      • Development of High efficiency Food Waste Treatment System for Entering New and Renewable Energy Industry in Southeast Asia

        It is possible not only to treat high concentration organic matter such as food wastes but also to utilize food wastes as resources according to the bio-energy generation such as methane. The method of co-digestion of mixed wastewater mixed with organic wastes such as sewage sludge concentrated waters together with drinking wastewater is the most ideal method. Radiation not only has germicidal power in water treatment, but also is effective in decomposing degradable organic matter. Second chemical contamination problem is also solved because it does not use chemicals. Introduction of radiation pretreatment system to solve problems caused by mixing of waste water and organic waste resources. Biological electrochemical fusion system is used to remove the nutrients contained in the organic matter-removed mixture. Through the development of a system for treatment of high concentration wastewater, the processing efficiency is verified through the universal water treatment system for wastewater containing high concentration organic matter in addition to treatment of wastewater.

        유치 수복물에 따른 주변 법랑질의 탈회 저항성 : QLF를 이용한 연구

        본 연구에서는 유치 수복물의 불소 방출 여부에 따른 주변 법랑질의 탈회 저항성과 재광화 효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 건전 유전치 48개를 16개씩 임의로 세 군으로 나누어, FiltekTM Z250(1군), F2000(2군), KetacTM N100(3군)을 사용하여 제조사의 지시에 따라 충전하였다. 3일 동안 인공 우식 병소를 유발한 후, 14일 동안 인공 타액에 담가 재광화를 유발하였다. Quantitative light-induced fluorescence(QLF)를 이용하여 실험 단계와 시간에 따른 무기질 소실량(ΔQ)의 변화를 관찰한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 탈회가 일어난 인공 우식 병소의 ΔQ 값은 3군, 2군, 1군 순으로 작게 나타났고, 이 중 3군은 1군에 비해 유의한 탈회 저항성을 보였다. 2. 1군, 2군, 3군 모두 재광화 1일 후부터 초기 인공 우식 병소의 ΔQ 값과 비교 시 유의한 차를 보였으며, 관찰 기간 동안 지속적인 증가 양상을 나타내었다. 3. 재광화 속도를 의미하는 Δ(ΔQ)/일 값은 각 군에서 처음 1일 동안 유의성 있게 크게 나타났으며, 그 이후 급속히 감소하였다. 4. 수복 재료에 따른 재광화 정도는 각 군 간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. The objective of this in vitro study was to detect and monitor demineralization and remineralization of primary teeth according to restorative materials using quantitative light-induced fluorescence (QLF). A single bur hole was drilled on the each sound forty eight primary anterior teeth, and the specimens were divided into three groups. The cavity was restored with FiltekTM Z250(Group 1), F2000(Group 2), KetacTM N100(Group 3) following the manufacturer's instructions. The teeth were subjected to the demineralizing buffer for 3 days, and then subjected to a remineralizing buffer for 14 days. The change of mineral loss(ΔQ) according to the stages was evaluated by QLF and the following results were obtained: 1. When demineralization was done, ΔQ was increased as follows. : Group 1 (-110.79 ± 27.77) < Group 2 (-104.84 ± 28.95) < Group 3 (-90.16 ± 21.87) : Resistance to demineralization was statistically significant in Group 3. 2. There was a statistically significant increase in ΔQ of all groups since 1st day of remineralization 3. The rate of remineralization, Δ(ΔQ)/day, showed significant high value in each group on the 1st day then decreased rapidly. 4. There was no statistically significant difference in the degree of remineralization among restorative materials.

        전위된 상악 견치 및 하악 측절치의 치험례

        Tooth transposition is an anomaly of eruption characterized by the interchanged positions of two adjacent teeth, which is divided into complete and incomplete transposition. There are three common approaches for treating transposition: aligning the involved teeth in their transposed positions, moving them to their correct anatomic position in the arch and extracting one of the transposed teeth. Considerations in treatment plans are esthetic, function, risk of jeopardizing the roots and damaging the supporting structures, position of the root apex, developmental stages of teeth and expected compliance. The presented case reports described one maxillary canine-the first premolar transposition and two mandibular lateral incisor-canine transpositions. The former transposed teeth were arranged in their transposed position, and the latter transposed teeth were rearranged into their normal position. 치아전위란 인접한 두 치아의 위치가 서로 바뀐 치아 위치 이상을 말하며, 치관과 치근의 위치에 따라 완전전위와 불완전전위로 나눌 수 있다. 하악보다는 상악에 편측성으로 호발하며, 특히 상악 견치에서 자주 발생한다. 전위는 발견 시기와 전위된 양상에 따라 치료방법이 달라질 수 있다. 본 증례는 상악 견치와 제1소구치 간의 전위가 일어난 10세 7개월의 환아와 하악 측절치와 견치 간의 전위가 일어난 8세 11개월 환아와 8세 9개월 환아의 교정치료에 대한 것으로 양호한 치료 결과를 얻었고, 증례 별로 치료방법의 차이점에 관한 고찰을 하였기에 이를 보고하는 바이다.

