        코골기 환자의 두부규격 방사선학적 분석

        Sonoring is caused by the repeated obstructions of versatile upper air way structure during sleep and is known as a kind of disease entity varing from simple snoring to obstructive sleep opnea syndrome(OSAS) which can cause serious cardiopulmonary complications due to its hypoxic pathophysiology. It has been reported that over 30% of middle-aged person have the problems of snoring and its accompanied symptomes and signs. Cephalometric measurements, frequently used to measure sella-nasion-subspinale(SNA) and sella-nasion-supramentale(SNB) angles, can provide the informations about the posterior airway space(PAS), the mandibular plane(MP) and the position of hyoid bone. These informations are useful in determining the therapeutic modalities of the snoring and OSAS patients. However, with conventional routine upright position, it does not represent the actual images of obstructive mechanism during sleep but only show the images of awaken normal upper airway anatomy. Therefore we have taken dual images of a routine upright lateral and a supine cephalometric view to compare both.

        To study the sport injury with retrospectively on the practice and competition in soft tennis players, 304 soft tennis players (from middle school to adult team's men and women) were answered by questionnaire and interview. The results were follows: 1. Injured part of body The wrist was a greater injuries in men(24.25%)and women(21.25%). The wrist was the most common site of injury, accounting for 20.44% of injuries in a forward(net) player and 19.76% of injuries in a backward(base line) player. Distribution by injured according to sport career between less than 3years(28.89%) and 5∼10 years(19.44%) was the knee. On the other hand wrist(26.42%) career 3∼5 years and waist(22.22%) more than career 10years are the most frequently injured part. 2. Symptom The muscles and tendon were the highest injury in both sex, the position and sport career. And those of muscle bruises were the most common symptom of injury. 3. Injury frequency The service or smash action was the highest cause of injury and then forehand stroke, especially smash in a forward player and service in a backward player. The period of injury presented during main exercise (44.12%) and support exercise(42.28%). The season of the injury on higher frequency was winter(67.14%) and afternoon(47.12%) of the day time. But the most frequency of injury by the career was the morning(50%) due to inadequate warming up. 4. Cause of injury The site and type of injury may depend an the training condition. The lover athlete career have increased in frequency of total injuries injures, possibly due to the overheated game desire. But injury caused by the play ground were shown by the higher sport career. 5. First aid on the injury Most first aids of injury were treated by himself and they had the clinic period within a week. 6. Psychological response after the injury Injured players had the anxiety on their skill's decline due to lack of practice during treatment period.

      • 호알칼리성 Bacillus sp.F204와 Bacillus sp.K17의 원형질체 융합

        To develop cellulase and xylanase-producing strain by protoplast fusion, alkalophilic Bacillus sp. F204 and K17 were treated with NTG(N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine) and isolated antibiotics resistant strains of S20 (Km', Cm') and G70(Str'). The frequency of protoplast formation was about 95% when cells of mid-log phase were treated with 200㎍/㎖ lysozyme at 37℃ for 30-45 minutes. Under addition of 0.4-0.5M sodium succinate, 0.5% casamino acid, 1.5% polyvinylpyrrolidone, 25mM MgCl_2 and 50mM CaCl_2 to the regeneration medium, the regeneration frequency of Bacillus sp. F204 and K17 was 24.9% and 26.2%, respectively. the fusion frequency was 6.6×10^-6 in the presence of 30% polyethylene glycol 6000 containing 50mM Ca^++ at 45℃ for 5 minutes. Cellulase complex and xylanase activities of fusant were compared with parental strains.

