        Selenium 공급방법이 수경재배 토마토의 생장과 Se 흡수에 미치는 영향

        토마토 ‘모모타로’를 공시하여 셀레늄 10㎎ㆍL?¹의 관주 및 엽면시비 등의 단용 및 혼용처리가 수경재배 토마토의 생육 및 과실 내 셀레늄 축적 함량에 미치는 영향을 구명하였다. 토마토 종자를 50공 트레이에 파종하여 70일 동안 육묘한 후 유묘를 코코피트 슬라이브를 이용한 수경재배 시스템에 정식하였다. 양액은 일본원예시험장 배양액 표준처방으로 조성하였으며, pH 5.8~6.2와 EC 2.3 ㎎ㆍL?¹ 등으로 조절하여 공급하였다. 셀레늄은 무기태 SeO₂와 sugar fatty acid ester에 킬레이트화 한 유기태 셀레늄을 10 ㎎ㆍL?¹으로 조성하여 관주, 엽면시비, 관주와 엽면시비를 병행하여 처리하였다. 초장, 엽수, 엽면적 및 엽록소 등의 토마토 생장반응은 셀레늄의 엽면시비, 그리고 엽면시비와 관주를 병행한 처리구에서 현저히 증가하였다. 과실 내 셀레늄 축적 함량은 킬레이트화 한 유기태 셀레늄을 엽면시비와 관주를 병행하여 처리한 경우에 0.302 ㎎ㆍL?¹으로 가장 높았다. 무기태와 유기태 셀레늄의 엽면시비와 관주 등의 단용 처리 보다는 혼용 처리가 전반적인 과실 생장과 체내 셀레늄 축적에 효과적이었다. 무기태 설레늄(SeO₂) 보다는 sugar fatty acid ester에 킬레이트화한 유기태 셀레늄 처리가 셀레늄을 함유한 기능성 토마토의 수경재배에 더 효과적이었다. This study was conducted to clarify the effects of supplying methods of selenium on the growth and Se uptake of hydroponically grown tomato plants. Tomato seeds (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill. cv. Momotaro T-93, Daki Seed Co.) were sown in plug tray with fifty holes, and raised for sixty days. Tomato seedlings transplanted to coco fiber slabs were supplied with the nutrient solutions adjusted to EC 2.3 dSㆍm?¹ and pH 5.8~6.2 recommended by the Japanese Horticultural Experiment Station. Selenium forms used were inorganic SeO₂ (here in after referred to Se) and organic selenium chelated with sugar fatty acid ester (here in after referred to chelated-Se). 10 ppm selenium solutions were treated to tomato plants with foliar applications, drenching, and foliar application plus drenching. Growth characteristics in terms of plant height, number of leaves, leaf area and chlorophyll content were significantly increased in the plot of foliar application of Se, and in the plot of foliar application plus drenching of chelated-Se than other plots, respectively. Transported contents of selenium into the tomato fruits were highest as 0.302 ppm in the plot of foliar application plus drenching of chelated-Se. Also, it had tended to be higher in the plot of foliar application plus drenching than in the plots of foliar application or drenching in both of Se and chelated-Se. Foliar application and drenching of organic chelated-Se were effective to produce the functional tomato fruits.

        일본·중국 유학생의 한국음식에 대한 기호도 및 한식당의 개선방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this research is to analyze the preference of Korean food and the satisfaction level with the service of Korean restaurants for Japanese and Chinese students in Korea. Self administered questionnaires were collected from 204 Japanese and Chinese students in Korea. The data were statistically analysed using t-test, one-way ANOVA and their correlation. The most preferred Korean foods were Bulgogi, Kimgui, Haemul-pajun, Kalbi-tang, Bibimbap, Youkgaejang, Ssalbap, and Aehobarkjeon, in that order. Female students liked Korean food more than male students (p<0.O5), and Japanese students more than Chinese students (p<0.001). Of foreign students, 44.3% replied that they had learned about Korean food at school, and 34.48% tried to cook Korean food at home. The foreign students answered that hygiene and cleanness were the most important factors to be improved for Korean restaurant. Other factors to be improved are the variety of menus, price level, taste, service, atmospheres, and quantity, in that order. Korean restaurants should strive to provide a high level of service and improved quality of Korean food, not only to foreign students, but also to other foreigners and tourists to present good image of Korea.

        신용카드 사용에 관한 소비자교육프로그램 개발 및 평가

        This study aims to develop an educational program in using credit card for undergraduate students. In order to achieve this aim, a processor has been followed. Rrst of all, a fundamental work to select the educational contents was preceded with a survey of learners needs, case studies of counselling at Consumer Protection Board, and precediig studies. After choice of educational contents, learners demands on how to manage the educational program was executed in advance. Second, reflecting the above mentioned educational contents, a concrete educational program was built. Based on the constructed plans, both preliminay training and main traiiing were proceeded. Thii, to evaluate the effects of the educational program, the knowledge difference, behaviors and attitude changes were all diagnosed. The result suggested that the educational effect was significant in all evaluations section. At last, final program of using credit cards was completed.