        유치열에서 scissors bite의 치료에 대한 증례보고 : CASE REPORT

        중심교합위 상태에서 편측이나 양측으로 구치부의 상악치아가 하악치아의 협측으로 위치한 경우를 scissors bite라고 한다. 이런 부정교합은 상악의 폭이 크거나 하악의 폭이 좁은 경우 발생한다. 이로 인해 턱의 성장이 방해를 받고 악궁간 부조화를 유발하며 적절한 저작을 할 수 없게 된다. 따라서 scissor bite는 즉시 차단 교정을 해야 하며 일반적으로 scissors bite의 치료는 고정성 또는 가철성 장치를 이용하여 하악을 확장한다. 이에 저자는 scissors bite를 보이는 환아의 4세의 두명의 남아에게 Schwarz 장치를 이용하여 양호한 결과를 얻어 scissors bite의 치료법 제시에 도움이 되고자 보고하는 바이다. A scissors bite in the posterior teeth occurs when the upper teeth are positioned totally or unilaterally buccal to the lower teeth in centric occlusion. This malocclusion can result from either excessive width of maxilla, deficient width mandible, or combination of both. The malocclusion can lead to hindered growth of jaws or to asymmetry between the jaws. Besides, the severe lingual inclination of the mandibular posterior teeth prevents adequate mastication. Thus, the scissors bite is in need of immediate interceptive orthodontic interbention. The common treatments of the scissors bite is to expand the mandibular arch: fixed or removable appliances. In our clinic, we made a seccess in treatment of the scissors bite using the Schwarz appliance. We treated the scissors bite using the lower Schwarz appliance for a mean observation period of 21 months. The subjects were 2 boys, aged 4 years.

        As interest rates continue to decline recently, the attractiveness of financial assets has declined. In addition, interest is increasing in profitable properties as a means to prepare for old age with stable rental income. In addition, investment patterns are increasingly interested in obtaining stable rental income as compared to capital gains through profit margins in the past. On the other hand, in the case of officetel that can replace apartment, it is expected that the similarity in functional aspect will form the influence in mutual market lease market. However, discussion of officetel as an investment asset was limited. In this study, we try to analyze the factors affecting the investment of officetel in the mutual substitution relationship with the apartments centered on 2 new metropolitan cities such as Gwanggyo, Dongtan, Pangyo area. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows. First, the housing characteristics such as the private rate and the number of parking lots per household have a significant influence on the selection of alternative investment alternatives. On the other hand, distance variables in the brand and park and commercial facilities did not show significant significance in choosing the alternative. Second, the changes in rents and prices of housing investment assets have a significant effect on the decision of housing investment targets. Especially, when investors seek capital gains, they prefer apartments, and when they seek operating income, they prefer office buildings.

        서울시 오피스텔 가격결정요인에 관한 비교연구 : AHP분석과 헤도닉 가격모형을 중심으로

        While apartment transaction volume is declining due to apartment-related financial regulations (LTV 40% of mortgage loans in regulated areas), heavy acquisition tax, and high retention tax rates, the demand for officetel, which is a relatively less intensively regulated profit-type real estate, is increasing. have. Demand for officetel is generated by a specific demand group, and people are interested in officetel among profit-type real estate due to various advantages. In this study, among the factors that determine the price of officetel including real estate regulation, it is necessary to identify the price determining factors by classifying them into individual factors, regional factors, and general factors that indicate the product characteristics of officetels. is not an easy aspect. This study overcomes the above limitations by setting detailed objectives. In that officetel provides stable investment as a form of profitable real estate, we intend to analyze and verify the factors that affect the price of officetel. AHP analysis and Fuzzy-AHP analysis were adopted as qualitative analysis methods. We collected and reviewed various materials such as officetel related prior research, research reports, academic journals, and real estate-related books, and brainstormed with real estate experts who have worked in the real estate industry to derive pricing factors to be applied to the AHP questionnaire. The analysis was conducted by adopting the hedonic price model as a quantitative analysis method.

