • 수소왕복엔진 고고도 장기체공 무인기 적용을 위한 수소 SI 엔진 시뮬레이션

        본 연구에서는 수소왕복엔진 고고도 장기체공 무인기의 추진 시스템 개발을 위하여 가솔린 엔진에 수소 연료를 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 시행하였다. 엔진 모델링 및 시뮬레이션은 Ricardo WAVE 로 수행되었다. 먼저 실제 2.4L 4 기통 가솔린 엔진의 제원을 이용하여 1 atm 조건에서 가솔린 엔진 모델링 및 시뮬레이션을 수행하였고, 가솔린 엔진 성능 시험 결과와의 비교를 통해 시뮬레이션 모델의 신뢰성을 오차범위 4%이내로 검증하였다. 그 후 연료를 수소로 변경하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였고, 그 결과 수소왕복엔진의 최대 출력 및 토크, 연비는 각각 101kW, 173N·m, 90g/kWh 로, 무인기 적용을 위한 성능 및 연비 수준을 만족하였다. 본 시뮬레이션은 기존 가솔린엔진을 개조한 수소왕복엔진의 결과를 제시한다. Hydrogen was applied to gasoline engine simulation model for the application of hydrogen reciprocating engine to high altitude long endurance(HALE) unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV). Gasoline and hydrogen engines were modeled and simulated by Ricardo WAVE. Gasoline engine modeling was based on actual 2.4L 4-cylinder engine specifications. The simulation result under 1 atm condition was compared with performance data of the gasoline engine for securing simulation model reliability with 4% error. The results of the hydrogen fueled engine model simulation showed brake power 101kW, brake torque 173N · m, and brake specific fuel consumption 90g/kWh which are appropriate performance and fuel efficiency required for UAV. This simulation describes the results of the hydrogen engine design for high altitude long endurance UAV.

        객체 기반 물량 산출을 위한 흙막이 BIM 설계 시스템 구축

        In this paper, a retaining wall system, developed using building Information modeling (BIM), is presented. Based on the information from aliterature review, elementary technologies for the system were defined and developed. First, for the elementary technology, BIM libraries wereconstructed using standards and previous study results to achieve versatility and reusability. Second, methods for determining the quantitytake-off (QTO) of a retaining wall were reviewed for an earth-work calculating system. Additionally, inverse distance weighting interpolationwas used to generate topography. Finally, four formulas for calculating the QTO were proposed and devised for each element. After itsdevelopment, the BIM system was analyzed and verified through comparison with a two-dimensional drawing-based QTO. The proposedsystem is deemed to be practical for determining the QTO of retaining walls and earth works. The contributions and limitations of the researchare discussed in this paper. 본 논문에서는 BIM을 활용한 흙막이 시스템을 개발하고 소개한다. 선행 연구 분석을 통해서 흙막이 BIM 시스템을 이루는 기술들에 대한 조사를 바탕으로 요소 기술들을 개발하였다. 첫 번째 요소 기술로, 선행 연구 및 표준 등을 활용해 BIM라이브러리를 구축하여 범용성과 재사용성을 확보하였다. 두 번째로, 토공 2D 기반의 토공 물량 산출법들을 분석하고 흙막이 BIM 시스템으로 활용하되 추가로 IDW 보간법을 활용하여 지형 생성 및 토공량 산출 시스템을 구축하였다. 세 번째로, 물량 산출을 위한 4가지 수식을 제안하여 객체마다 각각 다르게 물량 산출법을 적용하여 개발하였다. 이후, 시스템에서 산출되는 물량산출서와 2D 기반 물량산출서와의 비교와 검증을 통해서 시스템이 앞으로 나아가야할 방향과 한계에 대해 알아보았다.

