        한국인에서 일광 노출의 유해성에 대한 인지도와 일광 차단제의 이용 행태에 대한 연구

        Background: Although deleterious effects of sunlight have been increased recently, the surveillance of the attitudes toward sun-exposure and the behavioral aspect of using sunscreens in Koreans has hot been carried out. Objective: Our purpose was to evaluate the attitude toward the harmfulness of sun-exposure and behaviors of using sunscreens in Korea. Method: Five hundred and fifty-two subjects were surveyed to assess the attitude toward sun-exposure, as well as the subjects knowledge about, and the use of sunscreens. Underlying data including demographic data, skin colors, skin types, occupation, and sun-exposure, were obtained. Results: Fifty-four percent of subjects believed that sun-exposure is bad for their skins, but, on the contrary, 12.5% believed it to be beneficial. Fifty-two percent of subjects used sunscreens. Almost all subjects(93.8%) knew why to use sunscreens but 62.7% of subjects did not know the meaning of sun protective factors(SPF). Women, indoor workers, subjects less than 40 years old, with less sun-exposed, fair colored skin, or with skin type I, II, III tended to know the deleterious effects of sunlight and the meaning of SPF and used more sunscreen. Conclusion: High risk population-men, outdoor workers, subjects oider than 40 years old, with more sun-exposed, dark colored skin, or skin type VI, V could be targeted with campaigns that promote attitudinal and behavioral changes.

      • 3경간 중로식 아치교량의 풍하중에 대한 동적안전성

        Recently, bridges have been momentous as not only regarding function but also concerning aesthetics. However, when beauty is considered in the design, it is also essential that stability and economics be considered. Moreover, when considering stability, an arch bridge is one of the most stable structures. The most important element is a rise ratio when regarding beauty and economics of arch bridges. Only the effect of dead load has been considered to decide the rise ratio. Therefore, in this study, when going over the rise ratio of 3-Span half through type arch bridges, I examined the problems, that the determination of the rise ratio by the dead load has, by adding the factor of a determination of optimum rise ratio, which is not only the effect of the dead load that has been currently considered but also the problem with respect to wind-resistant dynamic stability that is now taken seriously.

        골절단을 이용한 급속 치아이동 후 치수 및 치주조직 변화

        본 연구는 골절단을 이용한 치아-치조골 분절의 급속 치아이동 후 치수, 치주인대 및 치조골의 변화를 유성견에서 평가하고자 하였다. 하악 제4소구치의 근심, 원심, 치근단 부위에서 피질골을 절단하여 치아-골 분절을 형성하고 하악 제3소구치를 발거하면서 협측, 설측 부위의 피질골을 삭제하였다. 1주 휴지기 부여에 따라 휴지기군과 비휴지기군으로 나누어 치아의존형 견인장치로 6일 동안 견인하고 강화기를 거친 후 0주, 1주, 2주, 4주, 6주, 8주에 희생시켜 치수, 치주인대 및 치조골의 조직 변화를 임상적, 방사선적, 조직학적 및 면역화학적으로 평가하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 치아이동 양과 강화기 동안의 조직 치유 양상에서 휴지기 유무에 따른 차이는 없었다. 2. 견인측에서 골형성은 강화기 8주까지 계속되었는데 강화기 1-2주에 가장 활발하였으며 6-8주간의 변화는 적었다. 3. 비휴지기군의 강화기 1주에서 치조골 흡수 및 파골세포 출현, 염증세포 침윤이 가장 많았으며, 특징적으로 파상아세포가 압박측의 치주인대와 치수 내에 나타났다. 4. TGF-β는 치조골의 골기질 및 골모세포, 파골세포, 치수 내 파상아세포에서 강양성 발현을 보인 반면 치수, 백악모세포, 무세포성 백악질에서 경미한 양성 발현을 나타내는 부위 특이성이 있었다. 5. TGF-β는 견인측 치주인대의 치조골에 인접한 혈관 및 치주인대세포, 골모세포에서 강화기 초기 1-2주에 주로 발현되었으며 6주 이후에는 발현이 크게 감소하였다. The movement of tooth-bone segments by osteotomy can simultaneously shift tooth and surrounding alveolar bone in a relatively short period. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the tissue changes in pulp, periodontal ligament, and alveolar bone in rapid tooth bone movement with osteotomy. The mandibular 3rd premolar of a dog was extracted and cortical bones of the buccal and lingual area were eliminated, and then cortical bones around the mesial and distal area of root, and below the root apex of the mandibular 4th premolar were osteotomized. After a one week latency period, a tooth-borne distraction device was activated for 6 days. And pulp, periodontal ligament and alveolar bone were evaluated clinically, radiologically, histologically and immunohistochemically at 0, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks of the consolidation period and conclusions were reached as follows. 1. Latency period didn't affect total amount of tooth movement and healing process of tissue during consolidation period. 2. Bone formation continued through 8 weeks of consolidation in distracted side, with a high peak at 1-2 weeks, and the lowest at 6-8 weeks of consolidation. 3. At 1 week of consolidation, alveolar bone resorption, osteoclast appearance and inflammatory cell infiltration were the most active, and dentinoclasts characteristically appeared on the pulp and pressure side of the periodontal ligament. 4. The expression of TGF-β was area-specific, as it was strong-positive at bone matrix, osteoblast, osteoclast of alveolar bone, and dentinoclast inside pulp, but weak in pulp, cementoblast and acellular cementum. 5. The expression of TGF-β was generally observed at the initial 1-2 weeks of consolidation at vessels, periodontal ligament cells, and osteoblast near alveolar bone on the distraction side of the periodontal ligament, and was significantly decreased after 6 weeks of consolidation.