      • 건축재인 콘크리트블록과 접착제의 소형챔버를 이용한 오염물질 방출특성 평가

        본 연구에서는 친환경건축자재 개발을 위해 포름알데히드, TVOC의 제거에 높은 제거효율을 나타내는 GNC(Green Natural Clean)를 기존의 접착제에 5%를 첨가하여 친환경 접착제와 일반 콘크리트에 1:1,000, 1:3,000, 1:10,000, 1:50,000의 배합을 하여 제품을 개발하였는데, 개발한 제품의 방출실험을 측정분석 평가하였다. 실험방법은 건축자재 방출실험에 사용되는 소형챔버를 Batch조작하여 콘크리트 및 접착제의 TVOC 및 포름알데히드의 방출농도 특성을 비교실험 하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, GNC첨가에 의한 TVOC 및 포름알데히드의 제거효율은 접착제에서 높은 효율을 나타냈으나 상대적으로 콘크리트에서는 낮은 효율을 나타냈다. 둘째, 수용성접착제의 경우 GNC를 5% 첨가한 접착제는 일반접착제에 비해 TVOC 방출농도가 48.4-59.0% 적게 방출되었으며, 용제형접착제의 경우 GNC를 5% 첨가한 접착제는 14.3-61.3%적게 방출되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, HCOH의 실험결과도 GNC의 효과가 매우 높은 것으로 나타났는데 수용성접착제의 경우 GNC를 5% 첨가한 접착제는 일반접착제에 비해 방출농도가 38.6-68.7% 적게 방출되었으며 또한, 용제형접착제의 경우 GNC를 5% 첨가한 접착제는 일반접착제에 비해 72.3-91.1%적게 방출되는 것으로 나타남으로 HCOH의 경우는 TVOC와 달리 용제형접착제에서 높은 효율을 나타냈다. 넷째, 콘크리트에서도 GNC첨가제품이 일반콘크리트에 비해 TVOC 및 HCOH의 방출농도가 낮게 나타났다. 다섯째, 콘크리트에서 TVOC 방출농도는 0.8-32.4%로 접착제에 비해 효율은 떨어짐을 보여주었고, HCOH방출농도는 33.3-66.7%로 나타났다. 여섯째, 1/10,000의 비율로 제조한 콘크리트가 TVOC 및 HCOH의 방출농도가 상대적으로 낮게 나타남으로 최적의 배합비율로 판단되었다. It tested the removal efficiency of the HCOH and the TVOC of the construction material from the research which it sees. The test material the GNC (Green Natural Clean) in the adhesives which adds 5% in the adhesives and the general concrete blended at 1:1,000, 1:3,000, 1:10,000, 1:50,000 ratio and it develops product in the object. The testing method small Chamber is used in construction material emission test by the Batch. Comparison it tested the emission concentration of the TVOC and the HCOH of the concrete and the adhesives and with afterwords it got a same result. First, the removal efficiency of the TVOC due to a GNC addition and the HCOH it showed high efficiency from the adhesives but showed low efficiency relative from the concrete. Second, The adhesives which 5% adds GNC water soluble adhesives compared in the general adhesives and the TVOC emission concentration was few emitted 48.4-59.0%. Also, the adhesives which 5% adds the case GNC of the solvent type adhesives the TVOC emission concentration was few emitted 14.3-61.3%. Third, HCOH appeared with the fact that the effect of the GNC is high. The adhesives which 5% adds GNC of the water soluble adhesives compared in the general adhesives and the emission concentration was few emitted 38.6-68.7%. Also, the adhesives which 5% adds GNC of the solvent type adhesives in the general adhesives to compare, 72.3-91.1% it was few emitted. The case of the HCOH with the TVOC differently showed high efficiency from the solvent type adhesives. Fourth, concrete the GNC additive with compared in the general concrete and the emission concentration of the TVOC and the HCOH appeared lowly. Fifth, concrete the TVOC emission concentration with 0.8-32.4% compares in the adhesives and the efficiency falls to seem. And the HCOH emission concentration appeared with 33.3-66.7%. Sixth, The concrete which it manufactures at ratio 1/10,000 appeared emission concentration of the TVOC and the HCOH relativy lowly. It was judged at blending ratio of optimum.
