This paper presents a miniaturized electromagnetic wave detector. The dimension is reduced down to 31×18×13.5 ㎣ by using common OP-AMPs for amplification and oscillation. The strength from wave radiators is indicated by a color LED; green, orange and red colors mean the low, the middle and the high level, respectively. An alarm bell rings as the wave strength becomes above high level. The detector uses 3V battery. The detector could be used for a cellular phone decoration, a necklace pendant and a key holder.

PLT(28) 박막의 광학적 특성에 관한 연구

We have measured the optical properties, thickness, and energy band gap of the (Pb0.72La0.28)Ti0.9303 (PLT(28)) thin film prepared by the sol-gel method with the La concentration of 28mol%. We obtained the values form the transmission spectrum and employed the envelope method in analyzing the spectrum. We have also performed the simulation of the transmission spectrum on the P (Personal Computer) to verify the accuracy of the values obtained by the envelope method. the refractive index (at λ=632.8nm) of PLT(28) thin film were 2.43. The extinction coefficient of PLT(28) thin film decreased remarkably from 0.43 to 0.017 between 330nm and 600nm, and maintained below 0.008 in a longer wavelength. The energy band gap of the PLT(28) thin film has been obtained on the assumption of the direct band-to-band transition and the result of band gap energy of PLT(28) thin film was 3.19eV. The thickness of the PLT(28) thin film has been also obtained in high accuracy by the envelope method.

이중모드 접힌 링-공진기를 이용한 BPF 설계

In this paper, a BPF with a dual mode folded ring resonator is presented. The dual mode ring resonator is also exactly analyzed by using Y-parameter method, in which the difference in admittance of two lines make the ring resonator work as a dual mode resonator. The proposed 'BPF has an advantage of small size compared to conventional one with dual mode ring resonator.

세침 흡인술을 이용한 종창된 림프절의 세포학적 평가

Fine needle aspiration(FNA) cytology is considered as the diagnostic technique of choice in the assessment of swellen lymph nodes. The aim of this study is to determine the indication and diagnostic method of FNA of lymph node lesions performed at Veterinary Medicine Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University. The records of 16 patients which had undergone FNA during the study period were retrieved. The cytological results were classified as lymphadenitis, lymphoid hyperplasia and lymphoma. Lymphoma cases were classified as B-cell origin and T-cell by immunophenotyping. The result of the FNA cytological diagnosis showed that nine (56%) of the patients were lymphoma, five (31%) of the patients were lymphoid hyperplasia and two (13%) of the patients were lymphadenitis.

Balun-BPF의 이중모드 링 공진기 해석

In this paper, we analyzed the dual mode ring resonator of the recently reported Balun-BPF by network Y-parameter analysis. Using the derived Y-parameter and slope parameters, we also verified that the balun conditions of the Balun-BPF at center frequency. This makes it easy to design the Balun-BPF with arbitrary characteristics.

자기베어링시스템 강성의 실험적 고찰을 통한 안정화 특성에 관한 연구

Due to the lack of stiffness and difficulties of control, it is hard to achieve well balanced magnetic levitation. In this paper, we analysis the current and position stiffness change according to bias current through experiment. Then, compensation equations were presented. After obtaining PD gain for each bias current and PD gain region through levitation experiment, we consider the characteristics.

연강우량 자료를 이용한 수문시계열의 특성 분석

As the water resources planning is work out, it should have stationarity and randomness to be used hydrological time series data for frequency analysis or modeling which are kinds of probability analysis. But, in the case of domestic, we assume that the hydrological time series data is stationarity but, is not randomness, so it is usual to work out the hydrological analysis. Therefore, as a result, we can not be eliminate the possibility that the hydrological analysis brings about distorted results. Accordingly, in this research, to analysis the properties of hydrological time series data, the trend test, stationary and randomness test were used. The summary of results is as below. Result of the properties of hydrological time series data, in most of the points, the tendency is not indicated, the time series was revealed as randomness which does not have hydrological persistence as definitely stationary. But, from data of yearly rainfall, points for Taegwallyong, Ullungdo, both nonstationarity and persistence were indicated.

Staphylococcus lugdunensis에 의한 감염성 심내막염 1예

Staphylococcus lugdunensis is a coagulase-negative staphylococcus (CNS) that is commonly found on the human perineal skin. Contrary to other CNS, S. lugdunensis is a rare contaminant in cultures and has the potential to cause clinically significant infections, including infective endocarditis. Infective endocarditis due to S. lugdunensis have been known to resemble endocarditis due to S. aureus because of its aggressive clinical course and high mortality. We report a case of infective endocarditis caused by S. lugdunensis in a 21-year-old woman. She was cured of the infection with surgical and antibiotic therapy. S. lugdunensis에 의한 감염성 심내막염은 국내에서보고가 없었던 매우 드물지만 다양한 합병증과 높은 사망률을 보이는 감염증이다. 저자들은 S. lugdunensis가 수술적 치료와 항생제 치료로 완치된 감염성 심내막염 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

하이테크 벤처기업의 국제화 요인에 대한 연구 : 정보보호업체를 중심으로 focused on the Korean information security industry

본 연구는 자원의 제약이라는 중소기업이 안고 있는 특성을 갖고 있는 벤처기업의 국제화에 영향을 미치는 요인에는 어떤 것이 있는가를 한국의 정보보호 업체들에 대한 실증 조사를 통해서 살펴보았다. 연구 결과에 의하면, 첨단산업에 종사하고 있는 하이테크 벤처기업의 국제화는 경영자의 주관적 상황인식에 의해 영향을 받으며, 해외진출시 경쟁 양상은 자원의 한계로 인해 가격 경쟁 보다는 기술, 품질 경쟁에 의존하는 경향이 있다고 밝혀졌다. 그 외에도 기존의 국제화와 관련된 여러 요인에서 중요한 변수라고 할 수 있는 국제기업의 규모, 시장의 성숙도, 경쟁강도 등과 같은 요인에 대해서도 고찰하여, 자본금 규모와 경쟁의 강도에 대한 경영자의 기대도 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 연구 대상 기업을 정보보호업체로 한정하여 기업 국제화의 영향요인을 살펴봄으로써 산업특성요인을 제거하였으나 표본 수가 적고 대부분의 기업이 아직도 신생기업의 수준을 벗어나지 못하고 있어 실종분석 결과가 만족스럽지는 못하지만 전체적인 방향은 연구 가설에서 크게 벗어나지 않는다고 할 수 있다. 향후 다른 분야의 벤처기업으로 확장하고 기술적 학습, 다양성 및 진출방식 둥과 같은 다양한 변수를 포함시키는 연구로 발전시켜야 할 것이다. This study examines the factors of venture businesses' internationalization. We conduct empirical research on Korean information security industry which has the weaknesses resulting from the lack of resources like many other small-sized enterprises. As an increasing number of new venture firms arc internationalizing their business operations early in their life cycles, the analysis of the international expansion process of small technology-13ase0 firms is getting more important. Results identif4ed in this study suggest that the internationalization of high-tech venture businesses is influenced by the management attitude to the foreign market and they have a tendency to depend on the competition based on technology or product quality rather than price. Analyzing many other variables such as the size of the firm, the maturity of the market and the competition intensity, we found that the variable like the size in terms of capital and the expectation of the management to the competition intensity are also affecting high-tech ventures' going abroad. This finding has the implication that the venture businesses international expansion relate to environmental conditions like the booming of capital market and the specific circumstance of Korean venture industry.