      • 전해 알칼리수 처리에 의한 감귤의 저장효과

        매우 뛰어난 살균소독 및 세척 기능이 있으면서도, 생체에 대한 안전성과 무공해성의 장점을 동시에 갖고 있는 전해 알칼리수의 감귤에 대한 저장성 향상 효과를 검정하였다. 전해 알칼리수를 감귤에 세척처리하여 저장성을 살펴본 결과, 중량, 부패율 및 경도변화는 전해 알칼리수를 1/500로 희석처리 했을 때 그 효과가 가장 뛰어났으며, 이 경우 감귤의 저장기간이 무처리구에 비해 10일 이상 연장될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 감귤의 상품성 평가에 중요한 척도가 될 수 잇는 당도는 무처리구에 비해 전해 알칼리수를 1/100 농도로 처리했을 때 1˚ Brix 이상 높았으며, 산도의 경우는 당도와 정반대로 전해 알칼리수 처리구가 무처리구에 비해 그 값이 크게 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로부터 전해 알칼리수를 이용한 감귤의 세척처리는 이들의 저장성 향상에 유용하게 활용될 수 있는 새로운 기술로 평가된다. This study was conducted to improve circulation system and the storage of horticultural products. The influence of electrolyzed alkaline water(EAW) (oxidation/reduction potential : above -200 ㎷, pH : 12.0 ± 0.2) on the removal of some spoiling microorganisms was investigated. For this, citrus fruits was washed with the EAW, and then stored at 4, 10 and 25℃ for 3 weeks and its qualities such as weight retention, decay rate, texture, sugar content and acidity were evaluated during the storage. It has a very outstanding sterilization effect and no detectable toxic chemicals against human. The EAW diluted to 500 times gives the most effective result during citrus fruits' storage at 4, 10 and 25℃, that extends its storage period over 10 days, respectively. This study shows that the EAW has a potential for the sterilization of horticulture products such as fruits and vegetables not to he sterilized. The usefulness of EAW, an important and new element, will contribute in increasing circulation period of horticulture products and technological development for their storage.

      • 음식물 쓰레기를 이용한 발효사료 연구

        Abstract : This study was carried out to establish the process for manufacturing of a fermented fodder using various food waste. The results obtained were as followings; (1) The fermented fodder was made with food waste from university's restaurant. (2) Rice bran, wheat bran and sesame dregs as additives were fitted for the fermentation process of food waste. It was available that amount of additives was 1.7 times of food waste, when the contents of moisture were controled at 30-35%. (3) Machine for fermentation was controlled at 80 , 10rpm, 3 ∼ 4 hours, putted the starter into the fermentor, and then mixed and fermented. (4) Over 3-5 days for fermentation were effective for food waste. (5) It had economic productivity according to raw materials price at that times, and yield of the fermented fodder was 72.8%.