      • 중부지역 옥수수 파종기에 따른 생육단계 및 수량성 변화

        Maize hybrids were planted on April 1, April 25, May 20 and June 15 in 2012, 2013 at the experimental paddy and upland fields in Suwon city , respectively to know changes of growth stage and yield according to different planting time. Maize planting on April 1 was not recommended because total growing days at planting on April 1 was not different with that at planting on April 25 due to many days from planting to emergence over 20 days at planting on April 1. Total growing days were not much different among three planting time after April 25 because days from silking to maturity was lengthened though days from planting to silking was shortened at later planting time. Stalk weight was decreased as planting time was delayed, particularly at planting times after May 20 at paddy field by excess water injury during early growth stage. But, grain yield was not low as in May and June. It is needed to introduce early maturity maize variety as Yanganok at late planting for higher grain yield and enough time for soil preparation for next winter crops

        연령에 따른 환자의 병원음식 만족도

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the patient's satisfaction on hospital foods according to their age. The subjects were selected among the patients treated in the Eulgi University hospital during May of 2003. Two hundred twenty one patients (110 men, 101 women) were surveyed through questionnaires in terms of satisfaction on hospital foods and the food preference. The data were statistically analysed using χ²-test and their correlation. Satisfaction on general taste(p<0.05) and variety of hospital foods (p<0.05) were significantly different according to age. However, saltiness and serving temperature of hospital foods were significantly different according to sex(p<0.05). The preference of cooking method for meat, fish, vegetable and the preferred kinds of Kimchi(p<0.05) and milk & milk products(p<0.05) were significantly different according to age.

The purpose of this study is to show how to use projective media and multimedia in educational situation. Recommendations based on the results of this study are as follows; (1) Have the confidence in use of media. (2) Attempt to make the materials for yourself such as TP and powerpoint. (3) Use appropriately slides or VCR.

        전통 떡류에 대한 대학생들의 이용 현황에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the consumption patterns of traditional Korean rice cake among college students. Self administered questionnaires were collected from 512 college students in the Seoul, Kyunggi, Chungchung, Kyungsang, Junla and Gangwondo areas. The data were statistically analysed using frequency analysis, chi-squared and t-tests and a one-way ANOVA. By examining the results of the student's perceptions of traditional Korean rice cake, it was found that most knew little, or only a moderate amount, about this type of food. Meanwhile, more than half the students liked traditional Korean rice cake, as this type of food satisfied their need for a traditional Korean taste, while the reason for disliking was that they were more familiar with western-style confectionary. Most students answered that they only ate traditional Korean rice cake on special occasions, such as big holidays or ceremonies for the dead ancestors. Most answered that they bought those foods at conventional markets, the mile in the neighborhood, (Eds note: I don't understand, do you mean, "within a mile of their neighborhood"?) or atbig malls. The factor they considered the most important at the time of purchase was the quality(taste), which demonstrates the need for the development of traditional Korean rice cakes, with new tastes and shapes, which still satisfy the Korean's taste, whilemaintaining the traditional taste. For the questions that asked about the problems faced by the traditional Korean rice cake manufacturing industry, and the reasons for low consumption, the students responded that buying this type of food was difficult as the outlets selling themwere not easy to find. Our results seem to suggest that there are almost no specialty stores for the sale of traditional Korean rice cake compared to the other types of cakes that are scattered all over the country. (Eds note: this is only my opinion, and I maybe wrong, but I would have though that trying to market traditional Korean rice cakes at local convenience stores, rather than specially stores, would make them more available to the general public. Their marketing at speciality stores will maintain the status quo, i.e. people will go to the speciality stores to purchase product for holidays and special occasions, wheras they will go to the local convenience stores to buy general everyday snacks etc.)

        Today, a broad comprehension of society for the disabled persons has been increased with the industrial development and sustained economic growth. But unequal elements of social environment have bring about many constraints for the daily living of disabled, and turn out a major causes that can not so much as guarantee their own legal rights. The establishment of facilities which guarantee the free approach and movement of disabled persons in the campus is the first way that minimizes the distinct elements which restrict educational opportunity with obstacles, and acts a part as improvement for the quality of disabled with their positive social participation. In this study, we want to propose the improved schemes that minimize the physical obstacles of educational facilities through the analysis of problems and situations which are obtained from the investigation of the actual conditions for the facilities of disabled in the yeungnam college of science and technology. And we wish to use the results of this paper as a basic data for the future construction plan of campus.

      • 임하댐 탁수지역에 서식하는 잉어의 조직과 혈장단백질의 변화

        Present study is aimed to investigate the effect of muddy water in lmha Dam on various tissues and plasma proteins of carp. Cyprinus carpio. The gills in muddy water were appeared to have clubbing and edema in secondary lamellac and primary lamellac respectively. The sizes of glomerula in kidney were lessened smaller rather then those of in Andong Dam but the thickness of integument was becoming broader. Scanning electron micrographs of gills showed that muddy debris and parasites were attached to between primary and secondary lamcllac, suggesting that muddy water are invloved the possibility to lower the respiratory rate. By using SDS-PAGE 42 Kda plasma protein was identified only in carp plasma of muddy water and plasma protein bands were shown both quantitative and qualitative changes . Ferritin activity was observed more strong and Fe-1 was appeared to specific to in carp plasma of muddy water.

        초등학생들의 형식적 추론 능력에 관한 연구

        We investigated on the primary school children's abilities of formal reasoning. Seventy students in grade 5 participated in the study. They responsed their best reactions on the problems constituted of three parts requiring the informal or formal reasoning and generalization. Their reactions are classified by some criteria depending the level of reasoning. About 10 students showed that they constructed a kind of scheme for solving the problems, similar to formal reasoning and beyond naive informal reasoning. And about 30 students did so partially. We concluded that the teaching and learning of reasoning by the progressive increasing the degree of rigor from grade 5 is possible.