      • 운동 직후 고온 침수가 EPOC와 TG/ fatty acid cycling에 미치는 영향

        The purpose this study was to estimate effects of EPOC and TG/fatty acid cycling on warm water immersion of immediately after exercise. To elucidate the role of fatty metabolism, a sequence of five experiments was performed. Seven physically active, male subjects volunteered to participate in the presented study. The mean values for age, body mass and hight were 25±1.52 yr, 79.2±9.52kg, 177.2±4.62cm, respectively. After giving consent, participant visited the laboratory on six occasion: 1) 30min of treadmill exercise VO2max 55% and a further 60min recovery, 2) 30min partial body warm water immersion in a 39℃ and a further 60min recovery, 3) 30min whole body warm water immersion in a 39℃ and a further 60min recovery, 4) 30min of treadmill exercise VO2mas 55% and in 30min partial body warm water immersion in a 39℃, 5) 30min of treadmill exercise VO2max 55% and in 30min whole body warm water immersion in a 39℃. When compared by recover period within repeat on the base of changes of subjects average body temperature, not effective interactions among repeat. However, partial and whole body warm water immersion immediately after exercise shows it as the best effective exercise for VO2max 55%, partial and whole body warm water immersion. When compared by recover period within repeat on the base of changes of subjects EPOC, effective interactions among repeat(p<.05). Partial and whole body warm water immersion immediately after exercise shows it as the best effective exercise for VO2mas 55%, partial and whole body warm water immersion. The catecholamines concentration was significantly higher partial and whole body warm water immersion than exercise of VO2max 55%(p<.05). The TG concentration and free fatty acid was significantly higher partial and whole body warm water immersion immediately after exercise than exercise of VO2max 55% than Partial and whole body warm water immersion(p<.05). Based on the facts that we have discussed above, human metabolism is increased by both exercise and conditions of immersion and partial and whole body warm water immersion immediately after exercise than exercise of VO2maw 55% shows it as better effective treatment for increasing TG/Fatty acid cycling activation. Due to extremely heavy stress complained by subjects during whole body immersion, it is thought that more researches on it should be required.

      • Facile synthesis of size-tunable mesoporous anatase TiO<sub>2</sub> beads using a graft copolymer for quasi-solid and all-solid dye-sensitized solar cells

        <P>Multi-functional mesoporous TiO<SUB>2</SUB> (M-TiO<SUB>2</SUB>) beads with high porosity and good interconnectivity in the anatase phase were synthesized <I>via</I> a solvothermal reaction at low temperature (100 °C) using a graft copolymer, <I>i.e.</I>, poly(vinyl chloride)-<I>g</I>-poly(oxyethylene methacrylate) (PVC-<I>g</I>-POEM), as a structure-directing agent. Field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), energy-filtering transmission electron microscopy (EF-TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) revealed that the TiO<SUB>2</SUB> beads consisted of 13 nm interconnected nanocrystallites and were monodisperse with tunable sizes of approximately 120, 250, 500 and 750 nm. The photoelectrodes fabricated with M-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> beads showed a high surface area (86.5 m<SUP>2</SUP> g<SUP>−1</SUP>) and a stronger light scattering effect, as confirmed by Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) and incident photon-to-electron conversion efficiency (IPCE) measurements. The structures of M-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> beads effectively offered better pore infiltration of the polymer electrolyte. Furthermore, the improved interconnectivity of M-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> beads improved the electron diffusion coefficient and electron lifetime, resulting in an improvement in the light harvesting efficiency. Thus, quasi-solid-state polymer electrolyte dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) with M-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> beads showed a higher efficiency (4.8% at 100 mW cm<SUP>−2</SUP>) than those with conventional P25 (3.8%). A structure–property relation among M-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> beads was investigated in terms of surface area and light scattering. Upon utilizing double layer structures and a solid polymerized ionic liquid (PIL), the efficiency was increased up to 6.7% at 100 mW cm<SUP>−2</SUP>, one of the highest values for all-solid-state DSSCs.</P> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P>Size-tunable, multi-functional mesoporous TiO<SUB>2</SUB> beads with high porosity and good interconnectivity in the anatase phase are synthesized <I>via</I> a solvothermal reaction using a graft copolymer as a structure-directing agent.         본 논문은 중용량 및 대용량에 적합하며 다중 출력 전원 시스템의 슬림화에 유리한 새로운 LLC 공진형 DC/DC 컨버터에 관한 것으로써, 별도의 Post-regulator 및 제어 IC의 추가없이 정밀한 이중출력이 가능한 새로운 방식의 컨버터를 제안한다. 제안된 컨버터는 두 개의 트랜스를 이용하여 각 출력 단에 대한 독립된 두 개의 공진탱크를 갖기 때문에 탱크 설계가 용이하고, 다중출력을 필요로 하는 전원시스템의 소형화 및 슬림화에 유리하다. 또한 두 개의 출력을 각각 주파수와 듀티로 제어함에 따라 Post-Regulator 가 필요 없으며, 이로 인해 기존 LLC 공진형 DC/DC 컨버터에 비해 효율 및 발열 특성이 매우 우수하며, 저가의 컨버터 구현이 가능하다. 최종적으로 제안된 컨버터의 우수성과 타당성 검증을 위해, 실제로 42”” FHD급 PDP 용 전원회로를 위한 시작품을 제작하여 고찰된 실험결과를 제시한다.