      • 식물류를 이용한 송이버섯(Tricholoma matsutake)의 저장성 향상

        송이버섯(Tricholoma matsutake) 자실체는 담백한 맛과 솔향, 콜레스테롤 감소효과, 항암활동 등이 뛰어나기 때문에 많은 사람이 즐겨 애용하는 천연식품이다. 그러나 송이버섯은 인공재배가 되지 않으며, 경북과 강원 일부지역의 소나무숲에서만 자생적으로 소량 생산되고, 그 생산시기도 9월부터 10월까지 2개월 정도에 집중되어 그 희귀성 때문에 매우 고가로 유통되고 있다. 송이의 상당량이 수확 후 상온에서 그대로 저장 및 유통됨으로써 버섯가루가 신장되고 갓이 피며 갈변과 육질이 섬유화되는 노화현상이 일어나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 송이버섯의 저장성 및 유통기간 연장을 위하여 산지에서 사용하고 있는 방법인 흡습지로 싸서 스치로폼박스에 담아 4℃에서 저장하는 방법을 대조구(무처리)로하여 이끼, 소나무잎, 양파의 구근을 첨가하여 스치로폼 박스에 담아 동일한 온도에서 저장하면서 저장연장 효과를 검정하였다. 저장중인 버섯의 품질평가는 외형적 관찰, 수분함량, 중량감소율, 색도, 관능검사 등의 항목에 대하여 관찰하였다. 그 결과 산지에서 포장하는 방법으로 저장하였을 경우 저장 7일 까지 상품성이 있으나 14일에 급격한 품질 저하 현상을 나타내는데 반하여 양파를 이용한 방법과 이끼를 깔아 포장하는 방법은 무처리한 송이버섯보다 7일 이상의 저장성 향상효과를 나타내었다. The pine-mushroom, fruiting body of Tricholoma matsutake, is a traditional foodstuff known as a king of mushrooms in Eastern Asia because of its delicate flavor and pine odor, cholesterol lowering and anticancer effect against human body, and so on. But the mushroom can not be artificially cultivated until now, and only collected in the early fall at the communities of Pinus densiflora from small areas of Kyungbook and Kangwon province in Korea, therefore, its rareness has increased up the price. Besides the rare production, the mushroom could be continuously lost during the circulation and storage through the decaying and aging process due to the lack of post-harvest technology. This study was conducted to improve circulation system and the storage of the pine-mushroom by packaging it with moss, the leaf of pine, and onion, compared with conventional packaging at 4℃ for 30 days. The qualities of pine-mushroom during the storage were evaluated by outlook, water content, rate of weight loss, color, and sensory test. As a result, the pine-mushrooms packed with moss and onion, respectively, were sustaining a good quality for 14 days to extend its storage period over two times(more than 7 days), compared with conventional packaging at 4℃.

        The third harmonic current contain much at the poltransformer exciting current of 22.9KV-Y 3-phase 4wire distribution system, therefore, that misoperated groundfault protective relay and overheated main transformer. magnitude of this higher harmonic current keeps under restrict at unbalance, but that presented increase phenomenon due to electro static capacity of cable etc. We install small AC filter on the ground fault relay to prevent this misoperation. In this paper, I deal with higher harmoniㅊs occurrence phenomenon, harmonic analysis method of distribution system circuit and counter-measure of disturbance by harmonic of protection relay.

      • 항진균물질 KP-3 생산균주의 분리동정 및 항생물질의 정제

        A bacterium producing an antifungal compound KP-3 isolated from soil was selected and identified as Bacillus sp. B-003. The antibiotic substance KP-3 was active against Microsporum gypseum, Trichophyton rubrum and Epidermophyton floccosum at the concentrations of 0.15 - 10.0 ㎍/ml except Candida albicans. This compound was isolated from the fermentation broth (12L) and completely effected by chromatography on silica gel. The Rf value of purified KP-3 (5mg) was 0.91 when TLC plate was developed with methanol - ethyl acetate (1.5, v/v).

        단백질분해효소를 생성분비하는 호알칼리성 Coryneform bacterium TU-19의 분리 및 동정

        토양으로부터 알칼리성 단백질분해효소를 생성분비하는 호알칼리성 미생물을 분리하였다. 이 균의 형태적 특징은 Gram 양성이었으며, 포자를 형성하지 않고, 운동성이 없으며, 불규칙적인 간균의 형태를 하고 있는 호기성 미생물이었다. 또한 기타 다른 형태적, 생리생화확적 특징과 종합적으로 비교해 볼 때 이 균주는 Coryneform 세균과 매우 유사하였다. 따라서 본 분리균주는 Coryneform bacterium TU-19로 잠정적으로 동정하였다. 그러나 화학적 분석 결과 및 부분적인 생리생화적 특징들에 있어서는 Coryneform bacteria의 어느 종과도 정확히 일치하지 않았다. An alkalophilic bacterium producing alkaline protease(s) was isolated from soil. It was a Gram-positive, non-sporulating, immotile, irregular rod, strictly aerobic, and weak acid-forming bacterium. The morphological, physiological, and biochemical characteristics of the isolate resembled those of the Coryneform bacteria. However, there was not any species within this genera to which microorganism can be closely matched. Therefore, it is provisionally identified as a Coryneform bacterium TU-19.

        As to increase of density in integrated circuit(IC), Electron Beam(EB) lithography method is much anticipated to improvement of IC process lithography technology. we tried this method is carried out by Scanning Electron Microscops(SEM) that is originally reseble with EB main lithography equipment in IC process. This execution contains an interface hardware organization and a new lithography algorithm using IBM PC. Experiment results obtained fine pattern in minimum design rule 10um. This results will be contributed in high through-put and low cost IC Process.