        상판과 교대의 충돌을 고려한 사교의 비선형 지진거동 해석

        There are differences in seismic behavior between non-skewed bridges and skewed bridges due to in-plane rotations caused by pounding between the skewed deck and its abutments during strong earthquake. Many advances have been made in developing design codes and guidelines for dynamic analyses of non-skewed bridges. However, there remain significant uncertainties with regard to the structural response of skewed bridges caused by unusual seismic response characteristics. The purpose of this study is performing non-linear time history analysis of the bridges using abutment-soil interaction model considering pounding between the skewed deck and its abutments, and analyzing global seismic behavior characteristics of the skewed bridges to assess the possibility of unseating. Refined bridge model with abutment back fill, shear key and elastomeric bearing was developed using non-linear spring element. In order to evaluate the amplification of longitudinal and transverse displacement response, non-linear time history analysis was performed for single span bridges. Far-fault and near-fault ground motions were used as input ground motions. According to each parameter, seismic behavior of skewed bridges was evaluated.

      • 국내물류체계의 실증분석을 통한 평택항 중심의 경기지역 물류네트워크 구축방안

        During last ten years, logistics network management has become one of the most sources of competitive advantage regarding logistics cost and customer service in numerous business segments. The key to success in dynamic business environment is to design and plan the logistics network optimally in an integrated way. Thus, the purpose of this study is to suggest a logistics network strategy of the pyeongtaek port-oriented in gyeonggi province. First, analyze a distribution channel of the export-import container in domestic and a logistics network type in real business environment. And an ideal framwork of the network is proposed with a 2-phase mixed logistics network type. Also, a logistics information system is proposed to operate each logistics facilities efficiently.

      • 교량의 충격계수에 대한 실험 및 해석적 평가에 관한 연구

        Highway bridges are subjected to dynamic loads when traversed by the vehicles. The vehicle-induced vibrations of bridge depend on the following factors: vehicle speed, type of bridge and its natural frequencies of vehicle, and the profiles of approach roadway and bridge deck. Impact is generally used to describe the increase in deflection{or stress) due to the dynamic nature of traffic loads, In design phase, therefore, to allow for the effect of dynamic action, the static live load is increased by a impact factor given in bridge design specification. In this study, we consider the impact factor of bridge for vehicle property. Impact fact estimated that the data by traveling test of the real bridge was used experimental method. Also, fortran program was developed about bridge-vehicle interaction. After the modeling of bridge and vehicle does. Impact factor was evaluated analysis method by interaction analysis of the program.

        구강과 위내 Helicobacter pylori의 상호관련성

        Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) is bacterial infection, with more than half of the world population infected and oral cavity is considered second reservoir of H. pylori infection. The purpose of this study was to evaluate role of oral cavity in H. pylori infection by comparison of the mode H. pylori infection in oral cavity and stomach. We recruited 100 subjects without systemic disease including gastrointestinal disease. Samples in oral cavity taken on gingival sulcus fluid(GSF) of lower left central incisor and 1st molar, area of buccal mucosa, dorsum of the tongue, palatal and saliva. We analyzed by Nested polymerase chain reaction(PCR) for oral infection and Urea Breath Test(UBT) for gastric infection. The results were as follows : 1. Among these 100 subjects, 36(36%) were positive by Nested PCR and 33(33%) were positive by UBT(p>0.05). 2. In detection rate of H. pylori in sites taken sample, 11(11%), 8(8%), 9(9%), 3(3%), 9(9%), 7(7%) were positive on GSF of lower left central incisor and 1st molar, area of buccal mucosa, dorsum of the tongue, palatal and saliva, respectively. Statical significance was observed in samples of GSF of lower left central incisor and area of dorsum of the tongue(p<0.05). 3. In comparison of the mode of H. pylori infection in oral cavity and stomach by analytic method, positive in oral cavity and stomach was 10(10%), negative in oral cavity and positive in stomach was 23(23%), positive in oral cavity and negative in stomach was 26(26%) and negative in oral cavity and stomach was 41(41%)(p>0.05). Conclusively, we can guess that oral H. pylori is not associated with gastric H. pylori infection and normal flora.
